So far, the burgers have been okay. The price and quality were right. Today, we received the opposite. The 7 chili cheese nuggets for €8.99 were the cheapest frozen goods. The beef patties were completely dry. You could barely eat them. The highlight was the chicken avocado burger. The patty was made of pressed, molded meat and was absolutely dry. The entire order was unfortunately not worth the price. We will order from somewhere else in the future.

Mega burgers, large selection, great snacks & sides. Fast delivery. One thing - unfortunately: no water in the burger menu to choose from 😭 Only soda. Please change that.

The burgers are actually great, but the patties are unfortunately a bit dry. I'd rather have more fat in the mince and leave them slightly pink (they'll draw on the meat when delivered and won't be cooked through). Unfortunately, I disagree with this pricing. The snacks are mostly really great and either handmade or phenomenally sourced! Two years ago, JB already raised the prices of some items by up to 30%, and now they've apparently raised them again. Now the onion rings and mozzarella sticks cost €9.50, and the chicken wings €11.50. Yes, everything has gotten more expensive; the staff has to be paid, electricity, expenses, etc. I understand all that. But it's thirteen times better if you just buy well and then charge €6 for the onion rings... even if it's just one onion and batter ;) It's a shame that some customers are now being lost with these further price adjustments due to customer-unfriendly management decisions. I wish the store all the best, but unfortunately I am no longer a customer here.

We waited 1.5 hours for the burgers we ordered. Two of the wrong burgers arrived without any side dishes (out of three burgers + side dishes). Then they canceled over the phone, and we only received a partial refund. Absolutely outrageous.

Here you can eat burgers with a wow factor. I also highly recommend the Belgian fries. Everything is always freshly prepared.

Unfortunately, it was terrible...we had to wait over 80 minutes instead of the stated 30, the burgers were ice cold with dry bread and the fries were also ice cold and soggy.

If you order from Lieferando or the app, you should hurry, because they sometimes close an hour early. I was just about to order again and clicked "order" at around 10:55 PM, and then suddenly it's not possible because they're supposedly closed, even though they were open five minutes ago and are actually open until 11:30 PM on Lieferando. It's just a dump, but the burgers are okay.

The delivery time of 10 minutes advertised on the website is certainly meant sarcastically, as the order arrived lukewarm after 1 hour and 50 minutes. No one was available by phone, and I didn't get a call back either... The taste certainly wouldn't have been bad if it hadn't been cold halfway through. The long delivery time wasn't an isolated incident, as I don't write reviews for a single botched delivery.

We order from Jeffrey's again and again and are always very satisfied. The burgers taste great, and delivery is usually very fast. It can take a little longer on weekends, but that's not a problem, as we're informed in advance of the expected delivery time. Keep it up 👏🏼

Disaster! With the best will in the world, I can NOT confirm the many positive reviews. The delivery came after just 25 minutes, but the burgers were still cold, dry and really unappetizing! Bacon was far dry, the burger patty was a decent size, but unfortunately also dry and crumbly, the bit of lettuce/tomato/cucumber was soaked in an indefinable sauce. But the most disgusting thing was the "Blue Cheeseburger - with tomatoes, mayonnaise, bacon, cucumbers and blue cheese sauce..."!! The "blue cheese sauce" wasn't a sauce, but a thick, disgusting-tasting piece of gorgonzola. (Photo) Conclusion: first and definitely last order at “Jeff’s Burger”!

I was there a few days ago with my friends, ordered inside, huge selection and cool reception. We waited about 5 minutes and took it home. The Camembert Bürger was, without a lie, the best burger I have ever eaten and for only €10 it was far more filling than, for example, a Hans im Glück burger

A real stroke of luck! We happened to be there and were simply hungry. What should I write? From the order to the table in just under 15 minutes. And that on Friday at 8 p.m. Very friendly staff and very, very tasty, hot, freshly prepared burgers. Made from fresh ingredients and, as I was told, all homemade. Also the paddies, sauces, rolls etc. The fries were also great. Price performance top!! I'd love to come back.

Very tasty food and nice service

Ordered via Lieferando. It took longer but it's Sunday. We don't want to complain about that. Burgers were warm and actually quite good. Only the fries suffered a little and the salad on the burger seemed lame. But otherwise everything is good.

We've been eating at Jefrey's for a long time... It usually doesn't taste bad, but the food often only comes after 60-90 minutes and is usually cold... Yesterday we ordered via the NEW website where everything was paid for and accepted according to the website. Then I called to change a supplement, which was confirmed to me. After 1 hour and 40 minutes I called to ask where the order was and was told that we didn't order anything and now they're no longer delivering...🤬! Things were often missing from orders... The food was also better... So we ordered there for the last time!!!!

