The burger was previously a 10/10, now only a 5/10. The bread was changed and made smaller, and the meat was no longer completely “smashed”. The Turkitch sauce also tastes different. The price was reduced but the customers were always satisfied with the price/performance ratio. It's a shame

Unfortunately the store is no longer what it was. Kitchen staff very unsympathetic and very rude. No more respect. Citizens have simply been replaced by cheap meat and bread. Since the reopening you've just gotten completely sick. Please replace the entire kitchen!

Fries and chicken are great but the Smach Burger wasn't my thing too much caramelized onions + normal onions just an onion burger

The burger, I had the cheeseburger, which was good, but for me the burger shop on Wolfgang-Früchtle Str. is better and much friendlier. However, the fries are nice and crispy. But for now, the Türkitch Burger is much better than in other fast food restaurants. Was there for the first time, lunch & to take away, unfortunately I feel friendly differently, despite the fact that there was nothing going on, I was given the feeling that I was disturbing. I also wanted to take the receipt with me, but unfortunately the man at the counter didn't want to give it to me, why? It was only when the man at the cash register intervened after some discussion that I got it, but the look that was given to me... I think I was killed.

I ordered from you via Uber eats and the delivery was simply delivered to a third person without verifying anything. After I contacted the delivery person, he assured me that he would call me back after clearing it up with Uber eats. I call him again and the call is transferred. The man of honor blocked me.

The hygienic conditions and the staff are a disaster. I wouldn't be surprised if it's closed again soon.

The meat was fried to death and the lamb had been in the deep fryer for too long. It's filling, I expected more for the price.

This patty was too thin, the edges were therefore dry, I don't know if that's usual, the fries were very tasty but there was too much fat and too much seasoning.

The brioche was much better. •the cheese just tastes cheap •The worst vegetable patty I've eaten in a long time. It's not that hard to get a good one in 2024 now. • Simple fried onions on the burgers; they used to be braised. So all in all, Türkitch has lost quite a bit of quality. It no longer feels like a quality burger. I would say McDonald's is almost better 😅

Formerly the best burger shop on Rotkreuzplatz. Since the renovation, however, only burgers half the size are sold with cheap burger bread from the supermarket. The taste is still good, but significantly smaller than before. Service was also friendlier. Very unfortunate.

The best burgers in Munich used to be served here. Since the reopening, absolutely boring burgers, and only half the size of before. The bread alone used to be so special and now it's no better than Aldi. The changes here were a huge mistake. What caused the successful concept from 2023 to change so drastically?

Unfortunately, by flattening the burger patties, they become very full of fat. Oh well. Fries good. Chicken fingers ok, breading tastes like papier-mâché. Main problem: it takes WAY TOO LONG for the stuff to be finished!!!

Since reopening, the buns have been significantly smaller and also taste different. They are also much oilier than before. Savings are being made at the wrong end here. Not worth it for the price anymore.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our first and last visit. Burgers are McDonald's level and absolutely not worth the money! The staff were all reasonably friendly, but we noticed at home that a portion of fries had been forgotten. With 2 burgers & 2x fries, I don't think it's anything that can go down. First of all, super nice and courteous staff! Every time the plate on which the burgers and sweet potato fries were was taken from me by the employee working at the cash register and when you pick up the food yourself you are always served very friendly. Now to eat, the burgers are absolutely fresh and tasty! I also once had the Rich Kid Burger with truffles etc. I don't think I've ever had a burger like that! Taste explosion in your mouth! The sweet potato fries are just right, not too salty and not too little salt either! Would choose Türkitch over McDonalds at any time! Be sure to stop by!

The initial intention to serve smashed Burgers in Munich was good. But for me personally, the new Burger recipe isn’t good anymore. The mix of sauce, onions, meat and patty is not in balance. Well, maybe I need to give it another try again but I guess it will be hard to convince me again.

It's a shame... unfortunately it's no longer as high quality and good as before the reopening. The price is cheaper but unfortunately so are the ingredients. And much smaller than before...Would also pay more for better quality. Not my taste anymore. There are too many burger joints for that.

