My Philly steak burger in the dish for 20.60 euros was inedible. The cut meat was still unchewable but the salinity could not be overcome even with a beer bottle. Half of the food went in the trash because it was completely inedible due to salt. Even the visually attractive presentation in pictures and the beautiful onions and other ingredients cannot be individually fathomed. I really wanted to experience hunger-led pleasure. But I had already told myself three times that I would never go to JIM BLOCK again like I did in the Hamburg branches. So chefs note that instead of chatting and flirting with staff, they concentrate on food.

Great atmosphere, nice staff. The burgers, fries etc. are great. Would love to come back.

The food was very good. Unfortunately, an insert was forgotten... the delivery service couldn't be reached by phone to point this out. That was a bit annoying.

We ate on site. The service was super friendly, it was no problem converting a cheeseburger into a vegan cheeseburger with vegan mayo etc., which I don't think is on the menu. The burgers tasted good, even if it wasn't a taste explosion. However, I deduct one star from the food for the drinks: there is a fridge to take out the bottles, but they are only sodas. There wasn't even mineral water, certainly no beer or anything like that. When it comes to ambience, you can't expect too much from a restaurant that's primarily geared towards delivery services. However, I found it particularly unpleasant that there are no plates for on-site consumption, only disposable cardboard boxes with the burgers in them like at McDonald's. Overall, I was happy with the visit, but my companion was a little less so because she didn't want a soda with her meal and so skipped the drink altogether.

I think it's great that you can add so many free add-ons to your food, and we also really like the fact that you can refill your drinks. Unfortunately, the fries are quite salty. Some of the staff don't speak German very well, so sometimes they don't understand your order correctly.

I ordered to pick up via Lieferando, it was very tasty, freshly prepared and the service was extremely attentive and super nice! Always my pleasure!

Unfortunately, since you can't give 0 stars, I unfortunately have to give one star, you don't even deserve this star ..............Disaster.....Waiting time....Quality of the food...."Friendliness" on the phone.......There is only one thing to say "Grade 6 and put it". Do something different. Gastronomy is definitely not your thing!!!!!!

Waited 3 hours for my order and nothing came. I couldn't reach anyone so I canceled the order. Never again....

Some time ago I had a good review for the one mentioned above. Burger shop discontinued. Now unfortunately I have to correct that. Last night we ordered a meal there that was simply not edible - and certainly not edible. The burgers were cold and soggy, the patties were dry, the buns were soggy and sticky and the fries were cold. In addition, the different burgers could not be distinguished from each other. In one the bacon was missing, in the other the sauces were indefinable because they were smeared with the cheese. There was nothing remotely similar to the burgers on the menu. There was no taste of crisp, fresh ingredients or spicy cheese. The dishes were actually too expensive for the trash can, but they weren't suitable for our stomachs either. So unfortunately we had to throw them away. In the Burgerme call center there was only an announcement that no one could be reached by phone on site. You couldn't do anything more. Then that's just how it is. We will chalk this up as “learning money” and will no longer order from here.
