Dort bestellt 2 Burger und Pommes nach 1 Stunde kamen nur die Burger an, im Laden angerufen wurde ich angemault dass gerade viel los ist und die es nicht liefern wollen nach mehreren Minuten telefonieren meinten sie die bringen die Pommes, nach über 50 Minuten Minuten warten sind die Pommes immer noch nicht da KEINE Empfehlung

Bester burger Ingolstadts, Mitarbeiter sind super sympathische Leute und servieren dich mit Herz und Liebe. Preise sind auch sehr in Ordnung. Empfehle ich aufjedenfall weiter.

Ich bestelle öfter bei Burgery House und war bisher immer zufrieden. Zum Ambiente, kann ich leider nichts sagen, aber dennoch ist der Service absolut klasse, egal ob die Fahrer, extra nochmal für Zigaretten kaufen los gefahren sind oder für PSn Karten. Sie haben immer ihr Versprechen gehalten. Macht weiter so 🫶

Essen ist an sich echt gut, netter und hilfsbereiter Service. Lieferung erfolgt meistens auch schneller als angegeben.

Ich habe zum abholen, zwei Burger und eine Pommes bestellt. Der Burger hat mittelmäßig geschmeckt und die Pommes waren eine Zumutung. Die waren einfach nur zermatscht, da werde ich nicht mehr bestellen. Die haben von der bürgerkultur keine Ahnung und so schmeckt es auch!

Habe Lieferung bestellt, super Qualität

Die Burger haben mir nicht geschmeckt. Ich hatte einen Hühnersalat bestellt, das Hähnchen war innen roh und die Burger waren nicht durchgebraten.

Habe mir Essen bestellt, es wurde komplett das falsche geliefert. Habe angerufen und am Telefon haben Sie sich geweigert, mein Essen umzutauschen. Absolute Frechheit. Und das Essen schmeckt auch nicht gut. 😉

Das Café liegt an einem ziemlich belebten Ort, ist aber innen sehr gemütlich. Der Burger war perfekt – saftig, mit einem angenehmen Grillaroma. Die Pommes waren nicht zu salzig und schön knusprig. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder. Es gibt auch einen Lieferservice.

Ein wirklich leckeres Halal-Burger-Restaurant. Wir bestellten den Trüffelburger mit Süßkartoffelpommes – alles war sehr schmackhaft. Allerdings ist der Preis etwas hoch. Ich kann es Burger-Fans nur empfehlen. Es gibt Sitzplätze drinnen und draußen, und es ist nie überfüllt.

Essen kam erst nach 2 stunden an und hat mir miese magenprobleme bereitet nicht zu empfehlen

Der Burger war die reinste Katastrophe zu trocken und ungenießbar die Pommes und Chili Cheese Fries reinste Enttäuschung durchnässt und auch ungenießbar nichtmal mein Hund hat das gegessen!!!der kaiserschmarn ist auch schmarn schmeckt wie als wäre es 3 Tage abgestanden.

Essen kalt, Pommes matschig, Burger trocken wie Sau und Lieferung kam auch viel zu spät! Über die Hälfte weggeschmissen! Vollkatastrophe!!

Ich kann es nicht empfehlen. Die Lieferung war sehr spät und das Fleisch war verdorben. Leider sollte das Wort „Halal“ von diesem Restaurant entfernt werden.

Pommes kann man nicht essen. Burger ohne Geschmack und insgesamt viel zu teuer.

Einer der schlechtesten Essen die ich bis jetzt je bestellt habe, Pommes kalt, matschig und fettig schlicht ungenießbar. Burger war kalt aber der einzige Lichtblick trotzdem sein Geld definitv nicht wert. Mich wundert es echt wo die guten Bewertungen auf Google und Lieferando herkommen...

Es tut mir wirklich leid eine sehr schlechte Bewertung zu erfassen. Vorerst das positive Das Burger Patty wurde mit der Bemerkung: bitte durchbraten bestellt, es kam auch so an. Der Grill war vermutlich zu kalt, oder das fleisch doch zu lange gegrillt, es war wirklich wie Pappe, denn wenn ich zuhause die selbstgemachte Pattys brate, werden sie immer saftig auch wenn die durch sind. Das Bun schmeckte wie vom Vortag, wie bereits in einer anderen Rezension angegeben.Die Sauce war leicht scharf, das passte für mich nicht, wenn cocktail Sauce angegeben wird. Pommes eine reine Vollkathastrophe. Fettig, nicht durch, matschig.. ungenießbar. Die sehr guten Rezensionen sind mir absolut nicht nachvollziehbar.

Now, I don't know who sabotaged the cheese fries, but this was more of a potato tragedy than a snack.

One of the best burgers here in Ingolstadt! I ordered two burgers through Lieferando and was truly amazed. The burgers arrived fresh and still warm. I'd be happy to order again.

By far the tastiest halal burger in a long time. The meat was very juicy and the brioche was just right. The beef bacon was delicious. Ate there. They're currently renovating due to the new opening. Very friendly owner with attentive service. I'll be back when I'm in Ingolstadt ❗️

Back then, we ordered almost every weekend. It was our favorite burger until now. Unfortunately, the last three orders were very, very bad. The food always arrived cold, and delivery took too long (2.5 hours last time). The bread also tasted the same as it did the day before. It's gotten significantly worse. It's a shame we won't order from here anymore.