After the re-opening the food quality has gone down tremendously. Before they made one of the best burgers I ever had. Today was beyond disappointing. Way too large and thin burger meat - sticking way out of the burger bun and super dry and hard to eat. No spicy ketchup on my spicy burger, no veggies. The fries had almost no salt. Sad, it used to be a great place.

Unfortunately, after the reopening, the burgers are significantly smaller and no longer taste as good. They're still good burgers, but before that they were truly world class. Maybe an option to order an XL version with the old bun? At least they have come down in price and now have a small seating area. I used to travel all over Munich for this burger - now it's no longer worth it.

'We recently ate in this restaurant and were looking forward to some delicious multigrain bread. Unfortunately we got a regular burger bun instead, which really disappointed us. It wasn't what we expected and reminded us more of a McDonald's cheeseburger. I hope the restaurant takes our criticism to heart and offers a better experience in the future. 2 burgers + 2 drinks 24€

The taste is very good, especially the Martins potato buns!! All sauces are also very nice and homemade. The owner of the shop was very nice and accommodating. Definitely coming back 🍔

Simply underground since the reopening. The burgers are only half as big and the good buns from before have been replaced by cheap run-of-the-mill buns. Now looks more like a McDonald's burger than anything else.

The burgers are now no bigger than a cheeseburger at McDonald's, and you have to pay €9 for them...Türkitch has really gambled away here. The taste is okay but still a disgrace!

A good smash burger that is definitely one of the better ones in Munich. It could be a little bigger given the price. The extra charge for the fries is worth it. Had normal and chilli cheese fries!

This was a 'Türkitch' that didn't sell any döner, only burgers. What a stupid idea. Good riddance.

After the store took forever to open (permanent construction work), it closed again after about 6 months. The three employees crowded into the very small store and often stood there looking bored. Customers were rarely there. The branch at the main train station is no longer there either (there is a new tenant). Maybe it would be good to have information here on Google as well as on the windows as to whether and when the store will open again.

Update from March 25, 2024: After I was so surprised at how good this burger was on my first try, I wanted to convince a friend this time and took the public transport through the whole city to Rotkreuzplatz and then unfortunately found that the shop was closed at 2:30 in the afternoon is! So it's a shame about the time we lost and maybe it would have been cool if the opening times were updated on Google. Wow, I really can't remember the last time I ate such an amazing burger!? No matter whether in New York or here, there has never been anyone who has stayed in my memory as fondly as this one! Fluffy bread, great sauce and mega crispy meat The house fries are also amazing!

The sweet potatoes were delicious, but the burger was swimming in oil. Never had such an oily burger before.

Wow, prices like Gordon Ramsey in Las Vegas, but the burgers might be a little bigger if you get what you pay for. I ordered and paid for a double and realized when I got home that it was so easy! Burger pretty dry! Waiting time at the stand was unacceptably long. . . Everything is made fresh. . . And I probably don't need to comment on the ambience of a snack bar.

The smashburgers are tasty but very greasy, you have to like that. It is purely a stand-up snack bar and in winter it is of course not a big hit to eat a burger standing there. You can always leave out the bacon. Halal bacon simply has no taste.

The staff is great but I find the burgers worse than 6 months ago and the queue is a a mess. Before: ordering at one window, taking out at the other, quick and easy. Now: orders and pickups at the same place, Uber Eats people also there thus huge crowd. Between the worse burger quality and wait, it's not what it used to be.

Fat, fat and more fat. The food is really fatty. I will therefore never eat here again. Absolutely not mine. The rest fits the store.

tldr: the quality has gone so far downhill, don’t waste your money. I’ve been getting burgers here almost as long as they’ve been open, and I’ve watched as the quality has consistently gone down. It’s a shame, they used to be delicious! I recently tried ordering via Uber eats and not only was half of my order missing, what was included had terrible portion sizes (see photo) or didn’t taste good. I’ve never not finished one of their burgers, but that changed today. I can’t keep risking bad burgers, going to have to find a new go-to place.

This Smashburger was more of a smash flop. The dry sesame roll (where was the brioche roll?) turned the burger into a desert adventure. Fatty to no end, as if the burger had had an oil party. And the cucumber? A misplaced vegetable in this flavor rollercoaster. For well over €10 I expect more than a burger disaster.

