Great location, really cozy, the food tastes very good too, I can only recommend it And the service was great and a nice lady with glasses served us. She made the whole thing perfect with her friendliness and fast service The prices are a bit expensive but otherwise a top shop

It was Friday evening... The restaurant is huge and we were happy to get 3 seats without booking in advance. Everything was okay, but since it was so crowded We had to wait over an hour for food without comment. But that was good as usual. The service was relaxed, although other visitors probably also asked about the long wait. Respect!

The restaurant is very environmentally friendly, with a specific hamburger that I have never eaten so good. Fresh ingredients, fresh meat, all fresh and with great taste. Very welcoming staff, a clean restaurant, and I wholeheartedly recommend going to this restaurant to eat very well. They also have promotions with many offers including drinks. Everything very tasty! The burgers are always great and I come here regularly. **BUT:** Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Today (like every time) it took a long time for the order to be taken - even though the restaurant wasn't full. We waited for a full menu (drink included) but only food was served first. In the end it turned out that the cocktail we ordered was no longer available. If you want another drink instead, you have to wait a long time before you can order. Meanwhile, the food had long since been eaten and I was still sitting there waiting for my cocktail - while the person accompanying me had already finished eating and drinking. Unfortunately, the staff seemed very uninvolved and unfriendly. Please improve urgently!

I ate in the restaurant today but I was very dissatisfied and would prefer not to give it a star. The citizen's meatball tastes like a frozen one and unfortunately the fries weren't crispy either. When I wanted to order a draft beer and waited 10 minutes, the waitress came to the table and told me that unfortunately there was no more beer. When I wanted to order a Coke it wasn't available either. There are also no zero drinks in this store. I can't say whether it's like this in every store in this chain, but I was really disappointed with this store. Unfortunately, I didn't have a positive experience from my stay. I would recommend another store to future customers.

I often enjoy burgers at hans in Glück in Oldenburg and decided to visit the one in Hannover when I visited a friend. The reception was very cold. I was left standing at the door and when I went to take a sit by myself, no one paid attention to me even after calling their attention twice and sitting for close to 30mins. I left without getting anything. I don’t want to use the obvious word but that wasn’t nice.

Gladly again. Food delicious, garlic fries a bit too salty. A bit loud.

Ordering with the qr-coye is no use for a large group if everyone orders individually. Payment method cannot then be selected. Only credit card worked. Food service and restaurant otherwise top.

Unfortunately, our order from this restaurant was a complete disappointment. The patties were burnt black and dry, the fries were soggy and inedible, and all the food was cold. In addition, some burgers were completely missing from the order. To date we have not received a response from the restaurant or a refund. Such poor service and quality is absolutely unacceptable. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Usual quality food from Hans im Glück with a large and delicious selection of burgers. Nuggets, on the other hand, only seem to be available in vegan form, which was only moderately well received by the children. The ambience is also like that of Hans im Glück with unique birch decoration which creates visual room dividers. This restaurant in particular seemed particularly tightly packed with very small dining booths without much space between them. The volume level was correspondingly increased.

Great new burger restaurant. Food was very tasty, price was okay. The wrong burger was brought in and the employee apologized for it several times. Service very nice and friendly. Great atmosphere, you can sit on 'swings'. Everything is really nice there. Definitely not the last time there

An absolute highlight in Hanover's gastronomy!! Great concept, hard-working waiters (and pretty looks for good measure. For the female staff) and a boss who exudes calm and expertise. My wife and I have already been busy promoting “Hans im Glück”! We don't come from Hanover; But we will still be pampered there more often!

Super nice service. The corn on the cob pieces in garlic sauce were DIVINE. The “rest” of the food was also very good. It was just a little too “tight” for me. A lot of tables and "tree trunks" in relatively little space. We always say less is more. But I am aware that you depend on every customer. Thank you very much, I'll be happy to come back.

Excellent service! Extremely smiling and super sweet server we had. The decor is different with real trees inside and plenty of atmosphere. Great food and excellent cocktails!

Very tasty food at reasonable prices. The decoration inside is very nice. Unfortunately there is no space for children's chairs. What struck me negatively was that when paying digitally, a tip is added on top. Even if you pay with a card, the waiter adds the tip and doesn't point it out. I have no problem with tipping, but if I'm banned from paying a sum that isn't correct but the tip is already included, I don't find it very transparent. This really needs to be changed.

The special ambience alone makes it all. But what we ate and drank was also good.

Always a great place for a meal alone, as a couple or in a group. There is something to eat here for every dialect. From vegans to omnivores, everyone who likes burgers will be happy here. The cocktails and lemonades are also worth highlighting.

