This hotel is fantastic. Nice and clean room. Comfortable bed. Tasty brekfast with huge choices and even dessert in beautiful dining room with beautiful view. I will surely come back if I have a chance. Thank you for the fantastic service during stay.

Unfortunately there was nothing left to eat in the evening. Was always great with the kids. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Spent one night in the hotel, early booker before 3 p.m., room card in the box. Worked quite well. Too many emails from the hotel, side note. Overall it was very quiet in the hotel, only the road leading out of town was very loud. The beds were comfortable, the blankets were too warm for the time of year (midsummer). You could certainly have asked for light blankets, but we didn't get to the hotel until midnight. The shower was small but overall everything was clean. Enough for one night. The breakfast offers something for every taste, standard selection, good quality goods, still, as in many hotels, too much disposable packaging. The cappuccino from the self-service machine is good, great foam. There are good types of tea. I think the selection of bread and rolls is sufficient. Fresh fruit, ripe and tasty in a good selection. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The reception is only open at times, and checking in and out online is no problem these days. The parking lot in front of the hotel doesn't make a good impression; it lacks a bit of cleanliness and inviting character. The ashtray was overflowing in the seating area. Overall a good price-performance ratio.

Good hotel that we booked through a package deal from Legoland Germany. The family room was very neat and clean and spacious enough for 5 people. The beds were excellent and the breakfast was extensive and something for everyone!

Unfortunately not up to standard. Price performance is not right. Staff very good but everything else is at the lowest level for this price. Outdoor area very unkempt. No glasses in the room, no information folder. Breakfast no warm portion. In the breakfast room plastic tulips on the tables in August. Reception not occupied on departure. Handed the money over to an employee without a receipt.

We spent two nights in the suite. Totally uncomplicated and reliable. We felt very comfortable. The breakfast is very varied and... The atmosphere is very pleasant. The receptionist and staff were very polite, helpful and accommodating.

Rooms are okay, service is very good, breakfast buffet is also quite good with a lot of choice. Location right on a busy street, sometimes very loud at night, that's the only disadvantage in my opinion. The hotel can be recommended.

We booked here because we were visiting Peppa Pig Park with children and had a family room. A cozy car bed for the little one. Breakfast selection was sufficient, fresh and tasty. The reception area was super friendly including advice with suggestions for dinner. A new BBQ restaurant has opened 2 minutes walk (The Flame BBQ) which is highly recommended. Overall satisfied with the rooms, cleanliness and service.

After a strenuous day in Legoland you can relax well in the Kannenkeller. For dinner, the restaurants in the city center are within walking distance. There was some information about this when we checked in. The breakfast was rich. The staff at reception and at breakfast are very friendly. The room was as described and the parking lot is right next to the house.

Nice hotel, nice staff In principle there was nothing to complain about, definitely great on cooler days. Unfortunately we were unlucky and it was so abnormally hot, no air conditioning in the room... Right on the main street with the window open, very loud and one star less because there is no fridge in the room. Or cooling options. I think most of the visitors were there with children and therefore definitely visited Legoland. It was over 30 degrees and there was nowhere to keep your own drinks cold. A bottle of water for 5 people was available in the room. Definitely not enough. There is a vending machine with a sufficient selection of drinks downstairs.

Stayed here in a flat rate with Legoland. Very nice and courteous staff, delicious breakfast buffet with fresh fruit😋, so we liked it. We would be happy to come back if we get the chance. Short walk to the old town, so leave the car behind

We would receive a very friendly welcome. In addition to the room cards, we were given brief recommendations for dinner and other important information. The room was clean and spacious. Although there were a few guests there, you could hardly hear them. There was a wide selection for breakfast so everyone could find something. Even though the buffet area itself is small, there was nothing missing. It was constantly being refilled. Very nice view of the greenery for breakfast. The checkout could be done online, so we only had to hand in or insert our card.

Very dirty, spiders, bugs in the room. In the breakfast area there are a lot of spider webs, dead flies on the window sills and also on our table. We don't recommend it!

Very good breakfast. Friendly staff and a sparkling clean room. Uncomplicated check-in. Barrier-free access. Free parking directly at the hotel. If you like to sleep with the window open, you might be disturbed by the traffic on the street at night, but it depends on the location of the room. Should be clarified beforehand. Great view from the breakfast conservatory. The hotel is very easy to reach and offers every comfort for a short vacation. WiFi works without any problems. It's only a 5-minute walk to the beautiful city center on the Danube.

After a strenuous day in Legoland you can relax well in the Kannenkeller. You should also go to the banks of the Danube and take a look at the beautiful city center of Lauingen. For dinner, the restaurants in the city center or the beer garden are within walking distance. The breakfast was rich and varied and therefore a good basis for the second day in Legoland or the journey home. The staff at reception and at breakfast are very courteous and professional. The room was very clean and the parking lot is right in front of the house.

We stayed at the hotel (2 adults + a 3-year-old child) for 2 nights. We went to Legolandia and Pipsa possu park and the hotel was a suitable distance away. We arrived at six o'clock in the evening, the receptionist was really friendly and helpful. There was no dinner restaurant in the hotel (Monday and Tuesday evenings), but the receptionist guided us to open restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The hotel room was spacious, new and clean. Breakfast and the breakfast area was really lovely, with a beautiful view! What was offered at the breakfast table was fresh and delicious. The only minus was that there was no minibar/fridge in the room, where you could have kept water/snacks cold. There was also no cooling device of any kind in the room, but the windows were kindly left open when we arrived. High recommendation for this accommodation!

