The burgers are really delicious, and the kids' hot dog was a giant currywurst in a bun (which was okay). Unfortunately, there were no desserts or milkshakes that day (due to staff shortages). All in all, delicious, and good service.

The "Truffle Dream" burger was very good, as was the "Kikiriki" salad. The side bread that accompanied the salad was also delicious. The service was attentive, and the ambiance is perfect for a burger joint.

I'm not a burger fan, but I certainly won't be going there again. On the one hand, the burgers are probably cool for pictures and an Instagram post, but the meat was tasteless and the construction made it impossible to eat the burger with your hands. And that's the thing about eating burgers. You don't want to HAVE to use a knife and fork. But there's no other way. The prices are pretty steep, too: €20 for a piece of bread with two slices of meat and a few vegetables - well... the service, on the other hand, was super nice, friendly, and very attentive.

Highly recommended, centrally located, yet no parking problems... The burger bar is on the ground floor of a parking garage...!! We tried five different burgers, and they were all delicious...!!😋😋

The food was good, not the best I've had, but better than average. Service was okay, but slightly overwhelmed even though the bar wasn't full. And it was loud, very loud even though the bar wasn't even full. On the positive side, the shakes are a meal in themselves and are too much even for me after one meal. So if you're planning on having a shake, it's better to avoid anything if you're not hungry, and even if you're "normally" hungry, maybe just eat something small.

Ordered the nachos, really spicy but crushed chips so needed a spoon to eat it and not very tasty. Sweet potato fries were nice. Chicken bites extremely overpriced and sauce was mayonnaise which didn’t complement it at all so all in all okay but totally overpriced. Didn’t try the burger but after these snacks not into that.

Too long a wait for a burger that was too bad. The menu promises a lot with its great burger names. It tastes like home, so nothing special. There were more tomatoes on the burger than meat.

Never again – an evening in nightmare mode! What was planned as a pleasant restaurant visit turned out to be an involuntary excursion into the hell of bad service. I should have been suspicious as soon as I walked in: The entire staff seemed to consist exclusively of teenagers and interns – probably freshly recruited from the schoolyard. The service was hectic, nervous, and unfortunately completely overwhelmed. As for the food: COLD. FRIES: WET. BURGER: SAD. I didn't see any mold, but it tasted like the food had spent a few nights in the fridge next to forgotten leftovers. Culinary work of art? If that's art, I'd rather be a philistine. But the real kicker: A children's birthday party (?) or something similarly loud was raging in the middle of the dining room. Screaming children, running between the tables as if we were in a daycare center with an attached snack bar. Relaxation or enjoyment was out of the question – more like escape. And when we tried to at least save the fries, half our table was already cleared, even though we clearly signaled that we were still eating. Sorry, but that wasn't service—it was a robbery of our food. Bottom line: If you're looking for cold food, loud children, and uncoordinated staff, this is the place for you. For everyone else: Save your money and your nerves. It was the first and definitely the last time. This is the only review you need.

We went there without a reservation and still got a seat. It's definitely better to make a reservation, especially on weekends. The food was excellent. Gluten-free options are safe and easy, and the staff are knowledgeable. I had no problems afterward.

I ate there with my wife last Thursday afternoon. I had the Three Cheese Burger, my wife the chicken burger. It came with sweet potato fries. The shake of the day was also included. Everything was delicious. The staff were very attentive to us and the other guests in the truest sense of the word. At the next table, someone commented on the burger's undercookedness. They replaced it quickly and friendly. I highly recommend it.

This isn't exactly a burger, more of an adventure. A complete disappointment in both taste and appearance. The fries come pre-ordered without seasoning 😂 Save your money; the sausage from the gas station is more classy.

