Butty Burger in Pullach i.Isartal

Haben über Lieferando bestellt. Das Essen kam 2 Stunden später, war kalt und Pommes wie Karton. Der Fahrer hat uns versucht zu erpressen und wollte uns das essen nur ausliefern wenn wir ihm 10€ extra als Liefergebühr zahlen ( zu den schon inbegriffenen Preis und Liefergebühren). Wir mussten den Chef anrufen um an unser essen zu kommen ( nach 12 uhr nachts) Vor Ort hat der Fahrer dass Essen zunächst auf den Fußgängerweg gestellt, ohne zu klingeln. Wir haben dass durchs Fenster beobachtet und haben uns die Tüte geholt. Da wartete aber schon der Fahrer in seinem Wagen um nochmal einen Streit zu initiieren und zu Beleidigen. Die Bestellung war mehr als entäuschend, zu mal nichtmal vollständig. Extras und saucen haben gefehlt. Das essen war unnötig fettig und ranzig. Mehr als entäuschend, wir werden dort nichtmehr Bestellen.

Ob Döner oder Pizza, ich war bisher immer absolut zufrieden. Auch Lieferung war immer zügig. Empfehlenswert!

1,5 Stunden auf das Essen gewartet – absolut inakzeptabel. Dann ruft der Fahrer an und verlangt, dass wir auf die Straße kommen, um das Essen abzuholen. Als mein Mann draußen stand, fing der Fahrer plötzlich an, lautstark mit ihm zu streiten, weil wir zuvor angerufen und nach unserem Essen gefragt hatten. Besonders schlimm: Seine kleine Tochter saß im Auto und musste das Ganze mit anhören. Mein Mann hat sich nur wegen des Kindes zurückgehalten. So ein unprofessionelles und respektloses Verhalten habe ich noch nie erlebt. Nie wieder. Nachtrag: Fahrer rief an kommen sie raus ich in 3min da, mein Mann ist auf dem Weg nach draußen werde ich angerufen vor den 3min und angemeckert, wo wir bleiben. Haben Kamera vor der Einfahrt, kann man alles nachvollziehen. Anstatt Entschuldigung noch Lügen verbreiten. Außerdem hatte ich und meine Familie nachts schreckliche Bauchschmerzen und Durchfall vom Essen.

Wir haben die Rindfleischburger probiert, die für den Preis sehr gut geschmeckt haben. Wir können die Burger auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Es gibt nur 15 Sitzplätze.

Sehr gute Burger und super Beilagen! Essen war zur angegebenen Zeit fertig zum Abholen. Bei „Burgerhunger“ auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Disgusting! There was some kind of piece of paper, cardboard, or something similar mixed into the meat in the burger. I'd never gone there before, but I thought I'd try a burger. I went there ONCE and there was something in the food!

Perfect Halal Burger Delivery! I ordered from The Burgery House Halal for the first time today and I'm really impressed. The delivery to Pullach was fast and the food arrived piping hot – which isn't always the case with burgers. We had two halal burgers and a portion of fries. The burgers were super juicy, the buns soft and fresh, and the cheese perfectly melted. You can really taste that the meat is 100% halal and freshly prepared. The fries were crispy and not greasy – really good for a halal fast-food restaurant. The price-performance ratio is excellent, and the quality is truly top-notch for a delivery. The food is great, we often eat burgers or kebabs there on a very large plate, and the freshness of the products and good quality meat are always important to me, and that's what it is there for. The only drawback is the place itself. It's clear that it needs renovation, because the interior looks a bit off-putting, but the food is beyond reproach, I recommend trying it.

We were there recently and wanted to see if we could buy a beer. When we asked, we were very rudely dismissed with a "it's not halal, after all." That's fine with me; I'm also aware that alcohol isn't halal, but the previous owner did serve beer. So it wasn't far-fetched to assume that they might still be selling beer there. It was simply extremely rude; it could have been said in a more reasonable tone, and we would have understood it the same way. We simply asked very politely. That's the end of Bürger House for me, too bad.

