Recently, everything has improved significantly—both in terms of taste and service. You can tell that a lot of love and care goes into the work here.

6:35 PM, orders three pizzas. It's 8:18 PM, and there's no driver in sight! Call twice, and they say they should be here any minute. Unbelievable.

We ordered two pizzas at 9:18 p.m. and live exactly 5 minutes away, and they told us on the phone that the online wait time was 85 minutes. We ordered through a Smileys DE website, and now we've looked online. This information is definitely not there. When we called again, they said it wasn't their fault. We stated it that way, and then they have to complain to Smileys DE. Very accommodating. We've been waiting for almost 90 minutes for two pizzas for a distance of 5-10 minutes. So for me, that's a reason not to order from there anymore, and we eat there very often. The sad thing is that my husband also waited at least 40 minutes outside the door when picking up and was given a sauce as an apology.

Please don't order pizza here! I've been waiting over an hour and a half for a single pizza! And this at Smail Pizza, where a large pizza costs €30! Absolutely outrageous – never again. 😡🤬

I don't understand some of the very negative reviews. The food arrived quickly and still hot. Everything was delicious, and the delivery was complete. The driver was also very friendly.

Not again! After waiting 1.5 hours, I was told in response to my call that someone had "cancelled" my order over the phone. Unfortunately, there was no confirmation by email or any other notification. Perhaps it was a mix-up, or the distance between the delivery address and the delivery time was the cause. I can only fool myself ;)

Please do yourself a favor and don't order from here if you don't want to wait 90+ minutes for your pizza. I waited over 90 minutes for my pizza. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident; it seems to be normal here. The drivers are also usually unfriendly. It's a shame, but I won't order from here again.

Once and never again. If I say the pizza is dry and the crust is as thin as a sheet of paper, he says, okay, I'll send a new one, but if the driver sees that and says no, you pay for the pizza. How rude can you possibly be? 25€ thrown in the trash.

We order from there quite often, and delivery usually takes between 30 and 60 minutes. Unfortunately, things get forgotten quite often these days. If it's the free chilies, I don't see it as a big deal. Unfortunately, what's almost always missing is the dip. Sure, that can happen, but I still expect some kind of concession. Whether it's a direct price reduction, a refund, or a voucher for the next order—all of that would be fine, of course. What happened to us was this: After complaining on the phone, we were promised a voucher for our next order worth €5. We were simply supposed to call the same number again. No sooner said than done—unfortunately, no one could remember, and we didn't receive a voucher. I can only say positive things about the food itself: The pizzas are usually cooked to perfection and at a good temperature. Now, if the service were a bit better and we weren't ripped off, it would be even better...

Unfortunately, unfortunately, unfortunately, the wait was loooong. 80 minutes isn't right. Accordingly, the food doesn't arrive warm. It's a shame. I always remembered the pizzas being really delicious. But it's no fun like this, and it's not worth the price either (which is getting more and more expensive anyway).

I've tried everything, but the store isn't getting any more chances. They're delivering me another cold pizza, so sorry, but that's completely unacceptable. On the upside, the manager called me, but I still got a cold pizza, which I paid for.

The pizza was delivered after about 1.5 hours – lukewarm and dry. Very disappointing, after all the years I've enjoyed ordering from here. That's definitely over now – no more smileys 😖😖

Large pizza delivered cold, ice cream 500+ ml liquefied and delivered warm. One hour plus delivery time. Complaint: They wanted to pick up the delivery again - anyone could claim. I put it outside the door and it was still there the next day. There was no money back. The health department is involved, the report is out. It would help if drivers and telephone operators/CEOs understood German. UPDATE: Unfortunately, there's nothing wrong with smileys. I expected insight, but instead arrogance and ignorance. The Hanover food inspection department has started the investigation. I was offered a 15 EUR voucher. Narrowly avoided salmonella poisoning, but please order there again; with CEOs who treat you like a piece of shit. Without words - avoid at all costs.

A pizza with a delivery time of just under 2 hours is really pathetic... I think that says it all. Luckily the pizzas are mostly tasty, otherwise I would never order there again…

Bad unfriendly service. No goodwill towards the customer. Not what it once was. I'll never order again. WRONG PIZZA DELIVERED, mistakes can happen. But you shouldn't leave customers to blame for employees' mistakes. After waiting for 1 hour, the people on site say that they can bring a new pizza ONLY if the wrong pizza has not been touched, which again takes at least 40-50 minutes! So after ordering, you should wait at least 2 hours until you can eat. Since I ordered for more money, I would have expected at least the difference. And you would then have thrown away the incorrectly delivered pizza that you picked up again or delivered it to someone else.

