Das Bier ist nach all den Jahren immer sehr gut! Ich liebe den Stationsweizen. Absolute Empfehlung. ABER das Essen ist hochpreisig und lässt zu wünschen übrig. Beim Schweinebraten muss man zwei Mal hinschauen, um die Knödel als solche zu erkennen. Beim Sommersalat stand zwar geröstetes Baguette, aber es fehlte. Erst auf mehrfache Nachfrage gab es dann pro Portion zwei Baguettescheibchen. Wie bereits gesagt, das Bier ist hervorragend. Zum Essen sollte man sich ein anderes Lokal suchen.

Das Essen war leider sehr mittelmäßig bis schlecht: Salat ertrank in Sauce, Käsespätzle angebraten und die Burger waren hart wie Schuhsole. Gut waren das Tartar und der Backhendlsalat.

🤩 In principle, I'm not a brewery goer... I don't drink beer... that's usually part of it. Today I'm in the Isartaler Brauhaus for the first time and everything is delicious. The Tartuffo Ice Cream Pistachio is particularly excellent. Never eaten as good as here. My compliments to the chef. My husband's roast pork also looked delicious, my salad was good... but that's just salad most of the time, you can't go wrong here. I just don't eat pork and not in the evening anyway.

We went there as a family for dinner. Both the service and the ambience are absolutely impeccable. The former train station is a very nice location with the style of a modern, but still traditional brewery restaurant. The food was also very good: we had roast pork and plaice once. Only the side dishes could be a little more. This makes little difference to the costs for the restaurant, but makes the guests fuller. :) All in all, again at any time!

I went here for dinner with work colleagues because we were going to a trade fair the day after. We really liked the atmosphere. Everything is beautifully decorated, well maintained and very clean. The service is very professional and friendly. What also impressed us was that they brew their own beer. Veal schnitzel and beer tasted very good. The high quality was highly commendable. The prices are correspondingly a little more expensive. The only criticism is that the portions could be a bit larger for the price. Conclusion: If you would like to enjoy a delicious meal and beer in peace and are more concerned about quality rather than quantity, I would recommend this restaurant. In any case, we would like to come back when we are nearby.

The visit to the Isartal Brauhaus was definitely worth it, it was very tasty, the Kaiser Wiener Schnitzel and the oven-fresh apple strudel are particularly recommended. Hats off to the waiter. Condition was very good and accommodating. Bad service. When it comes to vegan food, there is nothing vegan. People say bad things about the dish of the day and tell you to order something more expensive. Card payment only from 50 euros.

We were there today with a larger group. We had already asked by phone whether there was anything to eat for a person who follows a vegan diet. They said very bluntly that you could make any kind of dumplings. On site then with significantly more unfriendliness. All vegetarian dishes contain animal products, although they are also listed under vegan dishes on the menu. When asked whether one could simply leave out the sour cream - it shouldn't be a problem - the answer was: no, it's a dish. They don't change that. You can then only eat a side salad and fries. Das charmante Restaurant liegt praktisch direkt an der S-Bahn. Leider war die Stimmung von unserer Bedienung nicht die Beste - auch die (kleinen) Salate sind das Geld nicht wert (absolut überteuert bei über 18 Euro).Die Fleischgerichte sind ausreichende Portionen.

Richtig feines Brauhaus bayerischer Art. Die Karte sehr ausgewogen gibt wohl jeden, was er mag. Im Internet habe ich nur die Standardkarte gefunden. Da gab es vor Ort dann noch ein paar schöne Überraschungen.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr gut und der junge Mann, der uns bedient hat, war überaus höflich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. ABER sehr unhöflich und unfreundlich war der Angestellte, der mit der Vergabe der Plätze beauftragt war. Nachdem wir, zwei Frauen, nicht reserviert hatten, wurde uns der Tisch neben dem Eingang zur Küche zugeteilt. Dort wollten wir nicht sitzen und baten deshalb um Plätze an einem anderen Tisch. Der Angestellte wurde unfreundlich und unwirsch und erklärte uns, alle Plätze im Lokal wären reserviert. Dann fand er doch noch freie Plätze im hinteren Teil des Lokals. Dort nahmen wir dann Platz und stellten fest, dass kein einziger der Tische reserviert war. Auch 2 Stunden später waren fast alle der Tische noch frei. Sehr unfreundlich legte uns der Angestellte 2 Speisekarten auf das Tischende, die durften wir uns selber holen.

