We ordered, and the food arrived almost faster than we were hungry (okay, we do live just a few streets away). We had three different burgers and were completely satisfied. I had the Lil' Bro with homemade bread—it was really something different and something I hadn't tried before. It was unusual at first, but really delicious and definitely worth recommending! The ratio of meat to salad is perfect, everything is nice and juicy, and the flavor is fantastic. It's a bit pricey, but the quality absolutely makes it worth it for me. I would order it again anytime.

Very dissatisfied! My visit this evening was unfortunately very disappointing. It started with a very unpleasant situation involving a staff member whose behavior I found unfriendly. This made me feel unwelcome from the very beginning. Shortly afterward, I also noticed that, as the only person of color in the room, I apparently wasn't asked if I was there for Iftar. All the other guests were addressed and given dates – except me. This left a very unpleasant impression. Unfortunately, there were also several organizational issues. We were promised that we would get the next available table. We had specifically asked if there were any reservations ahead of us, and we were told, "No, you're next." Despite this, several guests who arrived after us were each given a table ahead of us as soon as one became available. Unfortunately, the food was also a huge disappointment. My burger was of such poor quality that I almost felt sick while eating it. I assume I was simply unlucky with my dish, as the food looked significantly better for other guests. I'm still giving the service three stars – but solely because of one employee, or presumably the owner (I'm not entirely sure of his position). When I voiced my concerns, he immediately dropped everything to listen to me. He was very understanding and even offered me compensation. I found that truly respectful and customer-oriented. Nevertheless, I'm left with a very negative overall impression. Therefore, I unfortunately won't be returning. However, I would like to thank the owner for his willingness to listen.

The burger is so tender it practically melts in your mouth—that's exactly how a truly great burger should be! 🤤🍔 The buns are also incredibly soft yet sturdy, the sauces are perfectly balanced, and nothing feels cheap or carelessly made. You can immediately tell that quality is paramount here. On top of that, the team is very friendly, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is relaxed. The price is absolutely fair for the quality. If you're in Hanover and craving a truly awesome burger, come here. For me, it's one of the best burgers I've ever eaten.

Tasty burgers, hopefully made out of grass feed beef 😁, other than that, quite hard to find street parking, better choose the parking house right close by.

We found out about it online, so we quickly drove there from Celle for dinner. Well, the entrance door kept closing because there was some gravel underneath it, so it was very cold inside. The service was great, and they attentively asked us which sauces or burger buns we wanted. Taste-wise, it didn't really impress us; I've made better burgers at home, so we can't really understand the positive reviews. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated, but if you look closely, you can see the neglect in the cleaning. Among other things, the floor is sticky, decorated with many stains, and all the napkin boxes on the tables were empty. Sorry Burger Brothers, there's a lot of room for improvement.

I wanted filet bites, fries, and mozzarella sticks. I waited half an hour only to be told, "We're out of filet bites," and then they just made chicken wings without even asking. Half an hour of waiting, and I didn't even get what I ordered. Customer service is nonexistent. It's not worth the wait.

The burger was far too small, but that was still the best part of the visit. Our seat by the stairs to the restroom was a disaster. It smelled like the toilet the whole time, and there was a constant draft. We had to eat the burger wearing thick winter jackets. The server behind the counter seemed annoyed by every order or question. I wouldn't eat here again!

We ate at this burger joint today and it was absolutely perfect. You feel welcome as soon as you walk in; the atmosphere is relaxed and modern. The burgers were top-notch: juicy meat, fresh ingredients, perfectly balanced, and incredibly delicious. The sides and sauces were also excellent – ​​you can tell they prioritize quality. A special shout-out goes to the waiter with the curly hair. We've rarely experienced such friendly, attentive, and cheerful service! He was incredibly personable, always had a smile on his face, and really took his time without being intrusive. The service elevated our visit to a whole new level. All in all, a fantastic experience – especially thanks to the amazing food and the waiter with the curly hair, who definitely made our evening special. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend this place! 🍔👏

The burger was okay, but it didn't impress me enough to order or eat there again, especially considering the price. Furthermore, it didn't feel like I was eating a burger, more like a sandwich. Some of the chicken pieces were very tough, and the sauces had an unpleasant taste.

Other reviews seem good so I was not worried. However, I was wrong. Food was half cold, vega burger fell apart, burger cheese not melted (because burger was cold) , and the salad was made by someone who probably never eats salads, bits and pieces swimming in cheesy goo and dressing, good for a heart attack. All in all, a sub-par experience. Very amateuristic. 80 euro down the drain. Do not recommend.

One of the most disgusting burgers I've ever eaten. The meat was like mush and revolting. The fries came without salt and were neither crispy nor tasty. I still feel nauseous hours later from the burger; I'll never go there again. As strange as it sounds, you can tell right away that the food is made without any care.

I came across Burger Brothers Hannover online and wanted to see for myself if the many positive reviews were really true. We went there with our children before our trip to the cinema – and I have to say: we were absolutely delighted. Even upon entering, you notice the tasteful decor, which was especially charming and cozy during the Christmas season. You immediately feel at ease. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and very welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Although it's not a typical fast-food restaurant, the food arrived surprisingly quickly – a huge plus, especially with children. Our kids had the Baby Burger Meal, consisting of a small burger, fries, and a gift. They were thrilled, especially since there was a children's play area, and that alone made the visit worthwhile. The food was fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable visit. We can wholeheartedly recommend Burger Brothers Hannover and will definitely eat there again before every trip to the cinema.

I was really looking forward to eating there. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed – it was way too overpriced. My burger for €12 was smaller than a McDonald's cheeseburger. The portion of fries that came with it didn't make it any better. If you want to fill yourself up, this place isn't ideal. The price is just too high, really...they tasted very good, there's nothing to complain about – the staff were also very friendly :)

A complete disaster. No need to repeat the experience. The burger was expensive and far too small. On top of that, the staff were complaining, and to top it all off, there was the unpleasant smell of the toilet.

Not recommended. First impression: The stench from the toilet permeated the entire restaurant. Furthermore, we weren't even greeted politely, but were immediately snapped at for not having made a reservation. And why? So the kitchen could better prepare to microwave our macaron-sized burgers. Dry, no sauce, zero flavor. Only the fries were a decent portion.

We arrived at the completely empty restaurant on a Sunday afternoon with six adults and four children and were greeted very rudely by the staff because we were told we should have registered the number of people. The entire service continued in this vein: eye-rolling and constant unfriendly comments. We were truly disappointed by such extreme lack of hospitality. In addition, the restaurant was very cold and smelled of a toilet. So, absolutely not recommended – unless you come as a couple :-)

For us, this is one of the best burger restaurants. Although a larger order was placed before us and we were told it would take longer, the food arrived within 20 minutes. Freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. We had two burgers and three sides, which was more than enough.

Apparently, I was there on a bad day. It started with the toilets supposedly being out of order. They didn't have any unbreaded chicken for the Italian burger. The menu board showed desserts and waffles, but these weren't even on offer. The coffee machine was also supposedly broken.

The first veggie burger with a homemade veggie patty that actually tastes good! At €9.30, it's a bit pricey, but reasonable for the taste and quality. There's also the option of using their own bread as a bun. Unfortunately, there's no vegan option, hence the one-star deduction.

We had the Nacho Burger and the 4 Cheese Burger as part of our menu. The burgers were extremely tasty and a decent size. The fries were very hot, crispy, and also very tasty. The Jopie sauce was authentic. But please do me a favor and wipe down the tables. The table we were sitting at was sticky as hell.
