I've had good experiences with Pop's so far. This review is not specifically about Pop's, but rather about the cashier there. I was craving a smash burger and ordered that too. I ordered a double smash burger to take away. The cashier understood that I wanted a regular smash burger. I asked the cashier about it and he said he had already typed in the burger as normal and not as a double. He then said “Next time”. It's okay not to understand the customer's order, but I don't think it's okay to refuse to correct the order. I worked at McDonald's as a cashier on the drive-thru and even there I corrected every order at the customer's request when I misunderstood it. I also asked for a carrying bag, which apparently didn't exist. In my opinion, there should be carrier bags at every restaurant if they also offer take-away food, which was the case in my situation. I strongly believe that the cashier was too lazy to hand me a carrier bag. Two points that, in my opinion, are not appropriate for a restaurant.

The coffee was surprisingly tasty for a burger joint! Absolutely recommended! The size of the cappuccino is a bit small. But you also have to say that the coffee there only costs 2 euros and that's because it tastes great! Hammer! 🥰 The fries were as you would expect - delicious! The cole slaw salad was a little too creamy for my taste. Service was great, overall value for money too! 👍

Delicious burgers with a very large selection. The food is pretty quick and the service is good. The restaurant is located at the entrance to a large shopping center, so there is a lot going on and you sit on the "display plate" for a bit.

I ordered a triple cheese burger with bacon and paid 13 euros. The price itself was okay, but when I realized at home that they were 3x frozen patties and that the burger really left something to be desired in terms of taste, I was very disappointed. From the pictures there are obviously homemade patties too. Unfortunately I can only report on my experience.

Unfortunately, probably the worst restaurant visit ever. We had reserved for 5 people - when we got there we were seated at a table for 2 people - when we asked whether that was really our table, we were told that no other table was available - despite the reservation. As a result, eating guests were turned away from their table (3 people with a table for 4 people) - it couldn't be more unpleasant... At around 2 degrees outside temperature, sitting in front of the entrance door, which is permanently open - everyone in the restaurant with jackets, hats and their scarves -> as a restaurant operator, there should be more in it. After about 1.5 hours the burgers came which consisted of ready-made frozen meat and discount rolls - you can do it - but you don't have to. All in all, not a successful evening and no recommendation from us. P.S. Because of the almost 2.5 hours on the train and the cold, everyone has a cold at Christmas.

I've been here a few times, one of the better burger shops in Stuttgart. Price and performance of ok. The great thing is that they have the thin fries. Well located at the roundabout. Always my pleasure. Angus Buger is really really great. What's a shame is no WiFi.

Ambiance top service top but the crispy chicken burger had absolutely nothing to do with a crispy chicken burger so I could have eaten it straight away at Burger King classic Tk (crispy chicken patty tastes just like at BK one thing was good it was the fries Cheese and jalapenos were great

We ordered online at 8 p.m. It should take between 30 and 60 minutes. After 90 minutes we called for the first time. They said he would be there in 10 to 20 minutes. We called again around 10 p.m. Suddenly it was said that the driver was there an hour ago, couldn't find a bell and didn't have a phone number. Absolute nonsense, because 20 minutes before it was said that he would be here shortly and we were definitely at home and the cell phone number was also known and none of the bells were correct either. Since I was hungry, I spontaneously went to the store and asked where I should sit down. After some time and waiting at the seat, someone finally came. The citizen was fine, things are getting better but it was ok. But by far the worst thing was the fries! They tasted so disgusting, stale, cold, not cooked through and as if they were Lidl 1.99 fries that had just been thawed. I ate 4 fries then stopped. It was so disgusting. Then the plates for burgers and fries. What is this small 10x20cm cutting board? How are you supposed to eat as a human being? Would I recommend the store? Definitely not.

After moving within the Carré, the burgers now have a consistent quality. (But it wasn't anymore when it was completely full) The burger selection is huge. Now also good salad offers. The quality of the salads, especially the sauces, can be improved and does not (yet) come close to the quality of the burgers. The service is attentive and friendly, but it is not at the level of a restaurant but better than a snack bar.

Want to really enjoy the full suck? With the Double Smashed Cheese Burger with Angus upgrade you have 400g of meat and what feels like a bucket of cheese between the perfect bun. Where are the buns? They're really great because they're soft but don't crumble, with a nice, light crust. Mega roasted aromas in the Angus smashed patties, but not burnt, juicy and the combination of the melted cheese with the onions creates a pure feeling of well-being. As a 1.90 chunk, I'm pretty full. Yes, the fries are not fresh-cut, but they are of the better variety and are perfectly crispy, but not dry-fried. Ketchup and mayo to your liking are available on the table. I bought one for 10 people and for a busy Saturday lunchtime the service was really friendly and quick. The 11 burgers came to the table within two minutes without much space between each other. A star restaurant doesn't do it any better. Bravo. The styling of the store is fashionably black and colorful enough for me. The chairs are quite loud when they are moved. No frills, but clean. We've already tried several burger establishments and Pops is right up there. You can really save yourself a visit to the Kö with the five guys.

Very large menu. Food was great too. The service wasn't entirely friendly but not entirely bad either.

When we asked for water, we were served bottled water even though we just wanted free tap water in a carafe. On top of that, the bottles were already opened and seemed used, tasting like tap water. It's a disgrace.

I was asked at the checkout to go to the table and be served. However, the staff just had important things to discuss, probably not related to quality. After 10 minutes, I was recognized as the only guest there by the person who asked me to take a seat and was allowed to order. My Cheggburger arrived quickly after 5 minutes. The citizen roll was oily all over, needed a bit more napkins. The taste wasn't much better than the big chains. When I wanted to pay, eye contact with another waiter worked better, so I only needed another 5 minutes. €6.50 for the burger is ok for standard frozen meat paddies. The location is near the Cannstatter Wasen. If you don't expect more, you're in good hands there. It's not my case, because others can do much better at these prices.