Toller Ambiente, leider sehr laut wenn mehrere Tische belegt sind. Service ist ok, könnte aber aufmerksamer sein. Preis-/Leistung stimmt leider nicht! - kleine Portion - welche geschmacklich in Ordnung war - für viel Geld.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Die Gerichte sind gut, und die Portionen ausreichend. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Bier ist aus eigener Herstellung und schmeckt ausgezeichnet. Die Preise sind für mein Verständnis allerdings zu hoch, da gibt es im Umkreis besseres Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Über viele Jahre hat es mir, meinen Gästen von nah und fern gut gefallen. Leider liess die Qualität nach. Hatte ausserdem einen Ober, der alles andere als höflich war.

Wir waren zu zweit beim Essen und hatten den Brauhausburger sowie frische Pfifferlinge in Rahmsauce mit Semmelknödel. Beide Gerichte waren gut, aber nicht herausragend. Mit dem Service waren wir zufrieden. Die Bierpreise waren doch arg hoch! (5,70 € für 0,5 l)

Super Service, sehr zuvorkommend. Mega lecker, keine lange Wartezeit. Portionen machen satt und dass eigens gebraut isartaler bahnhifsbräu ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Gebe es mehr wie 5 Sterne, würden wir diese auch geben 😊

Ich war schon Jahre nicht mehr hier. Ein neuer Eigentümer/Betreiber hat einiges geändert. Die Toiletten sind Pico Bello! Am Waschbecken fährt sogar eine echte kleine Eisenbahn vorbei! Am Abstell-Gleis, das zur Gaststätte gehört, steht ein cooler Triebwagen, den man vom neuen Eigentümer auch für Events mieten kann! Auf der Terasse am Bahndamm kann man auch sehr schön sitzen! Der Obatzte war sehr gut! Die 11,50 Euro hat der Oabatzte auch kürzlich im „BAD“ an der Theresienwiese kostet. Die Brezen waren frisch und sehr gut! Der vor Ort gebraute Maibock war sehr süffig! Der Kellner Marco und auch das andere Personal war sehr professionell und zuvorkommend! (mit "Lederhosn"!) Der coole Nebenraum und der Wintergarten-Glasbau seitlich vom Gebäude ist sehr gut für kleine Veranstaltungen geeignet. Ideal: S-Bahn ist Direkt vor der Türe! Dann kann man auch mal schnell hinfahren, und ein Bier mehr trinken! Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Location ist absolut zu empfehlen!

Ich kenne das Isartaler Brauhaus (früher Isarbräu) nun schon seit der Eröffnung vor über 20 Jahren. Auch nun unter der neuen Leitung kann ich nur sagen: Topp! Ein Tipp natürlich das selbst gebraute Weißbier… und der Brauhausburger.. wird Top zubereitet. Being one of the first inhouse-breweries this restaurant is situated just next to the city train rails, which accounts for train-noise every 20 minutes or so, but has not disturbed us. They brew their own beer and add new varieties every year. Food is typically Bavarian and of slightly above average quality. Unfortunately, the menu on their website is quite different from the actual menu and you have to argue with the waiter, for example, why they don't serve Weißwurst (Bavarian white sausage) at 1pm. Otherwise, the service was extremly friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. Prices, however, are on the higher side, hence value for money is only average.

You'll find the traditional Bavarian fare here (which tends to be meat heavy) but I ordered the asparagus soup and salad which was made with delectable fresh ingredients. Our waiter made our night. He was friendly and funny. Our food arrived in good time and everything was served hot.

