I ordered via Lieferando. According to the app, delivery time is max. 45 minutes. I waited over 90 minutes.

The employees are very nice and the food is so delicious I would eat there several times and I would really recommend the shop to anyone

Don't order with extra cheese, you can save yourself money The baker is a crazy person who wanted to make a new pizza and got the same pizza with a crumb more cheese only baked again, again such service Service in Germany can really no longer be expected

Potato wedges are simply something out of the bag and the burgers are absolutely bland and taste and look like a microwave burger. I would have made the burgers better myself. For €15 per burger that's a disgrace

There are certainly much better places where food can also be described as food. Unfortunately, there are no zero stars. A tip practice might help, which I don't think.

The Caesar salad I get is $7.49 without the chicken. I called them and they said I would like to add additional chicken. Is there a Caesar salad without chicken so I can order extra chicken!!!!!! I paid the price for some unwashed salad and bread

Okay... but better dominoes in the future. Delivery time too long, driver can't read house numbers, only drives sat nav, which doesn't yet know the new building. Then I have to listen to the accusation that I didn't specify the floor, it's written big on the bell downstairs! Pizza then received lukewarm. The drivers are the figurehead, the only person with whom you still have contact when ordering online... I will forego contact here in the future. Update: Second attempt, one hour from order to delivery, Monday at 4 p.m.! After the email "order on the way" it took a good half hour, pizza was lukewarm at most, already out of the oven half an hour? The supplier did not understand what I meant due to his lack of language skills. Never, ever again, reduction to one star.

I was there and ordered a Baguette Broadway, which hasn't been on the menu recently... the salesman said okay and said a different name, then I said I would like the Broadway with turkey, the salesman confirmed that and At the end I was given a baguette with pork wieners called Brooklyn... because I specifically asked for it I can't fully understand it. Maybe hire German-speaking staff?

I usually order from Smiley's Pizza and am always satisfied with the service. The prices are a bit higher, but I think it's worth the price because the food here tastes very good. The service is reliable and punctual, and the selection of pizzas and other dishes is varied. The quality of the ingredients is high and you can taste the freshness in every bite. Although the prices may be a bit higher, I think the quality and taste of the food justify this extra charge. Overall, I can definitely recommend Smiley's Pizza due to their excellent quality and reliable service.

As I walked past I spotted a lunch menu. A calzone pizza with soft drinks for €8.99. I went in and ordered the pizza and was then supposed to pay over eleven euros, when I showed the staff his brochure I was then told to pay €9.24. When I asked, I was told that I had to pay a €0.25 deposit for the Coke bottle. I didn't get a glass with the drink either. After eating, I brought the bottle back to the counter and was told that deposit bottles were not accepted here. I now had to take my empties home with me. I don't think that works at all.

Lecker, und gleich noch mit Rabatt, wenn man selbst abholt. Auch die regelmäßigen Sonderaktionen mit neuen Pizzakreationen sind immer wieder nett anzusehen, sie sehen auch lecker aus.

Unsere Bestellungen kommen immer lecker und Heiß an. Eben kam eine falsche Pizza ein Anruf und sofort eine neue bekommen plus ein cookie Keks 🍪 als Entschuldigung 🙂 danke sehr freundlich

Cooler Laden,man kann sich hier auch gut hinsetzen und essen. Zu essen bekommt man das gewohnte Smiley's Programm...lecker und frisch zum direkten verzehr....

Ich weiß ja nicht wo die Leute ihr Essen bestellen und dann schlechte Bewertung abgeben. ich habe bei smileys schon mindestens 10 mal bestellt 10 mal war es perfekt. Frische Beilagen, frischer Teig, frischer Salat. Alles schmeckt super. Der Teigboden ist schön dünn. Besser geht es einfach nicht. Ich bestelle sehr gerne bei smileys. Weiter so jungs 👍👍

Schnelle Lieferung. Pizza Brötchen noch heiß. Toll. ;) Salat war lecker. Hätte aber etwas mehr erwartet. Trotzdem lecker.

