Sehr gutes Nachmittagsbier genossen.

Wunderschönes nach traditionellem Vorbild eingerichtetes Braugasthaus. Abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte, recht schchmackhaftes Essen. Der Service war freundlich und flott - allerdings waren nur wenige Gäste da. Lohnt sich auf alle Fälle!

Leckeres Essen, tolle Biere, freundlicher Service. Ich was wohl nicht zum letzten Mal dort.

Bratkartoffel leider verbrannt, ansonsten war das Essen sehr gut.

Gutes Essen, freundliche Bedienung und ein außergewöhnliches Lokal das direkt an der S-Bahn Haltestelle Isartalbahnhof liegt. Ach ja, das Bier ist Hausbrau und sauguad.

Sehr schöne Gaststätte mit eigener Brauerei. Das selbstgebraute Weißbier ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Essen war gut und im mittleren Preissegment. S-Bahn-Anbindung direkt hinter der Gaststätte. Die Gegend rundum super zum wandern/spazieren gehen. Alles top.

Super schön und das Essen einfach nur lecker! Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm, das Personal freundlich und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl und willkommen.

Haben Fleischpflanzerl mit Wirsinggemüse und Filetpfanne mit frisch gemachten Spätzle gegessen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden alles frisch und sehr guter Geschmack. Der Kellner sehr freundlich und flott. Da kommen wir gerne wieder.

Bestellte eine Suppe mit Rinderbrühe. Und einen Saibling. Statt Rinderbrühe gab es eine Hügnersuppe. Statt Saibling Forelle. Beide Gerichte war in Ordnung

Their wheat beer is, in my opinion, the best in all of Munich. Definitely 5 stars for that. The vegetarian food is okay, but nothing special and not very extensive. The selection is very limited. Poor for vegans. Unfortunately, I've twice found myself standing in front of locked doors, even though I was definitely there during opening hours. There was nothing about this on their website either. Otherwise, the location is excellent and perfectly accessible by S-Bahn (suburban train).

Decorated in a beer hall style. Very pleasant for me. The beer and fried chicken salad were good. The service was attentive and Italian.

We love coming here for spare ribs, they didn't disappoint!

Very disappointing. Instead of cured salmon, I clearly received smoked salmon from a package. When I pointed this out, the waiter simply replied, "Okay, what can I do?" – without offering a solution or an apology. Despite this, we still had to pay for everything. Other dishes were far too salty, and special requests were met with reluctance. Poor service, poor quality.

On my second visit after almost 1.5 years, I have to revise my rating downwards. The food has declined in quality. And one server for an estimated 70 people is rather insufficient.

We stopped for drinks at the Isartaler Brauhaus and were absolutely delighted! The place is beautifully and comfortably furnished – a real eye-catcher from the outside and just as inviting inside. You can see the brewing kettles as soon as you walk in, which is quite impressive, since they brew their own beer. 🍺 The waiter was very friendly and attentive. The concept, with the train station right next door and their own brewing theme, is perfectly integrated throughout the entire place – simply well-rounded and lovingly executed. We didn't eat anything, but we'll definitely be back for a meal! 👏🍻

A very nice restaurant with lots of model trains, even in the restrooms :-) The food was delicious, and the brewery itself is impeccably clean. Thanks also to the very friendly waiters and waitresses. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

We, a local couple, who have been enjoying our meal here until now, had roast pork and pork tenderloin. At 12:00 noon, we waited 45 minutes for our food to be served. With the pork tenderloin "offer" only one dumpling?? The second dumpling was forgotten for the roast pork, the roast had fewer slices than last time. The coleslaw and roast were delicious as always. The waiter, who seems to be very popular with his regulars, played it off as normal and then brought two "napkin dumpling slices," but offered a drink instead of a drink without being asked. On our last visit, we were charged twice for our debit card payment (the debit card apparently didn't work, then we also charged cash), which was immediately corrected after further discussion. Another visit???

Anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Munich's big city is in good hands here. Tasty food, good beer, and a cozy atmosphere. The prices are reasonable, too! The S-Bahn connection is ideal, of course.

