Pizza delivered cold and dry! Never again

The pizza was incredibly expensive, and the delivery guy insisted on a tip, or rather, he insisted on it. Also, there was a piece of something unidentifiable on the pizza (plastic, bone??). I definitely won't order again.

I really like ordering pizza there because it's always ready very quickly and tastes delicious. But: Big problem: Unfortunately, it depends on who prepares the pizza. Sometimes it's absolutely top-notch, and sometimes you're really unlucky, paying a lot (the prices are definitely higher than the competition) and then getting a soggy, cold pizza with almost no toppings - you pay an extra €2 for an extra sauce, and then you only get three blobs. It's a real shame that there seem to be no guidelines at all to ensure the pizza tastes consistent. Since this has happened to me three times now, I won't order from there again, because it's unacceptable to have to hope that you get what you order.

Recommendation? A definite no. I had a chicken pizza. The meat tasted like it hadn't been thawed properly, there was way too little cheese, the pizza dough was as thin as double-sided paper, and the price was exorbitant at almost 18 thalers. I'm from Bonn, so we get stoned for the quality. No chance of a second try.

Lousy service and a rip-off, and it came from the store manager himself. I logged in via my Smileys account and ordered from it to the same address every time. Yet, the delivery was made to the wrong address, and the customer was blamed. No insight. No interest in finding a solution that was even remotely customer-friendly. I should have seen from the email that the address was correct, but with the wrong postal code. Sounds like a scam to me...the customer is then to blame, not the online portal. The only offer was that, despite paying the delivery fee, I could drive over half an hour to the store myself to pick up the items cold. That was the last time I'll order from Smileys, thanks to the lousy online portal, the lack of insight into mistakes, and the incredibly poor service. If there were 0 stars, it would be the first time I've given them!

It was quick and so delicious. We had a chicken hollandaise and one with chicken fingers. There was nothing wrong with either.

Two out of three pizzas were completely inedible. One person vomited after eating just one slice.

I can't judge what the pizza is like. However, a few seconds ago one of your suppliers delivered a pizza at Flüggestraße 23 only to crumple up the receipt and throw it into the bed when he left the house. Incredibly disrespectful behavior

The pizza doesn't taste good at all and it hasn't been cut at all. I specifically said please cut it. I don't think that's good... and that's why I said please make it spicy and don't make it spicy either. This is very shit.

We order often. It is delivered quickly, the suppliers are ok. Sometimes the ingredients on the pizza are very unevenly distributed, but otherwise great.

Always great pizza, much, much better than the competition. Also much better documented, so it's worth spending a little more money. Unfortunately, the pizza rolls have been very burnt lately and have therefore smelled and tasted charred. Please pay attention again, you cannot order them like this 🙈

The person on the phone was never friendly or took my order seriously and I will never recommend them.

Disappointing and unprofessional I ordered a family pizza with whole wheat dough, sucuk, hollandaise and jalapenos. The pizza arrived cold, dry and inedible - the sucuk was rock hard. On the phone we were also told that we hadn't ordered a whole wheat pizza last time, even though that was definitely the case. Instead of finding a solution, we were told that once we tried the pizza you couldn't take it back. That's not how you treat customers. After this experience I will definitely not order here again.

I've eaten or ordered there 100 times, the food is always delicious, the staff are friendly and they always deliver quickly, my favorite place to order in Hanover 😊

We ate two pizzas directly in the store. Smiley's seems to be clearly focused on delivery, as there are only a few seats and little ambience. There is plenty of choice. The pizzas were served quickly and tasted very good. Stylistically not the fine Neapolitan pizza, but rather American-inspired (at least as far as the rich toppings are concerned, the base was still quite thin). All in all we were very satisfied. It would be desirable if the shop were made a little more inviting, as fresh pizza can show its full strength on site.

Es ist eine Tragödie, dass ich noch nie eine schlechtere Pizza gegessen habe, aber ich habe Pizza aus einem Automaten gegessen und sie war viel besser. Dieses Restaurant sollte die Leute dafür bezahlen, diese Sauerei zu essen, ein obdachloser Hund würde sie gerne essen, es ist ein Misserfolg… It's a tragedy that I've never eaten worse pizza, but I ate pizza from a vending machine and it was much better, this restaurant should pay people to eat this mess, a homeless dog would want to eat it, it's a failure...

Smiley's has been well known in Hanover for years, as a well-functioning shop, and has optimally GOOD VALUES AS A "COMPANY,,, = THAT MAKES THE FOOD" That has been my opinion for years, that's why I always think POSITIVE of Smiley's... .SO ALL THE BEST 💞💖💌

Unfriendly boss and department head. Smoking is done next to the kitchen. Employees are not paid.

