Very tasty burgers and large selection of vegetarian and vegan options. There are also exciting milkshake creations that will satisfy every sweet tooth. Great interior and very pleasant for entertaining thanks to the separate areas in the style of small mountain huts. The outdoor area is also very nice with high-quality and beautiful wooden benches.

I was there for the first time today, had heard very good things before and wanted to try it out for myself. First I have to say the ambience and the whole layout of the restaurant have a nice flair and I really liked it. The menu has something to offer for everyone and I personally chose a good sounding burger and was not disappointed. For anyone who wants a taste explosion, feel free to take the Rudolf :) All in all, I was very impressed, the waitresses were very nice and I will eat there more often soon 🍔

Great ambience and friendly service

First time in this restaurant and very satisfied. The staff was very friendly, courteous, helpful and had a good overview. The price of the food is a bit higher, but the taste, size and quality are perfectly fine. The bowls were very tasty. The ambience, especially inside, is very nice and harmonious.

Very very good place for a dinner 🍽️

The first thing you notice is the charming interior with the separate rooms in the form of small wooden huts - very cozy! The service was very friendly, even if there was a lot of time between arrival and ordering the food - which we brought with us thanks to vacation. The food was very tasty, especially the lemonades. We had fun and would come back if we're in the area again!

We were guests of Sissi and Franz for the first time on the recommendation of a friend. The food, the drinks, the ambience and the staff are simply very, very good. We had very juicy burgers 🤤 If we visit Hamm again soon, we will definitely come back 👌🏻

We were there on September 7th, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. The staff was very friendly but overwhelmed, the wrong drinks came to the tables where the food came, there was no cutlery and by the time it came in a few minutes the food was cold and I couldn't eat it. Dessert was a long time coming and was brought upon request. Hope you can get this under control.

Beautiful location, invites you to linger. We only had something to drink there, so the food cannot be rated. Service was very nice, our dog was immediately given a bowl of water. We sat outside.

We were there on August 17th. on site around 6:00 p.m. Despite a few free seats, the service wasn't the fastest. We waited a good 15 minutes for our drinks and almost 20 for an ashtray. We received our food 5 minutes after the guests at the neighboring table, who, it should be noted, had ordered 10 minutes after us. The taste of the food was OK, but not in relation to the price. Both the currywurst and the burger were cold on the inside. Maybe the staff was just having a bad day, but we won't be returning here any time soon.

The burger was once again great. In fact, I was so excited that I forgot to take a photo. Anyway, the food was great, the waiting time was good and the staff were friendly and very nice to the kids. Gladly again.

Nice burger shop comparable to the Hans im Glück franchise. The ingredients used are of a high standard and top-notch craftsmanship. Why only three stars? On the one hand, you have to wait an extremely long time here (for a burger restaurant), especially for the service. I don't want to know how it works with more than 10 guests. There also seems to be a pretty mixed working atmosphere here. Even the pretty nice interior design is of no use when the boss in the background loudly reprimands his employees and threatens to throw the next person out on the street if they change the phone. Last but not least, the drinks prices are disproportionately high. If the self-mixed non-alcoholic drinks cost as much as a cocktail somewhere else, OK - who needs... But when drinks like Almdudler cost 8x the retail price, and water costs €3-4, then I call that usury.

First dirty glasses come for the children, then you aren't served for over an hour. Never again!

Were outside. Heaps of wasps. Sorry for deducting one point. Were there in the evening. Several dishes can no longer be ordered. Drinks are becoming more and more expensive and there is little in them. Nice service.

When there was very little activity, we took a break on the outside terrace during a Leezen tour. Fast service in terms of order taking and drink delivery. We had to wait more than 20 minutes for the small snack. The fries we ordered were only moderately warm, so they were probably waiting for a while. The young service employee reacted helplessly to our friendly complaint. Thanks, but that was abysmal for the asking price!

