The food was great 👍😋...but the service was subpar. A dish was served incorrectly 3 times....🙈🤔.... why do colleagues ask so much about taking orders? ....well, then we wanted to order dessert... After sitting in front of our empty plates and glasses for a good 20 minutes, we lost our appetite...😢🙈....when someone else did became aware of us, ordered the bill straight away... That also took a good 10 minutes... Sorry, but we will order the next burger at another restaurant..... It's a shame, because the burger really was was good....🤷 PS: ...I completely understand when the store is full and there is a lot to do... but when the service staff has time for comfortable conversations with guests who are obviously friends and the customers two tables away are consistently ignored, I understand then up....😢

We had the beetroot burger, the pastrami sandwich, the onion rings and the Nutella milkshake. Everything was super tasty. The service was great and food and drinks came quickly. Only the toilet in the adjacent parking garage does not meet the restaurant's standard.

Probably the best burger in Hanover at the moment. Good concept of commodity chain. Waiting times are okay, the staff is friendly and has the situation under control. The toilet situation is a bit awkward, you have to go behind the Redtaurant towards the entrance to the car park, which is a bit annoying. On the other hand, the handwashing basin in the restaurant is commendable! At the end of the visit you can always take home a piece of free fruit. Keep it up!

Went to KUHnstWERK yesterday and what can I say? The burgers are definitely in our top 5 👌 The ambience and service were also great. I can only recommend it 👍

Unfortunately, the waiting time for the food was disproportionately long. Unfortunately the order (2/4 burgers) did not arrive correctly. The food was ok, but unfortunately not at all what you would expect in a restaurant like this. Prices very high. Toilet next door in the parking lot. Many people use the restaurant as a passage to the parking garage. It's a shame, I'm very disappointed and unfortunately I can't recommend the restaurant to anyone.

Frozen meat from Tönnies was brought into the kitchen... regional and quality? Ah yes... ok... The service and ambience took care of it for me. Everyone needs to know if they support this. For me a clear no.

Very nice restaurant. For a burger I had the parles-tu Francais. The French toast bun was something completely new and had a lot of taste. The 3 smashed patties were grilled medium rare and very juicy and well seasoned. The sauce rounded everything off perfectly. As a side dish there was Perche Ti Amo, fries with delicious Bolognese Parmesan Rucula which was rounded off with dried tomatoes marinated in oil. All in all, a very successful, delicious creation. I can only recommend it.

Only been here for the second time. Reserve a table for four people in advance by email. You get an individual answer. Everything went well. Seated outside upon arrival. The card that was handed out is a bit confusing with all the colorful stuff etc. It's become carnal little brother (€14.00). With a patty. In my opinion, the quantity is completely sufficient. Everything else falls into a different category for me. The taste was very tasty and something different than McDonald's etc. I also used the dippers and bacon mayo. (€4.80 + €1.40) Not exactly cheap in terms of price. Serve with a Kräusen as a drink. Naturally cloudy beer for €4.40. Eating a burger once costs €30. Service friendly. It's a shame that the toilet is used by the neighboring parking garage. It just seems shabby and ensures that it is "only" four stars. Overall a nice shop!

Unfortunately, disappointingly, we arrived at 9:15 p.m. and the kitchen had apparently already closed, which we weren't told beforehand, even though they were open until 10 p.m. and we assumed there would be no problem. Our food arrived cold and the fries were warmed up again and not fresh as expected. When we asked the service about it, they couldn't do anything and since the kitchen was already closing and it was 9:30 p.m. instead of at least doing something about the price, we had to pay the full amount. I really expected something more than cold burgers. They were okay, but they would have been better warm and I had a hair in my drink. What wasn't mine.(color) I would have expected more. We'll think about going there again if the service had at least been accommodating. I don't know if they were happy if they had to pay almost 50 euros for cold food

Once again it was very tasty here and the quality remained the same. Food-wise, the food here really delivers and the portions are really reasonable 😊 The only thing I don't think is so great is that we were served by 3 different people. But that's just my opinion... clear recommendation

It was okay, toilets only in the parking garage? All in all, drinks and food were too expensive.

The food was okay. Nothing special, the service was great! The employees are very quick and friendly. Now for the negative part: we ordered a large bottle of water… a large carafe of tap water arrived and we paid €5.90 for it. Simply outrageous. 2 burgers, fries and a carafe of water 51€… that was the last time I eat there.

Shortly before leaving: we were disappointed. We each ordered a classic cheeseburger and a vegetarian cheeseburger. My burger with meat was totally cold and not appealing at all. Just boring. The burger with the vegetarian patty was not cooked through at all. Despite complaining to service, this fact was ignored. Neither a new burger was served nor did we get a refund/reduction for the burger. The fries were tasty, but despite everything we are very disappointed. We simply expected more.

Very expensive, tastes okay. The portions were relatively small. The (really not large) portion of fries is standard without sauces, including ketchup or mayonnaise! The selection of sauces is large and tastes good, but fries + ketchup alone costs at least €5! Service was friendly and relatively quick. We were there with a group of 10 people and when billing it turned out that a beer we had ordered had not been entered for the table. Instead of simply adding this, the MA asked several times which colleague at our table had taken the orders and was therefore responsible for the error. When we didn't say this, he talked to another MA about it. Very unpleasant and spoiled the stay.

