Just ordered… burgers look like shit. The “Homemade🤡” cannot be distinguished from the normal one but they have one thing in common: they don’t taste good! It is loveless and passionless. Never order again. But fries are world class for delivery fries.

I ordered there a while ago. Unfortunately this is not recommendable. The burgers are not dry and the meat tastes old. The sauce was incredibly bad. The salat on the burgers was also not fresh. Sorry but this is not a good burger place. People I talked about it also had a similar bad experience.

In liferando they offer 2for1 deal but deliver only one meal. When I called to see what happend, i was told it was only for vegetarian meals. I went to liferando again to check and it does not say such thing. It only says 2for1. I tried calling again but without any success. So now instead of having a full meal we had to share one.

Most terrible experience ever. We ordered food. When it wasn't there after more than 1 1/2 hours, we called and was told very rudely on the phone that they had given the food to someone at the door, even though the description said where to ring the bell. The fact is that I was treated incredibly unfriendly and insulted on the phone; I think he accused me of cheating. When I said that I just wanted my food, he just yelled at me and said that someone had taken it. Conclusion: we have no food. Have been insulted and yelled at and are hungry! While I was writing this he called again and accused me of trying to cheat on him. So perfect service 🤝 Thank you never again

The burgers are simply unbeatable! Juicy meat, fresh ingredients and a great selection of sides. The atmosphere is modern and inviting. A must for all burger lovers!

A juice shop, it's the second time I've ordered there and the delivery just isn't delivered. They didn't even manage to call me, let alone cancel the invoice, supposedly it was delivered at 1:03 and the store closes at 10:30 p.m. on Sunday. I really don't think that's possible at all, I didn't even get my money back...

Pit's burgers best burgers there can ever be. Really juicy, so big and so delicious 😋😋 everything you can order there just tastes good. Especially the chesse balls with broccoli are simply delicious. The employees are very nice and fulfill all your wishes and are also very clean in terms of hygiene. Burger not good at all. The roll doesn't taste like anything and there's not a bit of salad on it—> Sensory experience is zero, you bite into a mushy mass. Potato wedges were good.

The burgers were wet and cold, and it's also common for a burger to be forgotten. The money for this will not be refunded. The owner's behavior is very cheeky. I will never order there again.

Had burgers and fries on site today... it was super awesome!! I will always go there again... As a matter of principle, I don't have them delivered because the quality always suffers... which everyone knows! Service was super friendly! Really recommended👍🏼

The burgers are perfectly fine if you're in the mood for burgers again. The side dishes are also of similar quality, unfortunately the chicken wings often feel like they have been coated in paprika powder. Unfortunately, the restaurant doesn't have a real unique selling point. What unfortunately doesn't work at all are the company's delivery methods. It's happened to me several times that drivers don't follow right-of-way orders and don't even slow down for intersections in the middle of a residential area. It feels like single-lane roads are used here like rally tracks. That's exactly why I won't be ordering from this restaurant again in the future.

Unfortunately very disappointing. The bowls are not bowls but salads (no rice or other carbohydrates present). The most important ingredients were left out (e.g. salmon, falafel...) We won't be ordering here anymore!

Quality doesn't match the price

Got very good food, at night on public holidays, friendly driver, delivery service, value for money, everything was great! Thank you :)

The burgers are okay, you can eat them every now and then. But what's not right are the sometimes lousy employees, who come across as extremely anti-social and rude. I've eaten there a few times now, but the one MA doesn't work at all.

The man at the checkout was really nice, he served us well and the food was also very tasty. He also left us with a very good impression of Pitsburger.

So far I have only ordered. There are many offers for vegetarians/pescatarians. Products/quality great (that's how it has to be, I hope it stays that way), taste great. Delivery seems to be a deficit, it's not the fault of the drivers (employer saves!) too many orders too few drivers/organization. Delivery between 50-120 minutes Unfortunately does not guarantee good quality even if the products are top. Definitely recommended with no regrets! 1.5 point deduction refers to... * Delivery time * Ambiance (I don't know)

We spent €120 on a birthday. It wasn't worth it, we want our money back. The burgers were inferior, the fries were rennet I will never order from this place again and I hope others don't either and don't recommend this mistake!!!!!!!!!!

