Dieses Restaurant hat einfach alles, was man sich wünschen kann - exzellentes Essen, gemütliches Ambiente und einen Service, der seinesgleichen sucht. Schon beim Betreten des Restaurants wurde ich von einem warmen und einladenden Ambiente empfangen. Das geschmackvolle Dekor und die angenehme Beleuchtung sorgten für eine entspannte Atmosphäre, die perfekt zum Genießen der köstlichen Speisen geeignet war. Das Menü im Del Core ist eine wahre Freude für Feinschmecker! Die Auswahl an Gerichten ist vielfältig und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas Passendes. Vom ersten bis zum letzten Bissen war ich von den Aromen und der Raffinesse der Zubereitung begeistert. Die Qualität der Zutaten war deutlich spürbar, und jedes Gericht wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail serviert. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Kreativität des Küchenteams. Sie verstehen es, traditionelle Gerichte mit modernen Elementen zu verfeinern und dadurch einzigartige Geschmackskompositionen zu kreieren. Der Service im Del Core verdient ebenfalls höchstes Lob. Das Personal war äußerst aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Jeder unserer Wünsche wurde prompt erfüllt, und das Personal war stets bereit, Empfehlungen auszusprechen und Fragen zu beantworten. Auch die Weinkarte ist beeindruckend und lässt das Herz eines jeden Weinliebhabers höherschlagen. Die empfohlenen Weinbegleitungen zu den Speisen haben das kulinarische Erlebnis perfekt abgerundet. Alles in allem kann ich das Del Core wärmstens empfehlen! Ob für ein romantisches Abendessen zu zweit oder einen festlichen Anlass mit Freunden und Familie - dieses Restaurant wird Sie nicht enttäuschen. For me the No. 1 in Hanover. The room is cozy and suitable for a romantic dinner for two as well as for smaller groups, birthdays or the like. Benni takes excellent care of the guests - no one else in Hanover can do it as well as he does - the menu is well organized. Thanks to everything, you can spend a wonderful 4 hours of entertaining evening. Keep it up!

Today is my birthday and I visited the Italian restaurant "Raffaele", and I want to share my impressions. Despite the fact that the restaurant was almost completely booked, they still found us a cozy table - special thanks for that! The food was a pleasant surprise: the dish was not just tasty, but truly amazing. I dare say that the pasta here was even better than the one I tried in Milan earlier this month. "Raffaele" definitely won my heart - and my stomach too!

I can't recommend this at all! We were treated rudely and very strangely because we “just” wanted kebab pockets. And also because we didn't want any drinks. We didn't find the dry kebab pocket (for €8) tasty at all. Bread is soo dry and has little meat.

The "Lister Laube" restaurant is a "pearl of Hanover's restaurant culture." The cozy atmosphere is incredible, and the drinks and food are delicious. Asparagus couldn't taste better in spring, and homemade (!) mulled wine, the likes of which you can't find even at most Christmas markets, at Christmastime. I think the "Brother's Kitchen" will be a success.
