Die Qualität der Zutaten merkt man sofort: saftiges Fleisch, perfekt gebratene Patties und frische, geschmackvolle Beilagen. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das Zusammenspiel der Aromen – jeder Burger ist bis ins Detail durchdacht und einfach unglaublich lecker. Auch die Atmosphäre im Laden passt: entspannt, authentisch und genau so, wie man es sich für einen richtig guten Burgerladen wünscht. Der Service ist freundlich und schnell, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wer in Hannover unterwegs ist und Lust auf einen richtig starken Burger hat, kommt an Butjer Burger eigentlich nicht vorbei. Für mich der beste Burger der Stadt – und definitiv einen Besuch wert!

Beste Burger in Town. Bestellt unbedingt die Cheese Fries, den „Be a Jopie“ dazu ein feines Aperona und ihr müsst dann noch einen hausgemachten Mexicaner trinken. Love it! Stammplatz und liebstes Lokal.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolute Empfehlung in Hannover-Linden! Das Restaurant Butjer in Hannover-Linden ist für mich definitiv eines der Highlights in der Gegend. Schon die Lage mitten im lebendigen Stadtteil Linden macht richtig Lust auf einen entspannten Abend – urban, charmant und einfach typisch Linden. Das Ambiente ist super gelungen: modern, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, egal ob für ein entspanntes Dinner zu zweit oder einen Abend mit Freunden. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal – unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und dabei angenehm locker. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Herz gearbeitet wird. Die Küche ist einfach top: qualitativ hochwertige Zutaten, kreativ umgesetzt und geschmacklich auf den Punkt. Jedes Gericht wirkt durchdacht und frisch zubereitet. Auch die Getränkeauswahl lässt keine Wünsche offen – von guten Weinen bis zu ausgefallenen Drinks ist alles dabei. Insgesamt ein rundum stimmiges Konzept, bei dem einfach alles passt: Lage, Atmosphäre, Service und natürlich das Essen. Ich komme definitiv wieder – klare 5 von 5 Sternen!

Lasst euch bitte nicht verarschen! Der Burger schmeckt wirklich wie von McDonalds und kostet aber natürlich 13€. Die „wunderschöne“ Ambiente, die uns versprochen wurde, existiert in keiner Art und Weise. Die, zwar nette, Bedienung hat wirklich ALLES vergessen und uns falsch gebracht. Ich wollte eine Limo und bekam ein Eistee. Die bringen auch einfach Saucen, die sie uns wollen bringen und nicht die, die wir auf bestellt haben. Die sind MAXIMAL überfordert hier. Die Toiletten sind auch unglaublich ranzig. Mein Kollege hat sich WIRKLICH fast übergeben und ihm ist direkt schlecht geworden, sobald wir den Laden verlassen haben. Die Preise sind unverschämt. Für 0,2 L Pepsi zahlt man VIEL zu viel. Außerdem schmeckt die Spezi SCHARF und in keiner Art und Weise so, wie sie schmecken soll. Hier nochmal den Appell an euch: Bitte geht nicht zu diesem „angeblich“ leckeren Laden. Ihr werdet es bereuen!!! Bitte glaubt nicht alles, was ihr im Internet seht und glaubt erst Recht nicht den bezahlten Werbevideos auf Social Media. Ein Besuch zum vergessen!!!

Sehr schönes kleines Restaurant. Ich habe dort den besten Burger in Hannover gegessen. (Smashed Capo). Die Pommes sind schön gewürzt schmecken sehr frisch und knackig. Kann ich zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Das vegetarische Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt und war frisch zubereitet. Ich habe außerdem gesehen, dass Ihr Fleisch als halal gekennzeichnet ist. Mich würde interessieren, ob bei der Schlachtung eine Betäubung erfolgt und wie dabei das Tierwohl berücksichtigt wird. Gibt es dazu transparente Informationen oder Zertifizierungen auf Ihrer Website?

This is truly the best burger in Hanover. The taste is hard to beat. Everything is perfect. The other very well-known place a few meters down the street doesn't even come close :) The service was also great. It's just sometimes quite loud, which is unavoidable given the size of the place.

The food was amazing 🤩 very delicious, exactly my kind of thing. Unfortunately, the service was a disaster 🙈 Our reservation wasn't recorded, so we only had a table for 1.5 hours... which put us under pressure. When we paid, they deducted the wrong amount – the amount from the next table... a whopping 40 euros extra! Luckily, we noticed it outside. Everything was sorted out afterward with the cancellation, etc. Still, it was very annoying! The staff were friendly, but seemed overwhelmed :/

Highly recommended! A delicious burger, just as it should be. We were there on Sunday when they opened, so there was no wait and it was rather quiet. The lava cake for dessert was the perfect finishing touch. I live 450km away, but I'm in Hanover quite often and will definitely eat there again!

We visited Butjer for the first time today, and definitely not the last. The server was very friendly, the atmosphere is reminiscent of a small pub, but very cozy! The food was simply a 10/10. The bun was so wonderfully soft, the meat juicy and crispy on the outside! Everything was perfect, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it! Thank you all ❤️

A new special burger? Count me in! This time I had the super delicious Hot Honey Chicken with wonderfully crispy chicken strips. Very tasty, and the service was, as always, quick and friendly! The lighting wasn't ideal for food photos, but it made the place all the more cozy. I'll definitely be back!

A great pub with a wide selection of beers – both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The burgers and fresh finger food are definitely a highlight. I recently visited Butjer burgers with my girlfriend and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The burgers were delicious, well-seasoned, and freshly prepared; we were particularly impressed by the combinations and the quality of the meat. The service from Yana and Angelika was consistently excellent. We received a friendly welcome, helpful advice, and assistance in choosing our meals. Their recommendations perfectly suited our tastes. The restaurant's atmosphere was also pleasant, and the wait times were short. Overall, a very positive experience; we'll definitely be back!

Butjers is a smaller version of its sister restaurant, The Harp, and offers only a relatively large pub-style dining area with limited seating. They serve smaller and larger smash burgers, as well as a variety of fries and a few extras. There's also a rotating special burger, which isn't advertised very well in the restaurant; you have to ask about it. Tuesdays are always quizzes, and the atmosphere is pleasantly cozy. The small burger was a bit too dry for my taste, but the mac and cheese was wonderfully cheesy and creamy. Overall, I found it a bit pricey considering the size of the burgers. Unfortunately, the currywurst, both the meat and vegan versions, wasn't to my liking.
