The burger didn't taste good. I wouldn't go there again. I was very disappointed.

The three of us ordered food. The food was almost cold, everything was soggy, and it tasted disappointing. Definitely not recommended. The lettuce on the burger looked like it was from a week ago. The delivery driver didn't even come to the house; he just stood on a corner and then called us.

Disgusting!🤮 I ordered takeout and found black hair in my chicken burger (probably from the brunette guy I saw working there). I threw the burger away right away. The country potatoes tasted weird because they'd been frozen for a long time with other smelly foods. Next time, only McDonald's.

I waited over an hour for the delivery. Finally, when the food arrived, I was horrified by the burger—the meat was older than me and had a very strange taste. The fries were warm, but as if they'd been fried twice. I paid, but unfortunately, I had to throw the food away. If I could, I'd give it 0 stars.

The food came quickly, was hot, and delicious! The staff was also very friendly. It won't be my last order, thank you!

Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience I had a very frustrating and unacceptable experience with Diamant’s Burger-Pizza Feldkirchen. On July 15, I placed an order through their official website and paid for it online. I received confirmation that the order was placed, and the money was taken from my account — but the food never arrived. When I called the restaurant, I was told they no longer accept orders from their own website and that they only work with Lieferando now. What’s worse is that the website still allows people to order and pay — even though they know it’s not being used anymore. This is incredibly misleading and feels like a scam. I was left without food, out of money, and no real solution offered by the staff. This kind of treatment is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Until they fix their online ordering system and take responsibility for customer payments, I absolutely cannot recommend this place.

The chicken nuggets were charged more than stated on the menu – this was justified by the fact that takeout is generally more expensive. However, this pricing should have been communicated clearly and transparently in advance. In addition, the restaurant itself was not particularly clean during our visit, which didn't leave a good impression. The food tasted okay, but due to the issues mentioned, we unfortunately cannot recommend the visit.

Attention! I ordered (and paid) via the website today. However, at 11:45 AM, the store was closed and no one was available by phone. Update: I was refunded, and informed of the need to close at short notice. Therefore, one more point.

I ordered a burger and a pizza from this store. They came relatively quickly. But the pizza was cold, the dough very good quality.. The burger I got the Gorgonzola but it only had the taste of Gorgonzola. The fries were burnt and the burger was tasteless and undercooked.. First and last time

I can't say anything about the ambience but we had Pizza Regina, Pizza Diavola Funghi and salami. We live about 15 minutes away by car and it arrived nice and hot!! The man was also very friendly and the order was there in 30 minutes on Sunday at 7 p.m. I've eaten much worse pizzas that were better rated. So we're really happy. The floor is also good and my husband is Italian...

I have often ordered. For some time now, additional pizza orders have been forgotten. I will order elsewhere in the future

The best hamburger in Feldkirchen. It wouldn't be bad if they were a little more tidy inside the restaurant. But all in all, their food is good!

We ordered a Heidi Burger and a Chicken Burger for delivery. Chicken burger was ok, but price/performance was not justified, but the Heidi burger was inedible. The meat is very poor frozen quality, not edible in taste, rolls soggy. It's a shame, we were used to different quality from the predecessor. And unfortunately we hadn't read any current recessions. Never again.

There was nothing crispy about the burger, the meat wasn't tasty... Got fries and paid for them even though I didn't order them and forgot the salt. Very expensive for the cheap ingredients. Very nice person at the counter!

I'm there often. Today I was so annoyed that I will never go there again. I order a burger. Suddenly they say that this is still the old card: “Everything is getting more expensive,” says the receptionist reproachfully. Then he looks at the card, thinks for a moment and says the price. So the prices are diced. That was enough for me. I left. And goodbye!

Highly recommended. I order my food several times a month because I rarely have the time to cook. The dishes are very tasty and prepared fairly quickly. Good service and super friendly.

Was there and ate and drank something there. I asked before ordering whether card payment was possible. Was said yes. The end of the song Eating and drinking finished but suddenly no card payment possible 🤔. What happened! That means walking through the streets as a non-resident and looking for a cash machine. Food was good.