I would never recommend a shop like that. There is no politeness there and you only deal with disrespectful people. The staff is very rude and I don't even have to start with the delivery service. It's the worst shop there is

Normally the pizza is really quite good and I would give it 4 stars. The delivery time is usually longer than 1 hour but that's okay. Unfortunately today the pizza was very, very greasy and the pizza DIP was somehow much more liquid than usual.

The delivery took 110 minutes on a Monday and arrived almost cold, that's not possible.

The stated delivery time did not match the real one! More than an hour late! I canceled my order immediately after learning of the long delivery time and didn't even get an answer! Since I had already paid via PayPal, I insist on a refund of my costs, which I had already paid via PayPal! A legal dispute over the small amount makes no sense to me, but it was an absolute disgrace to make me wait more than an hour for my pizza after 12:30 a.m.! From 12:30 a.m. onwards, all devices in my house are in sleep mode, so neither my smartphone nor any other bell rings! According to Lieferando, the order should be delivered within 15 - 30 minutes. Smileys in Wülfel is less than 10 minutes from my home address - so it's incomprehensible to me how a pizza delivery can take more than an hour! But I don't seem to be the only one here - several customers have already complained about this business practice! There wasn't even an apology from the manager, I paid for the pizza, didn't get delivery... I hope the team liked MY pizza - my money is gone! I don't like paying for food for people I don't know!!! 😡😡😡 I will never order from this "store" again, even though I was a satisfied customer for many years! But taking money and providing poor service is just going too far! As I can see from the other reviews, I'm not an isolated case! Therefore I can only advise everyone not to order from Smileys again!!!

Hair in the salad. Can't be any of us. We neither have blonde hair nor the length. The pizza with the extra salami was more like salami chips than well-filled salami. Whole mouth opened with it. That's it for you now. We don't order there anymore.

I'm a regular customer and what I experienced today is incredible. First I was supposed to pay €17 for a tuna salad + roll. After discussions then €12. Now my salad comes with 95% iceberg lettuce and 2% tuna and 3% cheese. That's it, NEVER AGAIN

The delivery time is clearly too long and the snack rolls were all slightly burnt.

Unfortunately, things have gradually gotten worse in recent years. We regularly ordered about once every 6 weeks and you could really see how things were getting worse. Today we wanted to give Smileys another chance because we received a €5 voucher. Unfortunately, the Hollandaise sauce was forgotten on both Ring of Fire, which is kind of like forgetting the cheese on a pizza... .

Ordered via lifarando and paid via Paypal. It wasn't delivered, it was a disgrace. The store could no longer be reached at the number given...

I never received the food I ordered and attempts to contact the restaurant were not answered. When I contacted Lieferando, the restaurant also made false statements, which is why I didn't get the money back. After a quick search, I saw that I'm not the only one with this problem.

The pizza didn't arrive for over an hour and a half. She was cold and limp. The ground was sometimes so tough that it felt like you were chewing rubber. Outrageous for the prices. You can't call directly, you'll be on hold for minutes and no one will pick up. Never again.

We often used Smileys as a business lunch and were basically always satisfied. Recently we have had several incorrect deliveries. We can usually ignore that. Unfortunately, the gentleman on site and on the phone was increasingly very unfriendly to us when we pointed this out to him. We were recently told that his camera footage would prove that the real food had been delivered. Such nonsense. Today he also told us that he had packed the pizza himself and was almost abusive by insinuating that I was him Tell lies. Wrong pizza was picked up, new pizza brought - 45 minutes later... Smileys is certainly not the worst choice for in between and in a hurry, but the customer service is really unfriendly and terrible. In short: very unreliable when it comes to information about delivery times and apparently when it comes to the order itself.

Die Pizza ist sehr lecker. Leider habe ich wieder einmal keine zusätzliche Soße erhalten, die bezahlt wurde.

Bei der Bestellung hieß es, das Essen kommt in 30 Minuten, am Ende hat es über eine Stunde gedauert, außerdem kam die Pizza nicht so wie man will (Siehe Foto). Immerhin hat sie ziemlich gut geschmeckt, ansonsten keine gute Erfahrung.

Lieferung war schnell, Essen war warm. Geschmacklich leider eine Niete und den hohen Preis nicht wert.

Ich verstehe die ganzen schlechten Rezensionen nicht, bestelle dort oft. Essen kommt immer schnell an schmeckt sehr lecker und dazu noch ein guter Preis. Top

Ich weiß ja nicht, was Smiley an vegan nicht verstanden hat. Aber hier gerne nochmal zur Erinnerung : Ohne Verwendung von Produkten tierischen Ursprungs. Ei und Milch sind definitiv Produkte tierischen Ursprungs, ihr Pfeifen. Damit das Smileydebakel aber noch nicht abgehakt : Lieferzeit 1 Stunde und 17 Minuten, da war es dann auch schon fast egal dass die "legendären Pizzabrötchen" das Aroma von Schuhsohle hatten. Alles in allem keine Runde Sache.

