Eddy's Pulheim in Pulheim

I once ordered the €10 deal with the three mini burgers there, and I felt really sick afterwards. The food kept coming back up all day, and I had to vomit several times. Plus, it had a really strange aftertaste. I'll never come back to your place.

The people behind the counter were nice, but the food wasn't the best. The burger bun was very dry and too crispy. There was very little sauce, and the fries were limp.

The burgers were tasty. The food arrived 1.5 hours late and the fries were cold and dry. I won't order from there again, it's outrageous.

I just tried the offer and thought it was okay... I mean, 3 burgers for €9.90, so my expectations weren't that high.

We ordered via delivery and were very disappointed. The burgers and fries finally arrived after a three-hour wait – and they were cold, soggy, and totally unappetizing. For the price, we definitely expected more. Never again!

We waited almost two hours and finally picked up our order ourselves. The burger was cold and the pasta was too salty—with such high prices, I expect better quality and better service.

The place has a lot to offer visually if you're a One Piece fan, but unfortunately, I didn't like the burger at all; the flavor wasn't right at all! And I don't even want to talk about the value for money! For those prices, you could eat at upscale burger joints, and for a street food stand, it's completely unacceptable!

We ordered from Eddy's for the first time today. Unfortunately, the experience was mediocre at best. We ordered four burgers and four fries. The total price was €66... ​​I expect the appropriate quality for that. Unfortunately, the kids' burgers were burnt black on top. The burgers tasted okay, but nothing more. I expect a lot more for the money. The fact that you can't pay by card shows that the focus isn't on good food. The fries were soggy, and a lot more salt would have been appropriate. We won't order from there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone at that price.

The price just keeps getting more and more outrageous. Charging €11-12 for an average burger without any side dishes in a place like Pulheim is outrageous.

The food is always delicious, and the vegetables are exceptionally fresh, which I really appreciate. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I'm only rating the character; I wasn't there myself. But he seems to like making fun of people who think 18.50 is a lot of money and save up to be able to afford to go out to eat, only to then unfortunately have nothing left for tips. Character -10. No, this isn't satire. Feel free to search for it on TikTok...

The food was simply outstanding—fresh, delicious, and prepared with love. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. The restaurant's ambiance was also very pleasant and stylish. I'll definitely be back.

Current rating: In my opinion, price-performance is no longer adequate after the price increase. Too bad... Previous rating: I'm so grateful that you now have a store in Pulheim. I know Eddy's Cheeseburger in Cologne too well and have always loved it. The meat on the burgers is top notch and the potato chip fries are to die for. No long waiting times, friendly and fair value for money!

After a long time I got a burger and fries to take away. I was a bit shocked at the price increase. If it had been 1a, it would be ok, you'd be happy to spend a little more, but the fries in the burger box were very "floppy" and for €5 per portion, the burger was literally soaked in ketchup/sauces and so not good to eat. The burger patty was juicy, well fried and very tasty, that should actually be highlighted, but otherwise to be honest: not again, unfortunately for me the price/performance ratio is not right (anymore).

There was so much, two days had some of it

Went to Eddy’s for the first time yesterday. The map is a bit overloaded. The fact that there is no sushi on the menu is everything. The store would look better if only the core product, burgers with side dishes, could be found on the menu. The rest is unnecessary. The order went smoothly. Respect to the employees. The phone rings constantly and new customers come into the restaurant to order every few minutes. Despite the huge rush, work was carried out quickly and organized. All the burger boxes have already been set up on the worktop and the topping for the burgers has been prepared. As soon as the meat and rolls came from the grill, everything was prepared except for the sauces. That's how it has to be. The burger was also very tasty. Only the bacon was difficult to bite through and was pulled out as a whole piece. The fries were also a bit disappointing. These were hardly seasoned and tasted too basic. There is much more to it.

Really tasty, you get really good burgers for your money. You definitely have to try the potato chips. At around €10 it's not exactly cheap for a citizen, but it's worth the money.

A great experience, it's worth a visit. The staff are like family, the burger is delicious and the fries are crispy. The price is a little higher, but it is reasonable for the delicious food and excellent service

Tried various burgers. Tastes great and fresh. Relatively expensive. Finally, unfortunately completely inexperienced staff. With a small order of 2x Ruffy Burgers (1x extra cheese) the extra cheese was forgotten. Patties were fried for too long that they were already slightly hard. Price increases in combination with new, worse staff unfortunately make the great first impression fade.

Good burgers, but in my opinion the price-performance ratio is no longer suitable after the last price increase recently. We were regular customers and from now on we probably won't order at all instead of weekly.

Now that we have enjoyed the chips on site, we recommend a visit there, even if the rustic seating is only suitable for nice weather.

All in all 4 stars, that says it best.

Finally tried it out after driving past it many times. We stop more often now! My wife is thrilled with the pasta scampi and the burger was really good, the fries were crispy and soft on the inside.

