It was cold at the entrance. Was very unpleasant.

I reserved a table with the comment that we might have to wait 5 minutes because it was full and there might still be space occupied. Said there would be no problems and asked again that it would certainly work, to which the lady replied, yes, no problem, etc... Arrived today and had to wait with the reason that it was still occupied and wasn't ready yet. When it was “free” we went to the place……. In the middle of the aisle there was a table near the cutlery baskets where the waitress always came and took out cutlery etc... Chairs were ice cold and still wet and had apparently been brought from outside... We got up again and left. Was there last time, wanted to try it again because I was disappointed on my first visit and now again... No more !!!!

Very very slow service. It's best to order 2 drinks at once. The furnishings seem rather put together.

👎 When we arrived at the restaurant we couldn't find a parking space, so we got out of the courtyard and parked a few streets further. Interior/ambience: Cool. Then you get a card at the table and everything is selected. When we ordered, the waitress told us that this was an old menu and the prices were no longer valid. (By the way, it's completely understandable that it's more expensive, but sometimes the price jumps were huge!) We each ordered a burger and a homemade lemonade. The burgers arrived after about 5-10 minutes! The drinks are only available upon request. Positive and hence the second star: the lemonades were really tasty and also visually beautiful. About the burgers: lukewarm, bland, my burger was supposed to be with melted camembert...it was just three thin slices. Complete. The rösti that was on it tasted like it had been freshly thawed. The buns were almost impossible to separate. The sauce didn't make it any better. Plus Home Fries...you imagine thick, home-made fries. None! Sweet potato fries were ok, but not really hot and crispy. Mayo and ketchup from the bag were simply left on the plate. After a very short time we thinned out again. In the end it was almost €50 for two people for an absolute disappointment. We had vouchers, but these were not accepted because the operator had changed. That's understandable...but overall it was definitely not a "slip", these are blatant mistakes that are being made here. The owners should readjust this as quickly as possible before he has to change again... 🤷‍♂️

Went there for dinner with friends, the staff was very friendly, the food was very good, but it was cold in the restaurant So some were sitting in their jackets, but we would be happy to come back and would be happy to recommend the Brick House

Burguer was not fresh and seemed that they prepare them in batch and serve them. A message to the owner: if you are angry why come to work?

My expectations from a Mexican grill are good steaks and delicious sides. So I was looking forward to the 150g steak I ordered with baked potatoes, side salad and a beer. Unfortunately, the experience was less than pleasant: the steak was OK, but the salad came with ready-made dressing - a bit disappointing for a restaurant. The baked potato we ordered didn't even come. When I asked the alleged managing director about the quality and service, he was not very constructive and showed little interest in improvements. Another negative point: the counter area was lined with files and the staff, including the "supervisor", seemed exhausted and not really motivated even at 9 p.m. All in all, I can only hope that the owner takes an undercover look at the place to check the service and quality for himself.

Very good food and drink at a good price. It also invites you to relax and sit together with friends :)

We were really disappointed with our visit. Food tasted like frozen goods and ready-made products. It was cold in the restaurant and the food was overpriced for the quality. The friendly service was positive. It's a shame, it used to be a good restaurant.

The food was great. There was even something for gluten-intolerant people (celiac disease)! Unfortunately, the service wasn't even close to as good as the food. When asked several times after the meal, the waiter was very annoyed and unfriendly due to celiac disease. The cards weren't even cleared away after the food was ordered. A waiter didn't even come to ask if everything was okay or if you needed anything else. An order to take away said yes that it was taken, but you were not informed that it was ready. When a waiter walked past, he said that it was ready to be picked up and that they wouldn't let you know.

Very nice service, super tasty burgers, great cocktails

The food was delicious, the interior had a beach bar design...the room was ice cold, not heated. We wore a jacket and scarf while eating and were still cold 🥶🥶🥶 and that was at the beginning of October! The price-performance ratio doesn't fit, too high for the amount of food [bowl with a few lettuce leaves and a few fries from the bottom, the volume was conveniently filled up] and the cold.

The burger was good. The staff and service really good! Unfortunately I didn't like the "beach bar feeling", but that's just my personal taste. I also found the chairs a bit uncomfortable... But the furnishing concept is definitely coherent and it fits together.

The Brick House has great food. They have a large selection of burgers and other dishes. The staff is very, very friendly. The cocktails are also very tasty. This restaurant is not only suitable for eating but also for ending the day in the evening. Here at Bricks House you feel like you are on holiday. We can only recommend it.

