Der Postwagen in Ingolstadt

Wir waren am 09.07.26 zu Gast im Postwagen und für das Essen an sich gibt es die volle Punktzahl. Die Burger sind wirklich sehr lecker. Juicy Fleisch, fluffiges Bun, perfekt geschmolzener Käse, das muss alles genau so sein. Man muss halt bereit sein etwas mehr zu bezahlen, da gerade das Fleisch Bio ist. Das auf dem Bild bspw. ist der Double Cheeseburger (2x80g) für 16,50 Euro. Wenn man darauf Bock hat, macht man mit dem Postwagen nix verkehrt. Gibt kaum einen Burger in der Stadt, der hier mithalten kann.

Ein sehr schöner und besonderer Ort für einen abendlichen Drink und einen kleinen Imbiss. Tolle Atmosphäre, gute Stimmung und freundlicher Service.

Ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis! Der Burger war absolut köstlich – das Brötchen frisch, das Fleisch saftig und die Sauce perfekt abgestimmt. Die Pommes kamen heiß und knusprig an, genau so, wie sie sein müssen. Ein großes Plus auch für die Cocktails: sehr gut gemixt und perfekt balanciert. Die Atmosphäre im Lokal ist gemütlich und einladend, ideal für einen entspannten Abend. Ich komme definitiv wieder! Bravo 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Fantastische Burger!! Wir sind zufällig auf dieses Restaurant gestoßen, als wir Ingolstadt erkundet haben, und waren total begeistert! Als wir reinkamen, war es leer, obwohl alle Tische reserviert waren. Wir haben trotzdem einen Tisch bekommen, weil wir schnell essen und den Laden nicht aufhalten wollten. Der Service war erstklassig und das Essen sogar noch besser! Ich würde hier auf jeden Fall wieder essen!!

Einfach der beste Burger der Stadt!

Wahrscheinlich sind alle hier wegen der tollen Ambiente und weil das Restaurant von draußen sehr interessant und amüsant aussieht. Ich hatte einen Falafel Teller, den sie aus einem arabischen und italianischen Flair zusammengestellt haben. Die ersten Minuten waren die Falafel echt lecker, danach wurden sie schnell kalt und nicht mehr knusprig sondern knackig hart. Da war der Genuss dann vorbei. Soßen sind echt spitze, der Salat war gut. Focaccia Brot passt garnicht aber okey, da hat sich jemand etwas dabei gedacht.

Der mit Abstand beste Burger der Stadt. Hier kann man nicht viel falschmachen.

Essen eine 12/10. Sooo leckere Burger!! Auf der Speisekarte findet man auch die regionalen Lieferanten, die Frische schmeckt man auch wirklich raus. - davon wird sich sehr von den anderen Lokalen abgesetzt. Das Ambiente is auch sehr entspannt, urig und gemütlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Burger waren sehr lecker. Das panierte Chicken und die Chunks sind selbstgemacht. Reservierung ist empfohlen!

Die besten Burger weit und breit! Die Burger haben einen Geschmack, den wir woanders noch nicht hatten. Burger gibt es viele, doch diese sind der Oberhammer. Alleine das Brötchen ist so lecker, das Fleisch schön würzig. Hähnchen butterzart. Die Pommes und Gewürz Mayo ein Traum. Teilweise ist es schon eng im Lokal. Aber gut, die Räumlichkeiten kann man nicht ändern und es wurde das Beste daraus gemacht. Dafür ist es sehr urig dort. Service ist am Anfang sehr gut, nach einiger Zeit kommt es jedoch vor, dass man "übersehen" wird. Teilweise ist es schwierig, noch etwas zu bestellen oder die Rechnung zu fordern. Die Getränke (Cocktails) sind qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Die Reservierung über Instagram finden wir prima und man bekommt auch immer Rückmeldung.

