Waited over an hour for food and ended up leaving without it. Service completely overwhelmed and doesn't speak any German…

After moving within the Carré, the burgers now have a consistent quality. (But it wasn't anymore when it was completely full) The citizen selection is huge. Now also good salad offers. The quality of the salads, especially the sauces, can be improved and does not (yet) come close to the quality of the burgers. The service is attentive and friendly, but it is not at the level of a restaurant but better than a snack bar.

Meat slices are not fresh, burger generally did not taste good due to poorly put together food.

Want to really enjoy the full suck? With the Double Smashed Cheese Burger with Angus upgrade you have 400g of meat and what feels like a bucket of cheese between the perfect bun. Where are the buns? They're really great because they're soft but don't crumble, with a nice, light crust. Mega roasted aromas in the Angus smashed patties, but not burnt, juicy and the combination of the melted cheese with the onions creates a pure feeling of well-being. As a 1.90 chunk, I'm pretty full. Yes, the fries are not fresh-cut, but they are of the better variety and are perfectly crispy, but not dry-fried. Ketchup and mayo to your liking are available on the table. I bought one for 10 people and for a busy Saturday lunchtime the service was really friendly and quick. The 11 burgers came to the table within two minutes without much space between each other. A star restaurant doesn't do it any better. Bravo. The styling of the store is fashionably black and colorful enough for me. The chairs are quite loud when they are moved. No frills, but clean. We've already tried several burger establishments and Pops is right up there. You can really save yourself a visit to the Kö with the five guys.

Very large menu. Food was great too. The service wasn't entirely friendly but not entirely bad either.

When we asked for water, we were served bottled water even though we just wanted free tap water in a carafe. On top of that, the bottles were already opened and seemed used, tasting like tap water. It's a disgrace.

Very good burger restaurant, Swiss Veggie Burger was great and the portion size was also great. Prices are absolutely okay too, I went out with a burger and small fries for under €10 👍🏻

Very tasty burgers, the fries and other side dishes are also very good. There are many drinks to choose from, the iced teas are particularly recommended. Service is also nice. The ambience is nice, there is plenty of seating, it can get a bit noisy when it's full but you can still have a good conversation. Always happy 😊

I was asked at the checkout to go to the table and be served. However, the staff just had important things to discuss, probably not related to quality. After 10 minutes, I was recognized as the only guest there by the person who asked me to take a seat and was allowed to order. My Cheggburger arrived quickly after 5 minutes. The citizen roll was oily all over, needed a bit more napkins. The taste wasn't much better than the big chains. When I wanted to pay, eye contact with another waiter worked better, so I only needed another 5 minutes. €6.50 for the burger is ok for standard frozen meat paddies. The location is near the Cannstatter Wasen. If you don't expect more, you're in good hands there. It's not my case, because others can do much better at these prices.

Very good burger shop with very good food, lots of selection. Also open on Sundays due to outside access and terrace. In my opinion, there could be more upholstered benches indoors to sit on, but there is always something available :-)

Super tasty. Homemade patties are awesome, bread is fantastic, and as I write this comment I'm getting hungry.

BBQ burger was good, extremely warm (it's just fresh) but in my opinion the sauce doesn't really have anything to do with BBQ, it's already spicy 6 out of 10. I know BBQ smoky. The price is high because fries cost extra. But burgers are delicious.

The Food was amazing, reasonable and full- filling. Service was okay as we asked for a straw (our soft drink was handed over without straw) and ketchup/mayo with our fries but these things never came.

We were there for dinner with the kids today. We were very happy with the food and the service. Everyone was full. On particularly hot summer days, better air conditioning would be desirable. In any case, the restaurant is an asset to Cannstatt. We would love to come back.

I can only warmly recommend Pops Burger here from Bad Cannstatt to everyone. We ate at home but the delivery was a little late, but the delivery person was in a hurry and immediately apologized. The meat here is prepared as if it were steak, so medium rate, at least for me, which was really 10/10 top. I had a fit burger without a bun but the amount of salad that came with it was convincing. Crispy chicken also tasted just like the fries. Chicken wings were just okay, I wouldn't order them again. Nevertheless, I give this 5 stars Edit: I was here again today and had two incredibly dry burgers on which the cheese was also forgotten. I had to put extra mayo and ketchup on it at home otherwise you really wouldn't have been able to eat it. I don't know why people save so much on the sauce, but there is a star deduction for that.

Was there for the third time today and was extremely disappointed for the third time. On my first two visits we were treated rudely and our order was delivered incorrectly. We didn't say anything about our mistake. But today we ordered burgers again with the home made 150gr burgers. The normal tk burger meat was used. I ask the waiter: is this the homemade burger? . He looks and boldly says yes, of course. I call him back because my wife also ordered one with homemade and the difference was very clear. And I confronted him and he said are you sure you ordered homemade instead of apologizing... No one has any interest in doing what they are paid for... To the management of this restaurant. Do something with your staff or your restaurant will continually lose guests... and I don't care if it's a star restaurant or a burger joint. When I pay for a service I expect the promised service. Make sure you do what you promise.