The food is really great! The service is ok - although it wasn't busy it was very hectic. I think given the prices, additional force could have been used safely and stress could have been reduced for everyone. The whole interior is very crowded and restless. We sat in a booth designed for 6 people. There weren't 6 of us and it was very cramped and uncomfortable. There is also no space at the next tables, so you can easily follow the conversations of the other guests. Definitely not a place where you would want to stay longer after a really good meal.

The service is nice, the food is always very good and the price/performance ratio is also reasonable. I think it's great that there are special and normal burgers. There is something for everyone.

Ambiance is pretty cool. Burgers and portions have become smaller and smaller in recent months. Furthermore, our burgers were warm but not hot. The cocktails that were supposed to contain alcohol felt like they had no taste at all. Before I go to Hans im Glück again, I'd rather go to Burger King. I just expect it to not be good, but at least I pay less.

Good food, but service and processes totally uncoordinated... Ordered aperitif and chips as well as burgers, fries and cocktails. It takes a while and then suddenly the cocktails arrive, the aperitif has run out of an ingredient (wild berry). We don't need another aperitif anymore... And immediately afterwards come the burgers plus the chips! All at the same time. One burger was also in the wrong bun, but no matter, it was still good. A pity...

The service was uninterested, the price/performance ratio wasn't right at all, it was simply too expensive and the cappuccino we ordered never reached our table but was on the bill. The restaurant isn't the least bit cozy and doesn't invite you to linger!!

The employees were nice. The fries menu is extensive and good. The food overall average. The interior design is not designed for tall and comfortable people.

Delicious Burgers and friendly staff 🤩

Went there with our children and they and we really enjoyed and enjoyed it. Super nice ambience like in the living room or in a mountain hut in the Alps. All that was missing was Almöhi with the white beard.

The entire staff served all the tables, which meant that we received incorrect orders and not the actual ones. They didn't come when we wanted to order food, there were incorrect amounts on the bill. So we ate something we were never able to order. The store looks cool inside, but I wouldn't recommend trying to be served there.

The staff at Hans im Glück is very friendly and helpful and the interior is very pretty. But expect to have long waiting times. (The last times we waited at least 45 minutes) The food is pretty good but is not cheap at all with over 5€ for an iced tea. What I really liked was the option to pay via qr code which saved some time after the meal

A very cozy and affordable option for dining in the heart of Hanover with delicious burgers and cocktails! All delivered by a very friendly service staff! I definitely recommend this!

It's nice and the lunch menu is good. Staff very inattentive and special requests (no nut dressing, due to allergies) are not implemented.

We fortified ourselves on New Year's Eve in front of the theater in "Hans im Glück". The reservation was easy and worked very well. The vegan dishes were enough for us. We even shared our burger menus because we couldn't decide.

Very cool and interesting facility. The burgers are also great and special requests are usually accommodated. The employees sometimes seem a bit overwhelmed. Recently everything was empty and everyone was sent away because everything was reserved. Maybe you should leave a few seats free for spontaneous guests.

The meal two burgers were delicious. The vegetarian burger in particular was very good. It was busy and that's why it took a while. Unfortunately the espresso was a disappointment. One of the worst I've ever had. Despite a good espresso machine.

the burger was good, very soft brioche, perfectly cooked beef and delicious sauces, but i think they need to work more on the fries, service was also good but was a bit slow although it wasnt that full when i visited, the store is cool with the unique design

UPDATE zum Besuch vor ca. 1 Jahr Nach den unten geschilderten Erfahrungen gab ich Hans im Glück, entgegen meiner eigentlichen Ankündigung nicht wieder Gast zu sein, eine erneute Chance und wurde nicht enttäuscht: wir wurden schnell platziert, die Bestellungen schnell aufgenommen, die Bedienung war extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Essen war heiß, frisch und köstlich! Wir kommen wieder :-) _______________________________________________________________ Meine Erfahrung mit Hans im Glück ist in Hannover leider ein Desaster. Schade, nachdem ich vor einigen Jahren in Dresden so gute Erfahrungen gemacht habe war ich zunächst etwas traurig, dass es kein Hans im Glück in Hannover gibt. Nun habe ich mich am Samstag entschieden dort hinzugehen, wir fanden ein leeres Restaurant mit vielleicht 15 Gästen vor. Zunächst war ich verwundert, dass man dort platziert wird. Wir warteten daher artig vorne am Eingang bis einer der Kellner sich nach 10 Minuten endlich erbarmte uns mal anzusprechen. Das Restaurant war leer! Noch dazu erscheint es mir persönlich seltsam in einem Burgerladen platziert zu werden; mir sind wohl die 5 Michelin-Sterne entgangen. Aber nun gut, Regeln des Hauses, wir wollten uns daran halten. Ich äußerte dem Kellner gegenüber, dass wir 2 Personen wären und uns der Tisch an sich egal wäre. Ich dachte dass dies nützliche Informationen wären, da man ja schließlich platziert wird. Der Kellner entgegnete darauf nur, dass er alleine wäre und es ihm auch egal wäre. Haha.. witzig. Nach diesem unhöflichen Verhalten hat man uns nun endlich einen Tisch zugewiesen. Dort verweilten wir wieder 30 Minuten in einem absolut leeren Restaurant. Keiner schien wirklich daran interessiert zu sein eine Bestellung aufzunehmen. Wir sind dann aufgebrochen und zur Konkurrenz Burger King gegangen. Zu den Getränken und dem Essen kann ich mich nicht äußern; das Ambiente ans ich ist schön. Aufgrund dieser desaströsen Erfahrung werden wir selbstredend nicht wieder erscheinen. Ich habe keine Lust mir vorzunehmen Essen zu gehen und dabei die Unsicherheit zu verspüren überhaupt bedient zu werden. Das ist nicht normal.

