Great food as always, prepared especially for me. Excellent service, everything fresh. Unfortunately, both doors are left open in 4-degree weather, and the tables could use a wipe-down. Otherwise, highly recommended.

It was my first time eating at Five Guys, and it was delicious. This branch is the only one in Munich that serves halal meat, and they even separate the bacon from the meat when they prepare it. For me, though, the hot dog and fries were an absolute must. The staff there are also very friendly, as is the store manager.

The manager with long hair emo style is verry unfriendly and rude, didnt allow me to take peanuts and they are free, made me put them back as i took them. The kitchen is dirty sometimes clothes are on the floor, dont know why. Not cool.

This was our first time here, and definitely our last! The employee taking our order was very unfriendly and bored! Since we'd never been there before, which he quickly noticed, he acted very stressed. We then ordered fries as well, because we didn't know they were included. He didn't even mention it to us! So we received fries for two, plus the entire tray piled high with fries again 🍟 🤣!!! Almost €50 for two cheeseburgers with four portions of fries and a drink! The place doesn't exactly look inviting either! Never again.........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A 20-minute wait for a burger, with 10 customers inside. Nobody could speak properly. Worst burger I've ever eaten. Never again.

This Five Guys branch provided us with a number then the waiter brought the food for us which was a nice experience. I'd say the amount of food and especially friends is a bit reduced compared the last time I was at a Five Guys restaurant some months ago.

I'm not a fan of Five Guys by nature. The place seems a bit dirty and dingy. The prices are way too high. The quality isn't much different from other fast food chains. Therefore, I don't think the prices are reasonable. The fries were so inedible, cold, and soggy that I had to throw them away.

Five Guys used to be better. After a long time, I wanted to eat at FG again, but I was disappointed. The burger was okay, but two toppings were forgotten. (It wasn't a busy lunchtime, but late afternoon and quiet.) The fries were limp and overseasoned. (I ordered Cajun, but it was too seasoned.) I like the vending machines. I like the Coke Zero with lime. Overall, it wasn't worth the €24. I think this was my last burger/visit to Five Guys for a while.

What a disaster! I ordered two burgers with fries and one cola on the spot. The burgers were cold, the bun was all wet, and the fries were rubbery and cold! For €44, this is a joke, I do not recommend it! I will definitely not be returning here.

It's a bit overwhelming once you get to Five Guys. Once you get used to it, it's quick and tastes good. However, I find the prices a bit high for "simple" burgers or fries.

It's been very clean on several visits, and the employees even clean the stove while the place isn't busy. That shows how hard-working they are. One of the few fast food places where you can actually still go. I'm always willing to drive 10+ kilometers.

The restaurant was uncomfortable, dirty, and very cold. Despite the sleet, the door was supposed to remain open, indicating that the restaurant was open. How about a glowing OPEN sign, American-style?! The tattooed waitress at the counter was extremely unfriendly. The prices are wildly inflated (€10 for a simple cheeseburger), but the food tasted okay. The food is brought to the table in brown paper bags; the atmosphere is truly awful. For the price (we paid €90 as a family of four), you can definitely get something much better; I feel sorry for the money.

Unglaublich großzügig! Nach McDonald's eine echte Überraschung. Riesige "kleine" Pommes-Portionen, aus echten Kartoffeln, frisch geschnitten! Selbst kalt noch lecker, anders als in anderen Restaurants, wo kalte Pommes ungenießbar sind. Unbegrenzt Ketchup & Mayo und ein toller Getränkeautomat (einmal zahlen, alles zapfen!). Sehr empfehlenswert! I'm very pleasantly surprised! After McDonald's, this place seems insanely generous. I'm shocked by the "small" portion of fries. They pour a full glass and even more into the bag! Unlimited ketchup and mayonnaise! And with a drink machine 🤩 you buy a glass and fill up the drinks yourself as many times as you want and what kind you want! There is no photo of food, because I already ate it)) in the photo there are vending machines with sauces and drinks👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Can't understand the negative reviews. Been there twice now. So far all the employees at the checkout have been really friendly. The burgers and fries are super tasty and the refill options for the drinks are awesome. So far everything has always been clean. The prices aren't exactly cheap, of course, but you can treat yourself every now and then. There's a certain USA feeling that comes across. I'd love to come back. But anyone who generally orders from a fast food chain, be it McDonalds, Burger King or even 5Guys, is totally lost in my opinion. Anyone who expects it to taste the same as in a restaurant hasn't heard the shot.