Overall there are two stars. The food was quite good and tasted good. The service was also quite nice. Some a bit messed up but nice and tidy. The restaurant itself isn't necessarily nice, it's enough. The bench was very hard for which there were no cushions. Also OK. Everything OK. But the prices are outrageous. €13.50 for a small burger. A really very very small fries for 5€, the sauce of course also costs extra but not 30 or 50 cents but also another 1.60€. From a scoop of ice cream without anything. No sauce, no sprinkles, no cream, a hefty €2.50 per scoop. That was definitely the first and last time I ate there. It's really not bad but the prices have influenced the rating extremely... After eating, we now eat again because the portions are really small...

The food itself was tasty, but we found leftover plastic/rubber in both a burger and a drink. The drink was then re-released, but there was still NO discount or compensation. In addition, the cappuccino was served in a cup with a racist logo (old logo of the Machwitz coffee roasting company). That's really not possible, these cups have to be sorted out!!! Wouldn't go there again!

A little unfortunate in a side street. But lemonades, sweet potatoes and burgers are served quickly and taste good. The low-carb version with avocado instead of rolls was a good choice. What more do you want. Price wise okay. You can sometimes tell from the service staff that they have learned something different.

You definitely have to visit it. Simply incredibly delicious food, so different from other burger shops. Simply pure taste escalation. Drinks and dips are also absolutely amazing. The sweet dishes like the sweet burgers and shakes are also simply brilliant. Great value for money and also fast service. You should definitely be hungry.

Unusual burgers with high prices. Unfortunately, the gluten-free burger was served with the others, which wasn't supposed to be.

Landed in Hanover on a stopover trip. Very tasty and the food was prepared quickly without a long wait. The service employee is very friendly. I would happily recommend this restaurant with all my heart. It's worth a visit.

To be honest, I don't understand all the positive reviews. The meat on the burgers had no taste at all, there was a complete lack of spices and it was also super dry and gristly at times. That's not what I mean by "well-done". I think the portion of fries is really small for the price, as is the small portion of dip that comes with it. I'd rather go to the Harp and get something sensible for my money. Oh yes. The store doesn't have its own toilet either; you use the toilet in the parking garage, which doesn't look particularly inviting either.

Eating here is simply an experience. I'm at a loss for words, it's that good!!! Be sure to try the basil lime dip!

The waiter was prepared and respectful regarding our gluten free allergy. He knew what may be at risk and what instead can be safe. The dishes on the other side, we're not special... The burger was cold, the dips too greasy, the fries with old oil and, pretty expensive for the quality found. I would not return. Sorry

I waited 40 minutes for a burger the size of a Big Mac.

We were there on Sunday - me for the first time, the other two for the second time. Since you had very good experiences on your first visit, it was probably due to the day and the lack of staff. I can now say that I have definitely lost my appetite for burgers for now. We weren't the only ones that day...after the neighboring table pointed out to us that some of their burgers were raw, we looked (after waiting for an hour, which wouldn't be so much of a problem if you got decent food after that time would) first in the middle of our burgers. And actually unfortunately not nearly medium or like 2 people at our table wanted well done, raw! RAW! We looked forward to the food all day🤨 The neighboring table was then offered espresso etc because they probably only said it after the meal (thanks again for the tip) & us that a burger was taken off the bill and a new one Burger (i.e. 1 burger not 3...which didn't taste good) which took quite a while to arrive🙄 Because of back problems we had specially reserved normal tables, with chairs and benches, as the high tables and chairs are very uncomfortable in this case. .we insisted after a bit of a wait and luckily we got it. If I visit the Kuhnstwerk again, it will only be for a shake (the lotus avalanche is supposed to be phenomenal) or the fries🍟 which luckily I still had with a bacon bomb❤️🥰 which was delicious!! Oh and as I said, the burgers were probably also very tasty on their first visit 🤷‍♂️ in this case 3 cheese high

We spontaneously decided to go out for something to eat. First of all: We have no regrets! Eat: We got two different burgers. Once the three cheese high, which I ordered with additional bacon and jalapenos. I actually found it very good. Unfortunately the bottom bun was completely soaked, but it didn't really bother me. I would have liked more cheese for the three cheese high. The meat was medium as desired and tasted very good. I would come back just for the meat. My girlfriend ordered the chicken burger. Neither of us could find fault with it. Above all, wonderfully crispy. There was also the hand-planed dipper with the bacon bomb. That was a big highlight for me. The baconnaise tasted really good, the bacon was nice and crispy but not too crispy and the bacon jam amazed me for a few moments. The view is really very good! Drinks: I ordered the Tropical Ice Tea. Can not complain. It was very fruity and went well with the burger. We each had a shake for dessert. The shake of the week is different every week. This time it was with caramel and was very tasty. Ambiance: The ambience especially invites you to sit outside. Everything inside is harmoniously furnished and fits together very well. The two seats may be a little tight because the person sitting next to us at the table had problems getting out. There is more than enough space on the tables. Service: The service was strong at the beginning but unfortunately decreased towards the end. We were greeted warmly, were able to choose a table and were given enough time to read the menu. The only thing that bothers me a little is that our table neighbors who came later were already asked for drinks and we only ordered their food once our neighbors had ordered their food. Nice restaurant. Service was quick and always attentive. The food looks great. Not cheap, but the portions are big, so it's all good. My baguette roll didn't go well with my burger, it had a very dry taste. But otherwise everything was good. Clear recommendation!

