Delivery time 40 minutes. After 70 minutes I called and asked when the food would come. I was told it wasn't even on its way yet and would take another 30 minutes. No excuse. When I asked why they didn't at least let me know, nothing came up. After 120 minutes the food came, which I then refused. Really a disgrace, never this store again.

Menu prices are okay, it tastes good too, it could just be a little quicker!

I ordered 3 citizens with fries online and had to wait over 1:30 hours. Price was 60€. With such a price and such a delivery service, no matter how good the food tastes, it's just a disgrace.

Very good burger shop with fresh patties and delicious sauces, good value for money and great opening hours. The orders are prepared quickly and you even get an additional discount when you pick them up.

The burger is fine, the fries are fine, but if you come across a judge behind the counter, go somewhere else, and I'll explain why. They offer a set for 9.90 euros, which includes a drink, fries and a delicious cheeseburger. The first time I came for food, I chose a different burger and drink. The above-mentioned linesman was telling us that card payments don't work by showing us a terminal with the amount entered but not confirmed with the OK button - only after reminding us three times that it was OK, did he graciously accept the card payment. I was there a few days ago, I asked for a set and I received a full set, as shown in the advertisement in the attached photo (I was served by another employee). Today I was paying and asked what happened to my drink and why I had to pay for the whole set, and I was told good night. The lady who took the same set received a drink. I don't know if the guy (probably the owner) is prejudiced against Poles, but watch out, there's a nice man standing behind the counter with a broad smile in a T-shirt like a football referee (white with black longitudinal stripes), it's a pity because the taste remains despite the quite good burgers. Greetings to the other employees, I hope you are not cut off on your paychecks like you are on your customers' orders.

Ordered lunch with my colleague and I'm a better person now. This burger has changed so much for me that 5 stars is no longer enough. The burger arrived in perfect condition and was delivered quickly (3 a.m.). It was an unparalleled experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

I order from here on ubereats, always arrives 10mins before the earliest estimated time, food is warm and drinks are cold. I always find burgers don't travel well and get soggy but these don't, buns are soft and burgers are warm and juicy. I've been getting the Texan burger recently with an extra patty and it's delicious, a seriously good burger! I did get the smash burger once but didn't actually think it had been smashed.

I ordered via Lieferarando. Where my old number was still stored. They didn't deliver the food to me and were very unfriendly on the phone when I wanted to ask why the driver was driving away in front of me. I won't order here anymore.

I ordered a burger and steakhouse fries there. The food arrived super quickly with Uber Eats. The fries were still crispy when they were delivered, which is extremely rare, and also very tasty. I have nothing wrong with the burger at all. The salad etc was fresh and the meat was also really tasty. Will definitely order again.

I ordered the Loco chicken from them via ubereats. The order arrived over half an hour later than the latest delivery time. In addition, something from my order was forgotten to be delivered. Instead I got 2 sauces, an onion ring pack and Fanta. The taste wasn't really good. The chilli cheese burger was ok, but the pink onion burger was really not good to eat. The bucket chicken was only 2/3 full and most of it didn't taste convincing either. Apart from the potato tops, nothing really tasted good. I would have been better off with KFC. Edit: I ordered again to give it a second chance. The BBQ bacon burger was really good, as were the potato pops. Tried all the wing flavors. Only hot chili is good, the rest is unfortunately pretty bad. The cookie was also weak. Even though the delivery still took longer than stated, it was still better than the last delivery.

I ate here for the first time today. I chose a menu, hamburger was great, fries were great and the drink was nice and cold. The staff including the boss were very friendly and the decor of the restaurant was chic. It wasn't the last time I ate at FARMBURGER.

The order was pre-ordered for 5:20 p.m. instead it arrived at around 3:40 p.m. Nevertheless, we accepted the order. After a short while we noticed that the burgers were already cold when they were delivered, even though the shop is only 1.2km away from us. In addition, one of the burgers was missing toppings. Overall, Farm Burger gave us a very bad first impression and we probably won't order there again. Update: Farmburger complained to Google, accused me of defamation, and tried to have my review deleted. I have successfully defended my review and my opinion and the review is now public again. This action makes me question the credibility of Farmburger's reviews, because in my opinion I'm certainly not the only one who got their review unpublished. I would have been happy to talk to Farmburger and clarify this situation, but Farmburger made no attempt to do so. If I hadn't already given only one star for the service, I would have deducted one star. Unfortunately, it's a shame.

Farmburger was a total disappointment! I ordered two burger meals with steak house fries and an extra portion of fries. The burgers were okay, but the fries were a disaster! They were in the fat for far too long and were totally hard and dark brown. I called straight away, but the gentleman only had excuses: First he said it was the manufacturer's fault, then he said they always make them fresh, and then he admitted that he always makes them that way. He also sent me a picture of the grease that was freshly changed 4 hours ago, no point. As "compensation" they offered me credit for the next time, but I definitely won't order again!

This is the place that makes the most delicious burger in Bergisch Gladbach. The owner and staff are kind, it's a clean restaurant with lots of variety.

We ordered delivery there today. The food was delicious and the burgers and fries were still hot. Unfortunately we were delivered the wrong burger. After telephone consultation, we were immediately delivered the right burger with two large bottles of soft drinks. We will place our next burger order at farmburger again. I can only recommend :) I can't rate the ambience - that's why I gave it four stars.

I ate there for the first time today and I wasn't disappointed. The smash burger was great, really tasty caramelized onions and very tasty meat. The fries were on point and the truffle cream was just awesome. Had three more crispy breaded chicken pieces.......better than the big K!!!!! The hot chili dip with it is awesome. Keep it up guys, I'll be happy to come back!!!!

