I used to like to order there again and again. Ordered two Angus burgers and a fries for the first time in a year yesterday. Fries were ok, burgers were cold! Visually the burgers were fine. Not great in taste but ok. What's much worse is that my wife and I have had stomach problems since yesterday evening, and they're still going on today. This just can't be right... I don't know what's changed, but it's definitely slowed down a lot. I'll be honest, next time I'm in the mood for a burger I'd rather drive 20km to Dulfs or just make some myself. Too bad!

Too many things go wrong here. Everyone has a bad day, but here I felt ripped off and not taken seriously. Anyone who sells themselves as a premium citizen (at least according to the price list) should make sure their processes are working. But things get hectic after three customers: I got a Sprite I didn't order. When I complained, I was told, "Yes, that's yours." I didn't want a Sprite, and I didn't order one either. What's that all about? But my fries were the wrong ones... (regular instead of sweet potato) And then the ultimate disappointment: The cheesesteak tasted exactly like a jbminicheese... It was appalling. When I asked if "everything was okay," I expressed the criticism described above. I got an annoyed eye roll and some kind of mumbled response. Later, she came back with the correct items and apologized half-sincerely. Thank you for the experience... What a shame.

I just ordered and otherwise really enjoyed it, but today it was a bitter disappointment, far too much sauce, all parts of the citizen were delivered as if they had been packed together and then the package was shaken. Quite dissatisfied and inedible, I will consider whether I order again. It's a shame because I actually liked ordering from there.

Food was good, delivery quick. BUT a burger with a double patty was ordered and one was delivered. After a call, another one was delivered, as originally ordered - great. However, the driver insisted that he had to take the faulty burger with him. So we summarize: Error on Bugerme's part, double wait for food, faulty burger is taken away again to be thrown in the trash can - not great.

The food was inedible and cold. Half of the food was missing. It was the worst meal I have ever ordered. If you want to ask questions or complain, you can't reach anyone. I implore everyone to order this in the eventuality!! Very bad!!!

I worked here and unfortunately didn't have a good experience. The working atmosphere was tense as communication with management was very disorganized. Paying wages was particularly problematic: my salary was paid late or not at all several times, and I didn't receive a clear answer when I asked.

The food is ok. However, there is a big deduction for the delivery service. I've never seen or eaten anything so terrible. The first burger looks exactly the same as the second one, even half full. The meat tasted spoiled and the fries were over salted. The muffin was almost expired. My best friend also ordered a burger that wasn't seasoned at all and had too much sauce. Overall, I will not recommend this store and will not order it again. PS: They say that you shouldn't ring the bell because you have a baby at home who is sleeping, but the bell still rings.