Wir (2 Familien 4 Erw. + 3 Kinder (5 + 2x 8 Jahre) waren hier am Samstag zum Abendessen. Das Lokal ist toll eingerichtet und sieht wirklich sehr einladend aus. Nach dem Impf-/Genesenencheck konnten wir uns einen schönen Tisch aussuchen. Zu Essen gab es verschiedene Gerichte (Wiener Schnitzel, Salat mit Rind, Zwiebelrostbraten, Wöllner Schnitzel und Rinderherz) Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker und die Portionen wirklich top. Alles hat frisch geschmeckt. Nur am Service hat es etwas gehapert. Wir konnten ewig nicht bestellen, da die Bedienung (ältere Dame) nicht mehr wieder gekommen ist. Irgendwann haben wir uns einen der flotten jungen Herren geschnappt und schon hat alles gut geklappt. Dieses Spielchen mussten wir leider mehrmals wiederholen bei Nachbestellungen, usw.

Wir waren nun seit langem wieder im Brauhaus. Weil es so schön war und lecker gleich zweimal kurz hintereinander. Ein Muss ist das Stationsweizen. Das ist einfach genial. Nicht hefig, nicht bananig, und sehr gut bekömmlich. Da gingen sogar 4 Biere pro Nase.🙈 Im Sommer unbedingt das summer sub ale testen. Leicht, süffig, suchtgefahr.😁👌 Die Spareribs und der Kaiserschmarrn, eine Sünde. Einfach nur gut. Bedienung sehr freundlich und das Wirtshaus sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir kommen sehr bald wieder!!!

Also hier passt einfach alles! Essen und Bier sind Spitze, die Bedienung aufmerksam und sehr nett und auch das Ambiente im alten Bahnhof ist top. Noch dazu ist es typisch bayerisch und nicht so überfüllt wie in den Touristenfallen in der Innenstadt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder wenn wir in München oder in der Nähe sind…

Wir waren mit einem amerikanischen Gast hier, der gerne ein echtes bayerisches Lokal besuchen wollte, und es hat allen geschmeckt. Die Tische im Innenraum standen corona-konform weit auseinander, der Service war sehr freundlich und versuchte sogar, alles auf Englisch zu erklären. Das selbst gebraute Bier hat uns ebenfalls geschmeckt! Alles bestens, wir kommen gerne wieder!

I took my mom there because she wanted Bavarian food and some colleagues recommended the place. We arrived after lunch as I have a new born baby and was looking for a less busy time. We arrived and asked to sit inside because it was too windy for my baby, the place was a bit empty and the waitress received us with a bad mood she looked at us up and down and offered us to sit outside. I explained her again that I wanted to sit inside because of my baby, she noticed my German was not perfect and she called me a word (I will not repeat it) in low voice thinking I did not understand the Bavarian dialect. My mom noticed I was upset but I did not want to ruin her wish of eating in this place so I pretended nothing happened. Anyway, we got a table and waited over 20 minutes after which no one came to take our order even when there was a table next to us with people and a waiter serving them. We asked several times to see the menu and got told „in a moment” 2 times. My mom was so upset that we left. I really hope this was only bad luck with the personnel taking care at that time and not a recurrent situation as according to my colleagues food is good.

Quite nice sitting outside, the meat was industrial meat of poorest quality, no taste at all, dry, and when you tried to chew, it sort of squeaked between the teeth, side dishes (Reiberdatschi and vegetables) were OK, too much oil though. As I was really hungry I told the water who offered the same plate which I refused, as the meat would have been the same, I ate the side dishes and maybe a quarter of the meat, which was not much anyway, and the I had to pay the whole price. Generally quite expensive, but the quality of the food does not correspond to the price level. I prefer to go to other beer gardens in the not far away who have excellent quality food like Sollner Hof and Hirschen, both in Solln.

Set alongside the railway line, this bar has good character. It serves its own wheat beer but only Hacker Pschorr hell, which is not the best German lager to be had in Munich. Menu of hearty German food which looked good.
