Pops Burger & Sportsbar Stuttgart in Stuttgart

Ich und meine Kollegen hatten einen Burger mit Pommes u. Coleslaw. Meine Erwartungen waren hoch, allerdings konnte das Menü nicht vollumfänglich überzeugen. Allen Komponenten fehlte der Pfiff, der den Unterschied zu anderen Burger ausmachen muss. Der Service hatte gut funktioniert. Das Ambiente ist modern und einladend. Alles in Allem war es einen Besuch wert. Danke.

Ich hatte eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung in diesem Burgerladen. Der Kellner mit den schwarzen Haaren und dem Schnurrbart war während unseres gesamten Besuchs ziemlich unhöflich und unaufmerksam. Er hat zwei unserer Burger falsch zubereitet und unsere Nachos komplett vergessen. Zudem wurden uns 4 € für eine kleine Portion Doritos berechnet, was für das Gebotene völlig überteuert war. Zu allem Überfluss wurde uns auch noch ein Glas Leitungswasser verweigert, als wir danach fragten. Als ob das nicht schon genug wäre, war die Rechnung auch noch falsch und enthielt Burger, die wir nie bestellt hatten – absolut inakzeptabel. Insgesamt war der Service schlecht und der Besuch frustrierend. Ich kann diesen Laden nicht empfehlen.

Der Cheeseburger und die Süßkartoffelpommes waren beide sehr lecker. Die Bedienung war freundlich. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Smashburger sind sehr groß und extrem saftig. Pommes könnten ruhig mehr Käsesoße haben. Und bitte Youtube/Spotify Premium kaufen, die Werbung nervt🥲

Wir waren heute in diesem Pops Burger Stuttgart und das nach 21 Uhr an einem Samstag. Wir hatten ein Chrispy Chicken Burger, und ein Egg Burger, dazu Pommes und ein home Made Limonade und Fanta. Anschliessend noch Churros und Nutella. (Siehe Bilder). Dafür haben wir ca 46 Euro bezahlt. Trotz vermehrt schlechter Bewertungen hatte ich diesem Restaurant eine Chance gegeben. Leider wurden wir enttäuscht. Vorab das gute: - Bedienung freundlich - Tische werden regelmässig geputzt - Pommes war wie McDonalds Pommes - home Madel Limonade war in Ordnung Was uns nicht gefallen hat: - die Burger generell - das Burger Patty, scheint als wär das patty von einem Discounter - Burger Fleisch war 0815, nichts besonderes - Churros mit Nutella war als hätte man es aufgewärmt. - für die qualität ist der Preis zu hoch Ich werde hier nicht mehr einkehren zum essen.

Ich hatte den Pulled-Turkey-Burger mit Kartoffelecken. Das beste BBQ, das ich je in Deutschland gegessen habe. Mit dem Krautsalat schmeckt es fast wie in North Carolina. Sehr lecker, und die BBQ-Sauce ist richtig würzig. Die Bedienung war schnell – zugegeben, es war Sonntagnachmittag und nicht besonders viel los.

Burger ist okay aber nicht der beste der Stadt. Mein double smash war ziemlich ölig. Service ist nicht sehr aufmerksam. Ambiente und Essen sind für eine 08/15 Burger-Bude gut für einen trendigen Burger-Laden aber echt nur kann man mal machen. Dafür sind dann die Preise zu hoch und das Ambiente zu uncool. Mein go to Burger wird es nicht werden. Aber kann man gut mal machen.

