We were there this evening and left very satisfied. The atmosphere of the store itself was unique and beautiful! The food was 10/10 and the cocktails were delicious! What we thought made the big difference was the service! The young people who looked so respectful and with smiles on their faces the whole time also made us feel very comfortable! Even though the place was very busy, we got our cocktails and food pretty quickly! I highly recommend it!

Although the house wasn't full, the service was unfortunately a bit slow. Clearing tables seemed more important than serving customers. Eat well and also have many options for choosing food, even if you have intolerances.

A very bad service. We had to ask for payment 4 times. After asking 3 different employees about payment and waiting for 30 minutes, we went to the front desk. There the fifth employee asked us what he could do for us?! The waiter then discussed things with us... after we were allowed to pay after 45 minutes, we were able to leave the restaurant after almost 2 hours... Absolutely not recommended! A bad service. If you offer a lot of tables, you also have to hire more staff and especially staff who can operate an EC device!

Sweet little tasty change from normal...

We were there in December. When we finished eating and I wanted to pay my bill, I tried to pay the bill using the QR code at the table. When my cell phone said that payment had failed, I asked the waitress again, just to be on the safe side, whether the bill had actually already been paid and when she said no, I paid it to her personally. The amount was debited twice. That's why I've been calling them constantly for over a month and have already sent several emails asking for a refund and each time I was assured that it would be taken care of. I haven't received a cent since then. Even after we were there again in person, nothing happened. Not even an apology. An insane impudence!

It was super tasty, the selection was very varied (vegan, vegetarian and with meat), so there was something for everyone :) I can only recommend Grandma's Secret as a dessert. The cocktails were very good, both non-alcoholic and with alcohol. The service was super friendly.

At first the impression was "loud" it looks good but why does there have to be a music box hanging over every table that almost makes you have to shout at yourself to have a conversation?! But everyone's cheek was to squeeze 4 people into such a small seating area that there was more than no room. Every sweater or other piece of clothing is too much because you can't move properly. We reserved 5 days in advance. When we asked why we couldn't sit in one of the "covered" seats, we said that it was reserved and only 4 people could go in there at a time. THERE WERE FOUR OF US! We waited almost 50 minutes for the drinks, you have to manage that first. Especially since the cola and beer “already” came after 30 minutes and the cotails then took another 25 minutes or longer. The food came about 40 minutes later. I can't recommend the cheese king with the burgers, it tasted kind of "old" so the meat wasn't that great. My husband had the double king, which wasn't great either. My friends' other two vegan burgers tasted good but not outstanding either. The fries were very, very good, you really have to say that. The sweet potatoes are really good. That was it but for four people we paid a little over 110 euros. 6 drinks + 3 times the last supper and a burger and a bread dip. We don't have to go there again. It's a place for young, patient people who like to wait, like house music that's way too loud and like to be squeezed back to back with strangers.

I had seen some great pictures of Hans im Glück and wanted to experience it live. Today we were spontaneously nearby so we went to Hans im Glück. Lokaischen is beautifully furnished. Restaurant was busy, with a few seats available. We asked the waitress if there was free choice of seating?! She then replied "We are not accepting any new guests as it is already very full" Mind you, there were still enough places available. We left the restaurant feeling a bit disappointed as we had been looking forward to it. Well, That was probably the first and last visit to Hans im Glück. Too bad.

Unfortunately we somewhat regretted our visit. The fries and also the burger were overall tasty, although the burger looked nowhere near what it looked like in the picture in front of the door (the reason we went in in the first place, of course you can't expect that, but the reality was very far from that removed from advertising). Unfortunately we fell for the evening menu in terms of price. If you don't want a cocktail, you can order the burger, side dish and soft drink separately, which will save you money. But it's not all that bad. Unfortunately, the real trouble came when paying. Our waitress was already at our table to pay, but then she decided to take in new guests and was gone again for five minutes. When I paid I tipped a bit, not much but appropriate for our experience. She didn't say thank you and then gave me back a euro short after rummaging through her wallet for ages. Before I could say anything, she was already gone. I don't care about the one euro, I don't care about the audacity. Didn't want to do a breakdown and then left. Won't be coming back anytime soon.

It's a shame, we've always been happy so far, but this time a lot of things weren't right, for example: - unreliable service (order was incomplete and not corrected despite repeated requests) - the fries were only lukewarm - the bill only came after three reminders

The food is very good! Me and my girlfriend each ate a burger and fries. I have nothing to complain about the food or the price! However, we spent almost 2 hours in the restaurant. The waitresses you talk to say they'll be right back and then make you wait another 15 minutes. We asked to pay and waited almost 30 minutes until we finally paid! The service definitely needs to be worked on!! Therefore only 1 star for the service.