The food and ambience are really great, right in the middle of the city center. It's just a shame that the waitress either brings the wrong thing ordered or doesn't bring any food at all..." um, I didn't hear her"... An apology would be the least, but nothing.

Tried three times in the last few months and the burgers and fries were always served lukewarm if you meant well. An absolute no go in this price range. For the prices quoted, you can probably expect warm food...mayonnaise and ketchup bottles are left exposed , in the sun for hours and are smeared.......

The two of us spontaneously went there for dinner. The burgers were really delicious and the selection was surprisingly large, even for us as vegetarians. The overall atmosphere was very nice and we both liked it. However, the relatively long waiting times for ordering, drinks and paying were a bit annoying. Otherwise the waitresses were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a very nice evening!

The ambience itself is really not bad. Outside you sit on the market square and inside there are small nooks to sit in where you can have a good chat and sit comfortably. The food itself tasted quite good, but was lukewarm when it arrived. The big negative point, however, is the service. The employees were more or less friendly, but apparently completely overwhelmed. The patio outside was maybe a quarter full and yet people were leaving because they weren't being served. For us, the food took a long time, was lukewarm and half of it was missing. After asking several times, we were brought the wrong food and then the correct food was cold. We suspect it was simply forgotten somewhere inside. So we couldn't eat together, which normally shouldn't be a problem with three people. The price is simply too high for the poor service. I paid €25 for a burger with fries and a soda and I actually expect good service for that. In short: average good food with very poor service - I won't be coming back.

We spontaneously went to see Sissi and Franz. The food was fresh and very tasty. I had a chicken burger and green fries, really recommended. Drink a raspberry coconut. The service was casual and very nice. Inside you sit in small huts, which we really liked as a group. It was all very consistent. We'd love to come back.

It was a warm Monday evening, the outdoor area wasn't too crowded and we quickly found a nice spot. Very nice service who always saw when something was missing at the table. Leopold and Mathilde were great as always, with a strawberry lemonade and later a PinaColada. I can only recommend. Would love to come back.

The selection, the atmosphere is super cozy. Our children were very happy. Staff friendly, but a little inattentive. We wanted to have something to drink during the meal and had been looking for someone for 10 minutes. Then I went to the counter and he said the waitress was coming. Came 10 minutes later. We then ordered drinks and it took so long that we were long finished with everything and canceled and paid again. It wasn't that crowded that you could understand that. But we would definitely go again.

We were 5 adults, 3 of whom had stomach problems and sometimes even more afterwards. Unfortunately, the waitress didn't come to us that often to ask if we wanted something to drink. It was also very, very warm in the store. The ventilation was switched off 😆In terms of the ambience, everything was great and cozy. But it was my first and last visit.

It's more for the younger generation. The young staff does a good job. But there's mainly burgers to eat, and unfortunately it left a lot to be desired: a "floppy" bun, and in the end there's a lot of "juice carnage" left on the plate.

I was there yesterday (on a market day) and I was very satisfied. The vegetarian burger (Friedrich) was tasty and fresh and the price is reasonable. When I ordered a second bottle of Cola Zero I was also asked if I would like a new glass with new ice. I found that very thoughtful. The service staff was quick, attentive and friendly. The general atmosphere in the outdoor dining area is also very nice. There is enough space between the rows so that you can move around sensibly and you have a very good view of what is happening in the market. In short: I would love to come back and will definitely come back very soon.

It was open Sunday in Hamm. Great weather. A lot of people out and about. Enjoy good weather. I got a spot directly overlooking the church and could see people. Nice, with a latte and an Aperol Sprizz. The service was very attentive, even though everything was busy. Always my pleasure

The decor and food are great, but the rest doesn't work. Unacceptable behavior by employees! (As of 2023) The case has been at the headquarters in Emsdetten since then. The management of the Hamm branch at the time just shrugged it off, but at first I found open ears at the headquarters. But that was deceptive; it was swept under the carpet on the grounds that one was powerless. Incomprehensible!

