The owner spent the entire time groping a minor and spouting misogynistic remarks in every third sentence... The food isn't bad, but this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.

The food was okay, I had some stomach problems afterward. Pizza was okay.

For years, you've enjoyed excellent food and drinks here in a refined atmosphere. The staff is always friendly, and I've never had any complaints after eating here.

I ate fries there, and they were the best fries I've ever had. Nice and crispy and well-seasoned. Please keep it up.

Today we ordered the XXL plate for €58, which we got delivered. It's got to be a bad joke. Then, 30 minutes later, you get a call saying the hot dog bread is sold out, and then you get a hot dog instead. The hot dog costs €11.50, and you get a small cheeseburger.

We got two burgers. Mine cost 17.50, which is way too expensive for 200g of meat. At JP, you can get the final boss for less, and it has more meat and tastes way better. Route 66 is simply overpriced.

What a shame! We LOVED this place. We were there last time and were really disappointed. Back then, it was a shop in a container that had to impress with its food, service, and charm. Now, in the Allee Center, it's unfortunately just a glorified fast-food joint. The menu has changed significantly and become smaller. There are now two menus with chicken dishes and burgers. Regarding the burgers: they've (feel) smaller, the buns aren't what they used to be, the sauces have changed, the fries aren't as spicy and thick... somehow everything isn't quite as harmonious anymore. Nevertheless, they're still good (but not PERFECT) burgers. The chicken was good too. The service is nonexistent anymore. The food is handed out at the counter, and you have to get it yourself. Basically, it's not bad, but it's nothing like it used to be (table service, the manager often on site for a quick chat). The ambiance has also suffered considerably. There are no more restrooms on site, a narrow hallway with poor ventilation above the kitchenette. The place is now five times smaller than before, with tables and chairs packed tightly together. It's not comfortable to sit and it doesn't work with a large number of people either. In summary: it's a real shame. We used to drive dozens of kilometers there, our entire circle of friends would be impressed, and it gained many regular customers thanks to us. Unfortunately, it's no longer a recommendation for perfect burgers. A shame!

I think €29.00 is pretty steep for a small burger, a hot dog in a bun, and a small bottle of Coke and water, even though it was tasty. I'll eat elsewhere in the future.

Not recommended. I used to order often, and something was often missing. But okay, the food was still okay back then. I was there a few months ago and wanted to eat there. The manager tried to charge me more than I actually ordered. Same thing today. They tried to artificially inflate my meal price; I didn't even get my fries with it, and I still paid more than the meal actually cost. Unfortunately, I don't trust the manager at all anymore; it's just happened far too often. Also, the burgers aren't as good as they used to be; they're totally soggy, and the pastry is as thin as a slice of cheese. So, absolutely not recommended; there are better and more honest places to go. And no, it wasn't an accident, before that comes across as an excuse. I even went into the store thinking about whether they were trying to confuse me again. And that's exactly what happened. Before the boss comes along and says my Coke wasn't part of the iced tea menu: 1.) You asked me what I wanted to drink. 2.) I didn't get iced tea. 3.) No fries either. You charged me €10, even though the menu costs €8.90, as I said, without fries for me. And without the iced tea. Just be honest with your customers and give them what they order.

Great food! For me, the best in Hamm! The hot dogs are always my favorite.

I understand that everything is becoming more expensive. But I have no understanding why people pay so much money for such small portions. The quality of the food was absolutely not commensurate with the price. Loveless and thrown together. The schnitzel had more breading than meat. The last time for us! I expect more for a burger with no add-ons.

I've eaten there several times, but what they serve is a joke. You pay almost 12 euros for a bacon cheese burger and then you get a piece of meat that is ultra thin and was missing both the bacon and tomatoes. But the description says that all burgers are prepared with tomatoes. I thought it tasted ok, but the price-performance ratio wasn't right at all. As some people here have already said, this is the maximum McDonald's level. Is my personal opinion. 12.50 for a burger where the ingredients are missing and the meat is as thin as paper is just way too expensive

The bacon cheeseburger was ordered, I got a cheeburger. The tomatoes were also missing with the bacon. And as thin as the meat is, you're basically paying for bread with salad and sauce. It's an absolute disgrace to sell something like that at this price.

We have ordered there several times in the past and have always been satisfied. Ordered there again today for the first time and it was the LAST TIME. Sorry but charging so much money for a burger that can be compared to a normal cheeseburger from McDonalds... an absolute disgrace!! Very big disappointment, you have lost us as customers.

Unfortunately, absolutely disappointing. We had to wait over 45 minutes for our food - even though the shop was only half full. Friendliness? None. The staff was rude, stressed and seemed to have no interest in the guests. Unfortunately, the food itself was no compensation: lukewarm, carelessly prepared and the taste was far below what you would expect given the prices. Definitely the last time for us. We really expected more with that name.”

2.10 for 1 liter of diesel and 5.20€ for a large coffee are the reasons to avoid motorway service stations.

