Were here a few days ago for the first and unfortunately last time. The service simply reeled off standard phrases like an answering machine (no real conversation possible, no linguistic problem, but rather disinterest and intellectual overload) and was overwhelmed by the fact that we ordered something from the menu (what? oO). I have been having stomach problems after eating the burger for a few days until today...seems like there was something wrong with the burger. Personally, I cannot recommend a visit there. It's a shame, we were really looking forward to the burgers. Good thing we didn't have to go to the toilet given how the toilet situation seems to be. Atmosphere becomes very loud very quickly, so that you can hardly understand your own words. Prices - honestly? Extremely sophisticated for the performance offered. A day later we ate in a real restaurant in Hanover and the food there was cheaper and of a much higher quality. If “fast food” is more expensive than eating in a restaurant, then something is wrong. Unfortunately, seating is also very uncomfortable. They invite you to get up straight away. My recommendations to KUHnstWERK: Pay attention to the expiry dates of your food and create a feel-good atmosphere. Hire employees who don't just recite memorized texts and instead respond to the customer and understand what the customer wants. The fact that you order something from the menu and then are asked several times what you actually want is strange - to say the least.

The KUHnstwerk - real work of art or hot air (because of cow, methane you understand)? There are now a lot of burger shops and especially hip ones - and KUHnstwerk is one of those shops. Which, when it comes to food, at least doesn't mean it's bad. Because the food is really delicious! The burgers are very different and all have something special, for example many different buns. And the fries are really good too. Tip: Take the platter of four with all the varieties and share with everyone! But unfortunately, at least from my point of view, KUHnstwerk is also one of those hip shops where rather strange music plays. In addition, it is rather loud and even at the most remote table you can easily hear the background noise of the kitchen. That doesn't make the visit to the restaurant as perfect as the good food deserves! When it came to service, we noticed that there were an above-average number of people there - that's a good sign. When we visited, the team was very young and not quite as experienced, but they tried hard and were very friendly. Last note: As of 7:30 p.m. when we visited on a Sunday, there were only two tables occupied - so of course you have the feeling that you should leave soon. But the store can't do anything about that. Conclusion: Food really tasty, atmosphere more like muuuuuhhh. Maybe this will help you decide :)

Today I had dinner with my girlfriend at Kuhnstwerk. We each ordered the same burger (chicken). Once vegetarian and once normal. When the food arrived we were told that we had to check for ourselves which burger was vegetarian and which wasn't because the waitress didn't know anymore. Since it seemed strange to us, I tried both burgers. They both looked the same and tasted the same. Then my girlfriend tried the burgers (she's been vegetarian for years) and couldn't taste any difference. When we complained we were told that both are non-vegetarian. Of course a no go. When we got the vegetarian burger, we were surprised because the vegetarian burger looked completely different from the normal one. Therefore the experience was not very nice. As compensation we got a free drink. Oh well….

I've been there several times. The food is also really tasty but unfortunately you can hardly enjoy the good food because it is very loud and uncomfortable. The worst thing is probably that despite having a reservation and only a 2-hour slot, you now have to share an 8-seater high table T with 5 complete strangers (according to the owner, this is now part of the concept). These tables are pretty uncomfortable and there is really no distance between them and the neighbors. Unfortunately, it's really impossible to eat comfortably there.

I had the burger three cheese high. I ordered it medium. Unfortunately the patty was very raw. I also like to eat my steak "rare", but the burger was more "blue" and reminded me of a Mett roll 😝 BUT! I definitely could have left it to cook and everything else was delicious! Dips, fries, buns, cheese and burger sauces were really great! Hence the good rating. The iced tea is also delicious and the service was also very good.

The burgers here are really great - taste to the point and with high-quality ingredients that make the difference. The service is quick and friendly, so you don't have to wait long even when there's a lot of traffic. However, it has to be said that it is often quite busy, so it is definitely advisable to reserve in advance to avoid waiting times. One point of criticism from my point of view, however, is the size of the burgers. For the price I would have liked slightly larger portions as they are a bit small for my taste.

The two of us were here late at lunchtime, 2:45 p.m. We easily got a table for 2 people in a full restaurant without a long wait. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We ordered a classic burger and homemade fries with ketchup, as well as a mushroom burger with fried dippers and chili-peanut sauce. The burgers tasted really good and were a good size. The fries were crispy and dipped very well. The atmosphere is very cozy and a mixture of industrial and art style as well as country house flair. For dessert we had an Oreo milkshake, which we gave us full marks. 5☆

Went there spontaneously today as a couple. It was very full, unfortunately we were only able to get a "cat seat" by the window. Everything else was just good. Despite the fact that it was very busy, we were served quickly and friendly. Drinking came quickly, food followed shortly after. Both burgers and fries were very tasty. One point is deducted for the ambience, it was very loud. Otherwise a successful evening with delicious food and excellent service!