We had a burger (Trüffeldream) and a currywurst (Der Klassiker). The burger was delicious, but the currywurst with fries was a disappointment. It was served on an oval, silver tray. It wasn't that great; it was much too small, and the metal meant the food got cold quickly. A bit more sauce would have been good. The restrooms are outside the restaurant in the adjacent parking garage. When you go back into the restaurant through the back door, there's a tripping hazard in the floor. Be careful! Dessert: 3 scoops of ice cream. Delicious, but poorly presented. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they took our comments on the food and the restroom into consideration. This was our first visit and also our last.

Delicious food, unusual burgers. The waitresses were a bit overly generous, coming to our table every 10 minutes with a question. But everything was very nice.

I loved their burger but my sauce was sweet and chilly i ordered peanut butter but its alright they just mixed up my sauce haha the service was friendly and fast and the atmosphere was nice abit too noisy the bathroom situation was very questionable for women! Very dirty i would say!

The food was adequate, but the beer prices were outrageous. There were several beers on tap, but only 0.33l for the price of 0.5l. Who sells draft beer and doesn't have 0.5l glasses?

We asked about Zöakolie restaurants and KUHnstwerk was recommended to us and we can confirm this. We announced at the beginning that we had someone with ceacolia and were wondering at the beginning whether it would work out. However, no complaints and the food and ambience were great. Gluten-free things cost a little more but that's perfectly fine 👌

Delicious hamburgers! They were so well made with a soft bun and a juicy meat! The size was also quite good. The potatoes don’t come by default and they were a bit too dry and not done in my favorite style. The atmosphere is very casual and cool. The seating options were high bar stools which wasn’t too comfortable but it was ok. They also have regular tables as well as outdoor seating. The staff was very attentive and the service was fast. Their cocktails were also quite good.

Stranded there by accident. Unfortunately we only got a place outside because everything inside was reserved. Service (apart from the manager) was very young across the board, didn't seem particularly experienced, but was extremely committed, super nice and attentive. When my order (burger “Purist beef” with fries) came, there was a vegetable patty on it. I got a Purist (vegan without beef) by mistake. The young lady (slightly unsettled) took him away again. I was nibbling on the fries when the service manager brought me the real burger after a short while. “Sorry, something was mixed up - should I bring you new fries?” It wasn't necessary and I politely declined. This is also how you can deal with errors. I was happy. Burger was delicious. Dessert (pistachio mishmash) sensational. Gladly again.

Burgers are rather average in taste. Also the size of the portion. An above-average number of service staff, who sometimes run hectically through the store in order to appear busy without doing anything significant. Furnishings are stylish and chic.

Ideas good, implementation so-so. Smashed patty fried medium and therefore no roasted aromas. Burger just tasted like tomato ketchup and pickles. Fries incredibly tasty. Brioche bun perfect. To us, iced peach tea just tasted like sweet water. Are used to much better things from Hamburg. Service 1A.

Food is good, at first it looks like small burgers, but it fills you up without making you feel overly full. There are also exotic burgers that taste very good. The ingredients are very fresh. The prices are high. 13€ for the burger, about 6€ for fries. I find the 1.20 for ketchup particularly cheeky. The service is attentive and very friendly. The ambience is crap. The toilet is in the nearby parking garage and is therefore public. This is difficult in a shop that potentially sells finger food. The plates are made of enamel, which already has significant flaws. The chairs and benches are unpadded and are very narrow, so that even narrow people and the staff have to squeeze.

The food is very tasty and stylishly prepared. There is a very good selection of burgers, fries and drinks. Tables and chairs also fit the rustic atmosphere. One minus is the sanitary facilities, you use the parking garage toilet, which I didn't like that much.

A really cool place, beautifully designed and inviting, light and happy atmosphere. Excellent service from waitresses accessible to English speakers.. Delicious and fresh food, clean, you can see the kitchen from the restaurant. There are tables for sitting together or high bar tables. We ate two hamburger dishes - one vegan with pumpkin patty and the other vegetarian with beet patty. It was excellent! Light local beers. And the fries with truffles were perfect!