Herzhafte Pasta "Yellowstone"", wundervoller Salat "Rucola-Chicken" mit Vinaigrette haben unseren hungrigen Mägen gut getan. Perfekt, heiß und köstlich. Vielen Dank, gerne wieder!

Die Pizza war grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Wenn man aber gratis Zutaten anbietet, sollte man diese auch auf die Pizza machen. Das schlimmste war jedoch die Lieferung. Der Bringdienst hat nicht die aktuelle Adresse übernommen und ist einfach zu der alten Adresse gefahren was die Lieferung ewig gemacht hat. Die Pizza war entsprechend nurnoch lauwarm. Dann wurde noch die Pizza-Sauce vergessen die aber am Abend noch nachgebracht wurde. Für hungrige Menschen wenig zu empfehlen.

Geschmacklich echt gut. Allerdings habe ich in meiner Pasta ein Stück Plastik, was aussah wie von einer Nudelverpackung gefunden. Darauf sollte man echt schon achten. Das hätte auch nach hinten los gehen können

Bislang war ich immer top zufrieden, das hat sich in dieser Woche schlagartig geändert. Bei der ersten Bestellung am Donnerstag war die Pizza lauwarm. Heute schmeckte mir meine Lieblings-Pizza (Hawaii mit viel Knoblauch) überhaupt nicht, da war irgendein Gewürz drauf das da nicht hingehörte. Schade, dass die Qualität so stark nachgelassen hat, von zukünftigen Empfehlungen sehe ich ab. Egal wie die Reaktion hierauf ausfällt, nie wieder.

Alles in bester Ordnung. Die Pizza ist total lecker, die Lieferung erfolgte innerhalb einer halben Stunde und der Fahrer war sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder.

Ich bestelle immer Sucuk Pizza mit jalapeño ohne Rand und mir schmeckt das sehr ! Etwa teuer das stimmt , aber dazu war bei mir Lieferung immer schnell , nicht länger als 1std. Danke euch 🧡

Hatte heute eine Pizza (vegetarisch mit Brokkoli) dort bestellt. Also mir hat es gefallen, entgegen vieler schlechter Bewertungen... Aber wie gesagt, Geschmäcker sind ja wie bekannt, verschieden!

War okay aber die pizza war leider zu fettig

Zunächst einmal möchte ich sagen, dass das Essen wirklich lecker war & schnell geliefert wurde - dafür gibt es auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne! Ich gebe immer gerne & denke auch großzügig Trinkgeld ( war früher selbst Pizzabote ), nur habe ich kein Geld in der Wohnung gehabt & konnte kein Trinkgeld geben. Der Lieferant war allgemein etwas „grimmig“, was aber nicht weiter schlimm ist, aber dass er beim runtergehen im Treppenhaus Beleidigungen gegen mich ausspricht muss echt nicht sein ( stand noch in der Tür & hab’s gehört ). Letztendlich bin ich froh, dass ich kein Trinkgeld geben konnte, weil mit so einer Art & Weise man sich dies nicht verdient hat. Abschließend muss man auch noch sagen, dass er keinen Abstand eingehalten hat, was aber auf der Webseite als gewährleistet kommuniziert wird...

Tolle leckere Pizzen und vor allem die Snackrolls sind der Hammer. Mein Tipp: Immer den Pizza-Dip dazunehmen. Lieferzeit ist durschnittlich - Insgesamt empfehlenswert und eine Bestellung wert!

Preislich wäre es okay würde der Geschmack und die Qualität stimmen. Leider aber eher nicht so. Für eine Pizza mit kleinen Extras zählt man viel. Leider bleibt aber die Qualität auf der Strecke. Daher nur als Notlösung wegen der späten Öffnungszeiten

Amerykańska Pizza. Trochę tłusta ale smaczna

Kurz erklärt... Wir machen Kurzurlaub und vertrauten dem Portier im Hotel. Völlig ausgehungert bestellten wir nichts ahnend 2 Pizzen bei Smiley. Erst nach der Bestellung las ich die Bewertungen und befürchtete das schlimmste, war sogar kurz davor die Bestellung zu stornieren.. aber was soll ich sagen... ich kann sie schlechten Bewertungen hier überhaupt NICHT verstehen. Es kam ein sehr netter Herr der uns eine sehr sehr heiße Pizza brachte, top im Geschmack und einfach nur genial. Wir sind mega zufrieden und Papp satt. Danke dafür...

Habe mittlerweile 3 mal bei Smileys bestellt und innerhalb von 30 Minuten die Lieferung bekommen. Essen war heiß und frisch. Nur zu empfehlen.
