I've been there a few times now and I have to say: One of the best burger joints I've ever visited! 🍔🔥 The burgers are super juicy, perfectly seasoned, and freshly prepared. You can simply taste that quality and taste are paramount here. The selection is also top-notch – whether you prefer classic, vegetarian, or something more unusual, there's something for everyone. The fries are crispy, the bun is fluffy, and the homemade sauces round off the whole thing perfectly. 🧄🥬🍟 The staff is also very friendly and quick. You feel welcome, and the atmosphere is relaxed and cozy. Ideal for a relaxed meal with friends or a quick stop in between meals. Value for money? Absolutely fair. I'm happy to pay a little more for the quality. I'll definitely be back! 💯

Unfortunately, the burger didn't impress me at all. The bun was dry, the patty was okay, and the bacon was tough. Unfortunately, it wasn't good for the price. The fries were great.

There were three of us there, full of anticipation due to the high ratings. Everyone had different burgers and sauces, and everyone was totally disappointed. The burgers were really bad, not good quality, they were missing ingredients from the description, the sauces were all bad, and the sweet potatoes were not recommended. Uncomfortably warm inside, quite dirty outside. Burger, sweet potato, and sauce: €20.10 – simply outrageous. The best thing was the cashier; at least he was friendly and nice. We certainly won't be coming back, and we couldn't understand the rating at all.

Since I travel a lot and regularly test burgers, I'd like to consider my feedback as a friendly and constructive contribution – with the prospect of 5 stars. Here's my feedback with suggestions: Bun was unfortunately cold. -Suggestion: Ensure the bun is briefly grilled. Bacon was too thick or a bit tough. -Suggestion: Slice it thinner and/or fry it crispier. Loud Balkan-style music. -Suggestion: Adjust the volume or adapt the music style to the time of day and number of guests. Empty beverage crates in the dining room. -Suggestion: Clear away empties regularly. No contact person when leaving the restaurant. -Suggestion: Ensure that staff is present in the guest area even after closing time. A brief farewell message (e.g., a thank you or a quick check-in to see if everything was okay), perhaps even a QR code at the exit for feedback. I'd love to come back and I'm excited! 🍔👍

The pastrami burger with brioche was really good. Definitely recommended. Very tasty. The service and staff were very friendly, and everything went very quickly.

I spontaneously popped into this burger shop for dinner. I had a bacon burger as part of my meal. The service was friendly and quick to digest. The burger tasted pretty good, but it still wasn't that amazing. The burger sauce dripping out of it was pretty sticky to my fingers. The fries were a bit too salty for my taste. The shop seemed nice enough at first glance. However, upon closer inspection, some of the wooden elements on the counter were loose and had fallen down or been carelessly glued on. The clearing cart was pretty dirty and could do with a thorough cleaning. The grease extraction system didn't seem to be able or willing to do what was needed to prepare the burgers. The air in the shop was stuffy and stale. All in all, the shop needs a bit more cleaning and love. Unfortunately, I found the price a bit too high for what you get in the end.

Bread dry. Sauce tasted like vinegar. Supposedly sesame bread but only 2 maximum 3 sesame seeds. The whole thing for 35 euros. Then I'd rather go to Foodbrother. 5 soap dispensers but all empty.

You don't even need to ask the question whether it was tasty if you ask it as you walk past without any real interest. We do not recommend Burger Brothers!

So fast food has to be on site. I ate in the restaurant and apart from two paper bags and the pick in the burger, there was no disposable waste on the table. I ordered at the counter, got a beeper and picked up my menu from the open kitchen area when it went off. There are also drinks in glass bottles. Big plus point. In addition to the normal bun, I was able to choose a whole grain bun. The portion of fries was also super large. Unfortunately there wasn't enough dip for that. Absolutely excellent in taste. But you'd be happy to save a little more with the French fries salt. Ambiance is ok and meets the standard. But not outstanding. Price is just burger level. Around 15€ per menu. But with a drink. But I can do it again.

Recently had my first visit to this restaurant following a recommendation from friends. Service (counter ordering) is very nice and patiently explains the products that are offered if you don't know what to do or have questions. I chose the hot bacon burger with fries and mayo. The potato side dish was really nothing special, nor was the standard mayo (they weren't completely eaten either). The burger was a pleasant size, but the name wasn't fulfilled at all, I call the "Hot" something else, the jalapenos were spread over the burger in a manageable way and the sauce drowned out the taste. Maybe next time I'll choose a different burger if I don't feel like walking a further distance to get to the nearest BürgerIladen.