We went here for dinner the other evening. The staff was extremely friendly and, as always at Five-Guys, the food was delicious, even if it was a little more expensive than other chains. The quality is top notch and everything is of course freshly prepared to order.

5 stars Came in shortly before 11 p.m. - actually already closing time - but still received a very friendly welcome. The employee Patrick really made an effort: even though the shop was already completely cleaned, he still took our order and even packed an extra portion of fries because otherwise they would have been thrown away anyway. I have to admit, the food was really good – even if it was a bit cold despite being delivered on time. But what I really have to say is that the portion of fries for €10.25 was a disgrace - really extremely little! And then another €2 deposit for a plastic cup? Seriously? I had the food delivered so I didn't have to drive there. A deposit like that really makes no sense.

The burgers are made to order, juicy and customizable. The service was friendly and quick. Although the prices are slightly higher than typical fast food chains, the quality of the ingredients and the taste more than make up for it. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. Overall, Five Guys offers a premium burger experience with fresh, custom-made burgers.

I have been to other 5guys branches several times and have also had negative experiences. Never here! Clean restaurant, always friendly service, burgers and fries always fresh. Tip: The fries are relatively salty, if you don't want them so salty, order fries and add salt yourself (it's next to the ketchup dispenser)

Big disappointment. Soggy, super greasy fries and cheese that was just thrown on the patty when it came off the grill. So it hardly melted at all. The roll is a joke, the cheapest level, no taste and not properly toasted?! Or just cold. And then the burgers are actually wrapped in aluminum foil, cool, that's really sustainable. (I know fast food is definitely not about sustainability, but it doesn't have to be that way). Yes, I was there to try out the store. I wouldn't complain so much if it wasn't so expensive. Conclusion: once and never again.

Exactly what you expect from a five guys! Fat juicy burgers, overload on fries and free peanuts

The hamburger and fries were incredibly tasty. Warm, tasty, great taste and a real treat. Unfortunately the front door was always open, which made it very cold in the restaurant. Unfortunately, the portion of peanuts that I wanted to get were moldy. Unfortunately the whole bag didn't look good, I would have been very happy about it.

We ordered a hamburger and a veggie sandwich. Totalled to €16.5 which I felt was expensive. Although the portion was good enough and staff were welcoming.

We ordered 1x cheeseburger and 1x hamburger. They got the order a bit wrong with not all of the additional toppings I wanted. The burger was good but for that price I expected more. The fries were sensational and the size of "small" fries unbelievable. The restaurant was not too full but it wasn't that clean. The tables weren't wiped down from the last costumers. The soft drink machine was pretty cool, you could choose from different flavours and it was free refills.

We had a great visit to this restaurant today. The cleanest and most well-kept branch we have visited so far and the food, as always, was very good. What was outstanding by far was the friendliness of the staff. 5* for the employees.

I'm pleased that Neuperlach also got its Five Guys a few years ago. The burgers are, as usual, very tasty. As is known from other branches, you can of course also put together your own burgers here. The milkshakes are also highly recommended. For me it's often a little highlight when I'm on site. All in all, highly recommended.

We are a regular at this Five Guys branch. It's spacious and the staff there are really nice. They also offer free peanuts to snack on while waiting for your orders!

Significantly diminished! The food is still great. Today almost all the tables were dirty. The only German service person, probably the manager, was so unmotivated. I should have turned around now at the latest. It was 0° outside and the front door was left wide open. When we asked whether this could be done, we were told: no, otherwise passers-by wouldn't understand that it was open. Anyway... If the guests freeze while eating, they definitely won't come back. I'm happy to pay the high prices (today 86 euros for the table), but then at least it has to be fun and clean. Sorry, but cheaper burger joints do this better. You won't see me there again any time soon, even though I always enjoyed eating with you.

I recently stayed at Five Guys and was completely satisfied! The burgers were simply fantastic – juicy meat, fresh ingredients and perfectly balanced sauces. You can tell that attention is paid to detail here to make every burger a taste experience. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant. Everything was immaculate and well maintained, which only made the experience more enjoyable. Were there for the first time🤗 With our first order we received very friendly and competent help with the toppings👍 Preparation very quick and clean! Nice explanation of where the meat etc. comes from and is not frozen. Fries are a blast. We thought the food was super 👍 Staff very helpful and friendly. Toilets were clean. Definitely coming back!!!!

An ideal place for a small party! My son celebrated his birthday here last week and we were very happy with it! Very nice employees, especially the branch manager. He recommended us well and helped a lot. Highly recommended! We will certainly continue to visit this branch and recommend it to others!