Waren gestern anlässlich unserer Team-Weihnachtsfeier das erste mal da. Das Essen ist ein Highlight. Mehr gibt es eigentlich nicht zu sagen :) Sehr netter Service und lecker Cocktails Wir waren alle der gleichen Meinung: bessere Burger gibt es nicht! Einziger Mini-Minus-Punkt: Es war im Raum ein bisschen zu kalt ;)

Ein Burger-Restaurant in einem alten Haus in Ingolstadt. Unbedingt hingehen und probieren! Der Burger 🍔 wird hier so zubereitet, wie Sie ihn vielleicht noch nie gegessen haben. Der Piri-Piri-Chicken-Burger, den ich hatte, war fantastisch. Das Hähnchen war perfekt gegrillt und zart, und vor allem die Chilisauce war der Hammer. Auch das Brot (ich glaube, sie backen es selbst) war super. Ein absolutes Muss, wenn Sie in Ingolstadt sind. Dass sich Der Postwagen in einem alten Gebäude befindet, macht die Atmosphäre umso charmanter.

Wir waren gestern zum 1 mal dort Essen. Leider kann man nur 5 Sterne geben. Angefangen beim Personal, die wirklich wissen wie man mit Kunden umgeht, mega freundlich und einfach TOP!!! Der Burger...... kann man nicht beschreiben, muss man probiert haben. Haben noch nie solch einen Geschmack erlebt wie dort. Auch die 🍟 mit den zur Auswahl verdchiedenen Saucen sind klasse. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Caipirinha, ist zwar echt nicht billig, aber sehr süffig 😀 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder mit unseren Freunden. 😉

The burgers were absolutely delicious; everyone at the table loved them. I was particularly impressed by the vegetarian Heavy Burger. The cocktails are also highly recommended. The host is incredibly friendly, and the premises are historic. What more could you ask for? We give it a perfect score!

All we can think of is: insane. The burgers and fries taste so incredibly good. Today was our third time at Postwagen, and we've never been disappointed. We're happy to pay the higher price for this premium quality. The service is super friendly and the atmosphere is very cozy. We sat at the bar today because everything else was reserved, and it was great there too!

Eat the best burger you've ever eaten.

I went to eat at Postwagen today, quite spontaneously. The service is super friendly. The food is truly excellent. I had the Postwagen burger with fries. The burgers come in three different sizes: S (80 g), M (100 g), and L (125 g). I think that's great because you're not always extremely hungry or maybe want dessert. In the picture, I had the burger in size M. I can wholeheartedly recommend Postwagen and will definitely be back.

I've probably eaten burgers in 30-50 countries. This one has always been by far the craziest.

The burger wasn't anything special, even though many people told me it was. The side portion was ridiculous considering the prices... A 30-minute wait for a burger? And others who arrived later were served before us... Reply to the reviewer Aha, you think a 30-minute wait is normal? Then you're completely delusional haha So inflation is your excuse for a small side portion? Okay... strange that other restaurants manage it better and fairer anyway... I'll come back, try something else, and then edit this review or leave it as it is.

Recommended for a convivial moment and for a humanity that transcends borders. In the summer, they put lots of tables outside and allow you to stay really long, by German standards 😅 I'd love to go back.

The only reason for the 4-star rating is the wait time for our food, which was slightly longer than expected. However, considering the quality and freshness of the meals, it’s understandable and didn’t detract significantly from the overall experience. Overall, Der Postwagen is a must-visit for burger enthusiasts and anyone looking for a satisfying meal in a comfortable setting. I look forward to returning and trying more of their offerings.

Falafel and burgers are excellent 👌🏻

Great burgers, great fries. Probably the best I had in Germany. I had the blue shroom burger and my husband had the smash burger. He was slightly disappointed with the lack of crispiness in the patty but I liked it nonetheless. The virgin mocktails were also great especially the virgin berry mule. The indoors are not accessible due to old building stairs and steps but we were able to sit outdoors and keep our baby in the stroller right next to us.

