Taste ok. But overpriced. Had Hollywood Burger in the menu with 6 chicken bites and drink. For €14 there would easily have been a potato side dish included. In terms of appearance and content, the burger was on McDonald’s level. The ambience was bright, but didn't invite you to linger. There are better snacks in Bielefeld.

Das Essen war gut, Fleisch etwas roh, aber sonst sehr lecker. Die Bedienung war unglaublich unsympathisch. Wirklich selten jemanden getroffen der so arrogant und unfreundlich war. Nicht mal ein Danke fürs Trinkgeld gab es. Haben uns sehr unwillkommen gefühlt. Bitte kündigen Sie diese Frau!!!

However, I don't understand why the fries are served in a black container that is far too high and makes the burger look really mediocre. The portion is basically sufficient and you will be more than full. But who comes up with the idea of ​​printing menus in black with red letters? Unfortunately, the seating set up at the edge, with cola crates for decoration, can only be described as uncomfortable.

We have been waiting for our food for more than 2 hours. Lieferando has stated a maximum delivery time of 45 minutes. After a call I received: “Just sent out now”. No apology or anything like that. Very unfortunate

Delivered quickly. But that's just the icing on the cake of this store. I ordered the “Baconator”. Admittedly, €15 is a lot of money, but it's worth it. The burger is for meat lovers and they are rewarded with 300g of meat and lots of bacon. The burger had absolutely perfect seasoning, with extremely good house sauce. Absolutely filling and tastes bomb. I haven't had a burger as good as this in a long time.

Food was ok, burger was quite tasty. Fries were just wobbly and disgusting and basically not the variation that was described. Of course, it is difficult to guarantee reasonable fries quality when delivered, but if you were to change the Styrofoam packaging it would certainly help. It took forever even though there seemed to be no business in the store. The ambience was chic, just a bit thrown together but that was part of the charm.