Never order from this place via UberEats! Times are given that are absolutely not correct and are only intended to entice the customer to order. I've ordered there 3 times now and each time I had to wait over an hour even though it said 30 minutes. Result: The food was of course cold. Every other burger restaurant can do it except Türkitch. Something different, but unfortunately it doesn't really suit my taste. Double Chees tastes mainly of cucumber and extremely peppery. The meat is interesting but quite fatty.

It's not really my thing. The patty tasted too peppery for me and it was quite greasy. The crunch on the edge may be loved by some, but that's not what I expect from a burger. Too many cucumbers that were pretty dominant. Well, now I've tried it, but I'd rather stick to the standard burger

Very good burger. Prices are ok. Unfortunately, you can currently only eat outside while standing. But the good burger was worth it.

Gestern war ich zum ersten Mal hier .. Vom außen und innen sieht der Laden Modern und sauber aus! Habe ca. 10 Minuten auf den frisch zubereiteten Burger gewartet. Dam kam er der SMASH BURGER. Das frische Brot mit seinen Körnern und der Farbe.. und dann der erste biss.. fantastisch! lecker! grandios! Wir kommen wieder. Das Highlight war der Burgerbun ein sehr wichtiges Bestandteil vom Burger. Nicht wie bei anderen Läden irgendein tiefgefrores Burgerbun das schon wochen im tk liegt.

Ich hatte den House Burger mit Bacon, dieser war schön saftig. Allerdings etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da das Bacon Helal war, nicht mit Schwein zu vergleichen sehr zäh. American Style fettig, wer das nicht abkann lieber der sollte sich lieber beim Personal nochmal erkundigen ob es eine Alternative gibt. Dazu Parmesan Pommes, an sich Pommes sehr Lecker, das Special mit dem Parmesan kann man mal probieren aber kein muss. Saucen sind Okey. Personal war sehr nett. Essen kann man nur draußen, falls viel los ist, leider kaum Platz.

Absolutely delicious! We tried the BBQ and the Classic Cheeseburger, both were better than expected! The sweet potato fries are also well worth a try, they were very well made. This is now definitely on our list of favorite burger spots and can‘t wait to try more of what they have to offer.

Vor Ort gewesen und den neuen Sucuk-Burger bestellt. Geschmacklich wirkt der Burger eher wie ein Döner da man gebackenes Brot mit Sesam drauf erhält, dennoch sehr lecker. Preislich höhere Liga. Kann man mal ausprobieren. Ich würde eher den Classic Smach Variante empfehlen. Im Winter etwas schwierig zu Essen da man dort nicht drinnen sitzen kann.

Ich habe dort einen Cheeseburger gegessen. Das Fleisch war leider arg dünn. Ok, es ist ja ein sog. "Smashed Burger", aber dafür dass das Fleisch so dünn ist, ist der Rest einfach viel zu dick - da müsste entweder das Fleisch deutlich mehr sein, oder das Brötchen deutlich dünner. Ausserdem waren die Gurken zu viele und dadurch viel zu intensiv. Und leider war auch der Käse nicht geschmolzen. Aber immerhin war das Fleisch an sich ziemlich gut und auch das Brötchen, aber den Standard Cheeseburger kann ich leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Burger sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet, Personal freundlich und professionell. Reiner Strassenverkauf, daher Ambiente naturgemäß eher mittel.

Das Essen war wirklich super gut. Der Burger hatte einen sehr saftigen Geschmack und die Pommes waren Top. Leider wurde an dem Tag der Bestellung vor Ort uns mitgeteilt, dass wir eine Wartezeit von gut 40 Minuten haben, obwohl maximal 1-2 Kunden vor uns standen. Hier wurden zuerst sämtliche Lieferdienst Bestellungen abgearbeitet, was sehr nervig ist, da es an dem Tag eisig kalt war. Zudem gibt es hier nur Stehplätze draußen. Ich weis junge Leute, lässiges Klima und so, was total in Ordnung ist, aber die Kleiderordnung war etwas fragwürdig. Mindestens ein Pullover/T-Shirt mit dem Firmenlogo wäre angebracht gewesen. Hab mich gefühlt wie im Jugendzentrum. Gut, hier geht es ums Essen und das kann ich definitiv empfehlen!

