Route 66 Diner in Hamm

Please get rid of this loco chicken. That was money wasted. It doesn't taste good at all. It is neither crispy nor spicy. If you think it's like KFC, you're definitely wrong.

Very very expensive for small portion €64 for 2 people

Ordered via Lieferando, according to the app within the specified 40 minutes. delivered. Not a driver in sight. Called. Apparently a bug in the app. The driver would have to ring the bell at any moment. I waited another 30 minutes until the delivery came. Even though the store is two blocks away. Burgers are solid as always, if not breathtaking. There is no saving on quantity. However, paying 6 euros for limp, almost cold curly fries is a joke. I always enjoyed ordering there. But overall you can certainly eat better somewhere else for the same money. And you don't have to make a phone call afterwards.

If you allow online orders, you should also enable the customer to find out about possible allergens online.

Great shop in the city of Hamm. Burgers were good quality, freshly prepared and served quickly. Service was friendly and on “DU”. Price/performance ratio also fits! Gladly again !!

The service was very unfriendly, everything took a long time, we waited almost an hour (!) for our order, let alone until we were even served, and that in a half-empty restaurant. The chef thought it was more important to fool around with customers than to prepare the food. There was neither compensation nor a little attention for the long waiting time, absolute disgrace. Instead of apologies, excuses were sought. Food was also bad. Not recommendable!

Fantastic burgers and schnitzels. The service was very nice. Tiramisu for dessert was also delicious. Price/performance great. We will be back...

Unfortunately I had the worst schnitzel of my life here. Ordered from this chip shop for the first time, so I can't judge the other dishes. But if you like a schnitzel with a thick breading and a little meat, this is the place for you. I find the price for it, just under €16 without any side dishes, a disgrace.

Unfortunately I have to make the effort to get rid of something on Sunday evening. Wrong delivery, overpriced prices for very very poor quality food and I mean really bad food!! The burgers packed in kebab paper 🙈!! Very original. And a very loud and unfriendly woman behind the counter and unfortunately also without manners. Unfortunately that was the worst burger!! Without cucumber, without spice. Oh, I hope you improve your skills as quickly as possible or become a carpenter instead of a restaurateur. Don't understand all the positive reviews. Pizza was undercooked, chewy. The floor is so wobbly that the covering falls off. Pizza arrived completely mushy. Half the coating stuck to the lid. Burger is limp. Sauces on the Tiki Tok plate are unidentifiable

My friend and I were visiting Hamm and chose this restaurant. We wanted to try a pizza and the cabonara. After we ordered, the waiter wanted to tell us a menu for two people, which instead of €23.80 cost €42! After we politely declined and explained that we would only like the pizza and the pasta, my friend asked about the portion size of the pasta. My friend then asked if it was a normal portion size or if there was a little more. The waiter then explained that there was no such thing, but that he would take care of it. At the end we got a large portion of pasta, as well as a pizza and our drinks. However, when we ordered the bill, the shock came: the pasta was charged twice because my friend had ordered a larger portion (as described, he didn't do this, but just asked whether this was possible in principle) So we paid twice for the pasta, even though such an amount was never explicitly ordered. The food is really very good, but you have to be extremely careful what you say and that you don't get something that you don't want. In addition, the waiters leave very quickly after ordering, so you don't have to think about what just happened for long.

Totally delicious food! It was my first time there and I was a bit skeptical because my experience with “mixed” menus (pizza/pasta AND burgers AND schnitzel) was that nothing was really good, everything was just kind of mediocre. I was really very surprised to get extremely good Neapolitan pizza while my husband also had a very good burger. Plus totally friendly and attentive service. We personally didn't really like the ambience because it was too dark in some corners. I'd love to come back!

We were spontaneously looking for a burger place in Hamm and we liked this place. A very modern designed restaurant. The food was super delicious 😋. The meat was really well seasoned and had an excellent taste. Gladly again.

Standard burgers. Meat mediocre, buns nothing special. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a good burger. Prices are also too expensive for what you get.

Ate a BBQ burger there which was overall tasty. However, it still wasn't a good experience there. The restaurant is modern and clean. However, the service didn't work at all. First of all, we had to wait 20 minutes for the service to come, and the store wasn't even that busy yet. Then I had barely finished eating when the plate was pulled away from my face, so that I couldn't even finish my fries in peace. I was only able to order a drink when I asked, but no one asked at all. I've never experienced anything like that before. The big thing was cashing in. The waitress still thought that she would get a tip. However, I simply ignored that, so the lady then looked angry and quickly disappeared. The only positive thing was the young waiter, I guess a student, who really tried hard, walked back and forth and always asked nicely if everything was ok. I would have liked to have given him a tip, but unfortunately I didn't see him again.

The smash burgers are simply heavenly. The owners also great friend and personable. Definitely a 10/10.

Super nice service, great ambience, the food was great. I took the smallest burger and a portion of Belgian fries and was really full. I can only recommend.