Die Nachspeise war fantastisch . Hauptgericht auch hervorragend , für meinen Geschmack, hätte der pattie etwas angebratener sein können. Der Service war super entgegenkommend, höflich und freundlich. Der Alkoholfreie Cocktail war fantastisch. Danke für den gelungenen Abend . Wir kommen wieder.

Ich persönlich fand es unbequem zu sitzen. Die Auswahl der Burger las sich super. Was dann allerdings an den Tisch kam war geschmacklich gut, aber nicht besonders und die Art der Anrichtung war lieblos und nicht schön.

Beste Burger der Stadt. Reichlich und lecker belegt. Qualitativ sehr hochwertige. Eine tolle Auswahl an leckeren Beilagen.

The atmosphere is indeed nice, but the tables and benches are too small. It's loved by kids, but as adults, we can't fit comfortably at the tables and benches. The 40-minute service time for the burger is a bit long. Unfortunately, until these issues are resolved, I can't enjoy my fantastic burger with pleasure.

War zum ersten Mal hier. Einen veganen Burger bestellt, der mir gut geschmeckt hat. Die Fritten waren ebenfalls lecker. Die Cheddar-Sause kann ich leider nicht empfehlen. Flockig und fast geschmacklos. Mir persönlich war es etwas zu eng, wodurch es etwas unangenehm war, so nah am Nachbartisch und fremden Menschen zu sitzen. Ich würde hier dennoch gern wieder essen.

Das Restaurant ist leider sehr vollgestellt, dadurch fühlten wir uns etwas beengt. Servicekräfte waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Stühle sind für ältere Gäste nicht geeignet. Essen war wie immer schnell da und lecker.

Ich hatte kürzlich die Gelegenheit, das Restaurant "Hans im Glück" zu besuchen, und meine Erfahrung war sowohl positiv als auch negativ geprägt. Das Essen im "Hans im Glück" zeichnet sich durch seine gute Individualität und angemessene Menge aus. Die Speisen sind geschmackvoll präsentiert, und die Vielfalt an Optionen auf der Speisekarte ermöglicht es jedem Gast, etwas nach seinem Geschmack zu finden. Leider war das Essen etwas untergewürzt, obwohl dafür Salz auf dem Tisch verfügbar war. Das durchgezogene Thema des Restaurants ist bemerkenswert. Von den Schildern bis zu den Toiletten gibt es eine kohärente Atmosphäre. Kleine Details wie das Toilettenschloss fügen sich gut in das Gesamtbild ein, obwohl die Sauberkeit der Toiletten zu wünschen übrig lässt. Flecken auf dem Boden trübten den ansonsten positiven Eindruck. Das Ambiente im "Hans im Glück" ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Die Aufmerksamkeit für Details ist spürbar, und die Gesamtkomposition vermittelt eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Leider gab es während meines Besuchs einige Probleme. Das WLAN war ausgefallen, was für viele Gäste, die möglicherweise auf eine Internetverbindung angewiesen sind, ärgerlich sein könnte. Der Service schien auch leicht überfordert zu sein, insbesondere bei einer großen Gruppe. Dies führte zu längeren Wartezeiten und einem leicht getrübten Gesamteindruck. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt war das Fehlen von Empfang im Restaurant, was besonders für Gäste, die auf eine Mobilfunkverbindung angewiesen sind, störend sein kann. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass Desinfektionsmittel am Waschbecken vorhanden war, auch wenn es defekt war. Dies zeigt ein Bewusstsein für Hygiene, auch wenn die Umsetzung nicht einwandfrei war. Insgesamt bietet das "Hans im Glück" eine gemischte Erfahrung. Das Essen ist lecker, aber könnte etwas mehr Würze vertragen. Das durchgezogene Thema und das ansprechende Ambiente sind Pluspunkte, aber die Probleme mit WLAN, Service und Sauberkeit trüben das Gesamtbild.