We had dinner with a family of three people on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was relatively full, but we found a seat straight away. The service was subpar. At first we weren't served and had to get a menu ourselves. When we took the order it wasn't pointed out that we would have to wait longer for the food. After already having to wait 20 minutes for our drinks (all bottled drinks) and several guests near us becoming restless because they were taking their orders after an hour, we realized it could take longer. When asked, the service staff reacted unfriendly, short and there was no apology. It was only after we complained to the supervisor that we got our food. Even after asking several times, we couldn't get ketchup, so we ended up borrowing it from the next table. The meal was okay. But a wait of almost 1.5 hours for three burgers and three portions of fries is unacceptable, as are the skills of the service staff.

First of all: I can't say anything about the food or drinks. We made reservations for 6 people on a Saturday. The place was pretty busy around lunchtime, but since reservations were accepted, that shouldn't be a problem. When we arrived at the table, we were ignored for 15 minutes before a waitress felt responsible for us. The lady took our drink order, but we weren't allowed to express our food requests yet. Now it took another 20!!! Minutes until another service person came to our table. She informed us that there was a lot going on today and that the meal could easily take an hour. Wow! We got up and left after a hand measured 33! Minutes without drinking or eating anything, despite a reservation! In our opinion, an absolute nonsense! Of course, if there is a lot of traffic, it may take longer. But if I don't have enough staff or they aren't properly trained, then I'm not allowed to allocate all the tables or I have to "close" parts of my restaurant. You can't actually blame the service staff themselves, you could see how stressed and overwhelmed they were. That doesn't exactly speak for a good employer. There are two options, either hire more staff (which means that wages have to be adjusted) or go through with the above suggestion (cutting tables). But unfortunately, like everywhere else, the only thing that counts is profit, ultimately at the expense of the customer. Btw, the castles looked good (unfortunately), at least the ones we could see at the next table. It's a shame that you're almost being asked to leave again despite having a reservation... Goodbye

The restaurant is actually quite nice, but that's where it ends... we sat for 30 minutes before anyone even noticed us, once we ordered it took another 45 minutes until we had our food and drinks... but alas At the neighboring table, two people sat down at a table for four...the unfriendly employee stood there after 2 minutes and chased the people away...the food was ok, but not worth an hour's wait...

We've been waiting for our food and drinks for an hour. We asked three times because we had an appointment to see if we could cancel the meal. The only answer was that I had to ask in the kitchen. Not a good impression. The guests next to us had to wait 1 1/2 hours for their food and couldn't cancel it. Something like that just doesn't work. Never been so disappointed with the service.

Ordered food at the hotel this evening: 1x cheeseburger, 1x chicken burger and fries. The delivery time was stated as 40 minutes. The food arrived after 20 minutes, the burgers were still really hot and fresh, and the fries were also very warm and crispy. Everything tasted very good and delicious. Top recommendation!

I had been looking at dining here while we were staying close by for the euros. It was a burger & chips we ordered. Now it would surprise you how many places get something so simple wrong but pops burger got our food absolutely perfect. Cooked to perfection and the basket of fries felt like it was bottomless. I was there for the football game and it took a while to order and for the food to arrive. But that won't always be the case. I've eaten a lot of good burgers but this one was very good and delicious. Unfortunately I don't have a photo.

Been there just before the EURO match Slovenia - Denmark as this was kind of on our route to the stadium. As the majority of fans already was on their way and it was pretty crowded we saw Pops, that had screens to watch the match that was on the broadcast. Food was super nice, we had burgers and chips. Decent waiting time, service was a little disspointing. Toilets (given all the drunk fans that could have been around) super clean and nothing to complain there.

We regularly eat there with our work colleagues. The choice of vegetarian citizens is large. The fries taste really good! The waiters are friendly! All in all, we are always very satisfied!

Vegan food there is very tasty and the portions are appropriately large, definitely filling you up. All vegan burgers are also allowed with special requests. The dips with the fries are great and not too little either. Unfortunately, the prices for the vegan things are very high. The only drawback The homemade lemonades are delicious and definitely worth a try.

Delicious burgers and salads with a lot to choose from. There is something for every taste. Vegan dishes, as well as vegetarian options, are possible with almost every dish. You will be served at the table and sporting events will be broadcast. Tables were clean and service came quickly and was very nice.

Simply mega. The meat is very juicy and generally top quality. The service is very attentive and the location is beautifully decorated. Keep it up and we'll come back soon.

The food was 10/10 however: -I specifically said when I ordered that certain ingredients would be removed, but they were still included in the burger -The waiting time in an almost empty restaurant was 20 minutes for 4 burgers and 1 fries -also there is too much mayonnaise in the burger -the waitress could be friendlier

Apart from the fact that the burgers and fries with cheese were very tasty, we got a place at the group table despite booking for two. We also had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes for just two burgers. Meanwhile, other 7 customers had to wait up to 1.5 hours for “fast” food.

