I ordered via Lieferando. According to the app, delivery time is max. 45 minutes. I waited over 90 minutes.

Luckily, I ordered through Lieferando and only read the Google reviews afterwards (I probably wouldn't have ordered there otherwise). A Hanover pizza was ordered, which was well topped and tasted really delicious! Delivery time was reasonable (under 30 minutes), the delivery person was very nice. I have nothing to complain about and would definitely order there again.

Never order from this store. You wait for hours for your order and friendly employees who talk to you stupidly on the phone. Never again!!!!!!!

Tastes really good and still hot

Ordered through a delivery service and was disappointed. An item was delivered incorrectly. I called the store, where they told me that the driver must have mixed up the boxes (no big deal, it happens), that the correct pizza would be prepared and sent on - and hung up. After 50 minutes I call again. My counterpart says “You just hung up,” which is not true. After a lot of back and forth and an explanation from ME about what goes on the pizza that you can order in HIS store, the pizza arrived after another 40 minutes. The pizza was okay, but not again.

The best pizza in Hanover if you want greasy pizza with lots of cheese. I order here all the time and have only been a little disappointed once when I ordered something more unusual. With orders like Pizza Margarita you can't go wrong here. It's best to pick it up if possible then you can get to know the friendly staff and save delivery costs and time.

Very bad delivery service. It was explained that I was sick and couldn't come down and the man still got upset. Then why do you order delivery at all??!!

Just ordered on the website, uncomplicated, fast delivery, hot and very tasty. Chicken kebab pizza with hollandaise sauce was delicious.🙏

The best delivery service in all of Hanover!

Bad unfriendly service. No goodwill towards the customer. Not what it once was. I'll never order again. WRONG PIZZA DELIVERED, mistakes can happen. But you shouldn't leave customers to blame for employees' mistakes. After waiting for 1 hour, the people on site say that they can bring a new pizza ONLY if the wrong pizza has not been touched, which again takes at least 40-50 minutes! So after ordering, you should wait at least 2 hours until you can eat. Since I ordered for more money, I would have expected at least the difference. And you would then have thrown away the incorrectly delivered pizza that you picked up again or delivered it to someone else.