Although our order via the app initially went unanswered, everything was quickly prepared and delivered after our call. Classic fast food - perfectly prepared! The burger patties were fresh and not frozen. The fries were super crispy and really delicious. The guacamole was made with fresh avocados and topped with tomatoes and jalapenos (unfortunately a bit too spicy for us), but it was also very tasty. All in all, it's a really good place to order. Addendum: a Smash Burger version would be great.

Delivery took over 2 hours. Some of the burger meat was raw, even though I specifically wrote that it should be cooked well. When I called to inquire about the status of the delivery, I was told quite briskly that I should be patient. I wouldn't order again!

We can only agree with the positive reviews about the new shop owner! Yesterday we ordered our Valentine's Day meal here - and it was simply amazing. The burgers were not only warm, but also attractively prepared. Despite the 10 km drive to us, the fries remained hot and crispy and not at all soggy. There was a small mishap during delivery: we received the wrong muffin, but there was applesauce. All in all, we are thrilled and will definitely visit the restaurant in person. Hopefully the Google rating will increase soon so that no one is fooled by the old stars.

Don't be fooled by the bad reviews, they must have been from the previous owner. I can't explain it otherwise. I eat a lot of burgers and apart from the fact that it is Helal, the meat tastes very good and everything was freshly prepared (waiting for about 10 minutes) the service was also very nice. I can't say anything about the ambience. Delivery top and on time, burgers hot. But the sauce doesn't make the burger experience great. It's better to switch to standard sauces like mustard, ketchup or barbecue and then you can choose others that would make the burgers really good and a little more salt 🤙🏻 Lots of potential, but still room for improvement guys 💪🏼

I haven't written anything bad for a very long time, but after the food here and intestinal problems it's impossible to write anything good. Four people ate and all four had stomach and intestinal pain. Very bad. It's a pity that there are such public feeding points. Es ist lange her, dass ich etwas Schlechtes geschrieben habe, aber nach dem Essen hier und den Darmproblemen ist es unmöglich, etwas Gutes zu schreiben. Vier Personen aßen und alle vier hatten Magen- und Darmschmerzen. Sehr schlecht. Shame, dass es solche öffentlichen Futterstellen gibt.

I was in the kebab shop recently and was absolutely thrilled! The burgers are incredibly tasty - juicy meat, grilled to perfection, and the buns are fresh and fluffy. I ordered something to eat. The food only came after 1 hour and 20 minutes! The burger is not cooked through and tastes very old because the driver was on the road for 1 hour and 20 minutes!!!

Delivered as announced. The food was very tasty. You could also offer the buns more individually. Brioche certainly always makes things better in my opinion, but that's complaining at a high level.

Delivery takes extremely long. I ordered a full hour before closing time and it arrived two hours later. The number given at Lieferando and on the website was also fundamentally unreachable. The burger was incredibly bad (I hardly have any standards lol) and the so-called “rucola salad” consisted of five rocket leaves and the remains of the kebab filling (i.e. some meat and the stale leftover vegetables from the day). The fries and the like were soggy and didn't come with any sauces or anything. Finally, the whole food was completely cold. Really an absolute waste of money. I completely regret it and beg everyone to stop putting money into this dirty shop.

Es ist unter Lieferando als Golden Burgerhouse, denke ich zumindest, da ich es sonst unter Google nicht finde. Dort haben die auch eine 4,3 bewertung - die stimmt eher zu. Top Burger, vielleicht die besten in der Stadt, und sehr freundliches Personal. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen. (die 1stern bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvolziehen - habe nie was falsches bekommen und habe bereits über ein duzen mal bestelt)

Etwas Teuer, aber dass ist es sowas von Wert und es wird schnell geliefert! Top, bestelle hier jetzt öfter.
