Pronto Pizza in Nürnberg

I ordered pasta for my daughter and when I got it I threw it away, it was old and smelled old. I got dessert, they were ok, I got crepes and they were still old and inedible. Sometimes the pizza, this one I can say is really good!!! I took a box of beer that said 24x0.5L and only ever came 20 in the box + 4€ guarantee that is due....... It's not the first time and I would really like to understand if it's the restaurant that claims 24 and only brings 20 or the guys carrying the food keep them apart for the tip.

Ordered menus twice on Easter Sunday and were offered a cola or dessert. The delivery person even arrived a little earlier than stated and they were also very friendly on the phone. All the ingredients are high quality, the pizza has good toppings and the cheese melts nicely, both side salads were very fresh and the dressing was also good. Delivering fries is always difficult, but they still tasted good and the food arrived very hot and the drinks cold.

The gentleman on the phone was great! Ordering and delivery went smoothly. The delivery time and day were agreed upon in advance, everything was super punctual and reliable! The quality of the pizzas was great, all guests went home full and satisfied. The gentleman on the phone was so friendly that just ordering was fun. Gladly again! I ordered there via Lieferando. After 15 minutes they called me and told me that they would only deliver if I also ordered a bottle of wine or something similar.

Instead of sucuk on the pizza, salami was delivered. Great for our Turkish guests. The tortellini instead of rigatoni for our vegetarian guests were just as great. Unfortunately, everything was an absolute failure - also in terms of taste. On the phone I was put aside and forgotten for minutes. There was nothing in compensation except a subsequent delivery of the rigatoni. I actually would have expected more. Sorry, but that was the last time.

It's really bad when you have to wait over 1.5 hours for your food and then get lied to on the phone...

I've been ordering there for 5-6 years. Food as always very tasty. Friendly boss, nice colleagues, everything was great. Always my pleasure. :-)

As always, super tasty and delivered quickly. Do yourself and the operator a favor and order via your own website. Better prices for you and the operator also benefits from it.

Delivery time 90 minutes. One pizza cold, the other pizza lukewarm. Instead of a 30 cm pizza only a 26-27 cm pizza. Complaint to Lieferando is out. Absolutely not recommended!!! Negative reviews sometimes do not appear on Lieferando, which explains a better rating on this platform

Bad service pizza ordered and not delivered even though confirmation came. Once and never again

The pizza (Quattro Stagioni) was a bit too salty and the core of the dough was burnt and it showed its age. The lettuce was old, limp and the container was stapled shut. Unfortunately, it smells like it was prepared and stored in the fridge for days - I can do it better myself. The crowning glory was the cola bottle that was included in the menu but had expired for 5 months. Conclusion: no - I won't order here anymore

I'm very satisfied! I've been ordering there for a long time and I'm always happy with the delivery time - it's always on time and often arrives early and the food is always tasty. I can only recommend!

The quality of the pizza is very good, juicy and well topped. BUT: Chronic unpunctual! Order time + at least 20 minutes is probably standard. A pity.

My last experience with this restaurant was a complete disaster! The pizza I ordered was absolutely unacceptable - the base seemed old and rubbery, the toppings were bland and the taste was unreasonable. The pasta, which was supposed to be served with cream sauce, ham and mushrooms, was another disappointment: instead of the expected ingredients, the pasta was just "tossed" in cream cheese and nothing else - a completely uninspired and tasteless dish. To make matters worse, the delivery felt like it took forever - almost two hours, even though Lieferando constantly advertised "short delivery times". I have never experienced something like that! This experience was so disappointing that I will definitely never order from there again. An absolute failure!

Was really disappointed with the pizza. The dough was too thin and the topping was also quite lean. I also ordered onions and sheep's cheese on the pizza, which cost €3 more. Both were missing. In addition, the driver didn't call as written and almost drove away again if I hadn't happened to see him from the window in time.

Food is okay and the delivery person probably can't read. We specifically wrote in "Please don't ring the bell. Please call number x" What has he done? It didn't actually call but it rang twice. Now our daughter is awake and I have to get out early, thanks for nothing. Once and never again 👍 EDIT: Apparently it has happened several times that the supplier still rings. (According to previous reviews) Maybe you should invest the tip at the company in a reading course for the delivery person. You can claim it for tax purposes and the customers are satisfied. Simply a win/win

Bestellt mit einer Lieferzeit von 40-65 Minuten. Essen kam an nach 110 Minuten. Doppelt so lange ?!. Pizza ist sehr klein… und schmeckt nicht besonders, wenn man hunger hat gehts.