The tastiest burgers around! We have ordered there many times and are really very satisfied! The burgers are bigger than any I've seen in fast food chains! Plus a delicious selection! The potato wedges that come with the burger top it off. You get really full! My burger had fresh, crisp lettuce, fresh tomatoes, cucumber and onion. All with a delicious burger sauce! I always order via the in-house Diamant’s app. Works smoothly! Nice boss and friendly staff! Good quality and moderate prices! Really worth a recommendation! 👍👍👍👍👍

Pizza soggy/doesn't look like the pictures/cheap dough/ Fast delivery

Ordered spontaneously twice so far (directly), delivered quickly each time, food was very warm and tasted good, driver was very nice. Will definitely order again.

Burgers are incredibly good and huge, the price is unbelievable, especially always with top country potatoes. Delivery time always faster than stated. We will never order pizza here again - the 4käse with 2 extra cheeses had less toppings than the 4käse frozen pizza from Dr.O...- and a huge hole in the middle.... Burgers are always a pleasure - pizza is a definite no...

Unfortunately, sometimes it's good and sometimes it's just inedible. Rock hard burnt fries and completely burnt pizza. Maybe they don't like me. I don't know it. Take a quick look before you release something. I was still able to eat a third of the pizza. Unfortunately, the fries are not at all

Sie sollten sich tatsächlich überlegen, ob sie weiterhin über Lieferando lieferten möchten… Eine Lieferung nicht erhalten, weil ein Teil nicht lieferbar ist. Sie konnten sie nicht stornieren, Lieferando reagiert nicht, Lieferung angeblich erfolgt trotz telefonischer Info und Gekd abgebucht…. Heute findet der Lieferant meine Adresse nicht wegen einer Baustelle ( auf der er mir dann zu Fuß auch entgegenkam. Auch wenn er mich angerufen hat, anonyme Anrufe sind nicht die feine Art… Und leider werden alle Bewertungen auf Lieferando gelöscht… sehr schade ☹️

Bei ihm Bestellt und war auch relativ schnell da. Wir haben Bürger mit Bison Paties genommen und ich muss echt sagen sehr sehr lecker. Das Brötchen super weich und die Kartoffelecken auch sehr lecker.

Verstehe beim besten Willen einige der schlechten Bewertungen nicht… Für ein 11€ Mittagsmenü sind die Burger mehr als stark. Nicht sehr gut, aber gut. Auch die Country Potatoes sind nicht labbrig, sondern schön knusprig gewesen. Satt wird man aufjedenfall, denn die Burger sind schon groß. Einziger Nachteil ist die Location. Beim Burgerhaus selber ist es eigentlich nicht möglich zu essen. Ein kleiner Raum mit zwei Tischen und nicht besonders eingerichtet. Also am besten bestellen oder abholen. Bedienung war nett und Zubereitung ging schnell.

Bestellung: einfach viel Auswahl! Und immer super Qualität! Lieferzeit: ca20 min ! Also perfekt! Essen: wow ! Die pizzen sind schon super! Aber die Burger… richtig groß und frisch!! Gerne nochmal!!!

Ich habe über Lieferando eine Pizza und Antipasti bestellt. Das Essen war geschmacklich in Ordnung. Leider wurde ich ziemlich plump von dem Lieferanten angemacht, dass ich das nächste Mal für 35€ bestellen soll, da es ein Fahrtweg von 10 Minuten ist. Bei Lieferando stand ein Mindestbestellwert von 20 €. Dies habe ich dem Lieferanten mitgeteilt was ihm aber ziemlich egal war. Es kann ja sein das er einen schlechten Tag hat, aber lass es bitte nicht an deinen zahlenden Kunden aus. Da bestelle ich ab sofort nie wieder. Das geht gar nicht. Einfach nur unverschämt. Liebes Restaurant wenn Sie so ein Problem damit haben, dann erhöhen Sie bitte den Mindestbestellwert bei Lieferando! Vielen Dank
