Thanks to Corona, we should be able to convince ourselves of the take-away quality. The result is absolutely mushy food and also the wrong food. Now you might think "well, it's a stupid thing, it's somehow being handled with goodwill." Well, you'd be wrong, you just didn't care at all. One star is simply too much for McDonald's quality at a horrendous price and terrible customer service!

Very good burgers (I really like the chicken Geselle) and very good atmosphere. Maybe a waitress could be more kind and friendly, especially with those of us who don't speak German very well, but in general a great place to eat informally.

Update: After two years I wanted to give it another chance (delivery). The result: As a vegetarian, you can still get meat despite the advertised patty change. This chicken was also incredibly dry - drowning it in sauce doesn't help either. Unfortunately, the fries also got worse, the bread was dry and the salad wasn't really fresh. Conclusion: once and never again - this time forever. ________ Unfortunately, the latest burger recipes didn't quite convince us, but we always enjoyed coming here. It's a shame that the nature boy no longer exists and the vegan patty has been changed. A small annoyance: I asked for a glass of tap water because the iced tea was unfortunately far too sweet for me - I was then offered 0.5 table water. I explicitly made sure that this was not bottled water. Unfortunately, I received a 0.25 glass bottle from vio at the table - which was very disappointing for me due to the previous request.

We liked it very much. The selection of vegan burgers and non-alcoholic cocktails is great! The guys and girls from the service were super nice and accommodating (just the boss? Feel free to take an example, he was rather arrogant and important and walked around without even smiling 🤷‍♀️) Our dog was also warmly welcomed and was immediately given a bowl of water

Unfortunately, the ambience wasn't that great, the music was way too loud, making it difficult to have a conversation with someone, even if they were sitting across from you. It is generally known that the tables and benches are small and narrow so that more tables can be offered. But luckily the two of us got a table for four, although with two drinks, two burger plates, cutlery and napkins (in a jug cup) as well as the four sauce bottles and decorative plants on the table, it was already pretty tight. With a "full" four-person table you would probably have to stack. The waitresses were quite busy, which is probably why they didn't pay us much attention, for example when we wanted cutlery for our meal. It was forgotten when the food was served and we had to wait until we could start eating. Otherwise the food was tasty and the portions were good. Another plus point is that this Hans im Glück really mixes his thirst quencher, e.g. mango mint, with mango juice and not just sparkling water with a little mango syrup like other Hans im Glück.

Everything perfect. Great food selection. And great decoration. An employee explained the menu to us clearly and the food arrived on time.

The burgers were super tasty and the truffle mayo was amazing 🤩 we also had dessert for the first time and it definitely wasn't the last time 🤤

I have to admit that I personally am not a fan of hamburgers, but the kids are and their rating is 2. I personally ate a regular burger...it was too covered in sauce to feel anything other than the sauce in question. The kids ordered hot chocolate, they got watered down milk with cocoa....my younger son was bitter...he didn't even finish drinking it. All in all, it wasn't worth the visit and not even the 50 e I paid for the meal.

Too expensive for a food chain, fast service that makes you want to leave quickly so that the next customers can come. Too much hectic and really uncomfortable, not my thing, more like fast food in the truest sense of the word.

Anyone who likes and knows Hans im Glück's burgers will not be disappointed here either. Simply delicious. The drinks were also very tasty, a slightly larger selection than I know from my hometown. Very nice staff, food came quickly. Were in Ingolstadt for a short trip and stayed here for an evening.

We were late but still arrived almost an hour before closing time and were initially stared at angrily and not greeted, and when we asked if the kitchen was already closed we were told that there was nothing left to eat. There were also guests sitting there at the time.

So we ordered take away and the information was, 10 minutes waiting time. But it took almost 40 minutes, which was a bit annoying, of course there was something going on, but it would have been better if they had said right away that it would take longer. Otherwise the burger is OK but not a highlight.

Very nice shop with lots of places inside and outside in the pedestrian zone in the old town of Ingolstadt. The staff are very polite and welcoming. The food was very tasty, the only thing that disappointed me was the fries. I've eaten a lot of better ones.