I invited friends over for dinner and wanted to try something new. The food is really tasty. The meat, the onion rings and especially the bacon were really good - crispy and very tasty 😋. When it came to fries, we opted for a large selection so we could try them all. All the different varieties had their own charm. The sauces that went with it were nice and strong - be it the guacamole or the spicy BBQ sauce. Personally, I'm not a fan of backless chairs/benches and vehicles that were a little too loud often came past the exit from the parking garage. The service was a bit slow. Drinks and food took quite a long time. But that could also have been because the restaurant was full. All in all, good value for money and I will definitely stop by again at some point.

Turmeric chai latte unfortunately has very little turmeric :/ but great service. Next time it's better to use detox water

The plates were cheap plastic plates, totally scratched up and small… to make the burger seem bigger I guess. Because I have to say I wasn't really full. And that even though I usually never finish my burger and my boyfriend has to eat the rest😬 When I had to go to the toilet, I discovered that the toilet belonged to a parking garage. Outside the store. Only ONE toilet... a queue is inevitable. So I had to wait 15 minutes in front of the toilet until it was my turn 🙄 However, the standard for the facility was not adhered to. It seems like the owner is not an expert. There isn't really any maneuvering distance here, there's not even half a meter of space between two tables, although it should actually be 1.5m... 1m is still completely acceptable, but 0.4-0.5?

Top burger shop. Be sure to reserve. The taste is great and there are many burger variants to choose from. Sitting outside is possible, but due to the location directly on the street it can sometimes be louder, depending on the seat. Cool interior, very stylish in the sense of the word. Service was quick and friendly, our burgers only came without cutlery, whatever can happen, but impossible with a flaming Basti... Toilet in the adjacent parking garage, maybe there's no other solution, but not so nice. Still very satisfied, we'll be back

The food was delicious, without question. But in my opinion this restaurant is celebrated a bit too much. The service was friendly, hence 4 stars for it. Tables and seating are comfortable, but it is quite loud and stuffy inside and very noisy outside in the evenings, depending on the time of day. The biggest negative point is the sanitary facilities that have to be used in the parking garage.

Service was completely overwhelmed at the weekend, we waited almost an hour for the drinks. The mood was visibly bad, which you noticed as a customer. Food was OK, not overly overwhelming. I can't necessarily understand the positive reviews here.

The food was very tasty. I had the burger with chicken. The crispy breading tasted great. The staff is friendly. Only the acoustics are loud when it's full. We were there with several people, so it took a bit of effort to understand everything. Still absolutely recommended.

First: the food is always good, even if the price is a bit steep. There are large and tasty portions. The service today was unbelievably bad, the waiters were annoyed and unfriendly, downright rude in their dealings. Plus, they only had eyes for each other and were too busy flirting like crazy, so you had to wait quite a long time for a lot of things. That's really not possible and was more than exhausting. In addition, the store is so incredibly loud that it is impossible to have a decent conversation... I've been there several times now and today was definitely the last time.

The Hamburger Kuhnstwerk Classic was really good! I can also absolutely recommend the specialist there, who was very refreshing. The only negative point: The seating outside has no backrests and the table is very tight for 5 people.

There's actually nothing to complain about as the food is really good and the staff is very friendly, but there are two small things. The prices are a bit too high and under 18s cannot buy alcohol (beer), even though it would be legal. But otherwise recommended.

I was near Hannover for a football game, so I had to grab something to eat on the way back. Google maps showed several stores on my way. The name KUHNstWERK immediately caught my eye, so that's where it went. Parking was of course quite difficult on a Saturday evening around 6pm. After I was at the shop, I was spoken to directly and shown to an open table. Less than 10 minutes later someone came with the card and asked about the drink. What pleasantly surprised me as a cola fan was that there was cola in a can... VERY AWESOME people. The selection of citizens was small but very cool. I chose the MatchoMan with fries and bacon 🥓 mayo. The food came about 30 minutes later. I was really excited because the employees were wearing shirts with the words “Quality from Love” printed on them. The burger was really something different, with Pastrami & Co A little more sauce would have been good for it. It was a little dry in places but it was still clear. The fries were really cool as was the bacon 🥓 Mayo did what it was supposed to “taste”. Oh I'll come back again?? "I don't know" The selection of local ones is too large to only test one. Cool idea at the end every guest could take an apple with them 'stay fit take one with you!' But a good 4. See for yourself if you want different burgers.

SPELLED BREAD - that's the best thing ever. Tastes much better than wheat! Beetroot patties have also been my favorite so far, although unfortunately they are only seasonal.