The burgers are delicious, but the homemade lemonade varieties are masterpieces. The environment is very calm and peaceful.

Very nice service that is really attentive - we have experienced something different in the past. The food is also good. What we particularly liked were the long kitchen times compared to other restaurants in the area.

Were there for 15 minutes, were able to order a drink after 10 minutes and only got it after another 10 minutes. Furthermore, we had to wait a long time for the food and special requests were not taken into account.

Not recommended. The service staff was friendly and tried hard - but slow and overwhelmed. The bill took a long time to arrive and it wasn't cleared at all. The effort was also there when it came to eating - but the meat wasn't medium rare but rather fried to death. The water tastes like cola, which suggests that the glass had not been washed properly. The best thing was the clean toilets.

Been there for the second time. This time we were really disappointed and won't go there again. It was super loud! The service was really bad, we waited forever until we could order. We waited longer for the drinks than for the food. People who came after us and ordered after us had their drinks before us. Unfortunately the taste was very poor. They have also raised the prices quite a bit, in my personal opinion, for what you get, too much!

Great food, great burgers 🍔. The BBQ sauces and tips are also very good. We have eaten there several times and have always been very satisfied. Very friendly staff. You'll get full and there's also vegan food.

Food very good. We had various burgers and flank steak with side dishes, as well as chicken wings. Everything is okay in terms of price. But it would be nice if the prices on the online menu could be changed accordingly. A lot has changed there.

My burger seemed like it had been prepared immediately after I ordered it and then put on the side until my companion's ribs were ready. It was lukewarm and some of the ingredients were already slightly tarnished. I thought it was a shame. The ambience and service were good and the waiting time of around 50 minutes was perfectly fine given the current operation. But not when the burger has been ready in the kitchen for an estimated 30 minutes and the quality suffers as a result :(

Prices have increased significantly recently. The drinks menu is no longer correct either, there are only 0.3l of non-alcoholic drinks and beer only 0.4 instead of 0.5. The quality of the food has also declined significantly.

Delicious burgers at good prices. Great atmosphere and you can sit outside. You should reserve in advance. But it also works without it. You can pay by card and the staff is super nice and accommodating

The food was very good, but unfortunately it doesn't help much if you are more or less thrown out of the restaurant. After dinner (around 8:00 p.m.) we were asked to leave with an excuse to pay and given 15 minutes to leave. Couldn't finish the drinks. And that with “the prices”! No wonder there were no other guests. Shameful and just sad at the same time!!!

The burgers served do not in any way live up to the standards set by the restaurant itself. Lt. Drinks menu offers 0.5 l Roth beer for €4.20, served with 0.4 l Veltins beer. A corresponding objection is rejected by the manager in a very arrogant and condescending manner and the full price is charged for a smaller beer. A corresponding report to the city of Schweinfurt led to a complaint and the obligation to delete the incorrect places and add an insert sheet. I cannot recommend this location.

I really enjoyed being there and have recommended it again and again, but today I was really disappointed and so were my guests who I invited for the first time today. The first thing was that my guest stepped in dog feces when we were brought to our table. The dog was running around freely when we arrived and then he was gone. We were given a bucket of water to clean our shoes. In my opinion it is not our dog and someone or the dog's owner could have done that. By the way, I noticed that the young Michdels who work there laughed about it and they did it very conspicuously. We ordered two steaks that were supposed to be well done and that's what they said! But we got some that weren't through. We were also given a glass that was cracked on the side and could have caused injury. Unfortunately, I will no longer recommend the restaurant or visit it again. I think it's a shame a cocktail on the house didn't really make it any better. Especially when you pay so much money because it has become expensive.

Good and sometimes exceptional burger creations

Service is outstanding, very friendly and fast. The ambience was great - you felt like you were on vacation. Food was very good, recommend the al paccino and the homemade lemonades. It was a very nice evening and the brownie was on the house. Thank you for this experience.

Compared to our last visit, the overall quality has noticeably deteriorated. Despite ordering two burgers medium rare, they were served too well cooked. We ordered a total of five burgers, but they all arrived at different times, with a burger only being served after we asked again (when everyone had finished eating). The staff tried very hard, but were overwhelmed by the number of guests. The price-performance ratio is unsatisfactory. In addition, sparkling tap water served in carafes was shown on the bill as Apollinaris. After this visit we decided not to come back.