Owner very accommodating and hospitable, welcomed us politely and made a great suggestion to try several items in the form of a platter. You can't complain about the price for the quality of the meat (Halal quality). Small, cute snack shop, but with limited seating because it is located in a shopping center. The Martins potato brioche buns he uses are the best on the market and you can taste it too. All in all, highly recommended :)

Ordered there regularly. Today the burgers arrived in a "new" bun totally limp and misshapen. The meat was nowhere near crispy and the mini lettuce leaf was dark gray and soft. The corn dog bun was definitely more than 1 day old. Fries and curly fries were also limp. When we called in a friendly manner to describe our impression, the person on the other end immediately became rude. He was actually just trying to change our impression. That most people think the new buns are cool and we're totally exaggerating. That instead of possibly being grateful that someone communicated their displeasure over the phone. Definitely the last order for us there. Even our son said “the burgers taste better at McDonalds”.

I ordered food there today, that was the last time. Everything was soft and you could have eaten the burger without teeth. The bun was probably changed upon request and that is much worse. Everything else was also soft and not very warm either. We won't be ordering there anymore.

Food ordered via ubereats arrived earlier than stated. Schnitzel was soggy in the sauce but that was normal when delivered. Burger was ok. Chill strips were very dry and the sauce I ordered didn't arrive.

Yesterday I ordered a salad with chicken strips. The quality was good. Nevertheless, the portion resembled a side salad for a whopping €14.90. It is clear to everyone that prices have risen these days and everything is becoming more expensive. But the fact that you're not even able to adjust the portion sizes for salads is bordering on a rip-off. Likewise, the argument after I asked the operator about the hefty prices for a salad was extremely cheeky and not customer-oriented! Price performance poor!

A manta platter costs the same everywhere else, but you get decent portions and a different level of flavor!

The burgers were super juicy and incredibly tasty, and the sweet potato fries were crispy and delicious. The service was super friendly and helpful. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely come back :)

The hot dog menu was okay. But for the price I get significantly more for the fork and more in terms of taste in every other snack bar. The atmosphere is very simple, there are a few seats at the counter, but it's not comfortable there. You get a signal that beeps and lights up when you can pick up your food. So don't be surprised if you constantly hear a beep somewhere. Well, that's not my thing. But to each their own.

Was in the alle center and ordered the Double Chess Smash Burger for 17€. The bread was whole but the rest of the burger was disrespectful, especially for the price. Both burger patties were only smashed on one side and the other side was half raw and the patty fell apart after 2 bites. The McDonald's 5 meters away tastes better for half the price. I wouldn't recommend it.

The burger is very tasty. Especially the meat, all the ingredients harmonize with each other. The fries are okay. The ambience has been beautifully designed even though it is quite a small place. The very friendly and nice employee behind the counter makes the whole experience even better. The price-performance ratio is also completely clear, as the burgers are quite filling. The Allee Center needed something like that.

Without cucumbers without spices it's just bad. Oh, I hope you improve as quickly as possible or become a carpenter instead of a restaurateur again. Don't understand all the positive reviews. These days, nothing is more important to me than the service and friendliness of the people who run the place. I was there today by chance, and I have to say, I was in a good mood from the first minute to the last! The owner is a true ray of sunshine. Sweet, friendly, personable, and very accommodating! The food was already delicious, and he made it all taste even better. You rarely find something like that these days! Thank you very much, and I'll be back! Highly recommended!

I had the Oklahoma Chili Cheese Bacon Burger Double Patties. The burger was very tasty but for €18.90 it was just too expensive. Next time I'll try a different one. The boss was very courteous and attentive.

Unfortunately it wasn't a real smashburger. Let's start with the prices, I still can't really understand the price difference between €6-19 for a burger (not on the menu). My smashburger consisted mainly of bread, the burger sauce tasted like a salad dressing. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn't convince me in terms of price or taste.

The new burger shop in the Allee Center is really successful! The furnishings are very modern and high quality and the staff are very friendly and accommodating 5 out of 5 stars for that! The burgers are also absolutely amazing! In terms of taste, I would give it 10 stars! Absolute recommendation from me! If you haven't been there yet, you should definitely go and try it!

Pizza is really tasty but also has a high price, burgers are really not good and even though the owner is so convinced of the burgers, sauce is nothing special, meat and bread is really dry and that with a smash burger, it should be worked on again. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio for the pizza doesn't match the burger at all.

As a family, we eat there almost monthly and particularly appreciate the burgers, but also the other dishes, as well as the casual and friendly service. We hope to be able to get a similarly easy table at the Allee-Center on a weekend soon. It's a shame that you won't be able to sit outside then.

Please get rid of this Loco Chicken. It was a waste of money. It tastes absolutely nothing. It's neither crispy nor spicy. Anyone who thinks it's like KFC is definitely wrong.

Very very expensive for small portion €64 for 2 people

Ordered through Lieferando, delivered within the specified 40 minutes according to the app. No driver anywhere. I called. Apparently there was a glitch in the app. The driver should "ring any minute." I waited another 30 minutes for the delivery to arrive. And that's even though the shop is two blocks away. The burgers were solid as always, though not breathtaking. They didn't skimp on the quantity. However, paying €6 for soggy, almost cold curly fries is a joke. I've always enjoyed ordering there. But overall, you can definitely get better food elsewhere for the same price. And you don't have to keep calling afterward.

If you allow online orders, you should also enable the customer to find out about possible allergens online.

The chef thought it was more important to fool around with customers than to prepare the food. There was neither compensation nor a little attention for the long waiting time, absolute disgrace. Instead of apologies, excuses were sought. Food was also bad. Not recommendable!