I was here for the second time yesterday and was unfortunately disappointed (again). Based on the reviews and prices, you can get a certain idea. I also like to spend a little more money on good food. Yesterday there were 4 of us and, although the shop was pretty empty (regardless of delivery outside the home), we had to wait almost an hour for the food despite our reservation. In my opinion, the portions are a bit meager for the price, the food was (again) not hot, just lukewarm. In terms of taste, all the burgers were not very flavorful, but rather bland .. :-( The meat was juicy and tasty, but would certainly have been even tastier warm... You should also know that you have to pay an extra charge for everything, even normal mayonnaise (from €1.20 per sauce) and the prices overall are relatively high. I wasn't that happy the first time, but there was a lot going on that day. So I wanted to give Kuhnstwerk another chance yesterday... Well, unfortunately that was the last one... Sorry! :-(

We were there with six people and initially sat at a long table. Unfortunately it was very loud there, making it difficult to have a conversation. After politely asking, we were able to move to a vacant table, which was much more pleasant. The burgers were really tasty, and we also really enjoyed the fries platter. One negative point, however, is the toilet situation, they are located in the adjacent parking garage, which wasn't particularly comfortable for us. Overall a good experience with small drawbacks in terms of ambience and toilets, but the food was convincing!

The service simply reeled off standard phrases like an answering machine (no real conversation possible, no linguistic problem, but rather disinterest and intellectual overload) and was overwhelmed by the fact that we ordered something from the menu (what? oO). I have been having stomach problems after eating the burger for a few days until today...seems like there was something wrong with the burger. Personally, I cannot recommend a visit there. It's a shame, we were really looking forward to the burgers. Good thing we didn't have to go to the toilet given how the toilet situation seems to be. Atmosphere becomes very loud very quickly, so that you can hardly understand your own words. Prices - honestly? Extremely sophisticated for the performance offered. A day later we ate in a real restaurant in Hanover and the food there was cheaper and of a much higher quality. If “fast food” is more expensive than eating in a restaurant, then something is wrong. Unfortunately, seating is also very uncomfortable. They invite you to get up straight away. My recommendations to KUHnstWERK: Pay attention to the expiry dates of your food and create a feel-good atmosphere. Hire employees who don't just recite memorized texts and instead respond to the customer and understand what the customer wants. The fact that you order something from the menu and then are asked several times what you actually want is strange - to say the least.

The KUHnstwerk - real work of art or hot air (because of cow, methane you understand)? There are now a lot of burger shops and especially hip ones - and KUHnstwerk is one of those shops. Which, when it comes to food, at least doesn't mean it's bad. Because the food is really delicious! The burgers are very different and all have something special, for example many different buns. And the fries are really good too. Tip: Take the platter of four with all the varieties and share with everyone! But unfortunately, at least from my point of view, KUHnstwerk is also one of those hip shops where rather strange music plays. In addition, it is rather loud and even at the most remote table you can easily hear the background noise of the kitchen. That doesn't make the visit to the restaurant as perfect as the good food deserves! When it came to service, we noticed that there were an above-average number of people there - that's a good sign. When we visited, the team was very young and not quite as experienced, but they tried hard and were very friendly. Last note: As of 7:30 p.m. when we visited on a Sunday, there were only two tables occupied - so of course you have the feeling that you should leave soon. But the store can't do anything about that. Conclusion: Food really tasty, atmosphere more like muuuuuhhh. Maybe this will help you decide :)

Today I had dinner with my girlfriend at Kuhnstwerk. We each ordered the same burger (chicken). Once vegetarian and once normal. When the food arrived we were told that we had to check for ourselves which burger was vegetarian and which wasn't because the waitress didn't know anymore. Since it seemed strange to us, I tried both burgers. They both looked the same and tasted the same. Then my girlfriend tried the burgers (she's been vegetarian for years) and couldn't taste any difference. When we complained we were told that both are non-vegetarian. Of course a no go. When we got the vegetarian burger, we were surprised because the vegetarian burger looked completely different from the normal one. Therefore the experience was not very nice. As compensation we got a free drink. Oh well….