Despite a reservation, you were left standing at the door for 12 minutes, despite repeated eye contact with the waitress, even though there were only 5 tables occupied. The meat on the burger was still very, very red and just luke warm. The food is really overpriced and doesn't even include a side dish. Unfortunately, really outrageous! I already regretted the visit about 2 years ago, but gave it another chance this week and immediately regretted it again. This was really the last time I set foot in it.

I've been waiting since December for my bill from our Christmas party to get my costs reimbursed. That’s also part of service! I've been put off for 2 months now. Poor performance! Even if the food is quite good, it will have a big influence on my decision for the next Christmas party

The restaurant is very inviting from the outside and has a nice ambience inside. Not much can be said about the service. Unfortunately, apart from ordering and paying, there was no service and no asking in between whether everything was OK. The food and drinks came very quickly after ordering. Unfortunately the starter and main course were brought to the table at the same time. In addition, both the starter (onion rings) and the main course (crunchy chicken burger with fries) were lukewarm (almost cold). So the meal turned out to be a big disappointment.

- Chili burger was soggy (lettuce leaves and tomatoes mushy) - Meat was not freshly grilled Freshly made looks different. Burger was at the table just 5 minutes after ordering. Roth draft beer with 0.5 liters is offered on the menu at €4.20 and is served 0.4 l Veltinsbier!!! At the same price! Can't recommend brickhouse!!!

Ambience is nice but it was very cold. The service was almost non-existent, 2.5 hours and at the beginning you were asked what you would like to drink and then after the food was served no one came to the table. Food was semi-tasty, salad with ready-made dressing was tasty but expensive. The fries tasted like old fat and the meat on the burger looked like it came from a shrink-wrapped burger from the supermarket. We won't be coming back, sorry

The spare ribs we ordered arrived quite quickly... Unfortunately, they tasted extremely like ketchup 🤮 and not like BBQ. My friends' burgers also had way too much ketchup...

Unfortunately, the quality has declined somewhat in recent years. The prices are very high, but I would pay for top quality, but in this case probably not. 20€ for a salad with a bit of chicken and 25€ for a normal burger with fries is definitely too much here. We were there on a Friday evening and there were about 7 tables occupied, which confirms our impressions. Overall, the visit was ok, but next time I'd rather go to one of the other restaurants in Schweinfurt that serve burgers...

Nice restaurant, unfortunately the price/performance ratio is not convincing. Prices on the menu are approx. 30% higher than on the menu on the homepage and it is not pointed out that Cola etc. There are no longer any small or large bottles, only 0.33 bottles for the price of the 0.5 liter bottles. I didn't particularly like the burger either. Too many flavor components that didn't really work together. Other than that, the pattie wasn't even lukewarm. In other burger restaurants (and that doesn't mean MD or BK) this is not the case🤔. The fries were so hot that I burned my mouth.

A large Mezzo 0.5l was ordered according to the menu, and you were given a 0.33l bottle... When asked, they said that the boss had not yet changed the menu and that it would then have to be charged at the price of the large one, as there was no 0.5 l more there. That was €4.50 for a 0.33l bottle! You can also find completely different prices online than on the card that is pasted over. Meat, you can see from the photo...burgers and fries were only lukewarm for all of us...

Really nice shop, staff very accommodating. Unfortunately, we had to pretend on site that the prices for every dish had risen by 3-4 euros and didn't even come close to matching the prices on the website. This should urgently be updated. The food was definitely not worth the price either. Fries were cold when they arrived and also very “sloppy”, the burgers are large but the quality has also deteriorated. It's a shame because I used to really enjoy eating here.

So we've been there several times now, last night at 8 p.m. suddenly it was said, without warning, the kitchen was closing and then at 9 p.m. the last round... We would have liked to have ordered more food and drink and that was a real shame... Our reservation was for 7 p.m.... It would have been nice to have been informed about this beforehand, then we would have come earlier or looked for another restaurant yesterday evening. This time, the food was still very good!

It was the first time in years that I didn't tip at this store. And that really means something to me. Ambience: 1 star The design is ok, but it's just way too cluttered. You can hardly walk to your seat. Prices: 0 stars (you can't give negative) The prices are really outrageous. €15 just for an average burger, €4.50 for fries (=max. 3 potatoes)! But what annoys me the most is €4.50 for a friend?! And then only 0.33l?! Tell me, is it still okay?! This is really a complete impudence! All in all one of the worst restaurant experiences in the last 5 years! Once and never again!

