The burgers were simply amazing! The meat was juicy and tender, the bun was nice and crispy and the toppings were super fresh. The fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside – just the way I like them. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff was super friendly. I'll definitely be back! The burger shop offers a great selection of juicy burgers and delicious side dishes. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. The crispy fries are particularly recommended. For all parents with children there is a games room for the smaller kids. An ideal place for a quick but quality burger.

Bad experience at the restaurant The burgers were small and overpriced. A standard burger from a well-known chain tastes much better. There were no napkins at the table. A tiny cheeseburger meal cost €15.80, and for some reason the chicken meal (€16.90) was even more expensive. Normally chicken is cheaper everywhere in the world, but not here. We definitely won't be coming back. We go to a burger restaurant to eat burgers, not to fill ourselves up with fries. Also, instead of offering free drinks to customers to get good reviews, it would be better if you improved your pricing strategy and burgers. Real improvements would bring much more customer satisfaction than bought reviews.

We had the Mushroom Magic and the Black Bean Burger with the Chili Cheese Poutine. The burgers were super tasty and are an absolute recommendation for vegetarians: it's a delicious vegetarian taste that highlights the combination of ingredients and doesn't try to be meaty! Yummy! We'll try regular fries or sweet potatoes next time. So happy all around :) thank you.

Yesterday, my husband and I went out to eat. The girl working at the counter was very polite and helpful. We were introduced to the menu and the burger ingredients, which helped us choose something according to our taste. The food was very fresh and delicious. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Unfortunately our visit was a disappointment. The burgers were great, but the overweight employee at the checkout was very unfriendly and didn't seem motivated to work at all. What struck us particularly negatively was that she was very disrespectful towards us and made us feel unwanted. Service should definitely look different.

Orders are simply canceled after more than an hour. It's happened several times for no reason. Vouchers used for this will not be refunded. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend the store

Unfortunately the taste was very weak, little meat and not medium. Sauces very basic. Fries didn't have much seasoning and didn't taste like anything. Service unfortunately not welcoming or helpful. Half of the card was gone because someone was asleep while shopping.

Overall it's okay, but not nearly as good as the reviews here. The vegetarian burger (black bean) in particular is not good. The patty is pure mush. The fries were very good and nice and crispy. The sauces were OK but sometimes too weak, not bad, but nothing special either (aioli and guacamole). Otherwise I had the feeling of a larger fast food chain, not bad, but not that special restaurant feeling either. Maybe the expectations were just too high.

Deduction for what I think is a bit too high a price and the large selection of beverage brands that should actually be boycotted due to the genocide in Palestine.

Positive: - Friendly staff - Fast operation - The burgers really taste like quality. We also liked the fries (sweet potatoes and regular). Negative: - Music too loud. Restaurant ≠ disco - especially for a shop that advertises halal. - Quality is there, but the price-performance ratio is already hugely excessive. - As a halal restaurant, despite the ongoing genocide in Gaza, still primarily selling Coca Cola drinks is also incomprehensible. Water is only available from Vio and Apollinaris, which belong to Coca Cola. Halal doesn't just mean that the Basmala was spoken when the animal was slaughtered.

Oh God! Yes! This place is simple when it comes to furniture and atmosphere but the food! 🤩 Seriously the Hamburger with Sourdough bun was something out of a fairytale... I WILL come back again, without a doubt. Plus the range of offer is really wide and there's something that can appeal everyone. Please try it out!

Sorry, you just can't bring yourself to shell out €39 for two menus like this with smaller than average sized burgers. That simply can't be the case. By the way, I've eaten 1000x better things elsewhere that didn't cost nearly as much. You have to work on your pricing policy if you want to earn praise and recognition.

The burger was ok but nothing special. The meat was unseasoned, tasted neutral, and had no character. Portion was okay, but the price/performance ratio could be improved. Standard frozen fries, however, crispy and edible.

We have been to the restaurant based on the strong social media recommendations and had quite high expectations. However, the burger were below average to be honest which was a disappointment. Missing flavor and dry patties - meat grilled too long and little sauce. But the sales lady was very friendly and service oriented. Size of the meal is good and halal meat is a big plus, but still loads potential to improve.

We were there for the first time today and we were pleasantly surprised. Very friendly service, nice and cozy atmosphere. The burgers were really very tasty. But unfortunately not enough fries for the burger menu. We'll definitely be back. And maybe next time with a little more fries ;-)

I was full and it was delicious! Good location near the Astor cinema and city center. Service isn't bad, but tables could be cleaned quicker. The tables outside weren't that appealing.

I bought a chicken kebab to take away, it had burnt meat in the kebab, you could understand a small piece, but there were a lot of burnt pieces of meat, instead of throwing it in the trash I put it on bread, great once, never again, the taste of the kebab was great just like a standard kebab

The tastes of the burger is very good and the sweet potatoes also very crispy. I tried the barbecue sauce which is very delicious. Their have also the set menu starts with 15 euro that you can get burger with potatoes and drink. The service is friendly. Recommend

Nice, relaxed atmosphere with plenty of space. Halal ingredients that were all fresh and delicious. The patties were perfectly fried and had a good flavor. The side dishes are creative and also enjoyable. The waiting time wasn't long either. The chefs were very accommodating and personable. Definitely regular store potential.

Strong burger with lots of choices. I had a crispy chicken with a fried egg. The patty was crispy and well seasoned, the side dishes and sauces were tasty but didn't overwhelm the patty. Good selection of drinks and side dishes.

A small drawback was the waiting time, which was a little longer than expected. However, the wait was definitely worth it as the food was very freshly prepared. The prices were reasonable for the quality on offer. Overall, I highly recommend. With a little tweaking to the speed of service, this store could easily achieve an even higher rating. For all burger lovers, this place is an absolute must!

We had the Nacho Burger and the Crispy Chicken Burger with fries and sweet potato fries. For dessert we ordered a strawberry shake. All in all ok, the shake is not worth the €4.90. What I didn't like at all was that there was no soap or paper towels in the toilets (everything was empty). That's also the reason for the 3 stars, otherwise I would have given it 4.
