I've been there a few times now. The service is super friendly and regularly checks/asks if everything is OK. I think it's great. The location is rustic and goes well with burgers, the only thing strange is the toilet in the parking garage. But it's okay-ish.

The food was very good although a bit more expensive

"We don't have a waiting area, we have it outside so that everyone doesn't come in straight away" Then we don't have to go in and we can go somewhere else. Your burgers aren't *that* good. “Every shop does that in Germany” Lmao no. Edit: when we talk about respect, you respect your customers and set up a waiting area inside. And maybe admit your mistake instead of writing an essay on Google.

€4 extra for a vegetarian/vegan patty is just cheeky. Unfortunately, it doesn't taste good either. 😀

Been here for the first and last time today. The service and the ambience are an eye-catcher in themselves and you can't say much about it other than top! Eating it is a total disaster for my taste buds and those of the boys I was with! The associated prices are also a disgrace: €13.90 for a chicken burger without side dishes and a drink are simply excessive! You can definitely get better for the price!

Good service, but the food was a disaster! The service was really friendly and attentive, but unfortunately that didn't make up for the disappointment with the food. The burger I ordered was just bad. The meat was dry, tough and had no taste. The bun was soggy and seemed old, and the lettuce was wilted and completely inedible. The fries were greasy and limp - almost like they came from the microwave. I'm sorry, but you just expect more for the price. The service was good, but the food was just a disaster. Unfortunately I won't be coming back here.

The service is very friendly and attentive, only the kitchen is lacking. If you can choose which cooking level you want your patty to be, it should be delivered that way. I ordered a hamburger with an additional patty. One was perfectly medium and the other was more than well done. I complained about this and got a new burger without any problems. A good selection of non-standard burgers, which were nicely prepared. The burgers were ok. The meat to the point it should be. Unfortunately it gets cold very quickly. The fries with various toppings were super tasty and definitely recommended. The drink selection was great. The service was great. I found the toilets off-putting. You go out and find yourself in the parking garage where the toilets are located. These are clean but still it is very irritating.

Delicious food. The milkshakes are particularly recommended! Since it can get full quickly, we recommend making a reservation in advance so that you don't have to sit outside, especially in the cold season.

If you're in the mood for great burgers, this is the place for you. Food is really great, so I can recommend it. The one star in the service is as follows: The waiters seem extremely listless, haphazard and as if they have no idea about gastronomy, e.g. plates are simply cleared away even though half of the table is still eating. It's also a bit stupid that the timing here is so extreme that you have to clear the table as quickly as possible. Therefore a total 3/5. even if the food deserves 5/5.

The Kuhnstwerk Hannover scores with an appealing ambience that invites you to linger. Unfortunately the quality of the food leaves a lot to be desired - disappointing for the price. The service was also not up to par, sometimes inattentive and not very friendly. Overall, a mixed impression remains: the atmosphere is convincing, but unfortunately the rest is not.

KUHnstWERK in Hanover is a really great spot for delicious burgers in the middle of the city - perfectly accessible and simply a great place to hang out with friends. What's particularly cool is the huge selection of vegetarian and vegan options, which is pretty unusual for a burger joint. There are not only the standard burgers here, but also regular new specials, including drinks. The staff is really friendly, the store is clean, and you immediately feel at home. However: be sure to reserve! It gets busy, especially in the evenings, and reservations are easy online. If you're looking for relaxed vibes and creative food, you've come to the right place.

The burgers are good, meat came medium as ordered. The bun can be ordered gluten-free for an additional charge and was still fluffy and tasted good. Fries are delicious, but at that price an additional €1.20 for ketchup seems expensive to me. The service was quick and friendly, and for me the gluten-free burger was definitely a highlight.

Wow, where do you start? With the extremely uncomfortable bar stools... So that we ate with several people standing up? With 7 simply cold burgers or with the really, really bad "legendary meatballs?" You really couldn't eat them.... Well, leaving a bunch of bad food at that high price is still better than humiliating your body. It's a shame that it's just run carelessly and without any passion. You could call it clearance.

We've been here twice in the last few weeks, both times the homemade iced tea was bad > the first time we only had ice cubes and maybe a quarter of the glass filled with iced tea, the taste was hardly there... the second time we got the wrong iced tea and then the one I actually ordered was served carbonated and completely over-sweetened, unfortunately it was all very disappointing. On the second attempt we ordered the meatballs in tomato sauce, but when we tried to put them on the fork they fell apart into individual crumbs. It tasted like Rewe from the frozen food department and unfortunately everything is not reasonable. We won't be coming back and won't recommend the restaurant

In my opinion, the restaurant has a very modern design but is also very loud due to the conditions. A comfortable conversation is not possible if the restaurant is full. The food is highly recommended because the burgers are really good and individual requests (medium, well done) are also catered for. The service wasn't the best during my visit. We waited almost 20 minutes until we got something to drink.

The service was incredibly nice and helped us find our new favorite burgers. Despite no reservation, the food was served to the table very quickly and we enjoyed it very much. A little joke at the door after feasting makes the restaurant even more pleasant!