Atmosphere and lighting gloomy, you really have to search for light with the menu to read it. Food was delicious, hence the 3 stars. But way too expensive. 14€ for a burger without side dishes, prices have obviously risen, as have staff and operating costs, and VAT is high again. But with fries then €18 just for a normal burger? The waitresses were there quickly, but you could see on their faces that they weren't in the mood for 4 adults and 5 children.

Tables should be reserved in advance as they are generally very busy. Despite the delay (announced by phone), we received a nice table. We had two hungry kids with us, so we were even more grateful that the food came very quickly (about 15 minutes after ordering).

Hello everybody! Here is my honest review. This review will be deleted anyway but I'll write it anyway because I can't imagine how this store got 4 stars but oh well If someone likes cold food and long waiting times, then the Shed is the place to be!!! The food only came after an hour and then it was cold... the meat on the burger was so hard, tough and dry that I now need an appointment with the orthodontist! I wouldn't even send my mother-in-law there... Service was also so-so... I think they are forced to work there! We weren't even asked if it was tasty and we weren't wished a nice evening either! Maybe it's because we didn't leave a tip. But somehow I have to finance braces now! And because they were already trying hard anyway, I got the wrong one! But I ate it anyway... I mean after an hour of waiting my stomach was so empty and dry that I had to eat something... which I deeply regret! Conclusion: go somewhere else! Haven't been there often, but gladly. However, not since last Saturday. The food and service was the same as usual, but the new price adjustments in the menu went completely beyond the scope. The food tastes relatively average, which doesn't mean it's bad, but it's not particularly good either. At least €13 for your burgers is way too overpriced and for that amount you haven't even eaten a piece of fries.

Disgraceful manager! Won't even let a small child go to the toilet and throws paying customers out of the restaurant. You can't beat it when it comes to rudeness!

My girls and I ordered drinks, burgers and salads. The menu had Fanta, Sprite and Cola in 0.3l for €3.50 and 0.4l for €4.50. We ordered the large drinks, but got 0.33l for €4.50. When we asked, they said: the new cards weren't there yet. If we had been informed about this right away when we ordered, that would have been ok, but oh well, a no-go!!! My meal itself was very tasty, but my friend's burger wasn't quite as good because some of the patty was still raw. There wasn't much going on in the restaurant when we were there for dinner (Friday evening), a little more service would have been nice to ask.

Ich saß an der Bar mit meinem Nachbarn er meinte wir müssen da mal hin. Ab 17 Uhr ist geöffnet. Man muss vorher resavieren. Es wird richtig voll. Ich hatte ein Chilli Cheeseburger der war richtig lecker. Mein Nachbar hatte ein Burger der am Tisch kurz angezündet wurde. Nette Show. Rundum sehr zufrieden. Man kann mit Bargeld bezahlen oder halt mit Karte.

Essen incl. Süßkartoffeln leider kalt. Wartezeit aufs Essen ab der Bestellung mit einer Stunde viel zu lang, und dann bekommt das Kind sein Essen auch erst 5 Minuten nach den Erwachsenen. 8,50€ für ein Kinderessen (4 Tiefkühlnuggets mit Pommes ) übertrieben hoch. Ambiente hat innen nichts mit der schönen Backstein Fassade zu tun, hatte hier vielleicht zu hohe Erwartungen. Leider sind die Sitzmöbel auch nicht gerade bequem. Einen Kassenbon gab es auch nicht, leider ist uns erst später aufgefallen dass an der Rechnung etwas nicht gestimmt hat. Das kann passieren, Fehler passieren nun mal. Aber mit einem Kassenbon wäre es uns gleich aufgefallen. Für mich ist das Verhältnis Preis-Leistung leider ungenügend.

Essen war ok aber die Preise haben es in sich und sind meiner Meinung nach nicht gerechtfertigt!!! Service war leider nicht gut. Leere Gläser wurden gekonnt missachtet und die Beratung zu den Gerichten konnte auch nicht überzeugen. ich habe mich ein bisschen über den Tisch gezogen gefühlt, als wir am Tisch jeweils eine kleine (0,3l = 3,50€) und eine große (0,5l = 4,5) Cola bestellten und beide eine 0,33l falsche serviert bekommen haben, die am Ende dann auch 4,50€ gekostet hat. Als ich das Servicepersonal darauf angesprochen habe, meinte dieser dreist, dann hätten wir halt vorher fragen sollen was es kostet. Ich war jetzt zweimal dort und es wird definitiv kein drittes mal geben!

