I'm sorry, but it wasn't good at all! We picked up our food. We arrived on time, but had to wait half an hour in front of the store and then there was no apology for why it took so long. Then the fries were also missing. My vegan pattie was burnt and so dry. Both burgers were not juicy. The homemade ketchup wasn't actually there and it was more like tomato paste. The salad (I thought they used crunchy romaine lettuce for burgers) was soggy. The ridged and thick beetroot slices from the jar weren't a hit either. The vinaigrette was missing from my salad, which costs €6.45. All in all very disappointing for the money. We were so happy, but we won't be coming back. Addendum to the owner's answer: When I called, your employee (who was very friendly) told me that eating on site was no longer possible. Of course I would have liked to eat in your shop, but I wasn't upset at all. On the phone I said “no problem at all. Next time.” That's why I can't understand at all how this impression came about. We got there on time and we had to wait half an hour. I very rarely give reviews, why would I lie? I can't answer why it was displayed differently in your system. I wasn't talking about the cheap iceberg lettuce either. I found the Lollo Rosso quite sloppy and unsuitable, so I had to remove it. Oh by the way, we ate the burgers after 5 minutes. I think you can still expect fresh salad there. I never said that your ketchup wasn't homemade. It was barely there and only tasted like tomato paste. And thank you for accusing me of not knowing what homemade ketchup is. I have been vegan for many years and prepare a lot of things myself. I don't use thick slices of beetroot from a jar. You just can't handle criticism. But that's not my problem. Best regards!

Had the “Jake’s Kahuna Burger” and that was actually the best burger I had ever eaten. Single handedly changed my view on burgers. Atmosphere and service are very nice as well.

Finding HOBS is not that easy. The restaurant is located in a small passage and access is not really well signposted. The burgers are very tasty, even if the selection is limited to a few basics. We think the small portion of coleslaw is overpriced, but the sweet potato fries are very good

I ordered a vegetarian burger here via Lieferando, but received a burger with meat and bacon - a clear mistake that was extremely unpleasant for me as a vegetarian. When I contacted the restaurant the situation became even more frustrating. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, I was accused multiple times - four or five times - of not being able to tell the difference between vegan and regular meat. This statement was not only disrespectful, but also completely inappropriate. I know very well what I ordered and it was unmistakable that there was meat and bacon on the burger. Additionally, it was explained to me that the patty was vegetarian and “only” the bacon on top was meat. This excuse is simply absurd - no one who orders a veggie burger expects it to have bacon on it. The information that vegetarian and meat-containing dishes are prepared on the same grill also shows that no consideration or care is taken for special dietary needs. The employee finally offered to send me a new burger. But after being repeatedly accused of not knowing the difference between meat and vegetarian ingredients, the trust was completely destroyed. I declined and requested a refund instead. There was only a hesitant answer and I was stalled. I then wrote an email in which I made it clear again that I wanted my money back. But so far I have not received any response or my money. This is the biggest shame of the entire experience and absolutely unacceptable. Furthermore, the fries were cold and disappointing in taste, which further deteriorated the entire experience. I strongly expect an apology and a refund. This incident not only shows shocking negligence in preparation, but also disrespectful and unprofessional treatment of customers.

Amazing food and even more amazing service!

Very good burger, fries and coleslaw. The burger itself with 200g of beef costs less than €10. Definitely worth a visit.

They don't take fresh meat because it's difficult to get the cows down the cattle drive these days. Like before in Gablenberg.