One of Munich's best breweries! Best service in a long time and incredibly delicious food. The freshly brewed beer and the seasonal menu were particularly special! We had the meat noodles, which were very fresh and juicy. Highly recommended. We'll be back.

The service was very friendly and attentive, and the food (lion ribs, meatballs, and roast pork) was delicious, with generous portions! For dessert, the various ice creams were also delicious. Everything was top-notch!

Chanterelles (not enough) in too much sauce with two slices of dumplings for 20 euros were NOT satisfactory. The urinal wasn't clean. The waiter took the money early (we were closing) at 9 p.m. 140 euros for 4 people. Oh well...

It's been a long time since we've been to Isartaler. The Stationsweizen is still amazing, and the service is good, but we waited forever for our food. The fried chicken salad was very small. For the price, the plate should have offered a bit more, both in terms of quantity and presentation. Obviously, the kitchen had to work quickly. Hence, only one star for the food.

The small area in front of the restaurant has been cleverly transformed into a cozy beer garden. Here, you can relax in the shade and feast to your heart's content. The beer brewed here may not suit every taste, but of course, the popular standard varieties are also available. Inside the inn, you can marvel at the impressive brewing kettles. The restaurant skillfully combines modern elements with traditional charm, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The spare ribs were once again particularly tender and flavorful.

Very nice, very pleasant atmosphere. Excellent wheat beer (brewed in-house). We had a delicious salad, one with asparagus and buffalo mozzarella, the other with roasted mushrooms. Now they're serving Kaiserschmarrn (smothered pancakes). And coffee, which we didn't even order, but the waiter knows his stuff. They love what they do.

Absolute no-go in the catering industry! 😡 How can it be that a waiter serves sick? In my opinion that's not possible at all! Particularly in the catering industry, where food is handled, certain hygiene rules must be adhered to. How can both the waiter and the innkeeper be responsible for something like this? I really ask myself: If something like this is already tolerated, what about the hygiene standards that you can't directly see? The waiter knew full well that he was sick - he even said to a guest: "Please don't come close to me, I have a cold." Despite this, he continued to serve food and drinks, coughing every 30 seconds and constantly sniffling. Stay at home if you are sick! I actually always enjoyed being there, but after this experience I seriously wonder what the hygiene is like in other areas of the company. Think this was my last visit... PS: I'm sick now too 😡

We were there at lunchtime. A great cozy atmosphere. The quality of the food was very high and delicious and the in-house 🍺 beer was also very good. Friendly staff. We would come again. Price performance also fits.

So I was here for the first time. The atmosphere is very cozy, very spacious and really warm in winter. The food was very good every time we were here. The beer tastes very good. Price? Well, where is it today? Cheap, but for the price you get a really good portion and very tasty. You just really have to plan time. The restaurant wasn't even half full but we had to wait more than half an hour for food. That was the only minus

Austrian-Bavarian inn, directly at the Großhesselohe-Isartalbahnhof S-Bahn stop and in the direction of Grünwald/Harlaching near the Großhesseloher Bridge, in the historic Isartalbahn station building. If you breathe Bavarian railway history in and around the building, you will be greeted by the classic Austrian tavern tradition from the Kuchl with Tafelspitz from Tauernrind, Wiener Schnitzel with potato and bird salad, Salzburger Nockerl, Grüner Veltliner, Almdudler and many other delicacies of the Austro-Hungarian monarchy. A combination of white-blue and red-white-red flags on the wall would be a nice addition as decoration... For lovers of Austrian tavern culture, which suits Upper Bavaria so much better than currywurst and herring herring, an absolute recommendation, almost a must. The staff is super friendly, the boss is Austrian, who’s surprised… 🇦🇹👍