Drinks unterdurchschnittlich, Rotwein wurde eiskalt serviert, Steaks ok aber teuer.

...über 2 Std.auf Essen zu warten ist schon sehr heftig auf ungepolsterten und sehr beengten Sitzplätzen. Man sollte seine Reservierungen dem verfügbaren Personal anpassen. Qualitativ gibt es jedoch am Essen nichts zu beanstanden.

Essenauswahl war gut - Essen war lecker leider waren unserer Burger sowie die Hähnchen Spinat Rollen Vorspeise kalt, obwohl nicht so viel im Restaurant los war (Vorspeise war sogar innen noch gefroren).

Wir waren viel zu lange durstig und viel zu eng gesessen. Die Preise der Karte waren nicht aktuell. Getränke waren teurer als ausgezeichnet. Der Service kam nicht hinterher. Essen war gut...

Essen super, Ambiente auch. Schade 21 Uhr gab es keinen Kaffee mehr....?????. Und wenn die Gläser leer waren....tja wurde auch nicht nachgefragt ob man noch was will.....da geht denen Geld verloren, Servicekraft müsste aufmerksamer sein. Es war auch nicht viel los wo das entschuldigt hätte.

Alles top. Wir haben Online reserviert halbe Stunde vorher. Service ist super, Essen auch. Cocktails auch! 5 von 5.

Das Brickhouse hat mittlerweile schon Kultstatus! Florida Beach House vor der Haustüre. Ist für uns jedes Mal wie heimkommen u. das Brickhouse ist mittlerweile zu unserem zweiten Esszimmer geworden. Egal ob Burgervariation (frisches Hack über Lavastein gegrillt - frisch gebackene Buns in versch. Variationen), Vorspeisen (OMG Fries unbedingt probieren), Nachtisch (frisch gebackener Cookie - der Hammer). Zum Essen empfehle ich euch unbedingt den Florida Icetea - kennt fast keiner - super lecker u. fancy. Auch die homemade lemonades machen Laune. Biervariationen von Mexiko bis ins schöne Bavaria vorhanden. Und der Service ist einfach top. Man wird zu seinem Tisch geführt u. fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Sonderwünsche u. Änderungen werden gerne - ohne Aufpreis - entgegengenommen. Probiert unbedingt den Trüffel Deluxe Burger! Hammer!!! Die 5 Sterne sind in allen Kategorien redlich verdient. Weiter so!

Sau lecker und man wird satt und sitt

Wir haben dieses Restaurant zufällig gefunden. Sehr sehr nette Bedienung. Das Essen war lecker, wir hatten vegane Burger und ein Medium Steak, das laut Aussage meines Bekannten on Point war. Die alkoholfreien Cocktails kann ich nur empfehlen, vor allem den Ed von Schleck :D Immer wieder gern. 🫶🏼

Ich habe ja kein Problem mit Wartezeit, aber wenn drei Tische die nach uns da sind nicht nur vor uns essen haben, sogar schon fertig mit essen sind bevor wir unseres haben, dann ist das krass. Essen war Ok - Steak hatte ich english bestellt, gekommen ist es eher rare als english aber bei der Steak dicke kann ich drüber hinwegsehen das es etwas zu lang auf der Pfanne war. Kräuterbrot war sehr lecker. Pommes waren sehr trocken, Ketchup und Mayonnaise hatte ich keins. Konnte die Bedienung aber auch nicht nach welchen Fragen weil zwischen Essen bringen und Teller holen war sie nicht in Reichweite um sie zum Tisch zurufen. Insgesamt gesagt überlege ich es mir in Zukunft gut wieder her zu kommen. Auf der Toilette muss man aufpassen, nicht das man ausrutscht. Der Boden wird nicht gewischt sondern mit einem Eimer Wasser geflutet. Hinweis Schild gabs auch nicht. Cocktails sind süffig. Beim Zahlen gabs das gleiche Spielchen wie beim Ketchup, blöd als Gastronom wenn das Personal lieber privat Gespräche führt als zu arbeiten.

Sehr gute Burger, lecker und vor allem große Portionen, also gut überlegen was man noch dazu nimmt oder vielleicht eine Beilage teilen 😉.

Einfach nur WOW.. vom Service bis zum leckeren Essen 10 Sterne plus. Sogar länger die Küche wegen uns offen gelassen... einfach Krass dass es noch sowas gibt! Besondere Gerichte absolut frisch! DEFINITIV IN NÄCHSTER ZEIT WIEDER!