We can't remember ever having a worse burger. The meat was a mini patty, completely overcooked and dried out, the bun and salad were also completely dried out, "bacon" meant a (!) small strip of ham. Overall, a very sad picture for a price that is clearly too high. It's a shame, burger shops can do that much better these days.

It's been a long time since I've eaten such a carelessly put together burger. The bun looked like a classic standard bun from Harry or Aldi. If I'm going to use something like this, I would at least roast it in butter, then it looks juicier and doesn't break so quickly. The ingredients seemed completely listless when placed on the pattie. The red onions were cut into completely random strips. It's so easy to cut the onion into rings and distribute it optimally on the burger. I understand that in Germany you shouldn't expect a real chilli cheese sauce for a chilli cheese burger with bacon, although in my opinion that would be much easier and better in every respect. But having to look for the cheese on the pattie is new to me. It gave the impression that it was a slice like the ones you used to see at Heißehexe Burger. Unfortunately, the service was also mediocre. No order during my stay was placed without multiple misunderstandings and questions. But it happened quickly and everything was hot. It's so easy to make a decent burger. A shop that specializes in burgers should deliver better than that. The price-performance ratio of the menu is perfectly fine, if there was a sauce for the fries or at least significantly cheaper than €1.40...

Die Bestellung wurde für 17:20 vorbestellt stattdessen ist es um etwa 15:40 angekommen. Dennoch haben wir die Bestellung angenommen. Nach kurzem bemerkten wir, dass die Burger bei der Lieferung bereits kalt waren, obwohl der Laden lediglich 1.2km von uns entfernt ist. Zudem hat bei einem der Burger der Belag gefehlt. Insgesamt hat Farm Burger bei uns einen sehr schlechten ersten Eindruck gemacht und wir werden wahrscheinlich auch nicht wieder dort bestellen.

Burger sind ganz ok. Preisleistung viel zu Teuer. Wer soll die 3 mal nachfrittierten Pommes essen? Wenn das mein Restaurant wäre, dann würde ich meinen Kunden niemals so etwas servieren. 2 x Burger mit Pommes 34 Euro

Burger schmecken ganz OK sind aber was teuer. Der Laden ist ganz schön jedoch läuft dort eine komische Kreatur herum die keinen Hals hat und jede Person belästigt. Dieses Ding macht mir Angst ich und mein Kumpel nennen es das Grafton Monster aus heidkamp

Wir waren hier mit den Jungs Burger essen. Alle waren sehr freundlich und die Burger und Pizzen waren echt gut.

War vor einer woche mit meiner frau mittags da. Der Laden war leer wir waren die ganze zeit die einzigsten Gäste. Das Fett der pommes scheint nicht ganz ok zu sein oder es war die Qualität. Aufjedenfall hatten wir beide danach Magenprobleme. Wir hatten beide Buger dazu. Auf meinem Burger war eine Mini Prise röstzwiebeln drauf und das einzigste grün war ein kleines Blättchen Salat.keine Gurke.nichts. Brötchen war ok und partie war saftig allerdings fast kalt. Bei meiner Frau ähnlich. Ihrer war sehr matschig durch den Krautsalat. 5 Sterne für die Nette Dame die super Freundlich war. Hoffe das es nächstes mal besser läuft. 2. Chance geben wir nochmal

Burger sind lecker ... finde leider nur die Preise zu hoch ... habe früher auch oft da bestellt aber eine Liefergebühr von 2 Euro ist definitiv zuviel deswegen werde ich mir nichts mehr liefern lassen

Wir wurden sehr freundlich bedient und Burger wie auch die Pommes waren sehr gut. Leider war es recht kühl und der Fernseher doch irgendwie störend.

Der Laden ist optisch sehr ansprechend und total schön eingerichtet. Das Essen ist immer super lecker, ich war jetzt schon häufiger da und es gab nie etwas zu beanstanden. Gehe immer wieder sehr gerne hin !

Mit besonderer Empfehlung von Koch AKIF haben wir zwei Burger-Überraschungsmenü bestellt, dazu Pommes mit hauseigener ChiliMayo und zwei 0,2l Getränke. Es war megalecker und wir kommen definitiv wieder. Hier hat sich das Testen mittels Gutscheinheft gelohnt. Das Ambiente ist ebenfalls total schick und einladend. Danke nochmals an Koch Akif

Sehr gutes Essen. Leider nur sehr unhöflicher Fahrer. Statt mich freundlich darauf hinzuweisen, dass meine Klingel defekt ist, wurde ich dann von im angeranzt. Er hätte wohl 10 min an der Tür gewartet. Er hätte auch 10 min früher anrufen können, um Bescheid zu sagen. :)

Preis Leistung stimmt nicht, wenn man für eine Portion Mayonnaise 1,00 € zahlen muss, ansonsten waren die Burger ganz okay.

Sehr lecker, und super Kundenbetreuung. Personal ist aufgeschlossen und steht bei Fragen geldudig zur Verfügung. Wer gut bestellen möchte, hat hier eine gute Adresse gefunden. Die Lieferzeit wurde mit 45minuten angegeben und war schon nach 25 Minuten vor ort.

War diese Woche beruflich in Bergisch Gladbach und hatte Lust auf Burger. Bin eher zufällig auf den Burgerladen gestoßen. Außen stand am Fenster, dass man frisches Hack vom Metzger verwende und alles frisch zubereitet wird. Und was soll ich sagen, der leckerste Burger in den letzten 3-4 Jahren. Nicht mal Hardrock-Café oder meine selber gemachten Burger kommen an den ran... einfach super. Es gibt auch eine kleine Schnitzelauswahl und Steaks, welche ich aber nicht probiert habe, da mein Doppelburger so mächtig war... Kann ich nur empfehlen... besser als Mc oder BK...