Wir waren heute bei Pops Burger, Wir haben zwei Burger und zwei Pommes bestellt und stolze 33 € bezahlt. Die Burger haben wirklich scheußlich geschmeckt. Das sah aus wie eine gematschte Pampe. Da durch dass ich extreme Hunger hatte habe ich den Chickenburger gezwungenermaßen gegessen. Anscheinend war das ein Chickenburger aber da war mehr Crispy wie Chicken. Der BBQ Burger war überhaupt nicht genießbar. Meine Frau meinte ich solle es mal Probieren und sofort merkte ich das da etwas nicht stimmt. Zu dem hatten wir explizit gefragt ob der Burger von Rind wäre der Kellner meinte ja. Aber es war natürlich Bacon drin und er meinte das wäre auch Rind. Selbst der Bacon schmeckte komisch. Ich habe versucht mehrmals an der Theke jenand anzusprechen der hat so getan als ob er mich nicht sieht und hört obwohl ich echt laut war. Als dann der Kellerner irgendwann kam. Ging er überhaupt nicht auf uns ein es kam nicht mal eine Entschuldigung oder etwas anders alternatives. Es hat ganz klar etwas schlecht in diese Burger geschmeckt olsun ob irgend ein Zutat schlecht geworden ist. Auf jeden Fall kam Von Bedienung und von den anderen Kollegen nichts nada. Meine Frau hat ihren Burger natürlich nicht gesessen. Sie hätten ja was anderes anbieten können. Das finde ich eine absolute Frechheit und Rrspektlos vor allem bei dem Stolzen Preis. Für 33 € bekommt man in Stuttgart bei einem Bio Burger laden einen mega großen und Frischen Bio Burger und diese leute sind einfach unverschämt. Außerdem haben die Burger 32,20 € gekostet und als Dankeschön hat der Kellner sich noch 0,80 cent Trinkgeld gegönnt. Ich habe nichts gesagt und er hats einfach behalten. Einfach nur ein unverschämter Laden.

Schmeckt immer gut, schade das die Preise angezogen haben. Letztes mal war es leider auch sehr kalt.

Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut aber als ich zuletzt dort essen war befand sich ein Haar im Essen. Statt mich ordentlich zu entschädigen, musste ich lediglich den Burger nicht bezahlen. Finde ich sehr unverschämt!

Gute Auswahl an leckeren Burgern

Leckere Burger und schneller service. Jedoch beim bestellen habe ich darum gebeten, keine Gurkenscheiben in meinem Burger zu haben. das selbe war mit Jalapeños bei den Käsefritten. Jedoch beides war da, was zwar nicht zu schlimm ist, da ich nicht allergisch bin, aber was könnte mit jemanden passieren der allergisch ist?

By far the most disappointing burger experience in a long time. I was in Stuttgart for work and was looking for a good smash burger and chicken wings. The smash burger was more like a slightly squashed regular patty that was still half raw. That might be okay for a regular burger, but it's definitely not what I expect from a smash burger. The so-called "hot wings" are just regular wings with a bit of chili powder sprinkled on them. The wings looked exactly like the 800g bag of frozen chicken wings you get at the local supermarket. Misled by the good reviews and thoroughly disappointed by the experience, I'm giving it 1 out of 5 stars. The one star is for the freshly tapped beer. I won't be coming back here anytime soon.

I think the double smashed cheeseburger is great. But they've gotten a bit of a downgrade lately. They have fewer options (I especially miss the Italian sauce), and there's no longer a distinction between small and large fries, etc. You used to be able to share a small fry because it was really big. Now it's nothing special anymore. I thought it was much more impressive before. But I still come here often because I still really enjoy it.

We were absolutely thrilled with the whole atmosphere. It was great that you could order via QR code and pay with PayPal. We'd love to come back. The food was delicious.

I recently had a burger and sweet potato fries there. The fries were very tasty. The burger didn't really impress me. In my opinion, it wasn't anything special and just didn't excite me. I did appreciate that the standard sauces were provided free of charge. Unfortunately, there was only a very small selection of desserts. The service was okay. I just wish I had known beforehand that payment was only possible at the counter; then we wouldn't have waited 20 minutes for service. The price-performance ratio was perfectly fine.

We've never experienced anything like this before. We were really looking forward to the food, as the burgers looked delicious. Even our neighbors had to wait an hour for their burgers. We received the wrong ones several times, and no one apologized. After an hour and a half, we decided to leave, but then they brought us the wrong burgers again. When my girlfriend tried part of the wrong burger, we realized it contained ingredients she's allergic to. No one seemed to care, even after we pointed out that it could have killed her. Overall, it was incredibly rude, and the service was abysmal. We definitely cannot recommend this place.

I was there today and treated myself to the Beyond Burger. It tasted excellent, the staff was friendly, and the service was quick. I'll definitely be back!