I've been there several times. The food is also really tasty but unfortunately you can hardly enjoy the good food because it is very loud and uncomfortable. The worst thing is probably that despite having a reservation and only a 2-hour slot, you now have to share an 8-seater high table T with 5 complete strangers (according to the owner, this is now part of the concept). These tables are pretty uncomfortable and there is really no distance between them and the neighbors. Unfortunately, it's really impossible to eat comfortably there.

I had the burger three cheese high. I ordered it medium. Unfortunately the patty was very raw. I also like to eat my steak "rare", but the burger was more "blue" and reminded me of a Mett roll 😝 BUT! I definitely could have left it to cook and everything else was delicious! Dips, fries, buns, cheese and burger sauces were really great! Hence the good rating. The iced tea is also delicious and the service was also very good.

The burgers here are really great - taste to the point and with high-quality ingredients that make the difference. The service is quick and friendly, so you don't have to wait long even when there's a lot of traffic. However, it has to be said that it is often quite busy, so it is definitely advisable to reserve in advance to avoid waiting times. One point of criticism from my point of view, however, is the size of the burgers. For the price I would have liked slightly larger portions as they are a bit small for my taste.

The two of us were here late at lunchtime, 2:45 p.m. We easily got a table for 2 people in a full restaurant without a long wait. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We ordered a classic burger and homemade fries with ketchup, as well as a mushroom burger with fried dippers and chili-peanut sauce. The burgers tasted really good and were a good size. The fries were crispy and dipped very well. The atmosphere is very cozy and a mixture of industrial and art style as well as country house flair. Despite the fact that it was very busy, we were served quickly and friendly. Drinking came quickly, food followed shortly after. Both burgers and fries were very tasty. The food and the ambience were great! The store was very busy but spacious. Points are only deducted for prices and volume. You have to budget €20-25 for 1 burger plus a side dish and a drink. But quality matches the prices. Would go again.

When ordering, I showed the NeoTaste app and asked if I could use it and the waitress said that was possible, but was only necessary when paying. When I paid, I was told that this wasn't possible because the coupon wasn't valid until the evening. Now I had to pay twice, even though I was told at the beginning that it was possible to use the coupon. Simply a bottomless impudence. Not even remotely an admission of guilt or concession. I wanted to give the place a bad review anyway because the food tastes like cheap convenience food and there is an uncomfortable atmosphere. Once and never again.

The team was great and the food was breathtaking, Kuhnswerk is one of the best burger spots for a reason. However, I have often noticed during my visits that the boss treats the waiters and especially the waitresses very disrespectfully.

The toilet situation is a complete disaster. You have to leave the restaurant and stand in line at a filthy toilet in the parking garage 🤮 The restaurant itself has far too narrow seating in the small space. This leads to the service staff taking orders incorrectly due to the extreme volume caused by overcrowding. The prices are definitely too high for what is on offer. This especially applies to drinks.

We came to the place by getting advice from a local person living in Hannover. We ordered the Classic burger. We haven't had such a good burger for a long time, the patty is very successful, it is juicy and leaves a nice feeling on the palate while eating it. The potatoes were also very delicious. We thought it was a bit ridiculous that only ketchup was charged.

Die Burger waren wirklich hervorragend. Leckerer Bun, medium Patty, wir hatten den Pilzkopf mit Schinken, Rucola und Spiegelei. Schwierig zu essen, aber bei Burger ist das ja meist so. Das Ambiente lädt nicht unbedingt für einen längeren Aufenthalt ein, aber wahrscheinlich sind wir mit Ü50 auch nicht mehr unbedingt die Zielgruppe. Weine schon recht teuer, aber auch nicht ungewöhnlich. Service fix und freundlich. Wer Lust auf Burger hat, ist hier richtig.
