In Simmer, Burger Hause doesn't open until 5 p.m. From 12 p.m. you can only pick up the food. We were early, but someone who worked there was very nice and prepared burgers and fries for us to take away.

I thought I needed the emergency doctor! Without a note or note, making the chicken ring so hot that my throat is still burning today and ordered 1 ate yesterday. Ingeniiesbar had to throw everything away. I'm very disappointed P. hurler via Lieferando

Loading really, really worse! Food is delivered cold, you have to call twice when ordering and even though there is hardly anything supposedly going on, the delivery then takes over an hour - although the delivery time by car takes maybe 5 minutes. And then it's cold! No recommendation! Then it's better not!

Quite cheeky actually. Lunch menu for delivery, the burger with fries and drink is on the menu for €20. Which in itself is a reasonable price. Then you are forcibly sold a sauce for €1.50 (you can't change it to "no sauce", you have to take one). On top of that, another €2 delivery fee and of course a 30 cent “transaction fee” because that’s clear. The final price was €23.42. Delivery takes an hour even though the store is empty. After cycling through Munich for an hour, the €23 luxury burger arrives cold as a tiny meat roll. Well, thank you very much too. There were rip-off feelings about desert.

I wait 10 years for my food and then they just cancel my order. 🫥🫥

Didn't receive the right product via delivery, very pushy compensation, even though it wasn't wanted.

A real surprise out here. As a Canadian, I can say that the burgers here are really great. Very juicy meat and tasty ingredients, good brioche rolls and delicious sauce, but not drowned in it. The fries are extremely tasty and ultra crispy. We go here often and the burgers are always great. Even better (if smaller) than those from the "parent company" Ruff's. Don't be put off by the ambience. 😉

Burger came as we asked the staff. The french fries was fresh. Good music and lights in the atmosphere, no noise and not full.

Very good burger shop with good service! I have already been here with a larger group and everything was to the best of my satisfaction. I have also used the delivery service a few times. The food arrived quickly, warm and with friendly suppliers! Class!

The food was super tasty. Unfortunately, you cannot order the vegan burgers with the menu with fries and a drink/cocktail. The toilet smells quite good.

It used to be my favorite restaurant in Munich. You could go to any of the burger House in the city and you knew what you would get. It was excellent in all the way. Now, they change the menu, increase the prices and lower their quality. Very very disappointing being back. So sad cause it’s hard to find good places in the city.

Я заказывала сдесь бургер с картошкой. Скажу сразу ооочень вкусно. Бургер был очень сочный, но помидор немного маленький. Картошка была толстая и очень соленая что мне очень понравилось. Атмосфера тут была крутая, там был телевизор где можно было смотреть на пейзажи. Я там наелась очень. Советую туда пойти:)

Abbiamo preso due unnecessary burger (carne, 3 fette di bacon e 3 fette di formaggio) + le bacon cheese fries (le ricche del mc Donald) + una Coca Cola. Il tutto era buonissimo, strabuono. Il panino può sembrare piccolo ma in realtà è ottimo se accostato ad una porzione di patatine ed una bibita. Consigliato!!!!

Ich habe zweimal schale (alte) Pommes erhalten. Ich habe mich beschwert, aber nichts wurde geändert.

We order a starter and 2 burgers. I explicitly told the waitress that we wanted first the starter, then burgers. He said nope, that’s not possible. I look around, the place was literally empty, like we were the only guests empty. ‘Uh… okay? Why not?’ I asked. He said that the kitchen does not do that… I was like ‘ok, can you please tell them to do it? Why wouldn’t they?’.. he said he will but he couldn’t guarantee anything. I found that super weird. Then surprise, surprise, all the food came together! Why do they even write STARTER in the menu, when they bring all together. Sucks because the burgers are ok, but we had to have them COLD! The service is waaaaay better in Max-Weber-Platz. I am definitely not coming back here.

Die euphorischen Bewertungen des Burgers kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Der Geschmack des Pattie war genauso Durchschnitt wie bei McD und an den Rändern so knusprig gebraten wie ein Fleischpflanzl. Belegt war das Ganze mit etwas Salat, einer Tomatenscheibe (geschmacklos), etwas Zwiebel und einer Art Cocktailsauce. Die Pommes sind blass und langweilig, wie auch ein Vorposter schon schrieb. Die aufgerufenen Preise sind schon sportlich. Der einfache Burger kostet € 9,50 und satt wird man davon nicht. Für 2 Personen haben wir € 32 plus Trinkgeld bezahlt. Ein Lichtblick ist das Lokal für die Gegend, weil man endlich etwas fußläufig erreicht, wo man nett sitzen kann. Und das Personal ist von exorbitanter Freundlichkeit. Fazit: kann man hingehen, wenn man keine großen Erwartungen hat

Everything was fine as usual. We ordered chili burgers and chili cheese fries and it was delicious. Super tasty burgers! Highly recommend!

Unnecessary Burger description includes "nothing healthy" and "triple bacon". Nuff said. They serve Augustiner beer (the right choice), the food's great and almost all is good. The setting and the mood could be a bit better, but then again - it's not a tourist trap and it's perfectly fine for locals to grab some good burgers and beers with friends, especially so during the summer when the outdoor tables are up for use.

Decent burger , but the fries were awful. Expensive for what you get.

Die Burger schmecken tatsächlich sehr gut. Die Auswahl könnte allerdings etwas größer sein. Die Bedienung war freundlich. Wir haben auch schon zweimal von dort liefern lassen. Das hat super geklappt, bei einer Wartezeit von knapp einer Stunde (genau wie direkt nach der Bestellung angekündigt).

Sehr leckerer Burger, gute Pommes im Rahmen des Mittagsmenüs ganz okay, am Abend wäre es mir zu teuer.

Ich bestelle mir bei Burger House das Essen immer nach Hause. Es schmeckt immer sehr lecker und frisch. Die Lieferzeiten sind immer optimal und der Lieferant sehr nett. Kann ich mir weiter empfehlen!

Super tasty burgers! We had the classic, mozzarella and chilli. All of them were just great. You can tell that they are made of fresh ingredients. Besides that, service is super friendly and kind. Highest recommendation, will come back for sure!

Delicious burgers, freshly cooked, tasty beef patties. The Chipotle is one of my favourites, with a nice big piece of avocado which is always fresh and full of flavour. The Pommes are also delish, crunchy, tasty and can be loaded with cheese as an option. One of my local favourites. I have to add that the service is very good as well. Not only food is served fairly quickly, they are all very friendly and welcoming

Wir lieben diese Filiale vom Burger House. Im Vergleich zu anderen Locations hat es hier eine große Terrasse auf der man bei schönem Wetter gemütlich sitzen und seinen leckeren Burger genießen kann. Bedienung war immer schnell, aufmerksam und freundlich. Geschmacklich sind die Burger in den Filialen die wir bisher probiert haben sehr ähnlich. Es ist aber auf jeden Fall möglich leichte Anpassungen vorzunehmen (Chili Fries schärfer). Freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.

Vegetarischer Burger leider einfach nur fad, Pommes trocken, jede extra Soße 1€ Aufpreis. Schade, das war früher mal viel viel besser.