Very long waiting times for the food to arrive, especially when the outside area has to be served. It takes a long time for a waitress to come to the table to take an order. The waiting time from ordering to receiving the food was 60 minutes. The food was still lukewarm and the French fries were cold. When we asked the staff about it when we were paying, the answer was we're sorry, but there's so much going on today. We should have called in and the food would have been warmed up again. That might excuse a long wait but no lukewarm food. Reheating food is not customer friendly. Unfortunately this wasn't the first time, we've been there twice before with the same result. That was certainly our last visit, even though the citizens actually look appealing.

First the good: The fries and sodas are great. Chicken burger more breading than meat = very hard, very dry, no taste, not worth the money (Burgerking is even better in this regard). Dessert extremely overpriced. Service terribly bad. If I had waited tables like that when I was a student, I would have been fired.

We became aware of "Sissi and Franz" through a visit to the burger chain "Poppins" in another city. Apparently the two concepts belong to the “Café Extrablatt”. That's what motivated us to visit "Sissi and Franz" in Hamm. In addition to the Alpine atmosphere and a menu in which the burgers, salads, etc. are named accordingly, the friendliness of the employees there is worth mentioning. The burgers there are great and made a little differently than in other countries, the lemonades are homemade and have something special. Our little insider tip is the Kaiserschmarrn as dessert.

I'm actually relatively bored with all the burger restaurants now. But Sissi und Franz in Hamm does everything right and delivers what it promises: good burgers in a cozy atmosphere with very good service at manageable prices. I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

Very nice and original interior, just like the name of the restaurant. The young waitress, obviously in training, was very friendly, gave advice and also asked whether the food was tasty. Unfortunately, their radio terminal didn't work, which meant that the order wasn't taken until much later. This resulted in a 50 minute wait for the food to be served. Despite a very good staff (a person at the drinks counter yawned heartily), the young woman was left alone with the terminal problem for too long. The food was very good, as you would expect from an ambitious burger restaurant.

Discovered this very nice restaurant in Hamm. We received the burgers and sweet potato fries we ordered...unfortunately the fries and meat were cold, not even lukewarm. Then we got the whole thing again...what can I say. Unfortunately cold again. The waiter was very sorry. The drinks were on the house. A nice gesture, but we would have liked to eat. It looked great. A pity

Music WAY too loud!!! This isn't a discotheque!!! Service top 👍🏻 food great music unbearably loud!!!! Then there's the noise from the bar...not nice :( After our request to turn the music down a little, the answer came from the boss... she wasn't allowed to turn it down, that would be the requirement...! Food + ambience are great! Service is also really ok, although there is still room for improvement in terms of attention and friendliness. But this is complaining at a high level. We felt very comfortable. Small cabins are perfect for people who value privacy.

I've been there several times. Clean, tidy and stylishly presented, but unfortunately not consistent: it's neither imperial, nor log cabin and not cozy either - which I would perhaps associate with S&F. The darkness in the niches reminds me of Japan, which has nothing to do with the topic. The whole room is too cluttered. The tables are too big or there are too many chairs/seats and that brings us to the main problem: it's just way too loud in the whole store when every table is occupied! If this were a pub/disco/club, it wouldn't be so bad, but here you want to eat and have a conversation while eating or drinking before and after. Every time I observed how everyone (including me) loudly shouted at each other because otherwise they wouldn't understand their own words. Personally, I find this very unpleasant. This was also described to me by people accompanying me and also by friends who had already been there. The food was good every time: mainly it was effectively presented but quite tasty. Vegetarian/vegan food is taken into consideration here and I had the impression that even people with intolerances don't have to stay hungry (e.g. gluten or lactose). What's great is that you can get the burger without the tons of carbohydrates in the bun. The waiter was friendly, attentive and quick.