I had a Smash Burger Double. I thought the burger was just okay, very dry considering it was supposed to be fresh beef. The fries were good. The prices were too high for what you got. The restaurant is very clean and visually appealing. I probably won't be back.

A typical burger joint with little flair. Perhaps due to the situation, as it was Oktoberfest. The staff was fantastic; since we had various questions about intolerances, the young employee was very helpful. However, everything took a very long time, and the menu tasted accordingly. It's a shame, really; we had deliberately chosen this burger joint on our return journey with a stopover in Stuttgart. Perhaps the staffing planning was simply not right in relation to Oktoberfest.

The burgers themselves were very tasty, but unfortunately, we had a very unfriendly server who didn't know what a "wild potato" looked like and described it incorrectly to us. The online ordering system sent incorrect information to the kitchen, which is why the burgers weren't as we ordered. When we asked, they rudely told us that the kitchen hadn't received the information and we had to take the food as it was. I couldn't access my order because they only sent an email with the total amount. The customer is definitely not king at Pop's Burger.

Pop Burger Stuttgart was fantastic! My cheeseburger with a double Angus patty, extra bacon, and fries with cheese was incredibly delicious. What's especially convenient is that you order and pay in advance, and the food arrives at your table in a relaxed manner. Highly recommended!

Very tasty veggie burgers. The portion of fries was also decent. Very tasty sodas. We were also very satisfied with the staff: very quick and friendly, both with ordering, service, and billing. The restrooms were clean. I just didn't need the constant blaring of the TV.

The restaurant, with a large outdoor area, is bordered by a glass pane directly onto the main corridor of the shopping center, which is relatively busy. I didn't find this a distraction. You can order very conveniently via a QR code and pay directly. My vegetarian burger, of which there was a plentiful selection, my side, and my drink, came to a solid €20. It must be said that the AI ​​images on the menu are more off-putting than inviting. The burger arrived in record time and tasted decent. The bread, however, was nothing special. The side was also great. I can't really complain; it was a solid burger experience.

Burger ain't bad, but some flavour and taste is missing. And the service was okay. You can order and already pay via Q-Code which is great. What isn't great is using (what seems to be AI) AI generated images. It creates an unrealistic expectation of what the food looks like. Today I called this restaurant to reserve a table for 18 people, as I needed to arrange space for the summer camp participants. After calculating the distance, checking customer reviews, and looking at the pictures of the restaurant, I was sure the restaurant could definitely accommodate 18 people and also offered a reservation service. When I called and said I wanted to reserve a table, an employee told me, "We don't take reservations." He did so in an unfriendly tone. I also don't understand why anyone wouldn't want to make easy money. In fact, all you would have to do is prepare 18 burgers in advance, the students would "snag" them within 15 minutes, and to generate €450 in sales in 15 minutes—is that really so difficult? Perhaps that's also the reason why the German economy is getting worse and has even started to decline, because of people like you. Just thinking about earning a little easy money, receiving meager hourly wages from employers, but not willing to work and serve.

The best burger ever, ever. Every time I pass through Stuttgart I stop to try it. The quality has only improved. HUGE portions of fries, quality food. Highly recommended, probably the best burger place in Germany.

It was a very good visit. I was surprised at how much better it was than I expected. Above all, I thought the prices were very good. You can get a great burger here for just €4-5. I had a Double Chili Cheeseburger, my brother had a regular Chili Cheeseburger, and my friend had a Double BBQ Burger. All were excellently prepared and tasted accordingly. The interior was great and stylish with wood decor. They also put a lot of effort into the menus. These were made of some kind of dark mineral. I really liked it. It was already 10:30 PM when we arrived, and they were supposed to close at 11 PM, but we still didn't feel rushed. The staff and owner were very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend it 10/10.

I bought two halloumi salads to go (€9.90 each) and had to wait about 20 minutes – which was still okay. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed when I opened the packaging: 1. The portion was extremely small – it would have barely been enough even for a child. 2. The salad actually only contained half a cherry tomato, otherwise almost entirely leaf lettuce. No cucumber, no other vegetables, no bread, or any other side dish – and that for almost €10 per portion. For this price, I expect significantly higher quality and more filling. It shouldn't be surprising if guests don't come back under these circumstances. We all have to work hard for our money – so it's disappointing to get so little for it. Unfortunately, I can't give it any stars.