Wir haben heute zum ersten Mal den Smash Burger bei Türkitch probiert. Geschmacklich war er wirklich gut, leider war er uns dann im Nachhinein viel zu deftig. Die Pommesportion ist riesig, waren aber geschmacklich auch überzeugend.

Wir wollten unsere Nachbarn heute besuchen und haben uns verschiedene Burger mitgenommen. Der Service ist okay und wir hatten das Glück nicht allzu lange gewartet zu haben. An sich ist der Burger sehr groß und die Pommes sehr lecker. Das einzige, was ich bemängeln würde, wäre wie in den anderen Rezensionen das zu viele Öl. Durch diese Menge an Öl wirkt der Burger einfach zu deftig, weshalb man auch die frische vom Salat nicht schmeckt. Leckerer Burger!

Super leckere Burger und Fries. Aber die Wartezeiten sind unterirdisch. Außerdem werden Freunde des Besitzers zeitlich schneller abgewickelt, und Lieferdienste auch. Da dauert ein Burger easy mal 40 Minuten. Und dann sind die Pommes kalt oder umgekehrt. Ist in Ordnung wenn man sich rein setzen könnte. Aber reines to- go- Geschäft - schwierig! Trotzdem die Burger sind wirklich wirklich gut!

Dieser Türkitch ist wirklich zu empfehlen.. der Laden ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut zu erreichen. Bedienung war ein netter Mann und hat auch sehr freundlich meine Bestellung entgegengenommen! Die smash Burger 🍔 waren super 👍 Werde bestimmt mal wieder vorbeischauen.

Wir mussten ewig auf unseren Burger „to go“ warten. Neben uns beschwerten sich auch einige andere Gäste. Fast Food ist das nicht. Auch das Service Personal war eher patzig als verständnisvoll. Aber der Burger war super lecker und ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Die Burger sind lecker, nicht die Besten aber auch nicht die schlechtesten Burger der Stadt. Solides Mittelfeld. Bei Essen zum Mitnehmen ist eine Wartezeit von 15-20 Minuten dann doch etwas zu viel.

Ein kulinarisches Meisterwerk: Der Smashed Burger! Mein Geschmackserlebnis im Türkisch hat eine neue Dimension erreicht, als ich den Smashed Burger probiert habe. Dieser Burger ist ohne Zweifel ein wahres Juwel in der Welt der Gastronomie. Der erste Eindruck zählt, und dieser Burger hat mich bereits bei der Ankunft beeindruckt. Er wurde mit einer kreativen Präsentation serviert, die mein Interesse weckte. Sobald ich ihn in die Hand nahm, spürte ich die einzigartige Textur des handgemachten, frisch gebackenen Brötchens. Es war nicht zu groß, was perfekt zu einem Smashed Burger passt, denn dieser Burger dreht sich um Qualität, nicht um Quantität. Der Geschmack war schlichtweg sensationell. Das Fleisch wurde auf der heißen Grillplatte so perfekt gebraten, dass es außen knusprig und innen saftig war. Der Schmelzkäse verschmolz nahtlos mit dem Fleisch, während das frische Gemüse einen erfrischenden Kontrast bot. Doch das wahre Geheimnis war die hausgemachte Sauce, die diesem Burger eine unvergleichliche Würze und Tiefe verlieh. Der Smashed Burger war nicht nur ein kulinarischer Genuss, sondern auch ein visuelles Spektakel. Die Präsentation war so ansprechend, dass ich fast zögerte, hineinzubeißen. Aber als ich es endlich tat, wurde ich von einer Geschmacksexplosion regelrecht überwältigt. Die Portion war großzügig, sodass ich jeden Bissen genießen konnte, ohne mich gehetzt zu fühlen. Dieser Burger war der Inbegriff von Perfektion und Genuss. Das Personal im Türkisch verdient ebenfalls Lob. Sie waren aufmerksam, freundlich und kannten sich bestens mit ihrem Handwerk aus!