Wir waren heute an einem Samstag gegen 13 Uhr dort . Erstmal haben wir bestimmt 15 min dort gewartet bis der Kellner /in uns wahrgenommen hat. Das war es dann aber auch . Als ich drauf aufmerksam machte das wir bestellen möchten nahm er diese dann auf . Die e Getränke kamen gleichzeitig mit dem Essen.... Leere Teller wurden nicht abgeräumt lieber füllte mam Teelichter auf .....geschweige denn mal nachgefragt ob wir noch was trinken möchten.... Zum bezahlen haben wir ca 20 min gewartet bis ein Kellner in Sichtweite war . Als wir den Service bemängelten würde die Kellnerin noch patzig und kam mit ausreden.....heute wäre Samstag und die Nischen sind nicht überschaubar Gerade dann mache ich als Kellner meine Rundgänge.. Definitiv keine Empfehlung

Had the cheesecake and a coffee, the cheesecake was quite tasteless, the sauce was okay, I still ate it which was unfortunately a mistake. Afterwards I had stomach problems throughout the day. It's a shame, the facilities are very nice and modern.

Essen war lecker und Bedienung war auch freundlich… gerne wieder würde ich gehen..

Wir hatten uns ein wenig etwas anderes vorgestellt was das Essen angeht. Aber auch wenn die Karte Burgerlastig ist waren diese super lecker und frisch. Vom Ambiente wurde es weniger modern, auch wenn sehr viel Holz verbaut wurde, etwas Vintage wäre schöner.

Gute Burger zu fairen Preisen. Ambiente sehr schön, wir hatten eine "Box" in der man schön ungestört ist. Personal nett und fix...

Schöne Location in einem tollen Stil. Durch die "Hütten" entsteht eine gemütliche Atmosphäre und dämpft die Lautstärke der anderen Gäste. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an vegetarischen und veganen Speisen! Wer hier nichts findet, der muss zu Hause essen. Fleischgerichte gibt es natürlich auch 😉 und ein Dessert sollte sich jeder gönnen 😀 witzig sind die lustigen Namen der Speisen 😀 Der Service ist aufmerksam, locker und freundlich! Wir haben uns zu jedem Zeitpunkt wohl gefühlt und können es nur empfehlen!

Wir waren um die Mittagszeit dort. Es war nicht voll, aber gut besucht. Ich persönlich bin überhaupt kein Freund von Burger-Gerichten. Allerdings hat es mir dort geschmeckt. Die Pommes mit Mayo, Parmesan und Rucola waren wirklich ausgezeichnet. Schade nur dass unser Kind, trotz Bestellung, keinen Teller bekommen hat und von einer Serviette essen musste.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker und man findet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Je nach Tag kann es relativ lange dauern bis man bedient wird.

Als wir das erste Mal da waren, war sowohl der Service und das Essen in Ordnung. Leider lief es bei dem 2. Besuch nicht so toll, das Essen war sehr dunkel...fast verbrannt und der Service ließ lange auf sich warten 15 Minuten bis überhaupt jemand kam...und so voll war es gar nicht. Zwischendurch fragt keiner, ob man noch etwas trinken möchte...positiv ist, dass man sich hier aufwärmen kann😅🤪da es ja relativ lange dauert, bis die Bedienung kommt. Bei dem schönen Ambiente echt schade!

Die Burger und die Pommes waren großartig und zwar vom Geschmack und der Optik. Die Getränke sind besonders, mal nicht die typischen Zuckerlimos auf der Karte zu sehen hat mir gefallen und auch gut geschmeckt. Das Ambiente hat mir sehr gut gefallen, ein gut durchdachtes und sehr gemütliches Thema das hier umgesetzt wurde. Und nun zu dem was mich am meisten überrascht hat, der Service. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich fühlte mich schon lange nicht mehr so gut aufgehoben in einem Restaurant. Vielen Dank für den sehr schönen Abend.