Das Mittagsmenü ist sehr zu empfehlen, ansonsten ist es inzwischen etwas teuer geworden im Hans-im-Glück. Zudem ist es unter der Woche mittags auch nicht ganz so voll. Die Aussenplätze sind sehr eng gestellt, daher ist es im Innenbereich angenehmer, wir sitzen lieber drinnen. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht. Die Gerichte sind geschmacklich gut, einzig beim Salat hatten wir das letzte mal ein paar welke Blätter erwischt. Die Burger sind lecker zubereitet, aber auch nicht besonders gross. Alles in allem ein netter Laden mit guten Burgern.

I've heard some glowing reports from my kids. Service & ambience really good. The food was good, but not amazing. My Chedder & Chile Fries had average chile sauce and cheese. The iced tea had a sprig of herbs, but it wasn't. And too sweet. Recommendation to other fast food stalls, especially for veg. Eat.

Eating as usual at Hans im Glück, but the service was a bit overwhelmed.

Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated significantly. Prices are outrageous. It was dirty on the floor, benches and at the table. The service was polite but poor. We often sat there without drinking and no one looked around to at least be approachable with a look or gesture. Despite a lot - in my opinion too much - staff, there was often no one to be seen because the service preferred to chat in the corner that couldn't be seen.

The burgers were very high quality, tasty, you can largely customize them (e.g. bread) and you could eat them without any problems (or with cutlery). The price may be high for some but it is fair for the quality.

Nope, it wasn't convincing, not even on the second visit. Food ok, nothing more. The service was completely overwhelmed with both 6 orders and the orderman. An order was made incorrectly: the customer ordered incorrectly, they said (🤔 the ​​reaction - takes getting used to). The second drink was never brought. The ambience and furnishings are something special.

Food OK, but there are better burgers in the price range.

We had to wait a few minutes because it was busy. Then they asked if we could also take the table in the corner, which they were reluctant to offer because it was narrow. But we couldn't find it and so we took it. It was nicer for us anyway when you're on the edge😁. But very polite to ask us. The vegan burger was very tasty. As a meat-eating person, I really like this alternative and enjoy using it. Cocktails were also very tasty. Hence 5 stars.

Ambiente ist schön klassisch wie man es beim Hans im Glück kennt. Service fand ich schlecht. Wenn die Mitarbeiter lieber smalltalk machen und einen 30 min warten lassen, muss ich hier leider sagen schwach. Essen hatte nicht den typischen Hans im Glück Flavor wie man ihn bspw. aus anderen Restaurants kennt. Leider mussten wir auch lange aufs Essen warten, dieses war dann eben nicht mehr so warm.. Für das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis eher nicht empfehlenswert.

Wir waren gestern Dort zu Besuch ansich ist der Laden wirklich top das Ambiente ist eben typisch Hans im Glück! Das Personal ist fix und sauber unterwegs da fehlt es an nichts super freundlich und vollkommen zufrieden stellend !! Was den einen Stern Abzug angeht das ist eben der Preis die Preise sind einfach schon relativ hoch was natürlich auch mit der allgemein Situation in unserem Land zu tun haben kann aber ob man sie so ansetzen muss ist fraglich . Geschmeckt hat es alle mal satt waren wir auch also alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Besuch gerne wieder :)

Food was very tasty, I have visited Hans im Glück many times and being in Germany for so long but never faced this kind of condition. Firstly waitress was very rude and while ordering she added the extras for the burger by herself which costed me extra 5 euros. She added tip of 8 euros by herself to the bill and told to pay us. When we checked the bill it was less than what she told. Mainly tip was the desired amount what customers want to give as an compliment to the service persons. If the waitress want to add the tip by herself why a fixed price for items? This is not legitimate to do this with customers at all. After we asked why you added extra money she kept the bill amount and threw the bill on the table. Very arrogant and disrespectful person, she should have humanity and should learn how to do her job properly. Racist women she is.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Essen sehr gut und ausreichend, kurze Wartezeit, Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut ok. Die Bravur Bowl war reichhaltig und lecker. Der Burger mit Avocado-Soße und Sauerteigbrötchen schmeckte sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schneller und freundlicher Service. Unserer Tochter wurden die Bestellmöglichkeiten erklärte, obwohl es sehr voll war. Daher besser vorher (online) reservieren. Essen und Getränke gewohnt gut.