Habe Pizza Caprese über Lieferando bestellt. 2Std Wartezeit , kam nur lauwarm und schmeckt nach nichts. Nur Käse und eine einzelne Scheibe Tomaten… Frechheit!Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.

pizza war geschmacklos und der teig war wie gummi um 18:30 sollte das essen da sein es kam aber erst um 20 uhr 20€ mindest bestellt wert in langwasser 10 min später hab ich anruf bekommen vom lieferanten dass die nicht für 30€ hier her kommen sondern erst ab 40€ unverschämtheit alles nie wieder.!

Essen an sich gut Extras werten berücksichtigt Schnitzelgerichte sind zu empfehlen aber lasst die Finger von Pommes.(siehe bild) 3 Sterne da die Pommes echt abschmieren und demnach alles andere frittierte bestimmt auch... echt schade

Absolute Empfehlung. Pizza Empfehlung der bei Pronto gefühlt schon mal alles bestellt hat : Pastore . Viel Schafskäse knoblauch und Tomate. Preislich unschlagbar und immer rechtzeitig außer einer kurzen Verspätung. Pizza war immer warm als sie ankam

Guten Abend Ich bestelle seit 1 jahr immer bei Pronto Pizza. Nette Mitarbeiter und Chef ist auch sehr nett. Pizza Regina wird Saftig gemacht. Also bliebt so wie hier seit und ich empfehle euch weiter und komme wieder...

Ein sehr netter Chef und gute Pizzen 👍🏻 Es gibt immer gratis Wein dazu , wenn die Lieferung etwas länger dauert . 😁

Hab mir soeben eine "Speziale" geholt. Muss sagen, eine der besten Pizzen, die ich je gegessen habe. Teig knusprig wo er knusprig sein soll und saftig, wo er saftig sein soll. Optimal. Belag sehr gut. Bedienung sehr freundlich. Nur keine 5 Sterne, weil eine normale Größe mit 9,50 Euro schon etwas happig ist.

Pizza war krass und hab sogar kostenloses Getränk. Gerne wieder 👍

Ich verstehe die ganzen schlechten Bewertungen nicht. Ich bestelle seit Monaten bei dieser Pizzeria und ich war noch nie unzufrieden es hat immer gut geschmeckt und die Lieferanten sind auch sehr freundlich Die beste Pizzaria die in Nürnberg liefert.

Ist OK aber ich zog aus günstiger Lieferteichweite daher gibt's die nur noch extrem selten bei mir.

Habe gerade eben bestellt, schmeckt SUPER ist noch schön heiß und vorallemwahr die Pizza schneller hier als ich PRONTO hätte sagen können! Respeckt an den Lieferfahrer, haha. P.s.: Mein Freund ist Stammkunde aber auch mich habt ihr jetzt überzeugt!

Ich bestell seit 2 Jahren regelmäßig und außer ein paar Außnahmen, ( wir sind alle Menschen ) hat alles gepasst. Die Pizzen sind geschmacklich top. Grüße gehen raus von der Hauptstraße ✌😄

Wir mögen die Pizza hier echt gerne! Für eine Lieferpizza echt sehr nice. Leckerer (und viel!) Käse :) Auch der Salat dazu schmeckt mit persönlich mit der Salatsauce sehr gut.

Lieferzeit 20 min Top!! Pizzabrötchen sehr lecker. Spaghetti Carbonara ungenießbar. Leider nicht noch einmal.

Die Bereitstellung von Servietten ist bedauerlicherweise nicht erfolgt, diesbezüglich wird die Bestbewertung ausgeschloßen. Der Geschmack war erquickend. mulm.

Lieferung kam zu spät und kalt an, Fahrer konnte kaum deutsch, bestelle hier nicht wieder.

Super! Habe mittlerweile fast jedes Gericht dort bestellt! Alles geschmacklich Top. Meist ist das Essen noch sehr heiß und die angegebene Lieferzeit wird immer unterboten. Kann man nur empfehlen

Super lecker Pizza, und auch Lasagna, Rigatpni etc. haben einen guten Geschmack, nicht fad wie bei der Konkurrenz, bei der es vielleicht einen Euro weniger kostet.

War alles super! Ich hatte eine größere Bestellung mit mehreren Familienpizzen. Die Lieferung kam pünktlich zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt, war noch heiß und geschmacklich sehr gut. Ich hatte im Vorfeld auch super netten telefonischen Kontakt, um alles abzustimmen.

Haben liefern lassen zum 1.mal War schnell da aber Nichts besonderes die Pizza. Kein geschmack, zu viel Käse und zu lapprig.