Waited 45 minutes for bottomless fries

This was the best burger in all of Ingolstadt. The burger was truly fantastic! 🍔👌 The meat was very fresh and tasty, the bun was nice and soft and flavorful, and the sauces were perfectly balanced. Everything tasted great – I really enjoyed it and will definitely order again.

Well, they've gone downhill so much, the burger is spicy, the fries are curry, the coleslaw tastes of nothing and the onion rings could have done with a bit more.

Unfortunately, the food wasn't good for my taste. The fries were soggy and lukewarm. The burger meat, on the other hand, was dry and overcooked.

The meat was smelling and was not enough cooked. So basically i eat animal alive i mean i feel it. The chips was enough but some of them was so dry. 1- triple burger was so huge. But you cant eat it like normal burger. You need knife and fork. 2- you guys should really cook well the burger meat! 3- meat smell 4- you guys must make hamburger wide not height then people can eat it with normal bites. To do that you should get wide hamburger breads.

My boyfriend and I have been eating there for almost a year. The food was always great, anyone who says otherwise should honestly question themselves. You don't have to complain about every little thing if something is right. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine. you expect 5 star food even though you pay €20??

Ordered a standard burger and a crispy chicken burger. The chicken tasted anything but chicken. So crispy that you bite into dry chips. You won't pay over €10 for it twice. The standard burger was OK, although the patty didn't taste like high-quality meat. I've had better burgers for the price...

Food was very dry and not tasty

The best thing about this restaurant is that they stay up late. The burger tastes okay. A bad thing is that they don't accept card payments, so I had to withdraw money when I was there. They have a small seating area inside and outside (around 4 tables inside and 3 outside the restaurant). The staff are friendly there.

Very disappointing, burgers were dry, little sauce and 1 onion ring was available. Fries were lash and inedible! I would advise anyone not to order here. For €40 the order was a complete disgrace.

Whoever gives bad reviews here should be ashamed of themselves. These are by far the best burgers you can get in Ingolstadt. Delivered themselves, they are better than what Burgerheart and the like offer. And anyone who complains about the prices here should rather enjoy the 2.50 cheeseburger at mci.

Unfortunately my visit here was a disappointment. The sweet potato fries were completely soggy and had no bite at all - almost like they were overcooked. The burger itself was also disappointing: the meat was completely unseasoned and therefore tasteless. It seemed bland and ruined the whole burger experience. If the basics aren't right, you'll lose the desire to come back. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this store.

We've eaten in the store about 5 times now and have never had something as brutal as triple meat. The service won my heart. My only complaint is that I got soap on my pants in the toilet. It may be a bit cramped, but you feel at home. We will eat here very often!

Triplemeat sick every time. There were a few jalapenos in there recently, but a change is good. Service is very nice. The toilet isn't the nicest place, but I always enjoy eating.

I specially ordered without jalapeno and still got it with jalapeno. Order there regularly 1-2 times a month and always leave €50-80 there. Very rude staff. I called them to tell them I entered the wrong number on the delivery app and they said if you don't have the right number don't order and closed the door in my face. It was a simple mistake on my part, they didn't have to do all that.

The food is really good and the service is fine. The only problem is that it was very very cold inside the restaurant. The door didn't close properly and the heater was either too weak or just not on. I also remove 1 star for not accepting card payment. Cash only is from the 1980s.

Wir haben dort zum Essen über Lieferando bestellt. Dort war die Angabe Lieferung in 25-50 min. Essen kam nach 1 Stunde und 50 Minuten… Essen war dann auch kalt. Für den Preis sind die Portionen leider relativ klein, sonnst war Essen i.O - würde dort jedoch nicht noch einmal bestellen!

Leute ihr müsst unbedingt den New York Cheese Cheeseburger probieren. Ein Traum aus Käse wird nun wahr. Zartschmelzend wie weiße Schokolade wird dieses Meisterwerk der Burgerkunst serviert. Es wird gelacht und gegessen, einfach herrlich. Ihr werdet eine Geschmacksexplosion zweiten Grades erleben. Seht es euch an das Wunder der amerikanisch orientalischen Küche.

Am Besten nicht vor Ort essen. Sonst muss man danach samt Klamotten in die Waschmaschine. Hamburger war allerdings lecker. Man muss auch beachten, dass man NUR mit Bargeld zahlen muss. Hatte das letztens erst nach der Bestellung erfahren und musste zu einem Geldautomat laufen.

Ich habe hierbei ersten Mal bestellt und zum ersten Mal gegessen. Die Lieferung hat etwas länger gedauert als angegeben und der Lieferfahrer war sehr unhöflich. Der NY Chilli Cheeseburger war sehr gut. Hat super geschmeckt, das Fleisch war gut und die Soße war super. Die Pommes jedoch waren gar nicht gut. Standard Metro Pommes die bei der Ankunft auch schon hart waren und total ungenießbar. Die Chillie Cheese Nugets waren auch OK aber sehr wenig. Alles in allem war es gut und ich würde wahrscheinlich wieder bestellen.