Food tastes good. Ordered often. But an employee who makes deliveries every now and then always looks angry and doesn't say anything. Looks like he has a certain expectation towards the customer (tip). I often eat out or order food. I can't always give tips. Some are stubborn and think it's a given that they can get some. If you are not satisfied with your job then look for another employer. It's not the customer's fault.

The 1 star is already too much. There was hair in 2 pizzas. Disgusting.

Ring of Rire always gets a black bottom. After moving as a regular customer, I was told it was normal. Misburg much better, was never burned black

Price-performance is not right. My partner had complaints from his pizza.

We waited over an hour for our food. To reassure us, we were sent an email after 30 minutes that the food was on the way. After that, the delivery still took another 35 minutes for a whopping 1.4km. This time we are very disappointed again because it doesn't matter what time you order, lunchtime, afternoon or evening.

The salads have become the biggest mess... What used to be a salad full of selected ingredients is now just filled with an excessive amount of leafy greens. For example the Caesar salad. -Previously: studded with champions, peppers, corn and tomatoes -Today: an embarrassingly served mess of leafy greens, a lot of dried bread cubes and no other vegetables added. The price has remained the same (without chicken), but you can add it for 2.50 euros. Pizza has also declined. No longer a customer of yours, even though I find the team to be very friendly. Can't understand the 2.8 stars. Everything was great, tasty and hot food, friendly service and driver... absolutely nothing to complain about...

The pizza is very good, but they should write down the prices of each ingredient that is added to their pizza (it says 1.20 for each ingredient and they cost up to 2.70!) It's such a small detail but quite important.

Kleiner sauberer Laden, der Service war vollkommen in Ordnung. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut. Die Pizza war sehr lecker und die überbackenen Nudeln waren auch klasse.

Das erste und wohl auch das letzte Mal hier bestellt. Die Pizzen waren das Geld nicht wert, das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier leider nicht.

Wir haben eine Kleinigkeit bestellt , es kam schnell und war noch heiß. Was mir besonders gefallen hat war um die späte Zeit , war der sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Lieferant Nikita. Oft denkt man wenn man essen bestellt, die Leute die das Essen bringen haben keine Lust auf ihren Job und sind gestresst und unmotiviert. Nikita hingegen kam mit einem Lächeln hat uns einen schönen Abend und guten Appetit gewünscht.

Wir haben direkt dort gegessen und es war verdammt lecker. sehr warm die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett.

Eigentlich eine sehr gute Pizza, ABER es gibt eine Punkte an denen gearbeitet werden sollte: Negativ: 1. Ich habe eine falsche Pizza geliefert bekommen / die richtige Pizza wurde allerdings schnell nachgeliefert 2. Pizza kam ohne jegliche Tasche/Box, weshalb die Pizza nur noch lauwarm war bzw. Schon kalt, was für mich gar nicht geht ❌ 3. Die kleinste Pizza Größe in 25cm Durchmesser hat mich 16.5€ gekostet, was ich Vergleich zu anderen Pizzerien schon sehr happig ist. Meiner Meinung nach nicht angemessen… 4. Zum Lieferanten: ich will ihn nicht vorhalten, dass er es extra gemacht hat, aber bei einer Barzahlung gehe ich davon aus, dass man Geld wechseln kann. Ich habe schon ziemlich passend gezahlt, allerdings hatte er nur 1,5€ Wechselgeld. So musste ich umständlich Geld raussuchen… Positiv: 1. der Knoblauch dip zu dem Pizza Rand ist der Wahnsinn 2. Bestellung einfach über die Homepage 3. geschmacklich top wenn es nicht so kalt gewesen wäre

Leckere Pizza. Die Preise sind nicht die günstigsten aber was an Kosten draufkommt kommt auch an besserem Geschmack drauf. Mein Tipp: Mittagstisch oder die Angebotspizza kaufen. Die Lieferung ist ähnlich schnell wie die Konkurrenz, Abholung geht innerhalb von 15minuten. Gerne wieder!

Eben dort bestellt und die Pizza kam wie angegeben nach ca 24 Minuten. Pizza war noch heiß und sie war geschnitten. Es war insgesamt sehr gut und auch der Lieferant war Freundlich .

Essen ist ganz lecker, der Preis ist angemessen. Allerdings wurde bei frischen 14 Grad die doch zugegebenermaßen sehr große Tür offen gelassen, sodass wir uns unsere Jacken aus dem Auto holen mussten um im Restaurant zu speisen. Daher einen Stern Abzug.

