Normally we really enjoy eating here, but the last two times were an absolute horror. Yesterday again on September 1st, 2024 at 2 p.m. we ordered two burgers and 1 portion of fries. The burger was completely wrong. Sauce was missing and onions weren't fried. Why charge €13 when you can have the toppings of a hamburger for half? The taste of the burger was simply a disappointment this time. No taste. The fries were by far the worst we have ever eaten. They went back exactly as they came. Partly underdone, not salted and limp But the non plus ultra is that in the 21st century you can only pay in cash.

No question, the burgers taste really good. I'm writing this even though I'm not a big fan of burgers. 5 stars for the taste. The negative is that there is no table service and you have to order at the checkout and pick it up yourself. Another negative point is that there was no card payment at the time and only cash payment was possible. You will only be told this at the checkout after you have ordered. If you don't have any cash with you, you'll be left empty-handed. There seems to be not enough staff as even clearing the tables took a relatively long time. Despite these circumstances, the staff was very friendly.

I don't usually rely solely on reviews, as I've often found that very good reviews didn't always meet my personal expectations. That's why I've occasionally been disappointed when a highly rated store didn't meet my taste expectations. In this case, however, I was pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed the burger I ate at this restaurant exceptionally well. The meat had a very pleasant, slightly smoky and grilled taste. The fries were also very tasty. Overall it was a really successful meal. The location of the restaurant is also convenient as there is a parking lot nearby where you can easily park.

We were at the TripleB restaurant in Zuffenhausen on August 16, 2024 and were only half thrilled. So I can't understand the awards. The burgers were good but nothing special and not really big either... the TripleB Burger tastes 1:1 like the BigKing at Burger King! What I found worst was that you didn't even get cutlery or ketchup, etc. at the table. We had to get everything ourselves. Service equals 0

Really good burgers and fries here. Nothing to complain about taste wise. It's payment by card only, but luckily a bank machine is opposite. Atmosphere is lively with an American decor and 80s pop songs in the background. Was very hot inside, so that's why I'm giving it 4 stars. Would recommend though.

Imagine it's 2024 and cash only is available. I could understand it in a corner shop, but this is a burger shop with two branches that does a decent amount of sales. By the way, you won't get a receipt either. I wonder how clean the billing is here. Burgers are otherwise great!

Ich war während der Woche gegen 18.30 Uhr da. Die Terrasse war gut besucht und ich war froh, einen freien Platz zu ergattern. Nachdem ich 15 Minuten gewartet hatte und keine Bedienung erschien, fragte ich jemanden am Nachbartisch, woraufhin man mir mitteilte, dass ich innen bestellen müsse. Über ein Hinweisschild hätte ich mich gefreut. Also rein, bestellt und bezahlt. Kartenzahlung war aktuell nicht möglich. Für die Wartezeit bekam ich einen Pager. Die Zubereitung einer Portion Pommes und eines Burgers dauerte dann trotzdem fast eine Stunde, was ich als recht lang empfunden habe. Das Essen sah dann aber hervorragend aus und schmeckte fantastisch. Hierfür gibt es 10 von 10 Punkten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und fragte ob ich zufrieden war. Alles in allem würde ich das Restaurant jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Die Getränkepreise fand ich mit 3.60€ für eine Cola recht teuer, der Preis für das Essen war vollkommen gerechtfertigt.

Maybe it was just a bad day, who knows...but waiting 40 minutes for two burgers is ridiculous. No card payment. Self-service. Somewhat overwhelmed team. While we waited, guests who arrived later were turned away: "We're out of burgers." As I said: Maybe just a snapshot. An unfortunate evening where everything went wrong. Doesn't change anything, our mood was gone and that was the first and last time. If the staff had just made a quick effort to calm the situation down a bit, my judgment might not have been so harsh. But you obviously didn't care. The burger was completely OK, there's nothing to complain about.