As a driver, all that is often left is the obligatory cola, but here there is a huge selection of aperitifs and cocktails without alcohol! These not only look beautiful but also taste great! The ambience is another highlight – you immediately feel at home. The service was super friendly and attentive, even though the store was busy. Whether for a cozy evening with friends or a quick lunch – Hans im Glück is always worth a visit. I'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, it was a total failure with unpleasant consequences. First impression: Looks good. Menu interesting. Service was very nice. Second impression: Hard benches that you can't sit comfortably on. Legs hurt. Strangers have to share a pillow as a backrest. You have to like that. Third impression: Unfortunately, the food was of poor quality and spoiled. Meat from the freezer, all somehow without taste or soul. Prices are way too high for what you get. Our first thought after eating was “homemade tastes best” and “we would have been better off with McDonalds in terms of price/performance”. I really don't go to the restaurant for that. What impression remains afterwards: upset stomach and diarrhea caused by spoiled food. Very annoying, especially if you had other plans on a Saturday evening and had to go home early because you were just sick. Then you can't sleep at night. I'll save the details here. Our conclusion: Hans will never be lucky again!

It was Friday evening... The restaurant is huge and we were happy to get 3 seats without booking in advance. Everything was okay, but since it was so crowded We had to wait over an hour for food without comment. But that was good as usual. The service was relaxed, although other visitors probably also asked about the long wait. Respect!

I ate in the restaurant today but I was very dissatisfied and would prefer not to give it a star. The citizen's meatball tastes like a frozen one and unfortunately the fries weren't crispy either. When I wanted to order a draft beer and waited 10 minutes, the waitress came to the table and told me that unfortunately there was no more beer. When I wanted to order a Coke it wasn't available either. There are also no zero drinks in this store. I can't say whether it's like this in every store in this chain, but I was really disappointed with this store. Unfortunately, I didn't have a positive experience from my stay. I would recommend another store to future customers.

Today (like every time) it took a long time for the order to be taken - even though the restaurant wasn't full. We waited for a full menu (drink included) but only food was served first. In the end it turned out that the cocktail we ordered was no longer available. If you want another drink instead, you have to wait a long time before you can order. Meanwhile, the food had long since been eaten and I was still sitting there waiting for my cocktail - while the person accompanying me had already finished eating and drinking. Unfortunately, the staff seemed very uninvolved and unfriendly. Please improve urgently!

I often enjoy burgers at hans in Glück in Oldenburg and decided to visit the one in Hannover when I visited a friend. The reception was very cold. I was left standing at the door and when I went to take a sit by myself, no one paid attention to me even after calling their attention twice and sitting for close to 30mins. I left without getting anything. I don’t want to use the obvious word but that wasn’t nice.

Gladly again. Food delicious, garlic fries a bit too salty. A bit loud.

Ordering with the qr-coye is no use for a large group if everyone orders individually. Payment method cannot then be selected. Only credit card worked. Food service and restaurant otherwise top.

Unfortunately, our order from this restaurant was a complete disappointment. The patties were burnt black and dry, the fries were soggy and inedible, and all the food was cold. In addition, some burgers were completely missing from the order. To date we have not received a response from the restaurant or a refund. Such poor service and quality is absolutely unacceptable. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Usual quality food from Hans im Glück with a large and delicious selection of burgers. Nuggets, on the other hand, only seem to be available in vegan form, which was only moderately well received by the children. The ambience is also like that of Hans im Glück with unique birch decoration which creates visual room dividers. This restaurant in particular seemed particularly tightly packed with very small dining booths without much space between them. The volume level was correspondingly increased.

An absolute highlight in Hanover's gastronomy!! Great concept, hard-working waiters (and pretty looks for good measure. For the female staff) and a boss who exudes calm and expertise. My wife and I have already been busy promoting “Hans im Glück”! We don't come from Hanover; But we will still be pampered there more often!

Super nice service. The corn on the cob pieces in garlic sauce were DIVINE. The “rest” of the food was also very good. It was just a little too “tight” for me. A lot of tables and "tree trunks" in relatively little space. We always say less is more. But I am aware that you depend on every customer. Thank you very much, I'll be happy to come back.

Excellent service! Extremely smiling and super sweet server we had. The decor is different with real trees inside and plenty of atmosphere. Great food and excellent cocktails!

Very tasty food at reasonable prices. The decoration inside is very nice. Unfortunately there is no space for children's chairs. What struck me negatively was that when paying digitally, a tip is added on top. Even if you pay with a card, the waiter adds the tip and doesn't point it out. I have no problem with tipping, but if I'm banned from paying a sum that isn't correct but the tip is already included, I don't find it very transparent. This really needs to be changed.

The special ambience alone makes it all. But what we ate and drank was also good.