Sehr schön war es in Hannover Beim CSD waren Tausende Menschen und alles verlief Friedlich .

Abends einfach nur Faul ohne Liebe und Lieferung ist Katastrophal. Habe eine Pizza für eine bestimmte Zeit bestellt und sie kam 17 Minuten früher an, wahrscheinlich weil es einfach wohl besser passt was ja verständlich ist...aber man könnte wenigstens bescheid geben. Preis: Für eine vernünftige sättigende Pizza gibt man schonmal 15-20€ aus. Bei den Zutaten wird leider viel gespart, obwohl man so viel dafür bezahlt. Geschmack : Pizza ist abends immer (zu 85% der Zeit) grausam, morgens - mittags manchmal sehr lecker meistens Ok. Ich bin enttäuscht.

We didnt feel really welcome there today, eventhough we were the only customers there at the time. I had a seattle pizza which tasted really weird, my friend had a pasta bolognese, it was super greasy but still tasty he said :) Not good for the diet. Giant toilet.

Ich hatte eine Pizza mit extra Beilagen bestellt, die dann auch extrem teuer wurde. Die extra Beilagen waren drauf, nur die normalen Beilagen die auf die Pizza sollten wurden vergessen.

Wir bestellen regelmäßig bei Smiley's in Misburg für mehrere Personen und bisher waren immer alle Pizzen gut durch, sehr lecker und die Zutaten wirkten frisch. Auch auf den Extrawunsch, dass kein Käse verwendet werden soll, wurde immer (!) eingegangen. Die Lieferung erfolgte auch immer schnell.

Hab letztes Mal das Wall street Baguette bestellt, es hat geschmeckt wurde aber mit Vollkornbrot geliefert was ich so nicht angeben habe. Heute wieder was bei Smileys bestellt eine 32 cm Pizza und den Rio Grande Wrap die Pizza war lecker aber der Wrap nicht das war mit Hähnchen und süß sauer souse aber eigentlich sollte da Beef und Bacon Würfel drinnen sein. Das Hähnchen bei dem Wrap war nichtmal richtig durch sehr enttäuschend.

Super schnell und Hammer Lecker. Bestellen nur noch bei Smiley's Unsere Kids haben die Kinder box bekommen und ausnahmsweise gut gegessen. Auch über das beigefügte haben Sie sich sehr gefreut. Immer wieder und Preis Leistung nur weiter zu empfehlen.

Pizza ist super lecker. Trotzdem nach Lieferung immer mal nachmessen. Habe ne '32 bestellt und es kam ne '28. Sonst gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Wie kann man nur 5 Sterne geben 😂. Die Qualität ist ja wohl Mega schlecht. Teig zu dünn und viel zu wenig drauf. Aber das ist ja Standard bei kettenläden.

Ich bin wirklich positiv überrascht! Bestellung war einfach online, Lieferung ging wirklich fix. Dass Essen war innerhalb einer halben Stunde Vorort. Und geschmacklich bin ich auch überzeugt! Es wurde ebenfalls auf kleine Wünsche/Änderungen eingegangen. Oftmals werden kleine Änderungen, wie ohne Champions übersehen... hier nicht! Ein Stern Abzug, da es für einen Pizza Bringdienst schon ein bisschen teurer ist.

Top! Gute telefonische Bestellannahme, schnell zubereitet und pünktlich zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt zur Abholung bereitgestellt. Freundliches Personal und die Pizzen sind einfach top, wenn man gerne American Pizza isst. Daumen hoch.

Ich hab schon diverse Male dort bestellt und bin jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Gerade mit der Smiley's App und dem ,,Punkte sammeln" ist eine Bestellung total einfach und schnell! Macht weiter so!

Tried it for the first time and had a Good Experience. I orderred Chicken and Beef wraps, and both were delicious. I'm new in Germany, and finally found a good alternate option for Shawarmas :) The restaurant has a very nice ambiance, they have a dining option but due to Covid dining option is unavailable. Staff was friendly, speaks English as well :) they provide delivery service as well. The best thing for me is their meat is Halal 😇