Honestly, go somewhere else!! The burgers are okay, but really nothing special and that's where it ends! The store is self-service, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but the little bit of "service" that takes place - from the greeting, to taking the order, to the serving - is subpar!! The three-man crew was mercilessly overwhelmed from start to finish. We waited 40 minutes (!!!!!!) for two burgers. And there were - including us - nine tables occupied by over 40! NINE!!! Card payment is not possible, the fries are soggy. All in all: total failure.

The meat was very good, Fries were very good, The bread was far too dry, as if it had been lying around open for a long time, one star deducted. No card payment, which is no longer possible for me personally, so a star deduction. Luckily there was a bench opposite. It was far too warm in the restaurant itself. Unfortunately, I can't come alone anymore because I can't pay by card.

I admit that I was disappointed... the burger and especially the fries weren't great... I paid for a burger with bacon, which didn't have any inside, but the burger was still tastier than in the restaurant on Marienstrasse. In this type of restaurant, it seems absurd to me to have to ask for cutlery and tissues because they don't provide them themselves. Sweet potato fries and other side dishes are not on the menu.

We ate there today, I think it's bad, we waited 1 hour for our food in the blazing sun and the burgers just didn't taste good. I don't think the hype is right for this burger! There are better ones in Stuttgart!!!!!

The new one has little in common with the quality of its predecessor 😭 I don't understand why you have to change such a great product 🤔 Stuttgart's BEST burger <3 There's nothing more to say about it for now :) The ambience is kept simple and limited to the bare essentials. But absolutely sufficient for the burger enjoyment. The menu is limited to the bare essentials. There are different types of burgers (chilly, cheese, hamburger, etc.), so the selection is manageable but absolutely sufficient. In terms of taste, for me it's the best burger that's available in Stuttgart - NO ifs or buts :) Payment on site is only possible with cash. Reservations are recommended for group visits on weekends. Stuttgart loves Triple B, so the crowds are accordingly 😉 Just check out the store - you won't regret the taste <3

Come eat here often, everything is always great! Unfortunately, there are now other burger buns that aren't quite as good.

The burgers are some of the better ones in the Stuttgart area. However, a couple of times the restaurant was somehow closed during opening hours. Pickup after ordering by phone sometimes problematic (wrong oder, food not ready) The ongoing reluctance to accept anything other than cash is a problem in 2024.

Very good burger but why has it not been possible to pay by card for a long time? In my opinion, something is definitely not right. But I can't blame anyone here if you say it's defective then it is. I don't feel like going to the bank every time to withdraw money. I usually never carry cash with me.

I've known the store for almost 8 years and not once have I been dissatisfied with the quality. You can tell that everything is freshly prepared, everything tastes great and it's no wonder that Triple B keeps receiving top awards. I'm looking forward to more burgers!

Had a chili citizen with 200g patty and fries. It wasn't actually worth the money. Payment in cash only. The Bürger was completely cooked through - as long as you aren't asked directly about the doneness, I find every Bürgershop questionable anyway. The patty was way too dry, as were the buns, as if they were the cheapest buns that had already been sitting outside for 2-3 days. The vegetables on the citizen were ok, but nothing more. At least it was quite diverse and according to the menu. The chili's and chili sauce had almost no spiciness and the sauce in particular had less flavor than ketchup and mayo from the discount store. The fries are Belgian and there are as many as you pay for. Were ok, but only ok. Service was okay. Self-service aka. Order from one person at the checkout and ticker for pickup, as is common in many places. In my opinion, completely okay. German was spoken and quite friendly. Didn't ask about a toilet. A real shame. It was edible without a doubt, but overall you can eat really good local food elsewhere in Stuttgart for less money. Many people have had similar experiences and I honestly can't understand why the buns in particular aren't replaced.

