Already ordered several times and always TOP. Very tasty burgers and meat fried on point.... Special requests have always been taken into account. Delivery usually within the time window... 👍⭐️

Waited 1 hour 50 minutes for the food, when I ordered it said 40 minutes. Totally unfriendly, food was also cold. Such a disrespectful thing!

Ordered twice and got nothing when I called and said the driver was on the way. Waited half an hour and got nothing again. On the second call the food is now being prepared. I thought the driver was already on the way and canceled the order. They know how to fool people.

The burger was cold. The cheese not melted. The salad on the burger was unappetizing. All in all I am not satisfied with the product, especially at this price.

The citizen has potential. The sauce was good, the meat was also ok, but the roll was very dry. Not only dry, it tastes like it was bought and opened at Metro two weeks ago. But then it was forgotten on the fridge for 2 weeks and has only now been found again. Fries were solid, nice and crispy (that's why 2 stars for the food, but the focus should be on the citizen) and I see the shop as an opportunity to make sensible if not good citizens, but I almost think it's worth selling dry cardboard as citizen buns outrageous. Delivery was ok, longer than stated but manageable.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I order in the evening with my girlfriend, I wait for 2 hours to constantly see that my order is being processed. After 2 hours, I am notified on Lieferando that I have received my food. Nothing ever arrived and it wasn't even canceled or anything else Shameless and intolerant of such a service I would give 0 stars if I could

Citizens look good at first glance, but unfortunately they don't taste good. Bacon is wobbly and gray, fries don't taste fresh. Service but friendly

I've ordered something from Apachi several times and I have to say that I quickly noticed the following about the quality of the food: If you order around lunchtime (which I do when I'm in the HO), then the food is great. Fries are crispy, burgers are hot (fresh vegetables!) and drinks are chilled. However, if you order in the evening, especially a little later after 7 p.m., then unfortunately it often seems to be left for a long time, so I almost always got limp fries and salad that had already "aged" from the warmth of the burger. The suppliers are mostly friendly, so you can't really complain. Delivery time for me always took around 40 minutes, often shorter. That's a great achievement! Conclusion: If you order around lunchtime/early evening, then it's really worth it. Menus are worth it for the prices, everything else isn't really. All in all a good burger place.

Really the biggest joke of this burger joint - you order something with a delivery time of 30 minutes. After 2 hours there wasn't a burger anywhere in sight - after the first call: We'll be there in 3 minutes! After 20 minutes there is still no burger! Next call: No, you've never called here before 🤣 Oh man, put your bad service somewhere else...

Burger mediocre, bread dry, meat is comparable to the ready-made patties from the supermarket. You get ketchup with the comment: you should smell it from where it's still good??? 70€ for 3 menus, in the "quality", is brazen.

That was definitely the last time I ordered and ate something there today. I knew in advance that if I ordered something to be delivered over the phone, it wouldn't arrive warm. That's why I decided to order 2 burgers straight from the store today and wait for them. After 30 minutes the burgers arrived and I drove home. My travel distance is exactly 1km. When we unpacked it, we discovered that the burgers were only lukewarm. That was finally it...

Extremely aggressive delivery driver... I can't say much about the food, but I did observe something that doesn't reflect well on the place and I hope the owner takes notice. In the city center, the delivery man had just rear-ended another car in his small Toyota as it turned left into a 30 zone and then overtook the car at high speed in the 30 zone and honked, only to then turn around and drive back again. How unbalanced and aggressive do you have to be to drive after a driver?!? Even more so when it's my advertising car?!?

For me the best burger in Ingolstadt. The staff is always super friendly, the food is fresh and tasty and the drinks are nice and cold. The fries are seasoned perfectly and the crunchy chicken burger is exactly how it should be.

Ich und mein Kollege haben uns den Apachi Burger als Menü geholt. Die pommes waren Lecker & Knusprig. Der Burger war das absolute Highlight!! Mega lecker, der Salat schön knackig und das Fleisch saftig. Wir wurden mehr als Satt, der Preis für diese Portion mehr als angemessen. Freue mich, wenn ich wieder mit meinem Lkw in Ingolstadt stehe, bei euch zu bestellen!!! PS: der Lieferant war sehr Nett :)

Me and my colleague got the Apachi Burger as a menu. The fries were delicious & crispy. The burger was the absolute highlight!! Extremely tasty, the salad was nice and crunchy and the meat was juicy. We were more than full and the price for this portion was more than reasonable. I'm looking forward to ordering from you when I'm back in Ingolstadt with my truck!!! PS: the supplier was very nice :)

Nicht so toll. Geschmacklich nix besonderes. Wären wir beim essen sitzen (allein Geschäft leer). Telefoniert die Bedienung so laut (nicht auf deutsch sondern Ihrer Landessprache) das man sich am Tisch nicht einmal in einer normalen Lautstärke unterhalten kann ohne sich nicht anschrein zu müssen.

Leckerer Burger (crunchy Chickenburger) Gutes brot und und das crunchy chicken war schön knusprig und die pommes auch sehr lecker

Habe schon öfters dort bestellt & bin jedesmal mehr als zufrieden! Heute hatte ich einen Sonderwunsch (eine extra Zutat auf meinen Burger) & nach einem kurzen Anruf von Apachi wurde dieser auch so zubereitet! Lieferung wie immer top! Fahrer kam ein paar Minuten früher & war sehr freundlich! Ich bestelle immer wieder gern dort! :)

Just as good as they were 4 years ago. Fast delivery with tasty, well prepared, good quality food. Haters gonna hate, what can you do.

Beste Burger den ich gegessen habe!!! Knuspriger Burger Brot, Fleisch saftig außen knusprige Panade (frisch Haus gemacht). Die junge sind jedesmal so was von höflich. Klasse Familien betrieb bestellen jedes Wochenende schon tradition geworden <3. danke 🙏🏻

Mein Roastbeef Sandwich war im ersten Bissen echt lecker. Doch dann kam eine Fettschwarte nach der anderen. Ekelhaft. Das verstehe ich definitiv nicht unter Roastbeef. 🤢 Der dazu angepriesene Softdrink wurde dann auch vergessen.... freut sich die Belegschaft. Sorry... so schnell ganz sicher nicht. 😖

sehr lecker. Wochenende dauert etwas mehr als sonst und das ist auch normal jede bestellt am Wochenende und immer warm angekommen.

Lieferzeit okay, Portionsgröße gut, leider waren wir geschmacklich sehr enttäuscht. Schmeckte nach TK-Patties und Fertig-Burger-Soße (und davon viel zu viel), Pommes waren iO. Alles in allem noch 2 Sterne, werden dort aber nicht mehr bestellen.

Um 6 bestellt, um halb sieben da, war alles mega frisch und noch heiß. Kann man eigentlich nur empfehlen, wenn das der Standard ist.

Preis Leistung ist nicht so gut. 6,90€ für einen Classic Burger ohne Getränk ist schon überteuert. Der Burger ist auch ein bisschen klein geraten und der Geschmack nicht besonders.

Meist schmeckhaft. Der Burger war innerhalb von 14 Minuten da. Ich bestelle dort öfter und es bockt sich einfach immer wieder mit den Jungs. Essen schmeckt immer noch nach Essen, auch, wenn es in der Friteuse war. Bruder.