We placed an order with Lieferando that took 1:30 hours on a Monday evening. In addition, a burger was missing as well as the sauce that was ordered with it. Furthermore, added extra toppings such as cheese or bacon were also not available. We also specially ordered the better quality that is offered under “handmade” - but you can't call it handmade here - they were definitely ready-made frozen patties. We usually liked ordering burgers from Pits, but that was definitely the last time. I absolutely cannot recommend it.

The burgers could have been really good but the patties were burnt... hunger drove it in... it's a real shame... the fries were good. And delivery time was over an hour. It's interesting that my review was reported even though I didn't say anything bad.

Total disaster! 2 HOURS. Waiting time, burger forgotten, sour cream dip for the “sloppy” fries expired. Food was cold. Never again… What a shame

The food was very tasty. Nothing special but still very good for delivery. The food came very quickly and was still extremely warm. As if it had been brought straight from the kitchen to my table. Overall a successful delivery.

Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht vom Essen. Der Burger war einfach matschig und der Bacon wurde vergessen. Die Chicken Wings waren so scharf, das einfach nur der ganze Mund brannte. Es sind nicht die scharfen Chicken Wings, die man überall bekommt. Die Chicken Wings wurden in Chilipulver oder so gewälzt. Nach 2 konnten wir nicht weiter essen, da es einfach nur scharf war und man nichts anderes mehr geschmeckt hatte.

Das eggburger schmeckt richtig gut in Kombination mit cheese Pommes

Leckere Burger in Stuttgart Ost. Das Ambiente ist einfach gestaltet.

Ein Burgerladen wo auf Sauberkeit und auch auf Service achtet. Ordentliche Brötchen, ordentliche Patties, ordentlicher Belag und das alles wirklich zu einem sehr angemessenen Preis. Ihre eigenen Lieferfahrzeuge stehen auch vor der Tür, das gibt es nicht mehr so oft. Ich kann diesen Burgerladen nur wärmstens empfehlen. Am besten selber vorbeigehen und sich selber ein Bild machen. Enttäuscht wird man aber meiner Meinung nach überhaupt nicht. LG von Denis 💪

Die Handmade-Burger sind superlecker. Die Pommes trotz Selbstabholung + ca. 25 Minuten Fahrt, knackig und echt spitze. Warum überhaupt noch McDonalds und Burgerking was verkaufen?

Bestellen immer wieder und bisher war das Essen (sowohl vegetarische Burger als auch die Fleischburger) perfekt und die Lieferzeit immer gut!

Die Pommes waren super lecker und sehr frisch

Vor Ort einen Handmade 160 gr Chili-Cheese-Burger mit einer großen Portion Country Potatoes gegessen. Beides war geschmacklich in Ordnung. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Haben online zum liefern bestellt, ausversehen kurz vor Schließung. Sie sind trozdem nur wegen uns noch auf den Rohracker gefahren und waren sehr freundlich. Das essen war auch wie immer sehr lecker, gerne wieder :)

Pommes waren in Ordnung, den Rest konnte ich nicht essen: Der Beyond Meat Burger hat sogar vegane Mayo, aber auf Nachfrage wurde mir gesagt, dass Ei im Brötchen ist. Die vegane Bowl heißt zwar vegane Bowl, ist aber mit griechischem Käse. Die vegane Mayo für die Pommes wurde mir gegeben mit den Worten, dass sie vegetarisch ist. Von Gastropersonal erwarte ich eigentlich schon den Unterschied zwischen vegan und vegetarisch zu kennen und entsprechend (zumindest die Bowl) korrekt zu bezeichnen und beim Burger auch proaktiv dem Kunden einen Hinweis zu geben...
