Unfortunately not at all satisfied anymore, it says it's open which apparently isn't true. I really enjoyed ordering from the restaurant and couldn't understand why it was closed. Accordingly, I was very pleased when it reopened, as the burgers were extremely excellent and I really enjoyed ordering. Phone number doesn't work no matter how many times I call and PayPal hasn't contacted me 4 times. I assume the restaurant is closed and someone has accessed the website to collect money because the delivery provider is also completely different, before it was smart order I mean and now it's quite strange, no order confirmation, nothing but money gone and first waiting for PayPal .

Difficult to rate - although it even showed as open on two platforms, unfortunately the store had closed with no indication of it.

Great service, delicious large selection and super fresh. The boss was very personable and accommodating. I can recommend it to everyone! 10 out of 10

The service is very attentive. Unfortunately my pattie was badly burned. Unfortunately I didn't complain about the pattie because I didn't want to wait again and I was pressed for time. The waiting time (Tuesday evening) at the table for the food was 50 minutes, which I found a bit long, even though it was full. I was annoyed that I ended up with a burnt pattie. The atmosphere is cozy but very loud. The burger (TS) was okay, but nothing special... the other burgers are more worth it for the price.

Absolutely great! The burger was juicy, perfectly seasoned and topped with fresh ingredients. The fries were crispy and a highlight in terms of taste. The service was super friendly and attentive. Plus a cozy atmosphere.

Very tasty, wanted to come by again today, but the shop was closed. According to Google it was open. (Sunday around 4 p.m.). I ask for an update so that people like me don't make a special trip.

We had the ribs here that were highly praised by haz and found them tasty, but not exceptional. In general, the portion could have been larger (we already had an extra strand). We also tried the chili con carne, which was also relatively standard. Here we were a bit overwhelmed by the amount of tortilla chips. Overall, I think the food is a bit too expensive.

I ate here spontaneously and didn't regret it. The food was great, the prices and waiting time were reasonable and the staff was very friendly. Definitely coming back. Highly recommended!

It only took them 10 minutes to take my order, then someone else came and wanted to go through the order again. After 15 minutes, I couldn't even place my order. Then I went out. The staff was very unfriendly and incompetent. Overall not worth recommending.

Best smash burger in town, by far!! Always friendly service, a wide selection of beer and there is usually sport or something on the TVs. Always happy to come with friends and family!

Ordered here and waited more than an hour for the order. Then the food arrived and the fries were completely unsalted and very dry. The meat from the BBQ burger was too reddish and dry. I can't recommend this burger - but I can only say what it's like with food delivered.

KUHnstWERK in Hanover is a really great spot for delicious burgers in the middle of the city - perfectly accessible and simply a great place to hang out with friends. What's particularly cool is the huge selection of vegetarian and vegan options, which is pretty unusual for a burger joint. There are not only the standard burgers here, but also regular new specials, including drinks. The staff is really friendly, the store is clean, and you immediately feel at home. However: be sure to reserve! It gets busy, especially in the evenings, and reservations are easy online. If you're looking for relaxed vibes and creative food, you've come to the right place.

We ate at Jim Block's again after a long time, and yes the burgers have become significantly smaller and the prices have risen significantly, it's probably gradually becoming a system everywhere, but it still tastes good.