Saturday evening it was lively, but it didn't justify a 1.15 hour wait for burgers with wild potatoes. We weren't even made aware of the long waiting time by the haphazard and interested staff. A no-go. Take your order, bring drinks and then sit you down! If at least the burgers justified the extremely long waiting time, it would at least be justified. Unfortunately, the burgers were lukewarm, the patties tasteless (like from a Frosta factory), better buns are available at Rewe, Aldi and Co. You can also get this kind of crap at the giants Burgerking+McDonald's, but faster and warmer! The price was outrageously high for the quality. If you have a good shop (old restaurant) you should only expand if you can and have it - not like that. Conclusion. I won't do that to myself again. It's better to go to a good, middle-class restaurant or other burger shop, where the food is freshly cooked, takes less time for the same money and, above all, it still tastes good.

We enjoyed the food very much. Unfortunately, the shop was packed when we arrived, so we had to wait over an hour for our food. And then two dishes were missing an ingredient. That was a bit of a shame, but it was fixed immediately after we pointed it out. Unfortunately it was very cold in the restaurant because the automatic sliding door of the Cannstatter Carré was open the entire time and it was very cold outside last night. Of course that made it a bit uncomfortable. Suggestion for improvement: Fix the curtain at the entrance to the restaurant on the sides so that it doesn't constantly blow open and let in cold air. Despite the rush, the waiters were very attentive and friendly.

Service was top and very polite, there was nothing to complain about with the chicken burgers but with the beef burgers you can choose between frozen or fresh patty (for an additional charge). In this case I had the frozen patty, which was unfortunately a disappointment. Otherwise everything was fine with the burger. the chilli cheese fries are a must as is the chicken burger.

40 minutes of waiting time is just too much, sorry. We specifically said that we had to go to a concert on the hour, and then we were simply ignored. "Oh, you still don't have it," was the answer when we asked at the counter to at least just pack it up.

Unfortunately, I cannot give a positive review for my experience with Pops Burger & Sportbar. I placed an order and was shown a delivery time of 30 minutes. However, after ordering, the delivery time changed to 60-80 minutes. The food was originally supposed to be with me at 8:50 p.m., but it didn't arrive until 9:40 p.m. When I called the restaurant to ask about the status of my order, I was treated to a rude lady on the phone. Instead of providing any helpful information, I was simply told to keep waiting and then hung up with no further explanation. When the food finally arrived it was ice cold and the drinks were no longer cold. This particularly disappointed me because I paid more than 20 euros for this order. Unfortunately, the taste of the food was not what I expected and overall the experience felt like a waste of money and time. I therefore advise against ordering from or eating at Pops Burger & Sportbar based on my disappointing experience with the delivery time, customer service and quality of the food.

The food is really delicious, but in my opinion the €4 extra charge for a Beyond Meat patty is completely disproportionate, and that can't possibly reflect the purchase price!

Update 01.2024: Dir Burger und auch das Konzept wurden so sehr überarbeitet und es ist so wohl zu Hause als auch vor Ort unschlagbar gut. 2022-2023: Pops Burger ist an einer zentralen Stelle in Bad Cannstatt. Die Bewertung ist basierend auf 2x vor Ort essen und 1x bestellen. Vor Ort: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sehr lecker und freundliche Bedienung. Das Essen kam schnell, es gab unendlich Ketchup, Mayonnaise und Co. - und der Preis war etwas undurchsichtig, da für größere oder mehr Fleisch, Käse und Co. wie bei Subways andere Beträge kommen. Innenaustattung ist super. Bestellungen: ⭐️⭐️ Die Bestellung und Lieferung ging schnell. Dank Anbindung an Lieferando war der Bestellprozess einfach und intuitiv. Das Essen kam warm an, aber es wurden bei den Wünschen nicht berücksichtigt, das Röstzwiebeln anstelle von Zwiebeln kommen sollten und das der Hamburger unterirdisch war. Das Angus-Fleisch hat es aufgewertet, aber das Fazit war: „dann machen wir unsere Burger lieber selber.“

Große Auswahl an Burgern. Ein Angebot zur Mittagszeit bestehend aus Burger, Beilage und Getränk wäre schön.

The worst burger ever ..the bread is not fresh and not well backed ..the burger is not one peace broken inside the sandwich and has no taste

Das Essen war für mich und meinen Mann auch eine Katastrophe. Der Cheeseburger hatte einen sehr seltsamen Geschmack und die Pommes mit Käse waren schlecht schmecken nach Nachos. Leider war mein Essen sehr salzig und der BBQ-Burger schmeckte sehr süß, als ob die Soße Marmelade wäre, Gefrorenes Fleisch fühlt sich gummiartig und geschmacklos an.