Very good burger shop. I didn't know the mail van and was very pleasantly surprised. The staff is very friendly and personable. The prices are okay. The ambience is also good. Cozy and the music is just right. Not too loud, but not too quiet either. Falafel as a starter, very tasty. Maybe a little too greasy, but still very good. As a burger, the Buterfinger in L. The size is perfect. The bun is amazing, nice and fluffy but also firm. Simply great. The patty is also very tasty. The overall burger package is very harmonious and simply delicious. I can fully recommend the postal car.

We showed up at the restaurant at short notice, i.e. without a reservation. There was only a 45-minute time slot available But lo and behold, after a short time the food we ordered was on the table. A burger, a wrap, a chicken crispy burger. My Chicken Birger was so crispy. Awesome Conclusion: Great restaurant with great service and great food made from regional ingredients I'll be back. 👍

“Postwagen Burgerladen – the place where dreams are made of mince!” I don't know what they put in their burgers here, but it's pure magic. My favorite? The crispy chicken burger so juicy I wondered if I should put a ring on it. The fries? Crispy like my mood when I finally get off work – simply perfect. And best of all, the people here are so friendly that I almost forgot that I was actually there just to eat. Conclusion: If you are in Ingolstadt and are not hungry for Postwagen burgers, you should urgently rethink your life.

There were three of us in the mail van on Saturday. Service Top Burgers were really great. The only thing we had to do after 2 hours. Go again. The atmosphere is small but cool. Prices for such burgers and side dishes are ok. Only the very small side salad for €7 was very small. Otherwise great

The best burger I’ve had. All of the choices are great, especially the chicken burgers are much better than you would expect. My go-to burger however is the chilly-cheese burger.

FALAFFEL WERE A BIT TOO THROUGH. We didn't make a reservation at 6 p.m. With great difficulty we were able to sit down at a table that wasn't reserved until 7:30 p.m.

As a degenerate, burger loving, American, I have to say the chili cheese burger here is one of the best burgers in the world. Ive had it three times to make sure. If you order the small one, order two. If you order the large one, still consider asking for two. Because OH MY GOD, ITS PERFECT! Oh and obviously this should be paired with the Nordbrau 93ER Weizen. Tijdens opzoeken naar restaurants op maps hierop uitgekomen. Zeer zeer lekker. Cocktails zijn goed en de burgers hmmmmm echt goed. Lekker vlees en de broodjes heel zacht. De Postwagen chicken met chili saus en jalapenos is niet heel pikant maar gewoon mega lekker. 3 personen aan tafel hadden iets met kip en ten zeerste aan te raden.

For me it's the best tasting and highest quality burger in town. The falafel plate is also super delicious. The two bosses are super nice guys and do a great job. Be sure to accompany it with a regional beer or one of the numerous cocktails made with love. The location is unique. You can also get an espresso from the portafilter machine here. Keep it up, we love your concept.

Great food, great service! Only the street leading past the establishment is used on warm summer evenings for young people who need it - that's annoying... But the owner can't help it.

We sat outside, so the atmosphere was rather bad because it was right on the street (I didn't see the restaurant from the inside). VERY tasty burgers, taste really top notch. I was missing a little more meat per patty, so I deducted 1 star.

The burgers tasted amaaaazing 👌🏻 the fries are super yummy and the sauces too .The service was friendly as well. I don‘t like the fact that we actually waited 40min to get our food. That‘s the only minus i‘d like them to improve. Overall, it‘s worth it.

I love this burger place! My absolute favorite is the chicken wrap – simply incredibly delicious! The spice mayo with the secret recipe is the icing on the cake and makes the whole thing perfect. Highly Recommended!

An absolute must for burger lovers. Whether vegetarian, meat, salads, falafel or side dishes. The large selection of sauces is also recommended. Food was good and the cocktails were great. Waited an hour for the food and felt like we were asked 100 times if we wanted something to drink. The restaurant was quite narrow and small.