The food and the ambience were great! The store was very busy but spacious. Points are only deducted for prices and volume. You have to budget €20-25 for 1 burger plus a side dish and a drink. But quality matches the prices. Would go again.

When ordering, I showed the NeoTaste app and asked if I could use it and the waitress said that was possible, but was only necessary when paying. When I paid, I was told that this wasn't possible because the coupon wasn't valid until the evening. Now I had to pay twice, even though I was told at the beginning that it was possible to use the coupon. Simply a bottomless impudence. Not even remotely an admission of guilt or concession. I wanted to give the place a bad review anyway because the food tastes like cheap convenience food and there is an uncomfortable atmosphere. Once and never again.

We were at the Kuhnstwerk on Sunday evening between the years. We were happy to spontaneously get a table for 5 people. The waitress who was responsible for our table was friendly. Only the eye roll when correcting the bill was rude. Her colleagues seemed far less motivated and could hardly speak complete sentences to us and turned around again during the conversation. The menu is a bit overwhelming at first and the very limited selection of vegan or vegetarian burgers was very disappointing. There is also an additional charge of €4 for a vegan pattie. In addition, fries (!) were already sold out at 7 p.m. And iced tea. And a burger. We won't come back again.

The team was great and the food was breathtaking, Kuhnswerk is one of the best burger spots for a reason. However, I have often noticed during my visits that the boss treats the waiters and especially the waitresses very disrespectfully.

The toilet situation is a complete disaster. You have to leave the restaurant and stand in line at a filthy toilet in the parking garage 🤮 The restaurant itself has far too narrow seating in the small space. This leads to the service staff taking orders incorrectly due to the extreme volume caused by overcrowding. The prices are definitely too high for what is on offer. This especially applies to drinks.

Had a delicious meal at this restaurant. We were a group of 5 people. Everyone had a different burger. Each one was a work of art. It was delicious. Friendly service.

We came to the place by getting advice from a local person living in Hannover. We ordered the Classic burger. We haven't had such a good burger for a long time, the patty is very successful, it is juicy and leaves a nice feeling on the palate while eating it. The potatoes were also very delicious. We thought it was a bit ridiculous that only ketchup was charged.

Die Burger waren wirklich hervorragend. Leckerer Bun, medium Patty, wir hatten den Pilzkopf mit Schinken, Rucola und Spiegelei. Schwierig zu essen, aber bei Burger ist das ja meist so. Das Ambiente lädt nicht unbedingt für einen längeren Aufenthalt ein, aber wahrscheinlich sind wir mit Ü50 auch nicht mehr unbedingt die Zielgruppe. Weine schon recht teuer, aber auch nicht ungewöhnlich. Service fix und freundlich. Wer Lust auf Burger hat, ist hier richtig.

Been here for the first and last time today. The service and the ambience are an eye-catcher in themselves and you can't say much about it other than top! Eating it is a total disaster for my taste buds and those of the boys I was with! The associated prices are also a disgrace: €13.90 for a chicken burger without side dishes and a drink are simply excessive! You can definitely get better for the price!

The fries with various toppings were super tasty and definitely recommended. The drink selection was great. The service was great. I found the toilets off-putting. You go out and find yourself in the parking garage where the toilets are located. These are clean but still it is very irritating.

KUHnstWERK in Hanover is a really great spot for delicious burgers in the middle of the city - perfectly accessible and simply a great place to hang out with friends. What's particularly cool is the huge selection of vegetarian and vegan options, which is pretty unusual for a burger joint. There are not only the standard burgers here, but also regular new specials, including drinks. The staff is really friendly, the store is clean, and you immediately feel at home. However: be sure to reserve! It gets busy, especially in the evenings, and reservations are easy online. If you're looking for relaxed vibes and creative food, you've come to the right place.

The burgers are good, meat came medium as ordered. The bun can be ordered gluten-free for an additional charge and was still fluffy and tasted good. Fries are delicious, but at that price an additional €1.20 for ketchup seems expensive to me. The service was quick and friendly, and for me the gluten-free burger was definitely a highlight.

