Friendly service, top-notch burgers 🍔

The burger was okay, but it didn't impress me enough to order or eat there again, especially considering the price. Furthermore, it didn't feel like I was eating a burger, more like a sandwich. Some of the chicken pieces were very tough, and the sauces had an unpleasant taste.

I came across Burger Brothers Hannover online and wanted to see for myself if the many positive reviews were really true. We went there with our children before our trip to the cinema – and I have to say: we were absolutely delighted. Even upon entering, you notice the tasteful decor, which was especially charming and cozy during the Christmas season. You immediately feel at ease. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and very welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Although it's not a typical fast-food restaurant, the food arrived surprisingly quickly – a huge plus, especially with children. Our kids had the Baby Burger Meal, consisting of a small burger, fries, and a gift. They were thrilled, especially since there was a children's play area, and that alone made the visit worthwhile. The food was fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable visit. We can wholeheartedly recommend Burger Brothers Hannover and will definitely eat there again before every trip to the cinema.

Other reviews seem good so I was not worried. However, I was wrong. Food was half cold, vega burger fell apart, burger cheese not melted (because burger was cold) , and the salad was made by someone who probably never eats salads, bits and pieces swimming in cheesy goo and dressing, good for a heart attack. All in all, a sub-par experience. Very amateuristic. 80 euro down the drain. Do not recommend.

One of the most disgusting burgers I've ever eaten. The meat was like mush and revolting. The fries came without salt and were neither crispy nor tasty. I still feel nauseous hours later from the burger; I'll never go there again. As strange as it sounds, you can tell right away that the food is made without any care.

Very incompetent staff; we had to go back twice because the order was incomplete. Neither the sauces were correct, nor was the drink included. The mozzarella sticks were cold. That's all it was in the end. Not recommended.

A good, solid burger place. Everything tasted good, but the prices aren't justified for "fast food" (ordering at the counter, menu over the counter, picking up your own food), and I don't quite understand the 4.7 rating. The overall experience could have been better.

I was really looking forward to eating there. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed – it was way too overpriced. My burger for €12 was smaller than a McDonald's cheeseburger. The portion of fries that came with it didn't make it any better. If you want to fill yourself up, this place isn't ideal. The price is just too high, really...they tasted very good, there's nothing to complain about – the staff were also very friendly :)

The burger was the best I've had in Hanover so far. Everything tasted very fresh and well-balanced. The sweet potato fries were perfectly seasoned and the Joppie dip was absolutely fantastic. The very friendly staff made this visit even better. My number one spot for burgers in Hanover!

Not recommended. First impression: The stench from the toilet permeated the entire restaurant. Furthermore, we weren't even greeted politely, but were immediately snapped at for not having made a reservation. And why? So the kitchen could better prepare to microwave our macaron-sized burgers. Dry, no sauce, zero flavor. Only the fries were a decent portion.

A complete disaster. No need to repeat the experience. The burger was expensive and far too small. On top of that, the staff were complaining, and to top it all off, there was the unpleasant smell of the toilet.

For us, this is one of the best burger restaurants. Although a larger order was placed before us and we were told it would take longer, the food arrived within 20 minutes. Freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. We had two burgers and three sides, which was more than enough.

We arrived at the completely empty restaurant on a Sunday afternoon with six adults and four children and were greeted very rudely by the staff because we were told we should have registered the number of people. The entire service continued in this vein: eye-rolling and constant unfriendly comments. We were truly disappointed by such extreme lack of hospitality. In addition, the restaurant was very cold and smelled of a toilet. So, absolutely not recommended – unless you come as a couple :-)

I think 3 stars is fair. The burger tastes just okay, nothing special. I didn't like the fries.

Apparently, I was there on a bad day. It started with the toilets supposedly being out of order. They didn't have any unbreaded chicken for the Italian burger. The menu board showed desserts and waffles, but these weren't even on offer. The coffee machine was also supposedly broken.

The first veggie burger with a homemade veggie patty that actually tastes good! At €9.30, it's a bit pricey, but reasonable for the taste and quality. There's also the option of using their own bread as a bun. Unfortunately, there's no vegan option, hence the one-star deduction.

We had burgers before going to the cinema: the nacho burger and the mushroom burger were absolutely delicious. The wings with the spicy sauce are also highly recommended! If the ambiance were even better, it would be 5 stars!

We had the Nacho Burger and the 4 Cheese Burger as part of our menu. The burgers were extremely tasty and a decent size. The fries were very hot, crispy, and also very tasty. The Jopie sauce was authentic. But please do me a favor and wipe down the tables. The table we were sitting at was sticky as hell.

I've rarely experienced such incompatible employees. Two out of three employees were sitting outside smoking, talking, or chasing pigeons. This lackluster work atmosphere led to an eternity of waiting times, despite the fact that there were virtually no customers present. Most of all, however, we missed the lack of the main ingredients; the jalapeño chili burger, which was advertised as being spicy, didn't contain any of the aforementioned ingredients. And on top of that, the food arrived lukewarm.

The fries are crispy, the bun is fluffy, and the homemade sauces round off the whole thing perfectly. 🧄🥬🍟 The staff is also very friendly and quick. You feel welcome, and the atmosphere is relaxed and cozy. Ideal for a relaxed meal with friends or a quick stop in between meals. Value for money? Absolutely fair. There were three of us there, full of anticipation due to the high ratings. Everyone had different burgers and sauces, and everyone was totally disappointed. The burgers were really bad, not good quality, they were missing ingredients from the description, the sauces were all bad, and the sweet potatoes were not recommended. Uncomfortably warm inside, quite dirty outside. Burger, sweet potato, and sauce: €20.10 – simply outrageous. The best thing was the cashier; at least he was friendly and nice. We certainly won't be coming back, and we couldn't understand the rating at all.

Since I travel a lot and regularly test burgers, I'd like to consider my feedback as a friendly and constructive contribution – with the prospect of 5 stars. Here's my feedback with suggestions: Bun was unfortunately cold. -Suggestion: Ensure the bun is briefly grilled. Bacon was too thick or a bit tough. -Suggestion: Slice it thinner and/or fry it crispier. Loud Balkan-style music. -Suggestion: Adjust the volume or adapt the music style to the time of day and number of guests. Empty beverage crates in the dining room. -Suggestion: Clear away empties regularly. No contact person when leaving the restaurant. -Suggestion: Ensure that staff is present in the guest area even after closing time. A brief farewell message (e.g., a thank you or a quick check-in to see if everything was okay), perhaps even a QR code at the exit for feedback. I'd love to come back and I'm excited! 🍔👍