Very good burger shop with very good food, lots of selection. Also open on Sundays due to outside access and terrace. In my opinion, there could be more upholstered benches indoors to sit on, but there is always something available :-)

BBQ burger was good, extremely warm (it's just fresh) but in my opinion the sauce doesn't really have anything to do with BBQ, it's already spicy 6 out of 10. I know BBQ smoky. The price is high because fries cost extra. But burgers are delicious.

I can only warmly recommend Pops Burger here from Bad Cannstatt to everyone. We ate at home but the delivery was a little late, but the delivery person was in a hurry and immediately apologized. Crispy chicken also tasted just like the fries. Chicken wings were just okay, I wouldn't order them again. I had to put extra mayo and ketchup on it at home otherwise you really wouldn't have been able to eat it. I don't know why people save so much on the sauce, but there is a star deduction for that.

Was there for the third time today and was extremely disappointed for the third time. On my first two visits we were treated rudely and our order was delivered incorrectly. We didn't say anything about our mistake. But today we ordered burgers again with the home made 150gr burgers. The normal tk burger meat was used. I ask the waiter: is this the homemade burger? . He looks and boldly says yes, of course. I call him back because my wife also ordered one with homemade and the difference was very clear. And I confronted him and he said are you sure you ordered homemade instead of apologizing... No one has any interest in doing what they are paid for... To the management of this restaurant. Do something with your staff or your restaurant will continually lose guests... and I don't care if it's a star restaurant or a burger joint. When I pay for a service I expect the promised service. Make sure you do what you promise.

We had dinner with a family of three people on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was relatively full, but we found a seat straight away. The service was subpar. At first we weren't served and had to get a menu ourselves. When we took the order it wasn't pointed out that we would have to wait longer for the food. After already having to wait 20 minutes for our drinks (all bottled drinks) and several guests near us becoming restless because they were taking their orders after an hour, we realized it could take longer. When asked, the service staff reacted unfriendly, short and there was no apology. It was only after we complained to the supervisor that we got our food. Even after asking several times, we couldn't get ketchup, so we ended up borrowing it from the next table. The meal was okay. But a wait of almost 1.5 hours for three burgers and three portions of fries is unacceptable, as are the skills of the service staff.

First of all: I can't say anything about the food or drinks. We made reservations for 6 people on a Saturday. The place was pretty busy around lunchtime, but since reservations were accepted, that shouldn't be a problem. When we arrived at the table, we were ignored for 15 minutes before a waitress felt responsible for us. The lady took our drink order, but we weren't allowed to express our food requests yet. Now it took another 20!!! Minutes until another service person came to our table. She informed us that there was a lot going on today and that the meal could easily take an hour. Wow! We got up and left after a hand measured 33! Minutes without drinking or eating anything, despite a reservation! In our opinion, an absolute nonsense! Of course, if there is a lot of traffic, it may take longer. But if I don't have enough staff or they aren't properly trained, then I'm not allowed to allocate all the tables or I have to "close" parts of my restaurant. You can't actually blame the service staff themselves, you could see how stressed and overwhelmed they were. That doesn't exactly speak for a good employer. There are two options, either hire more staff (which means that wages have to be adjusted) or go through with the above suggestion (cutting tables). But unfortunately, like everywhere else, the only thing that counts is profit, ultimately at the expense of the customer. Btw, the castles looked good (unfortunately), at least the ones we could see at the next table. It's a shame that you're almost being asked to leave again despite having a reservation... Goodbye

The restaurant is actually quite nice, but that's where it ends... we sat for 30 minutes before anyone even noticed us, once we ordered it took another 45 minutes until we had our food and drinks... but alas At the neighboring table, two people sat down at a table for four...the unfriendly employee stood there after 2 minutes and chased the people away...the food was ok, but not worth an hour's wait...

We've been waiting for our food and drinks for an hour. We asked three times because we had an appointment to see if we could cancel the meal. The only answer was that I had to ask in the kitchen. Not a good impression. The guests next to us had to wait 1 1/2 hours for their food and couldn't cancel it. Something like that just doesn't work. Never been so disappointed with the service.

Ordered food at the hotel this evening: 1x cheeseburger, 1x chicken burger and fries. The delivery time was stated as 40 minutes. The food arrived after 20 minutes, the burgers were still really hot and fresh, and the fries were also very warm and crispy. Everything tasted very good and delicious. Top recommendation!

I had been looking at dining here while we were staying close by for the euros. It was a burger & chips we ordered. Now it would surprise you how many places get something so simple wrong but pops burger got our food absolutely perfect. Cooked to perfection and the basket of fries felt like it was bottomless. Been there just before the EURO match Slovenia - Denmark as this was kind of on our route to the stadium. As the majority of fans already was on their way and it was pretty crowded we saw Pops, that had screens to watch the match that was on the broadcast. Food was super nice, we had burgers and chips. Decent waiting time, service was a little disspointing. Toilets (given all the drunk fans that could have been around) super clean and nothing to complain there.

Delicious burgers and salads with a lot to choose from. There is something for every taste. Vegan dishes, as well as vegetarian options, are possible with almost every dish. You will be served at the table and sporting events will be broadcast. Tables were clean and service came quickly and was very nice.

Simply mega. The meat is very juicy and generally top quality. The service is very attentive and the location is beautifully decorated. Keep it up and we'll come back soon.