Clean and spacious rooms. Rooms on the ground floor are only partially barrier-free due to the raised shower and the height difference to the bathroom. Despite the main street, there is no noise in the rooms as the windows face the side. There are enough parking spaces that can be used free of charge.

We, six cyclists from Switzerland, can only highly recommend the Hotel Kannenkeller! The hotel is very quiet and is great in all respects. The rooms are very comfortable, modern and very clean. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. The staff is very helpful and extremely friendly! If we come back to this area, we will happily stay there again!

Everything fine! The reception at the reception was perfect. The receptionist was very understanding - I was stressed about appointments! She was highly professional, lovely and super friendly. Your traffic tips are worth their weight in gold. The room was nice and ideal for my purposes. All in all a perfect stay. I felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. The only downside if you're in the area on business like me is the long distance to the highway.

Very nice hotel with friendly service. About 5 minutes walk from the center with good restaurants. Rooms are in the new extension and the facilities are very good. The absolute highlight is the breakfast buffet and the view of the Danube from the winter garden! Very clean and nice rooms. The breakfast had a good selection and the coffee was to die for. It's a shame that there isn't a restaurant on site, but there is plenty of choice nearby and it's all easy to reach with a short walk. I'm already looking forward to the next time.

Hallo ! Wir wollten als fünfköpfige Familie heute Abend hier Essen gehen. Ich möchte betonen, dass die Angestellte im Restaurant sehr bemüht war freundlich zu sein! Es gibt , dass weiß ich, das Hausrecht. Aber bei der bayrischen Verordnung und auch unser Landkreis hat folgende Maßnahmen für die Gastronomie festgelegt: Schülerinnen und Schüler, die regelmäßigen Testungen im Rahmen des Schulbesuchs unterliegen, benötigen keinen Testnachweis. Im Kannenkeller hat man seine eigene Regel bezüglich der Testung von Schülern. Auch Grundschüler müssen entweder einen Schülerausweis ( den es für Grundschüler nicht gibt! Bitte erkundigen Sie sich vorher, bevor Sie solche Nachweise fordern) zeigen oder ein offiziellen Testnachweis vorlegen. Wie gesagt, Sie haben das Hausrecht, aber wenn jeder es anders macht als es in der Zeitung, Homepage des Landratsamts,…. macht die ganze Situation nicht wirklich leichter! Außerdem haben wir uns auf der Homepage des Kannenkellers vorher informiert. Hier wird nichts davon erwähnt! Ich bin normalerweise nicht so, aber so eine Willkür ärgert mich!

It took 10 minutes before someone had the time to bring us to a table. They cleaned the table however we had to wait another 15 min before they took the drinks order. Thought is was wise to order all at once. Didn’t work unfortunately, as they did not manage to bring the food. Drinks arrived however. After more than an hour I was tired of waiting. The menu is very simple with almost only burgers so how difficult could it be. All other 15 guest had their food. 10 minutes later they told me they lost the order! After more than 1.5 hour I left with my kids for McDonalds. What a disgrace !

Wij zijn hier voor 3 dagen gebleven in combinatie met Legoland. De comfort kamer was superschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien!Onze zoon van 6 sliep heerlijk op de bedbank! Er zijn ook familiekamers met luxere kamers maar voor ons was dit perfect! Het personeel is super vriendelijk en bij aankomst kregen we een folder van Launingen en de sleutel van de toren om deze te bezichtigen,het uitzicht was geweldig! Launingen zelf heeft een mooie oude kern en er zijn restaurants, drogisterijen etc volop aanwezig. Bij het hotel links is een tanksstation en supermarkt maar rij je rechts is er ook een en zelfs een Mc is dichtbij. Wij hebben 2 avonden in het hotel gegeten, heerlijk en vanaf de biergarten heb je mooi uitzicht! Het ontbijt is ivm Corona niet in buffetvorm maar wordt op een high tea wijze geserveerd op een etagere! Een feest voor het oog en de buik! Je hoeft het maar te vragen of ze halen het voor je! Geweldig! Vanaf de wintertuin heb je wederom een prachtig uitzicht op Launingen. Ikkan niet anders zeggen een geweldig hotel,legoland is 25 minuten verder, zandbak en speeltoestel aanwezig. Top ook voor doorreis of als je wil fietsen in het gebied van de Donau. Chapeau team van de Kannenkeller!

Wir hatten im Kannenkeller zu Abend gegessen und wurden angenehm überrascht, sehr freundlicher Service und frisches, leckeres Essen mit einem guten Wein mit Sicht auf die Donau. Die Karte ist übersichtlich aber völlig ausreichend.

Das Ambiente im Kannenkeller ist eine Mischung aus alt und neu. Die Ausstattung ist modern, ohne dass das Gebäude seine historischen Wurzeln verstecken würde. Es gibt eine kleine "Bierecke" um gemütlich einen Apéro zu sich zu nehmen, etwas mit dem Notebook zu arbeiten, Zeitung zu lesen oder auch Karten zu spielen. Dieser Bereich ist ein separates Nebenzimmer, so dass man dort ungestört ist. Der Hauptgastraum ist zum Teil im Gebäude, zum Teil verglaster Wintergarten mit Blick auf die Donau. Die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich, das was es gibt sind gutbürgerliche, lokale Köstlichkeiten, die von der Auswahl und den Varianten her durchaus gefallen kann. Die Steaks sind auf den Punkt, die Fischfilets saftig und besonders zu empfehlen sind die französische Zwiebelsuppe sowie die Crème Brûlée mit Eis. Die Bedienung ist immer wieder am Tisch um für Getränkenachschub zu sorgen, ohne jedoch aufdringlich zu sein. Insgesamt komme ich gerne wieder, weil geschmacklich alles gepasst hat.
