A very good Hans im Glück restaurant in Ingolstadt city center. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. I was particularly impressed with the orange burger sauce – it tasted fantastic and went perfectly with the burger. Overall, a very successful visit; we'll gladly come back.

The burgers are delicious, freshly prepared, and customizable. The side dishes and drinks, especially the homemade lemonades, are also highly recommended. The service was very friendly and attentive.

We were there Friday evening and it was great, the food came quickly. Our server was Elif and she was really nice and attentive :)

Small, fairly normal burgers; the sauces are tasty, but overall a bit too expensive.

The service at Sandra's was unfortunately disappointing. Orders were taken reluctantly, it took a very long time, and friendliness was practically nonexistent. Questions were answered curtly or with annoyance. As a guest, you don't feel welcome at all. Luckily, I took the bill and can name the server.

The burgers and fries were delicious, but the coleslaw wasn't really to our taste. The service was excellent – ​​attentive, friendly, and fast. We ordered the lunch special. Unfortunately, it was a bit cold inside.

First time in Ingolstadt as a Saudi, saw this restaurant and didn’t know what to expect in the beginning. I was greeted by Elif, a very cheerful & enthusiastic waitress. As soon as I entered I felt welcomed there, she wasn’t just a waitress but more like a friend in that moment, and it made the restaurant even cozier than how it looks like. I‘ve ordered a beef burger with chili mayo and it was delicious, and I ended it off with desert and hot beverages! I liked the atmosphere inside the restaurant most, you wouldn’t find this anywhere. Highly recommended!

Easily the best burger spot in town for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The ‘Mittagsmenü’ offers excellent value, and the ambiance is always relaxing. The last time we were there (in spring 2025), the service was very accommodating. Most of the group didn't like the food that day, whereas they had on previous visits. The drinks were great, and the atmosphere with the tree trunks looked really good.

The service was extremely friendly, attentive, and courteous. We were able to order two bowls immediately. Both dishes were of a very high standard in terms of taste. After the meal, we were asked if everything was to our satisfaction, and our table was cleared promptly. We were then offered coffee, which we gladly accepted. Overall, the visit was truly pleasant and impressive. Friendly service, delicious food, and a relaxed atmosphere—we'll definitely be back!

We received a super friendly welcome upon arrival – the server was incredibly kind and attentive. She even took the time to explain the menu to us and give us some recommendations. The food was simply delicious – the burgers were perfectly prepared, fresh, and incredibly juicy. The side dishes were also a great match. We were particularly impressed by the drinks – the matcha was fantastic and tasted wonderfully creamy and well-balanced. Overall, a wonderful experience – you can tell that the food is cooked and served with love. We will definitely be back!

I visited the restaurant again today after a long time. I ordered the burger Meisterwerk. When it arrived, I was horrified. What was advertised as a burger with grilled vegetables was filled entirely with arugula and an onion ring, and the piece of chicken also had a strange taste. I also informed the young man at the front desk, and he said he would inform the kitchen (but I don't think that happened). I'm extremely disappointed, never again.

This was our first time eating here. I booked a table online, which worked great. The welcome and service in the restaurant were both nice and familiar. Despite the large number of guests, we didn't have to wait long for the burgers, which were all impeccable. The cocktails and desserts were also fine. We will definitely come back here.

We ordered three burgers with meat, bacon, and cheese, no tomatoes, etc. We got nothing but cold fries that tasted like cardboard and two vegan burgers with extra tomatoes. Delivery also took about 1.5 hours. Completely unsatisfactory. I couldn't reach someone by phone until an hour later.

The staff was very friendly. The place looks neat and clean. However, the food wasn't impressive. The kids had fries/sweet potato fries, which weren't exactly great. I had a regular burger. It was okay, but you had to look closely to see the ingredients. It's supposed to be minimalist and modern, but for over €10 for the burger, I would have expected more. Unfortunately, there aren't any alternatives if you don't want walnuts in your salad - "the system doesn't allow it." I remembered the food being better.

We visited "Hans im Glück" for the first time yesterday and were pleasantly surprised. Even without a reservation, we got a table right away (Monday, 6:45 p.m.). The entire staff was extremely friendly – not only during the initial consultation, even before ordering, but also when checking to see if everything was to our satisfaction. The quality of the burgers and the crisp salad completely won us over. We don't understand the one-star reviews. Everyone should be understanding that not everything runs as smoothly as one would like, especially during a grand opening and even a few days afterward.

The place was half empty, so we sat down at a free table. The manager (presumably) came over and asked us to go back to the entrance because other people were supposedly waiting for reserved tables – the place was half empty, and no one was waiting. Dirty and untidy tables everywhere, ketchup splattered all over the place, and the staff was uncoordinated. Never experienced such a bad attitude.

I placed my order at 16:04 and only received it at 18:15, even though it said delivery would take 35–50 minutes. The food arrived cold, I paid extra for camembert cheese but there was very little of it. The fries, which cost over €8, came in a very small portion compared to last time previously I received a generous serving, but not this time. Unfortunately, I am disappointed.

What made the experience even worse was that it was supposed to be a special occasion my friend’s birthday yet the negative behavior of the staff completely ruined the evening. A place that fails to respect its guests, especially on important occasions, reflects a serious lack of professionalism and customer care.