Bisher die Beste Pizza die ich in meiner Umgebung als Lieferdienst finden konnte. Wer Knoblauchsauce mag, sollte den Dip Pizzasauce probieren. Weiter so!

Super leckeres Essen. Heiß und richtig schnell. Verstehe nicht wieso das so schlechte Bewertungen hier hat. Bei Lieferando sind die Bewertungen viel besser 👍

Pizza prinzipiell sehr lecker. Leider Mitarbeiter am Telefon, die kaum Deutsch verstehen und sprechen. Es wurde die falsche Pizza geliefert (mit Fleisch anstatt Vegetarisch) und 2,30€ teurer als die bestellte Pizza. Dann freundlich nachgefragt und um die richtige Pizza gebeten, erst nach langer Diskussion wurde eingewilligt die ursprünglich Bestellte zu liefern. Auf Nachfrage, ob ich denn jedenfalls die Differenz wiederbekäme, da ich ja die teurere Pizza gar nicht bestellt hatte, sagte der Lieferant aus, er sei neu und ich solle mich an anderer Stelle beschweren, er würde mir das Geld nicht zurückgeben. Die falsche Pizza habe ich unangetastet zurückgegeben.

Bisher ganz lecker alles aber die Portionen werden immer kleiner und kleiner. Ansonsten Lieferzeit und Qualität passt eigentlich immer.

Pizza an sich war ok aber leider nicht ein Mal lauwarm. Bestellt um 18:13 angekommen ist die Pizza um 19: 35 Tut mir für den Boten leid er bekam kein Trinkgeld. Ich würde dort nie wieder bestellen.

Pizzabröttchen sowie die Pizza waren sehr lecker. Ich finde dieese Smiley's Dip mega lecker kann ich nur empfehlen. Reichhaltig belegt, wunderbar dünn und wie bestelt Lieferung hat 50 min gedauert kann voll dran liegen das sehr viele bestellen und die viel zu tun haben,hatte nur einmal das problem das die pizza schon fast kalt war aber sonst sind die immer heiß angekommen. Immer wieder gerne. Eine der besten Smileys. Deswegen gebe ich 4 von 5 Sternen

Mich stören zwei Punkte sehr: Zunächst wäre da einmal die Lieferzeit. Ich kann akzeptieren, dass es mal 100 Minuten dauert, bis die Lieferung da ist. Aber warum wird dann eine Lieferzeit von 50 Minuten angegeben? Das ist einfach nur frech, wenn man ein fertiges Abendessen plant, wenn man nach Hause fährt. Und dies passiert leider zu oft. Der zweite Punkt ist der unklare Auflauf. Wenn in der Rubrik Pasta & Auflauf steht, dass alle Gerichte mit einer Nudelsorte zubereitet werden, warum ist dies dann beim Auflauf nicht der Fall? Und wenn man das jetzt einfach akzeptiert, wieso kann man dann keine Nudeln als Extra-Zutat angeben? Man kann "mit Hähnchenbrustfilet" und "mit Beef" bestellen, aber nicht "mit Nudeln", obwohl der Auflauf sogar mit der Pasta in eine Rubrik zusammengefasst worden ist? Für mich unverständlich.

Ich habe Pizza bei unzahlreichen Laden in Hannover bestellt, aber noch nie in meinem Leben habe ich so eine geile Hotdogpizza gegessen. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Immer super schnell und nett. Manchmal gibt es Fehler bei den Lieferungen daher ein Stern Abzug.

Ich bestelle seit Juni 2020 meine Pizza immer hier. Bisher war auch alles super. Nur heute kam meine Bestellung 30min später als von Lieferando angekündigt, natürlich war diese dann kalt, der Fahrer sehr unfreundlich, aber ich habe angerufen und erklärt was passiert ist...anscheinend hat der Lieferant kein Einfluss auf die von Lieferando angegebene Lieferzeit (was ja echt blöd ist). Die netten mitarbeiter sagten zu mir eine neue Pizza in 45min zu liefern und 20min später war diese auch da. Smileys top wie immer. Auch wenns mal nicht rund läuft gibts eine schnelle Lösung. Danke! Die Pizza war wie immer sehr lecker.

Letzte Nacht habe ich eine Pizza Montana bestellt, das ist eigentlich mein Favorit. Aus Geschmack war die Pizza wie immer gut aber bisschen kalt. Das kann am Wochenende so passieren, es ist akzeptabel aber als Pizzeria sollte man geeignete Maßnahmen ergreifen, damit die Bestellungen schneller geliefert werden können. Allgemein ist meine Bewertung 4/5 und wieder gerne bestellen!!
