Very tasty and great service. I can only recommend it.

Basically, it's one of the best restaurants around for things like burgers. Fast delivery, nice personelle, trustworthy claims, and a great burger. It is pricey but you pay for what you get.

Visited twice in the past week and really enjoyed the burgers and BBQ each time. The Giggly Burger (with jalapeño) had great flavor, and garlic fries really hit the spot. On my second visit, I experienced the BBQ plate and loved every bit of it (it's more food than you think). The service was extremely friendly and accommodating, but I could tell they could use more help. I think the only thing that needs improving is the speed of getting drinks to the table -- I would not mind a small wait for food if I have something to sip on. Overall, still a five star experience, and I will surely return again!

Super nice service staff. Got two cheeseburgers and fries to take away. Was delicious. Unfortunately, it was very unpleasant that the cook from the kitchen put down the apparently new service person, who was very young. That simply doesn't work.

I ordered a burger via Ubereats and it was phenomenal!! I can only imagine how great it is if its made in store and eaten immediately without delivery. I had the “Rich Kid Burger”, the flavors, meat, bun, presentation was all just amazing. In addition to that, it was compact and easy to eat. One burger without fries was enough for me, so the portion was really good. Not the cheapest, but it definitely delivers! But to be fair, most burgers in Munich cost 10-15€. + it being halal is a big plus. Amazing, thank you!!!

Always right, good and tasty. I'm a regular customer, my first choice for eating burgers. Ordering via the homepage is clear and easy. Never took more than 60 minutes. The price is rather cheaper than others, the same price, other burgers are rather smaller, minimal difference. Here you can also sit and eat on site.

This was truly a disaster 😶‍🌫️ We ordered at 6:45 p.m. and the food arrived at 9 p.m. We had to call several times and were repeatedly put off and, unfortunately, lied to about when the food would arrive. The food was, of course, ice cold. Of the two coleslaws we ordered, only one was included, but we would have preferred to do without it. The mayo smelled really strong and it was inedible, completely spoiled. I don't know what was going on, but this was a really bad experience.

Although our order via the app initially went unanswered, everything was quickly prepared and delivered after our call. Classic fast food - perfectly prepared! The burger patties were fresh and not frozen. The fries were super crispy and really delicious. The guacamole was made with fresh avocados and topped with tomatoes and jalapenos (unfortunately a bit too spicy for us), but it was also very tasty. All in all, it's a really good place to order. Addendum: a Smash Burger version would be great.

Ordered and had it delivered for the first but definitely not the last time today. And I was more than pleasantly surprised. For me personally, the best burgers I have ever ordered from a delivery service. We had the Chilli-Chese, Meister and the Mozzarella Burger. All three arrived at us still hot. Delivery distance about 1.5km from Burgermeister to us. The burgers were all beautifully packaged and looked extremely attractive and simply delicious when taken out. And that's exactly what they were. Definitely not mass-produced frozen patties but fresh and handmade. We also had the chilli cheese nuggets and the potato slices. These also arrived at the perfect eating temperature and were also very tasty and, above all, plentiful. So if you like authentically good burgers with delicious and fresh ingredients and don't want to leave the house after a long day, the delivery service here is the perfect choice. We were totally satisfied and will order again soon or maybe eat directly at the Burgermeister office.

Very nice and clean hotel with cool breakfast room. The kids enjoyed sleeping in a "car-bed" :)

It's a shame how a good restaurant turns into a bad one. The burgers used to be so delicious. Now it's just bad. Cold and extremely expensive. Portions are getting smaller and prices are really steep. We used to come here so often. But now it doesn't work anymore.

We order from Jeffrey's again and again and are very satisfied every time. The burgers taste great and delivery is usually very quick. It may take a little longer on weekends, but that is not a problem as we are informed in advance about the estimated delivery time. Keep it up 👏🏼

That was the best burger in all of Ingolstadt. I'm completely satisfied.
