I ordered a pizza with arugula - it arrived cold without any arugula 🥲

Food arrived after over 1 hour on a normal wet day, cold of course. The pizzas were small, dry, poorly topped, tasteless and expensive. I've never eaten such bad pizza. I eat in a restaurant tens of times better and cheaper, with service! Call a Pizza is dead for me.

I was so happy back then and enjoyed ordering food from Joker. There's probably a new chef now or he's slowed down. I'm sorry to say I don't usually complain, but I've ordered a casserole several times now where the broccoli wasn't cooked through or the potatoes weren't done. Today I ordered again because I wanted to give them a chance and the casserole was cold and the broccoli was hard. When I called the store, an employee told me stupidly that it was warmed up in a 500 degree oven and couldn't be. I said they were welcome to pick it up and try it, but that was more time for me, after all, it was just before the end of the day, so my assumption was that the food was as it was.

I'm there often. Today I was so annoyed that I will never go there again. I order a burger. Suddenly they say that this is still the old card: “Everything is getting more expensive,” says the receptionist reproachfully. Then he looks at the card, thinks for a moment and says the price.
