Just ordered a burger with fries and a drink for €25. The sauce that came with it was moldy. The bread on the burger was already stale; as soon as you picked it up, it fell apart. The fries were soggy. This isn't the Burger House you'd remember from the old days. A disgrace, considering you're paying €25 for a burger meal.

Anstelle der Guacamole wurden leider nur zwei nicht mehr ganz so frische Avocadoscheiben in den Burger gelegt und statt dem Erbsenpatty war ein Fertig-Gemüsebratling drin. Leider hat der Burger daher überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Der hohe Preis (~15€) steht leider in keinem Verhältnis zu der Qualität des Essens. Früher habe ich hier gerne bestellt, aber die Qualität scheint schlagartig nachgelassen zu haben.

(lukewarm - cold)🍟🍗🍔 It may be that a lot can happen on the way. When I asked why it took so long? Unfortunately I didn't get an answer.👎 Instead, the driver just left and didn't even say goodbye. 😶 I can only say one thing: Disrespectful and unmannered👎🙄 A tip to the boss of the house: Better train your employees how to talk to customers.

Leider gab es lange Wartezeiten, was aber durch die Mittagszeit noch nachvollziehbar ist. Auf Anpassungswünsche bei der Bestellung wurde trotz Bereitschaft einer Aufzahlung nicht eingegangen. Als das Essen endlich ankam, sah es erstmal gut aus, beim ersten Bissem wurde ich aber sofort enttäuscht. Das Fleisch (Rinderpatty) war komplett durch, dies ging sogar so weit, dass es total trocken war. Geschmacklich langweilig, kaum gewürzt. Die Avocadocreme war ebenso geschmacklos und war nur für die Textur dabei. Trotz Doppelburger war nur eine dünne Käsescheibe drauf, welche aber schon wieder fest wurde, was auf eine lange Stehzeit in der Küche hindeutet, da der Burger auch nicht unbedingt warm ankam. Das Briochebrot war etwas zäh, dafür geschmacklich in Ordnung. Bei aller Kritik muss auch Lob dabei sein: die Goldfritten und der Hausgemachten Eistee schmecken super! Als Abschluss sollte es durch das Mittagsmenü noch ein Heißgetränk geben. Nach einem Missverständnis mit der Rechnung konnte nur der Kaffee bestellt werden. Als nach 15 Minuten noch immer nichts gebracht wurde (meine Partnerin hatte den Kaffee schon 10 Minuten stehen gesehen) kam eine andere Servicekraft und fragte nach, ob denn alles in Ordnung sei. Daraufhin teilte ich ihr mit, was die Sachlage war und kurz darauf stand der natürlich in zwischen eiskalte Espresso am Tisch. Das Ambiente ist super, ich hatte mich auch sehr auf das Essen gefreut. Ich hoffe das war nur ein Einzelfall und nicht die Regel, denn so kann ich das Lokal leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen.

Unfortunately the quality has decreased massively. If you want to position yourself higher than McD and BK, the price has to be justified. It was hardly possible to order in German, instead of a vegan burger I got an almost cold vegetarian...

Better not anymore... Or never again. Ordered Pizza Frutti di Mare and the pizza maker put whole mussels on it, including the shell, but before that the shell was partially smashed and distributed on the pizza and then cheese was added on top so that you still had a surprise. If common sense fails when it comes to such a simple dish, I don't want to know how the other dishes are prepared. But the worst thing is that I didn't get a replacement pizza or my money back

We had burgers, chicken wings and salad delivered. The dishes were all OK. The burgers and wings were still warm and the salad was varied. Everything tasted good. The delivery time of one hour for a journey time of 10 to 15 minutes is just acceptable if the food is good, as was the case here. Conclusion: don't let the negative reviews (which are usually quite old) put you off, but give the burger boys a chance.

Price performance was quite ok... At least it was like that last year. This year you arrive and the thing is temporarily closed in the high season with no indication of reopening... Mind you, this is the only possibility to eat something here on the square... If you arrive here without a car, you might as well McDonald's diet every day... It's pretty poor what the place has become in the last three years... It's a shame... Even the newly built mobile homes don't make up for it... it was probably our last year here

Unfortunately, the burgers were cold and the cheese wasn't even slightly melted. Dry bun and everything dry with chicken burgers. Delivery was quick and that was the only good thing about the order

The food was good, but the fries could have been a bit better. The staff was great.