The food is no longer like it used to be, the staff hardly speak any German, they are rude, the fries aren't cooked through and the citizens are smaller. I'd rather go to Hans im Glück, it's worth more for the money

Super tasty and juicy burgers. Absolutely one of the best burger places we have ever visited. The BBQ burger is particularly recommended, with a super tasty combination of juicy patty with fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, lean bacon and fried red onions. Above all, lots of delicious sauces. The thick fries are also delicious. You order at the counter, you get a buzzer that tells you when your order is ready, then you can pick it up directly at the counter. The atmosphere is very rustic but cozy. Small drawback that you can only pay in cash. We will come back in any case.

Quite OK, the food was a bit above average but not exceptional. The cheeseburger was very good, the fries were a bit weak and sometimes a bit cold. Still, all in all 4/5 stars, you can come back. (Burger about 10€, fries 5€)

Today evening time I went place, I face very badly experience.Manger or Owner she was shouting for staff Lady.She was abused her in front of all customers.In front of everyone abusing person?! The burgers are among the best in Stuttgart. There is a decent selection of burgers that you can upgrade with patties. The ingredients, including salad, onions and gherkins, are fresh and well balanced in quantity with the sauce. The portions of fries are large and tasty. The ambience was also good and there is even an outdoor area. I'll definitely come again ✅✅✅

We each ordered 2 burgers and a fries to pick up. Food was ready for pickup within 30 minutes. BUT, we couldn't call it food. The burgers have new bread (cruel, although there was hardly any sesame on it, it only tasted like sesame), the burger meat was probably new too (tasted bland and dry), and the toppings on the burgers were reduced. The 100 g burger is now really a mini burger and with the 200 g burger we were briefly worried that the burger meat had been forgotten. Of course, the quality of the fries was also downgraded, but you can still ignore that. These are chicken grill fries and everything tastes good thanks to the deep fryer. The quality was just disappointing, we were shocked. Triple B was our favorite burger place where we ordered something every month, but that time is now over. Inflation or not, a restaurant is all about the food! And if savings are made here, I unfortunately no longer understand the company's philosophy. 2-3 euros more for a burger doesn't hurt as much as our result yesterday... I hope you come back to the old recipe...

Definitely the best burger place in town 🍔♥️! The ingredients are fresh and the patties are so juicy that your mouth will water. The atmosphere is super cozy and the team is really chill. Just perfect for a date with the homies 🥰🤗. The selection is amazing - from classic cheeseburgers to fancy creations with exotic ingredients, everything is available. (Trible-B Special Burger 🍔 ) And the sauces really make the burger complete. I'll definitely be back 🤩.

Great burgers! A bit of a small restaurant, there isn't always enough space. Self-service with buzzer alarm. Prices are reasonable for the food but unfortunately card payment is not possible. For 2 people you should have at least €50 in cash.

Burger waren wie immer sehr lecker! Leider muss ich aber trotzdem nur 3 Sterne geben, da sie die wirklich guten gewohnten Pommes nicht mehr haben und stattdessen welche die sehr billig scheinen und nach nichts schmecken. Das hat nichts mit der gewohnten Qualität zutun. Hoffe, dass es die alten Pommes wieder geben wird. Ansonsten immer wieder gerne!

Die Burger sind noch gut aber leider nicht von gleichmäßiger Qualität. Für die Hygienischen Zustände müsste man allerdings null * geben. Die Pommes sind leider auch nichts mehr. Das warten hat sich früher wenigstens gelohnt, mittlerweile lohnt es nicht mehr.

Ein sehr schönes Ambiente und eine gute Bedienung, kann den Laden nur empfehlen.

Das Ambiente ist top, die Wartezeit leider nervig (ca. 20 min. bei Restaurantbelegung ca. 30 %), die von uns gegessenen Triple B Burger waren leider im Preis Leistungsverhältnis gerade so Mittelmass, weit weg von Stuttgarts bestem Burger, auch an der Kasse wurde aus versehen ein Burger zuviel eingetippt, zum Glück haben wir nochmal nachgerechnet. Es war ganz nett dort, aber ein 2. Besuch kommt für uns leider nicht mehr in Frage. das personal war aber sehr freundlich, sicher hatten sie einfach nur nen schlechten Tag. Ich hab sie 2 x drauf angesprochen dass auf ihrer Homepage steht dass das Restaurant geschlossen ist...Stand heute wurde noch nicht geändert...steht immer noch drauf.