Unfortunately the quality is declining... it used to be an excellent shop... lately the boss and the kitchen staff seem to be very overwhelmed... 2 hours of waiting time, well it's a Saturday okay... the food was finally delivered... so excited about it... then the Disappointment... the white Bolognese was absolutely not edible, lukewarm, slightly dried on top, truffle cream, cream sauce, none... greasy (oily), hardly any spice, taste-wise, just pasta with minced meat fried in oil, some greens included for 14.50... I can get it at home for just 4, 50... I used to order from a really great shop when they were still in the little place and have eaten there several times... the last time I ordered there, it's a shame

Today at 6:30 p.m. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, ‎‏No menu just burgers. ‎‏The owner of the restaurant told me that this is triple and the price is 46 euros. ‎‏I paid money and left. Because I'm working and tired and don't have time to discuss the price ‏But I felt unfair.

Feel free to pay without a receipt. You will only receive an invoice upon request. I don't like that.

Das Essen war lecker keine Frage . Bestellen immer wieder gerne bei euch. Leider hatte ich aber auch wenn er sehr lecker war etwas mehr erwartet von meinem Salat. Mit knapp über 14€ was ich an sich nicht schlimm finde habe ich schon durchaus anderes gesehen daher leider 1 Punkt abzug :o Trotzdem zufrieden aber das nächste mal wird es eher wieder der Burger :)

Hammer geil. Schon lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen. Wir hatten Pizza, Schnitzel und einen Burger. Jedes Gericht war 10/10. Wir kommen wieder!

Eigentlich sind die Burger super aber manchmal habe ich das Gefühl das ein anderer Koch am Grill steht und die Burger versaut, die dann nur halb so gut schmecken. Z.B. das Brot zu hart und/oder dass das Fleisch nicht richtig durch war. Bitte um mehr Genauigkeit denn genau damit punktet ihr und seit geschmacklich so einmalig in Hamm;) Der Geschmack ist ehrlich herrlich wenn's gut gemacht ist. 4Sterne und schöne Grüße

Schickes Diner, schnelle und nette Bedienungen und vor allem sehr leckeres Essen. Haben bisher immer nur von dort Bestellt aber ab heute werden wir jedes Mal hinfahren, weil dort eine schöne und entspannte Atmosphäre herrscht!

Uns hat es sehr gut geschmeckt.

Das ist der beste Burgerladen in der Stadt wenn nicht sogar in ganz NRW. Alle super sympathisch.

Das beste was Hamm zu bieten hat? Diese Frage kann ich nicht beantworten aber auf jeden Fall ist es die beste Pizza, die ich seit langem gegessen habe. Übrigens, die zweite Pizza auf dem Bild ist eine „Marina 2.0“, also vegan. Es ist eine Marina + Rucola + frische Pilze + Zwiebeln. Diese und meine Margherita waren ein Genuss. Gern wieder. Danke

Leckere Burger , Pommes , Pizza ... Burger auf den Punkt gebraten, schönes grosses , selbstgemachtes Patty , mit guter Belegung. Noch nicht einmal nen Burger gehabt der NICHT gut war 👍 Auch die Salate sind sehr zu empfehlen. Riesig gross mit vernünftig Sosse . Lecker . Service auch immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Klasse laden . 👍👍

Bei Route 66 gibt es die leckersten Burger!

Essen war Bombastisch, Beilagen gut und Getränke auch außerordentlich gut.

Gutes Essen und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ambiente ist "okay". Persönlich empfinde ich etwas zu laut und man versteht sein eigenes Wort kaum.

Es war sehr bequem, das Essen was sehr lecker. Wir hatten einen Double und einen Single Burger. Wir können beides empfehlen. Die Angelique war sehr freundlich und eine der besten Servicekräfte, die wir seit langem erlebt haben. So macht Essen gehen eindeutig mehr Spass!

Essen ist äußerst gut und auch füllend. Die Bedienung ist unglaublich freundlich und auch etwas gesprächig. Mit dem mächtigen Burger vor einem wirkt die seichte Musikauswahl etwas merkwürdig, doch sehr sympathisch. Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Absolute Weltklasse der Diner dort geht man nicht nur zum Essen hin sondern auch um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Absolut empfehlenswert und lecker Burger 🍔 allerdings haben die auch Pasta und Pizza. Wenn ihr Hunger habt esst dort Liebe Grüße Patrick Kahlen

Burger und Pizza waren top. Service war auch sehr gut.

Das Essen war unglaublich toll und der Service wirklich nett. Leider ist das Volk was da so an der Straße rumläuft echt komisch. Daußen zu sitzen kam also einem Livemitschnitt vom RTL 2 Nachmittagsprogramm gleich. Dennoch insgesamt volle Punkte weil man sich wirklich gut um uns gekümmert hat und das Essen fabelhaft war. Außerdem sollte hier eher die Stadt was ändern, als der Eigentümer.