Turning an old train station into a restaurant is certainly a challenge. There is even a small brewery integrated here and as a guest you can experience an insight into the art of brewing in the Isar Valley. The meal, from the starter soup to the main course to the Bavarian Kaiserschmarrn with homemade apple compote as dessert, was a single tasteful experience. Everything came fresh and very hot from the kitchen, was cooked to perfection and was of absolutely high quality. In addition, the service was outstanding, friendly and very attentive. No matter whether the waiters or the bar waiter or bartender. In addition to the service and the food, the friendliness towards the children is particularly emphasized. The restaurant was well attended and there was a large event in the hall. Nevertheless, all wishes were taken into account and the four children present were well looked after. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. In terms of price, like almost everywhere else these days, it's a bit higher. However, you really get a great restaurant here with great quality and service team. You can get over the fact that it is a little more expensive. Conclusion: Absolute recommendation

I found the service and ambience good, it was cozy. Unfortunately there are no vegan dishes at all. This should actually be standard these days.

Ich war mit einem Geschäftspartner dort zum Abendessen. Das Essen und der Service waren erwartungsgemäß sehr gut, mind. 4*. Der insgesamt positive Eindruck wurde dann durch die Rechnung geschmälert, weil dort ein Espresso Macchiato satte fünf (5) Euro kostet, - m.M.n. eine unverschämte Abzocke.

This brewery serves burgers with a touch of homeland love: juicy meat, crispy bread and a sauce to die for! Plus a Kaiserschmarrn that is reminiscent of Grandma's recipe - light, fluffy and with a hint of powdered sugar. The innkeeper serves with a lot of humor and a charming saying on his lips. Here you can experience Bavaria in its purest form and are guaranteed to go home full and happy! Gladly again.

30€ per person for main course + 2 station wheat is OK. The ambience is good. Food was very tasty and stationary wheat.

The Isartaler Brauhaus is a great place for weddings and other events: beautiful rooms, very good food and friendly service. The committed musicians of the samba group MÜNCHNER RUHESTÖRUNG felt very comfortable there.

Great place in a lovely building, with fabulous food and beer

Service was largely ok, but honestly two people in service when the store is full is simply not enough. The dish I ordered was a burger Which was served after an hour with cold fries. After complaining to the service, the dish was taken back to the kitchen and was later served with warm fries (rock hard) and a burger that was also only rock hard in the microwave with gratinated cheese in the crispy version on the burger. All in all, a burger from MC would have been more palatable. Conclusion expensive and bad.,. Not recommended in my opinion!

Das Bier ist nach all den Jahren immer sehr gut! Ich liebe den Stationsweizen. Absolute Empfehlung. ABER das Essen ist hochpreisig und lässt zu wünschen übrig. Beim Schweinebraten muss man zwei Mal hinschauen, um die Knödel als solche zu erkennen. Beim Sommersalat stand zwar geröstetes Baguette, aber es fehlte. Erst auf mehrfache Nachfrage gab es dann pro Portion zwei Baguettescheibchen. Wie bereits gesagt, das Bier ist hervorragend. Zum Essen sollte man sich ein anderes Lokal suchen.

Das Essen war leider sehr mittelmäßig bis schlecht: Salat ertrank in Sauce, Käsespätzle angebraten und die Burger waren hart wie Schuhsole. Gut waren das Tartar und der Backhendlsalat.

We were there 3 days ago and ordered burgers. Very attentive service good beer. However, the citizen is only suitable as a laxative. 2 days of diarrhea are to be taken into account when “enjoying” this piece of An(g)us beef. Rotten flesh.

🤩 In principle, I'm not a brewery goer... I don't drink beer... that's usually part of it. Today I'm in the Isartaler Brauhaus for the first time and everything is delicious. The Tartuffo Ice Cream Pistachio is particularly excellent. Never eaten as good as here. My compliments to the chef. My husband's roast pork also looked delicious, my salad was good... but that's just salad most of the time, you can't go wrong here. I just don't eat pork and not in the evening anyway.

We went there as a family for dinner. Both the service and the ambience are absolutely impeccable. The former train station is a very nice location with the style of a modern, but still traditional brewery restaurant. The food was also very good: we had roast pork and plaice once. Only the side dishes could be a little more. This makes little difference to the costs for the restaurant, but makes the guests fuller. :) All in all, again at any time!