Wow, where do you start? With the extremely uncomfortable bar stools... So that we ate with several people standing up? With 7 simply cold burgers or with the really, really bad "legendary meatballs?" You really couldn't eat them.... We've been here twice in the last few weeks, both times the homemade iced tea was bad > the first time we only had ice cubes and maybe a quarter of the glass filled with iced tea, the taste was hardly there... the second time we got the wrong iced tea and then the one I actually ordered was served carbonated and completely over-sweetened, unfortunately it was all very disappointing. On the second attempt we ordered the meatballs in tomato sauce, but when we tried to put them on the fork they fell apart into individual crumbs. It tasted like Rewe from the frozen food department and unfortunately everything is not reasonable. We won't be coming back and won't recommend the restaurant

System catering, lots of veggies, fast, friendly service, delicious, fresh salads, homemade lemonade, an apple as a farewell gift, everything beautifully prepared. My companion said the store “lacked heart.” That may be true; That doesn't bother me, someone has developed a concept to make money with gastronomy and serves the mass taste with burgers etc. I find it pleasant in such anonymous shops. I only found the toilets in the parking garage unpleasant.

Probably the best burger in Hanover at the moment. Good concept of commodity chain. Waiting times are okay, the staff is friendly and has the situation under control. The toilet situation is a bit awkward, you have to go behind the Redtaurant towards the entrance to the car park, which is a bit annoying. On the other hand, the handwashing basin in the restaurant is commendable! At the end of the visit you can always take home a piece of free fruit. Keep it up!

We had the beetroot burger, the pastrami sandwich, the onion rings and the Nutella milkshake. Everything was super tasty. The service was great and food and drinks came quickly. Only the toilet in the adjacent parking garage does not meet the restaurant's standard.

Very nice restaurant. For a burger I had the parles-tu Francais. The French toast bun was something completely new and had a lot of taste. The 3 smashed patties were grilled medium rare and very juicy and well seasoned. The sauce rounded everything off perfectly. As a side dish there was Perche Ti Amo, fries with delicious Bolognese Parmesan Rucula which was rounded off with dried tomatoes marinated in oil. All in all, a very successful, delicious creation. I can only recommend it.

Only been here for the second time. Reserve a table for four people in advance by email. You get an individual answer. Everything went well. Seated outside upon arrival. The card that was handed out is a bit confusing with all the colorful stuff etc. It's become carnal little brother (€14.00). With a patty. In my opinion, the quantity is completely sufficient. Everything else falls into a different category for me. The taste was very tasty and something different than McDonald's etc. I also used the dippers and bacon mayo. (€4.80 + €1.40) Not exactly cheap in terms of price. Serve with a Kräusen as a drink. Naturally cloudy beer for €4.40. Eating a burger once costs €30. Service friendly. It's a shame that the toilet is used by the neighboring parking garage. It just seems shabby and ensures that it is "only" four stars. Overall a nice shop!

Unfortunately, disappointingly, we arrived at 9:15 p.m. and the kitchen had apparently already closed, which we weren't told beforehand, even though they were open until 10 p.m. and we assumed there would be no problem. Our food arrived cold and the fries were warmed up again and not fresh as expected. When we asked the service about it, they couldn't do anything and since the kitchen was already closing and it was 9:30 p.m. instead of at least doing something about the price, we had to pay the full amount. I really expected something more than cold burgers. They were okay, but they would have been better warm and I had a hair in my drink. What wasn't mine.(color) I would have expected more. We'll think about going there again if the service had at least been accommodating. I don't know if they were happy if they had to pay almost 50 euros for cold food

The food was okay. Nothing special, the service was great! The employees are very quick and friendly. Now for the negative part: we ordered a large bottle of water… a large carafe of tap water arrived and we paid €5.90 for it. Simply outrageous. 2 burgers, fries and a carafe of water 51€… that was the last time I eat there.

Shortly before leaving: we were disappointed. We each ordered a classic cheeseburger and a vegetarian cheeseburger. My burger with meat was totally cold and not appealing at all. Just boring. The burger with the vegetarian patty was not cooked through at all. Despite complaining to service, this fact was ignored. Neither a new burger was served nor did we get a refund/reduction for the burger. The fries were tasty, but despite everything we are very disappointed. We simply expected more.

Very expensive, tastes okay. The portions were relatively small. The (really not large) portion of fries is standard without sauces, including ketchup or mayonnaise! The selection of sauces is large and tastes good, but fries + ketchup alone costs at least €5! Service was friendly and relatively quick. We were there with a group of 10 people and when billing it turned out that a beer we had ordered had not been entered for the table. Instead of simply adding this, the MA asked several times which colleague at our table had taken the orders and was therefore responsible for the error. When we didn't say this, he talked to another MA about it. Very unpleasant and spoiled the stay.

Something different, very tasty, top service, price is reasonable these days.