Triple B Burger ist schlichtweg perfekt! Mit einer 10/10 Bewertung bietet dieser Ort nicht nur perfekt zubereitete Burger voller Geschmack, sondern auch ein einladendes Ambiente. Die geniale Kombination von Essiggurken und trotzdem dazu normalen Gurken verleiht meiner meinung nach den Burgern einen einzigartigen Twist. Und jedes Mal ist es wieder wunderbar! Definitiv ein Muss für alle Burger Liebhaber.

Das Restaurant kann man nur empfehlen, mein Burger war sehr lecker, die Fritten sowie das Salat ebenso. Die Portionen waren auch sehr gut. Das Restaurant ist zwar etwas klein, aber die Einrichtung und der Style waren sehr schön. Der Service war sehr gut, und auch sehr nette Leute. Sollte man aufjedenfall probieren👍🏽

Mein Sohn und ich waren gestern das erste mal beim Triple B. Die Bestellung war etwas seltsam: wir wollten beide den Cheeseburger mit 100g patties. Der Herr sagte mir, es gebe nur die 200g. Ok, dann eben das. Dann fragt er meinen Sohn, welchen Pattie er möchte. Hmm, ok. Also es gibt keine Auswahl, welchen soll er denn nehmen? Ok; also, bestellt. Sonderwünsche wurden berücksichtigt. Cheeseburger plain war kein problem. Das Essen war relativ schnell fertig. Die Burger haben sehr gut geschmeckt; die Pommes waren auch sehr gut! ABER: dann musste mein Sohn noch auf die Toilette. Er kam ganz schockiert zurück, es gab nämlich keine. Alles im Herrenklo war eine einzige Baustelle. Also das geht meiner Meinung nach gar nicht! Auf die Damentoilette, falls es eine gibt, wollte er dann nicht. Also sind wir dann gegangen. Faszit: Essen gut, 30 Euro für 2 mit Pommes und Getränke. Aber das mit der Toilette geht gar nicht! Keine EC Zahlung möglich, die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und die Tische wurden schnell abgeräumt. Der beste Burgerladen ist es für uns zwar nicht, aber einen Besuch durchaus wert

Burger leider total versalzen, Gurken wurden abbestellt und waren am Ende trotzdem auf dem Burger, frisch waren die nicht. genau so wenig wie der Salat, der war komplett welk. das einzige essbare an der Bestellung waren die Pommes. sehr ärgerlich um das Geld, denn die Preise sind recht hoch, da kann man schon qualitativ hochwertiges Essen erwarten. War mein letzter Besuch dort.

Burger 🍔 sind super. Die Einrichtung ist nicht so super Tische und Stühle wackeln, alles bißchen altbacken mit Holz usw. Sehr dunkle Atmosphäre. Bedienung an sich verständlich aber nicht 100% ! Eine junge Dame kümmert sich um der Sauberkeit von den Tischen, räumt alles flink weg. Einziges Manko ,,Selbstbedienung " für ein Restaurant nicht Ok. Für mich so wie Imbiss, man steht an der Kasse in der Schlange und wartet. Wenn Bestellung aufgegeben gibt ein Pieps-Gerät mit um sein Essen an der Theke zu holen. Geschmacklich aber tipTop 🍔😁👌

Wir gehen ein- oder zweimal im Jahr hierher, wenn wir in Stuttgart auf der Messe sind. Kommen über 100km weit weg. Aber der Besuch hier ist immer ein Highlight. Bei den Burgern passt alles. Saftig, rauchig, lecker. Immer wieder gerne. Auch die Pommes sind zu empfehlen. Sind große Portionen.