Today for the first time on site. It was really great. Super tasty burgers Everyone in service was very attentive and immediately asked if something was empty or wanted. You'll be happy to come back there again.

System catering, lots of veggies, fast, friendly service, delicious, fresh salads, homemade lemonade, an apple as a farewell gift, everything beautifully prepared. My companion said the store “lacked heart.” That may be true; That doesn't bother me, someone has developed a concept to make money with gastronomy and serves the mass taste with burgers etc. I find it pleasant in such anonymous shops. I only found the toilets in the parking garage unpleasant.

The food was great 👍😋...but the service was subpar. A dish was served incorrectly 3 times....🙈🤔.... why do colleagues ask so much about taking orders? ....well, then we wanted to order dessert... After sitting in front of our empty plates and glasses for a good 20 minutes, we lost our appetite...😢🙈....when someone else did became aware of us, ordered the bill straight away... That also took a good 10 minutes... Sorry, but we will order the next burger at another restaurant..... It's a shame, because the burger really was was good....🤷 PS: ...I completely understand when the store is full and there is a lot to do... but when the service staff has time for comfortable conversations with guests who are obviously friends and the customers two tables away are consistently ignored, I understand then up....😢

We had the beetroot burger, the pastrami sandwich, the onion rings and the Nutella milkshake. Everything was super tasty. The service was great and food and drinks came quickly. Only the toilet in the adjacent parking garage does not meet the restaurant's standard.

Probably the best burger in Hanover at the moment. Good concept of commodity chain. Waiting times are okay, the staff is friendly and has the situation under control. The toilet situation is a bit awkward, you have to go behind the Redtaurant towards the entrance to the car park, which is a bit annoying. On the other hand, the handwashing basin in the restaurant is commendable! At the end of the visit you can always take home a piece of free fruit. Keep it up!

Unfortunately, the waiting time for the food was disproportionately long. Unfortunately the order (2/4 burgers) did not arrive correctly. The food was ok, but unfortunately not at all what you would expect in a restaurant like this. Prices very high. Toilet next door in the parking lot. Many people use the restaurant as a passage to the parking garage. It's a shame, I'm very disappointed and unfortunately I can't recommend the restaurant to anyone.

Very nice restaurant. For a burger I had the parles-tu Francais. The French toast bun was something completely new and had a lot of taste. The 3 smashed patties were grilled medium rare and very juicy and well seasoned. The sauce rounded everything off perfectly. As a side dish there was Perche Ti Amo, fries with delicious Bolognese Parmesan Rucula which was rounded off with dried tomatoes marinated in oil. All in all, a very successful, delicious creation. I can only recommend it.

Only been here for the second time. Reserve a table for four people in advance by email. You get an individual answer. Everything went well. Seated outside upon arrival. The card that was handed out is a bit confusing with all the colorful stuff etc. It's become carnal little brother (€14.00). With a patty. In my opinion, the quantity is completely sufficient. Everything else falls into a different category for me. The taste was very tasty and something different than McDonald's etc. I also used the dippers and bacon mayo. (€4.80 + €1.40) Not exactly cheap in terms of price. Serve with a Kräusen as a drink. Naturally cloudy beer for €4.40. Eating a burger once costs €30. Service friendly. It's a shame that the toilet is used by the neighboring parking garage. It just seems shabby and ensures that it is "only" four stars. Overall a nice shop!

Unfortunately, disappointingly, we arrived at 9:15 p.m. and the kitchen had apparently already closed, which we weren't told beforehand, even though they were open until 10 p.m. and we assumed there would be no problem. Our food arrived cold and the fries were warmed up again and not fresh as expected. When we asked the service about it, they couldn't do anything and since the kitchen was already closing and it was 9:30 p.m. instead of at least doing something about the price, we had to pay the full amount. I really expected something more than cold burgers. They were okay, but they would have been better warm and I had a hair in my drink. What wasn't mine.(color) I would have expected more. We'll think about going there again if the service had at least been accommodating. I don't know if they were happy if they had to pay almost 50 euros for cold food

Once again it was very tasty here and the quality remained the same. Food-wise, the food here really delivers and the portions are really reasonable 😊 The only thing I don't think is so great is that we were served by 3 different people. But that's just my opinion... clear recommendation

Shortly before leaving: we were disappointed. We each ordered a classic cheeseburger and a vegetarian cheeseburger. My burger with meat was totally cold and not appealing at all. Just boring. The burger with the vegetarian patty was not cooked through at all. Despite complaining to service, this fact was ignored. Neither a new burger was served nor did we get a refund/reduction for the burger. The fries were tasty, but despite everything we are very disappointed. We simply expected more.

The food was okay. Nothing special, the service was great! The employees are very quick and friendly. Now for the negative part: we ordered a large bottle of water… a large carafe of tap water arrived and we paid €5.90 for it. Simply outrageous. 2 burgers, fries and a carafe of water 51€… that was the last time I eat there.