Hair in a Burger – Zero Goodwill and Embarrassing Handling of Complaint We were at Pops Burgers in the Carré Bad Cannstatt today. Halfway through my burger, I discovered a hair under the patty – not immediately visible. I handed the plate back to a waiter, pointing it out. No reaction. No comment. It was just quietly cleared away. Because this irritated us, we went back to a waitress later. Only then did the original waiter say a quiet "Sorry." We were offered a new burger – but only upon request, not proactively. We didn't want a new burger, but a little goodwill or at least a professional gesture. Instead, only excuses ("The hair can't be ours, we wear face masks") and the statement: "The operator cannot issue refunds." No discount, no voucher, no genuine regret – simply nothing. Conclusion: Hair in food is unpleasant – it can happen. But how it's handled is crucial. And that was just disappointing, customer-unfriendly and unprofessional.

Good buns, patties unfortunately overcooked, fries very thin (a matter of taste). The music was too loud for 6 p.m., making it almost impossible to have a conversation. Several screens were used for sports broadcasts. Service was very friendly and fast. Good selection of burgers and other items. You can order the size you want (single, double, triple), and there's also a vegetarian option. Fully wheelchair accessible.

I have been a long-time customer and have always been satisfied and have often ordered there during my lunch break. Today, however, I was brushed off very briskly and unfriendly on the phone with the words: "Why would I call, I should call Wolt/ Lieferando, they couldn't accept the order over the phone!", even though they currently offer the delivery service at the sports bar. I will not order there again in the future.

I've had good experiences with Pop's so far. This review is not specifically about Pop's, but rather about the cashier there. I was craving a smash burger and ordered that too. I ordered a double smash burger to take away. The cashier understood that I wanted a regular smash burger. I asked the cashier about it and he said he had already typed in the burger as normal and not as a double. He then said “Next time”. It's okay not to understand the customer's order, but I don't think it's okay to refuse to correct the order. I worked at McDonald's as a cashier on the drive-thru and even there I corrected every order at the customer's request when I misunderstood it. I also asked for a carrying bag, which apparently didn't exist. In my opinion, there should be carrier bags at every restaurant if they also offer take-away food, which was the case in my situation. I strongly believe that the cashier was too lazy to hand me a carrier bag. Two points that, in my opinion, are not appropriate for a restaurant.

The coffee was surprisingly tasty for a burger joint! Absolutely recommended! The size of the cappuccino is a bit small. But you also have to say that the coffee there only costs 2 euros and that's because it tastes great! Hammer! 🥰 The fries were as you would expect - delicious! Delicious burgers with a very large selection. The food is pretty quick and the service is good. The restaurant is located at the entrance to a large shopping center, so there is a lot going on and you sit on the "display plate" for a bit.

I ordered a triple cheese burger with bacon and paid 13 euros. The price itself was okay, but when I realized at home that they were 3x frozen patties and that the burger really left something to be desired in terms of taste, I was very disappointed. From the pictures there are obviously homemade patties too. Unfortunately I can only report on my experience.

Unfortunately, probably the worst restaurant visit ever. We had reserved for 5 people - when we got there we were seated at a table for 2 people - when we asked whether that was really our table, we were told that no other table was available - despite the reservation. As a result, eating guests were turned away from their table (3 people with a table for 4 people) - it couldn't be more unpleasant... At around 2 degrees outside temperature, sitting in front of the entrance door, which is permanently open - everyone in the restaurant with jackets, hats and their scarves -> as a restaurant operator, there should be more in it. After about 1.5 hours the burgers came which consisted of ready-made frozen meat and discount rolls - you can do it - but you don't have to. All in all, not a successful evening and no recommendation from us. P.S. Because of the almost 2.5 hours on the train and the cold, everyone has a cold at Christmas.

I've been here a few times, one of the better burger shops in Stuttgart. Price and performance of ok. The great thing is that they have the thin fries. Well located at the roundabout. Always my pleasure. Angus Buger is really really great. What's a shame is no WiFi.
