We have been ordering from Burgerme for years and have been delivered from various shops. For a long time everything was OK as expected. For some time now and deliveries from Groß Borstel the whole thing has been a real nuisance. Delivery times are exceeded many times over (!), if you dare to ask, you will at best receive no answers, otherwise incorrect and condescending flippant answers, standard changes are not taken into account, requests that are subject to a surcharge are "forgotten" and the quality of what is delivered has a significant impact subsided. Especially when you order with children, this can be more than just annoying - and in our experience it is no exception, but now the rule. After we waited again today for over 1.5 hours instead of the announced 30 minutes, during which the driver was always supposed to be there in 2 minutes, it was finally enough. I can only warn against ordering here. In any case, we were customers of Burgerme for a long time.

The Chicky Chick Patty felt black and the iceberg was very old and brown. the tomatoes were banana. Fries were broken and cold some were even black. The only good thing was that the driver was there quickly. Quality has nothing to do with this

Food was good, delivery quick. BUT a burger with a double patty was ordered and one was delivered. After a call, another one was delivered, as originally ordered - great. However, the driver insisted that he had to take the faulty burger with him. So we summarize: Error on Bugerme's part, double waiting time for food, faulty burger is taken away again to be thrown in the trash can - not great.

The food was inedible and cold. Half of the food was missing. It was the worst meal I have ever ordered. If you want to ask questions or complain, you can't reach anyone. I implore everyone to order this in the eventuality!! Very bad!!!

The food is ok. However, there is a big deduction for the delivery service. This is now the second time that the delivery person thinks he has to ring the bell not once but more often and quite impatiently. The door doesn't open any faster with every ring. Called the hotline, received a very friendly welcome, explained the problem in order to rule out any mix-up and also checked on the phone which burgers had arrived and which ones had been ordered. The complaint was confirmed and a new delivery was promised. 10 minutes later the restaurant in Harburg called me and asked me why I had ordered the wrong burger, after I finally understood them because they barely understood anything on the phone. After 5 minutes of discussion where I had to justify myself again knowing that BBQ bacon looks different than cheese tomato salad. 60 minutes after calling the hotline, I received my burger, cold fries and no more nerves from the store's impudence. tldr;: Hotline was helpful, the store was cheekier and more disrespectful than any legitimately annoyed customer I've ever had...

Picked up burgers, really tasty beef, much better than Jim Block or Burger King for comparable price. You can taste the beef in every bite, the sauce is neutral and only embellishes the taste a little. Salad crispy and fresh, onions and tomatoes sliced ​​perfectly thin.