I would highly recommend it! Drinks are made with love and the burgers taste great, but are also a dream for your conscience. From the menu you can see exactly where the ingredients (all regional) come from. I would recommend making a reservation because the postal van fills up quickly, especially on weekends.

Probably the best burger place around! In the Postwagen you will find exceptionally good and creatively put together burgers. Burgers are not “overloaded” but reduced to exactly what is necessary. Best fries, best sauces. My wife loves the vegetarian burgers. Almost everything that can be found on the map comes from the region. Casual shop with super friendly staff. The two bosses, Kosta and his brother, do a great job and are always there themselves. We always feel very comfortable and welcome. Please keep it up!

Favorite bar in Ingolstadt! Great drinks, Top service and dim atmosphere

The citizens? A poem! The service? Impeccable! Unfortunately we didn't have a reservation and they still found a place for us, there were two of us. Cozy “corner” right at the bar/cashier, we apologized for this several times, but we didn’t understand the reason :). We were completely satisfied and are already looking forward to our next visit. Best burger I know. I've tried many. Edit November 17th: this burger does everything right. Very strong meat, strong cheese, delicious sauces Childhood in a nutshell! Edit March 16: The Postwagen Chicken Burger is an absolute stunner. The chicken is super juicy and crispy at the same time. All the ingredients on the burger harmonize perfectly. The spicy cheese along with the crispy bacon, spicy jalapeños and creamy burger sauce are just fun!!

Very nice for first time but staff are lacking some culture language skills and the food was okay not that amazing for burger place. The vegetarian option didn’t sound really good compared to the price but if you are there and need something to eat go check.

I know the restaurant from before... It could be made a little more comfortable... So it's not the place to stay for long... The food, we all had burgers, was super tasty and the fries were perfect. The staff is very friendly. There were 7 of us and everyone enjoyed it really well, there was nothing to complain about... We will definitely come back.

Great feel-good atmosphere, the burgers are really amazing, I don't think I've ever eaten a burger like this anywhere. Highly Recommended! Especially for dates and cocktail lovers. We spent an evening here and everything was quite up to our taste. The ambiance of the place is cozy and quiet - even if there's a full house, you won't feel cramped in, as the tables are placed far apart from each other. Food was nice (best burgers in town so far), especially the buns. They are working with a smashed-like patty, if you like the art, this is definitely a go-to. Then the cocktails... We are cocktails snobs, and there are quite a few places now in Ingolstadt where you can get a nice glass of a simple, yet perfectly crafted, classic-style drink. The bartenders at Postwagen are definitely taking up the challenge with their creations (I'm looking at you, winter specials of single malt or bourbon, ever so tasty) and combined with the food that they offer, you can't really miss your shot by choosing this place to have a sit-in at. Table reservations are highly recommended. Thank you Postwagen!

This time I had a burger to go and sweet potato fries. I still prefer eating on site, but take-away was also really tasty - I'll be back soon, it's always a pleasure! Keep it up!

Top service and relaxed atmosphere

For me the best burger in Ingolstadt and there are also super tasty sweet potato fries or just normal ones. I have no idea how you get them so crunchy, just brilliant. Vegetarians and vegans are of course also catered for. The whole thing in a relaxed and cool atmosphere with very nice operators. Keep it up, we'll be back (regularly).

Oh man, the Kahuna burger, what a taste experience. I would say I had the tastiest burger of my life there today. Service was also great, really nice, we often checked to see if we needed anything else, food came quickly even though there were ten of us. It was great, I have to go back quickly. Please don't take the Kahuna burger off the menu!!!

Eine urige Kneipe mit den wohl besten Burgern in der ganzen Gegend! Und dazu noch professionelle Cocktail-Mixer! Selten so gut gegessen und der Service ist wirklich einmalig. Ich würde sagen, ein Geheimtipp, aber bitte nicht hingehen, sonst kriegen wir keinen Platz mehr. ;-)