Worst experience ever for online ordering

I like to order here often. I'm always very satisfied. Top food quality and good service. Delivery usually runs smoothly (with a few exceptions) and without any problems. But what you need to know is that delivery takes a long time, a very long time. If you simply order food spontaneously in the evening without waiting long, this is the wrong restaurant.

Great burger, top service and very nice staff. We specially made my burger again after I picked up my pickup a little late. The burger was very tasty, can recommend the whole menu!

Very unfriendly staff, I called because my order was missing food and I was promised 20% off the next order. The next time I wanted to order food over the phone I mentioned the 20% and the staff became very loud on the phone and very rude

Only the fries were tasty, the cheeseburger was full of ketchup and completely inedible. The burger was bathed in ketchup. I think it was cheeky at €10. I wanted a cheeseburger and not ketchup with some burger

We have ordered burgers very often so far. We were mostly satisfied - the quality differed slightly a few times, but this is normal due to the delivery. No reason to complain. Unfortunately, we had to realize once again today that the burgers and fries have significantly lost quality. Soaked buns, dry meat and ketchup were the main ingredients. Last time the fat dripped out of the buns. We won't order again again.

Really bad!!! The food arrived 45 minutes late. We called 3 times and the owner thought it wasn't a bad thing, it doesn't happen every time... When we asked if he himself would like to eat cold burgers and fries, he replied it wouldn't be cold, they have special boxes for that.. It was carelessly made and of course the food arrived cold! Never again !!!

When I just wanted to replace the bun, the guys replaced the entire burger for me and gave the others to my colleagues. So if that's not hospitality then I don't know what is. Saftiger Cheeseburger, dicke Pommes, sehr lecker

Habe gestern dort bestellt und eine Lebensmittelvergiftung geholt. War früher mal gut aber momentan kann ich nur davon abraten hier zu bestellen.

Seit Jahren Burgerladen unseres Vertrauens! Unglaublich große Auswahl an Burgern, alle ein Genuss. Persönliche Favoriten sind der Alpen- und der XXX-Burger. Die Brötchen werden hier selbst gemacht. Zudem die besten Pommes und Chicken Fingers, die ich jemals gegessen habe. Wir bestellen hier regelmäßig zum Abholen. Im Sommer kann man auch schön auf der Terrasse außen sitzen. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier zu 100%. Mittagsmenü unter der Woche ist auch ein echter Schnapper.

Mehrmals über Wolt bestellt. Lieferung dauert meistens deutlich länger als bei Wolt angegeben (ca. 60 Minuten). Essen war bisher immer top, gutes Fleisch und tolle Buns, nicht 08/15. Die 2-für-1 Aktion ist prima, besseres Preis-Leistung Verhältnis bietet keiner.

Die Auswahl an Burgern ist beeindruckend und jedes Mal, wenn ich hier bin, entdecke ich neue Geschmackserlebnisse. Die Burger sind einfach phänomenal. Sie werden frisch zubereitet und sind großzügig belegt mit hochwertigen Zutaten. Mein persönlicher Favorit ist der 'Mango-Chickenburger' – knuspriges Hühnchen, weltklassige Soßen, und frisches Gemüse, alles zwischen einem perfekt gerösteten Brötchen. Die Pommes sind eine großartige Beilage, knusprig und gut gewürzt. Insgesamt ist Jeffrey's Burger ein Ort, den ich immer wieder gerne besuche. Sitz Möglichkeiten gehen . Das essen schmeckt sehr gut und sieht gut aus und Umgebung ist nicht schlecht. Der Service ist gut und sehr nett . Kann ich empfehlen

Wir haben heute hier zum 1. mal bestellt. Die Lieferung war nach ca. 45 Minuten da (wie angegeben). Die Burger sowie die Pommes kamen heiß an, wie gerade frisch gemacht. Geschmacklich war alles top, würde ich auf jedenfall empfehlen.

Unsere erste Bestellung bei Jeffrey's Burger wird nicht die letzte sein. Dieser Anbieter überzeugt zunächst durch eine große Auswahl und durch die Lieferung. Die Burger und die Pommes kamen heiß bei uns an. Die Burger waren sehr gut belegt und mit ausgezeichneten Saucen versehen. Die Pommes waren knackig und sehr gut gesalzen. Wir haben uns für die Burger Menüs entschieden und können dafür eine Empfehlung aussprechen. Richtig lecker!

Ich kann mich nicht beschweren! Ordentliche Burger 🍔 und die Chicken fingers sind super saftig! Für einen Stern mehr, wäre es super wenn man den Burger "medium" gebraten bekommt. Anscheinend Tiefkühler Patties! Wegen der Temperaturen ist wohl eher der Lieferservice zuständig und nicht der Betreiber!🤷‍♂️