In the other orders everything went smoothly except for this one order •Preparing false citizens • Then the wrong ingredients were used in the new citizen (there shouldn't be any jalapenos in the citizen, but they were inside and so inedible) •Forgot sweet potatoes in the order Otherwise delicious food and nice atmosphere

The burgers and fries taste very good, but the burger prices are very high. If the burgers were bigger this wouldn't be an issue, but they're about the size of a BigMac.

The diner is small and not in the best condition but for some reason it had a really charming and bittersweet atmosphere, i found that going there in the late evening was a very memorable experience. The burger tasted great, but a little bit expensive

ACE Burger leider viel zu scharf .Die Schärfe macht den Burger ungenießbar.Ihr müsst definitiv einen Hinweis auf der Speisekarte geben das der Burger sehr sehr sehr scharf ist.

Haben hier schon oft gegessen/bestellt. Das Essen ist gut, auch die veggie burger. Leider gab es jetzt eine saftige Preiserhöhung, die uns erst der Lieferant an der Haustür sagte. Grundsätzlich finde ich es schon nachvollziehbar, dass es mal ein bisschen teurer wird, aber z.B Pizzabrötchen mit Füllung von 6 auf 9 Euro...

Bestellen gerne zur Mittagspause hier. Immer super gewesen. Heiß und Frisch. Der Ruffy´s Burger ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Sehr sauber und sehr freundlicher Service. Ein besonders guter Imbiss. Lieferung klappt immer sehr schnell. Burger sehr frisch und lecker. Aber auch die Nudelgerichte. Besonderes zu empfehlen die leckere Tomatensuppe. Ordentlich gute Portion. Einige Imbisse in Pulheim können sich da mal ruhig Vorbild an der Sauberkeit und Preisen nehmen. Weiterhin viel Erfolg

Heute das erste mal bestellt. Geschmacklich gut jedoch leider Burger, Pommes und Kartoffelchips fast kalt! Lieferung über 1,5 Stunde und das ohne Rückmeldung. Saucen im Aufpreis definitiv zu wenig! Extras auf den Bürgern leider auch zu teuer! Sowie laut Bestellung auf der Webseite 33€ und es wurden dann bei der Lieferung 37,50€ verlangt!!! Sorry aber das geht überhaupt nicht! Preis Leistung passen daher leider auch nicht! Deswegen leider nicht nochmal! 🤷‍♂️

Sehr guter Imbiss mit erstaunlich vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, vor allem im Aussenbereich. Man bestellt Pizza oder Burger an der Theke und das Essen wurde mir dann nach draußen an den Tisch gebracht. Der Burger war sehr gut zubereitet und bestand aus leckeren Zutaten. Würde ich wieder hingehen wenn ich mal wieder in der Nähe bin.

Sehr gut Burger. Allerdings ist Bürgergeschmack in der BBQ Szene ein heißes Thema. Mir schmeckt es hier und die Lieferung kommt warm und zuverlässig.

Service, Mitarbeiter und Lieferant sehr sehr freundlich. Das Essen (alles Halal, kein Alkohol - sehr löblich!) und die Portionen sind für den Preis ebenfalls top. Die Lieferzeit war wie angegeben etwa 40 Minuten. Das Essen dampfte noch als es hier ankam und der Ace-Burger machte seinem Namen auf jeden Fall alle Ehre. Geheimtipp sind die Chips, die super knusprig und lecker sind. Besser ist es, nicht per Lieferando zu bestellen sondern die Bestellung über WhatsApp aufzugeben. Das ganze One Piece Setting setzt dem ganzen noch die (Piraten-)Krone oben drauf. Nächstes Mal gerne vor Ort!

Ein Super laden. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Qualität ist 1a und es schmeckt immer hervorragend. Ich gehe seit 1 Jahr regelmäßig mein Burger da holen und wurde noch nie enttäuscht. Vor allem ist es sehr gepflegt. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal dort zum Essen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und hat uns Zeit für die Bestellung gelassen. Bestellt hatten wir zwei Burger nach Wahl mit Süßkartoffel Pommes und normalen Pommes. Beide Burger waren sehr gut zubereitet und man schmeckte das die Burgerpatties frisch und selbstgemacht waren. Auch die Pommes waren reichlich und beide sehr lecker. Besonders die Süßkartoffel Pommes waren schön crisp und nicht matschig. Zudem fanden wir auch die Saucen sehr lecker. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität und dem Service. Wir werden Eddy's mit Sicherheit nochmal besuchen.

Ambiente und Konzept sind super! Das Personal ist freundlich und für viele Späße zu haben! Das Essen ist sehr solide. Fairerweise muss man sagen, dass es burger und Co sind, nichts spezielles. Da es selbst nicht den Anspruch gibt lebensverändernde burger zu servieren, hat sich Eddys 5 Sterne verdient. Kein gekauftes billigpatty entdeckt :)
