Merry's Pizzaservice in Nürnberg

So far, I've only had positive experiences. Okay, the delivery time is always very long, but it tastes great! Nice boss, nice delivery men! Merry Christmas and happy holidays to the whole team and their loved ones :)

They refused to give me a package because it didn't have my name on it, but the company's. I had a collection slip, an invoice, everything. It's incredibly frustrating; the €250 package is now being returned, and I've wasted all this time. They even threatened to call the police. On top of that, the opening hours for package collection are incorrect.

Ordered via Lieferando (pizza, pasta, salad). Everything was absolutely delicious – I really don't understand the bad reviews. Delivery time was perfectly reasonable; the food arrived hot and crispy. They forgot the jalapeños on the pizza, but after contacting them, they told me to just call ahead before my next order, and I'll get a special as compensation ;) 5***** well deserved – it tastes amazing, keep it up!

Pizza tastes good, but be careful - it's significantly smaller than advertised!

One of the pizzas arrived wrong, but these things happen – and that's exactly how you know how good a place really is. After a quick phone call, they responded incredibly kindly and with remarkable understanding. No arguments, no fuss – quite the opposite: they apologized immediately and delivered the correct pizza right away. Of course, at no extra charge. That's what customer service should be like! The pizzas themselves were fantastic: great taste, fresh ingredients, and perfectly baked. We wholeheartedly recommend this place – both for the quality of the food and for their exemplary handling of our minor complaint. This is exactly how you win loyal customers!