Freundliches Personal schneller Service

Das Ambiente ist gut, jedoch fand ich die Sitzbänke sehr unbequem. Essen und Service waren in Ordnung, auch die verschiedenen Soßen am Tisch fand ich gut. Der Cocktail hat seinen Namen leider nicht verdient, das war ein ( überteuertes und viel zu süßes) Glas Eis mit Geschmack.

Essen war gigantisch, Personal auch super freundlich. Das Ambiente war auch top, man fühlte sich etwas wie in einem Wald. Und das man seine Jacken direkt am Platz aufhängen konnte war für uns sehr praktisch. Den einzigen Abzug den wir geben war leider die sehr sehr laute Musik. Somit konnte man sich nur schwer bzw ebenfalls nur laut unterhalten. Und wenn eins lauter wird, wird das andere ebenfalls lauter. Bis es es dann zu laut wird. Wenn die Musik nur so Im Hintergrund zu hören ist wäre es deutlich besser für alle!

Very amazing place, amazing atmosphere, food is absolutely great they even have vegetarian/vegan options, The workers are also very nice and understanding. Only downside is the bathroom isn’t the best, it is very nasty.

Their burger is quite nice. They do have different options of burger buns, either meat or vegetarian selections of your choices. They also have varities of drinks and cocktails to go with burger. Highly recommended for you if you are burger lover.

Wir waren gestern hier essen, da wir übers Wochenende in Ingolstadt waren. Hans im Glück wie man es kennt. Wie immer sehr leckeres Essen. Schneller Service und vor allem sehr nette Bedienung!! Großer Pluspunkt: man kann draußen essen

Hans im Glück - ein sehr nettes Lokal, freundliche Bedienung, gutes Essen. Ein sehr großes Manko hätte ich aber: In vielen Gerichten sind Pinienkerne drin, leider steht in der Speisekarte nichts davon. Ich bin hochgradig allergisch, viele andere sicherlich auch. Konnte das Gericht leider nicht ganz aufessen, was ich sehr schade finde. Hatte direkt eine allergische Reaktion (nicht schlimm, aber spürbar). Es wäre schön, wenn alle Zutaten in der Speisekarte aufgelistet werden können, um sowas aus dem Weg zu gehen. 😊

Das Essen und der Service waren total super. Die Bedienung konnte alle Fragen die waren klären Das Ambiente ist mal was ganz anderes. War sehr überrascht

Der Tisch wird dem Besucher am Eingang zugewiesen, was ich sehr angenehm finde. Auf jedem Tisch liegt eine zusätzliche Allergenkarte bereit was ich super finde. Das Essen war lecker. Die Servicekräfte sind sehr fleißig und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einzig die Bezahlung hat etwas zu lange gedauert, was aber daran liegen mag, dass wir am 3. Öffnungstag da waren. 5 Jahre später. Heute hab ich mich richtig geärgert. Der Chef ging mit einer Mitarbeiterin wahnsinnig respektlos um. Sie ging zu ihm weil sie einen kleinen Fehler beichten wollte und er monologisiert ewig lange vor Kunden (!), und das auf eine herablassende, überhebliche und unsachliche Art. Der Service war super, das Essen lecker. Ich ziehe trotzdem Sterne ab weil ich mein sauer verdientes Geld lieber in Gastronomiebetriebe trage die ihre Mitarbeiter respektvoll behandeln und Kritik sachlich äußern können.

Hamburger buono e fresco, ampia scelta di ingredienti.Nel complesso consigliato anche se il prezzo per me è un po alto 2 Hamburger, 2 patatine, 2 the=40 euro (ed era il prezzo menù pranzo altrimenti acquistando singolarmente avremmo speso di piu)