The artwork shop in Hanover looks very modern and clean. They cooperate like everyone else Staff do a very good job. There is a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the store, which is increasingly spread by the friendly staff

Very expensive, tastes okay. The portions were relatively small. The (really not large) portion of fries is standard without sauces, including ketchup or mayonnaise! The selection of sauces is large and tastes good, but fries + ketchup alone costs at least €5! Service was friendly and relatively quick. We were there with a group of 10 people and when billing it turned out that a beer we had ordered had not been entered for the table. Instead of simply adding this, the MA asked several times which colleague at our table had taken the orders and was therefore responsible for the error. When we didn't say this, he talked to another MA about it. Very unpleasant and spoiled the stay.

A really very very small fries for 5€, the sauce of course also costs extra but not 30 or 50 cents but also another 1.60€. From a scoop of ice cream without anything. No sauce, no sprinkles, no cream, a hefty €2.50 per scoop. That was definitely the first and last time I ate there. It's really not bad but the prices have influenced the rating extremely... After eating, we now eat again because the portions are really small...

The food itself was tasty, but we found leftover plastic/rubber in both a burger and a drink. The drink was then re-released, but there was still NO discount or compensation. In addition, the cappuccino was served in a cup with a racist logo (old logo of the Machwitz coffee roasting company). That's really not possible, these cups have to be sorted out!!! Wouldn't go there again!

A little unfortunate in a side street. But lemonades, sweet potatoes and burgers are served quickly and taste good. The low-carb version with avocado instead of rolls was a good choice. What more do you want. Price wise okay. You can sometimes tell from the service staff that they have learned something different.

You definitely have to visit it. Simply incredibly delicious food, so different from other burger shops. Simply pure taste escalation. Drinks and dips are also absolutely amazing. The sweet dishes like the sweet burgers and shakes are also simply brilliant. Great value for money and also fast service. You should definitely be hungry.

Landed in Hanover on a stopover trip. Very tasty and the food was prepared quickly without a long wait. The service employee is very friendly. I would happily recommend this restaurant with all my heart. It's worth a visit.

To be honest, I don't understand all the positive reviews. The meat on the burgers had no taste at all, there was a complete lack of spices and it was also super dry and gristly at times. That's not what I mean by "well-done". I think the portion of fries is really small for the price, as is the small portion of dip that comes with it. I'd rather go to the Harp and get something sensible for my money. Oh yes. The store doesn't have its own toilet either; you use the toilet in the parking garage, which doesn't look particularly inviting either.

We were there on Sunday - me for the first time, the other two for the second time. Since you had very good experiences on your first visit, it was probably due to the day and the lack of staff. I can now say that I have definitely lost my appetite for burgers for now. We weren't the only ones that day...after the neighboring table pointed out to us that some of their burgers were raw, we looked (after waiting for an hour, which wouldn't be so much of a problem if you got decent food after that time would) first in the middle of our burgers. And actually unfortunately not nearly medium or like 2 people at our table wanted well done, raw! RAW! We looked forward to the food all day🤨 The neighboring table was then offered espresso etc because they probably only said it after the meal (thanks again for the tip) & us that a burger was taken off the bill and a new one Burger (i.e. 1 burger not 3...which didn't taste good) which took quite a while to arrive🙄 Because of back problems we had specially reserved normal tables, with chairs and benches, as the high tables and chairs are very uncomfortable in this case. .we insisted after a bit of a wait and luckily we got it. If I visit the Kuhnstwerk again, it will only be for a shake (the lotus avalanche is supposed to be phenomenal) or the fries🍟 which luckily I still had with a bacon bomb❤️🥰 which was delicious!! Oh and as I said, the burgers were probably also very tasty on their first visit 🤷‍♂️ in this case 3 cheese high

We spontaneously decided to go out for something to eat. First of all: We have no regrets! Eat: We got two different burgers. Once the three cheese high, which I ordered with additional bacon and jalapenos. I actually found it very good. Unfortunately the bottom bun was completely soaked, but it didn't really bother me. I would have liked more cheese for the three cheese high. The meat was medium as desired and tasted very good. I would come back just for the meat. My girlfriend ordered the chicken burger. Neither of us could find fault with it. Above all, wonderfully crispy. There was also the hand-planed dipper with the bacon bomb. That was a big highlight for me. The baconnaise tasted really good, the bacon was nice and crispy but not too crispy and the bacon jam amazed me for a few moments. The view is really very good! Drinks: I ordered the Tropical Ice Tea. Can not complain. It was very fruity and went well with the burger. We each had a shake for dessert. The shake of the week is different every week. This time it was with caramel and was very tasty. Ambiance: The ambience especially invites you to sit outside. Everything inside is harmoniously furnished and fits together very well. The two seats may be a little tight because the person sitting next to us at the table had problems getting out. There is more than enough space on the tables. Nice restaurant. Service was quick and always attentive. The food looks great. Not cheap, but the portions are big, so it's all good. My baguette roll didn't go well with my burger, it had a very dry taste. But otherwise everything was good. Clear recommendation!

FRIENDS ! Hand on heart. Anyone who is honest with themselves and has eaten here knows that this is the best burger in town. Basti does a great job with his own creations and the team is young and fresh. I always enjoy coming here. Thank you very much for the great food!
