Wonderful Citizen tastes very, very good. I have never eaten such good citizen. It tastes very good and the vegetables are actually very fresh. The interior is also very pleasant.

Burgers and fries were really very good but the ambience is a disaster in the meantime! Garbage in front of the door and the surrounding area are simply dirty. No comment inside. Top experience: A rat climbs up the outside of the winter garden and runs across the glass. It doesn't work at all!!! Sorry, without adjustments, this was the last visit

Only juice shop. No card payment. If you order online via the homepage and pay via PayPal, the order doesn't reach the team (apparently it ends up in spam?! In your own tool?!) and you then have to wait on site (approx. 30 minutes). Great. The whole thing destroys the enjoyment of the food and it is too expensive. It has nothing to do with service. Not recommended. Probably never again.

Ordered a smash burger and waited about 30 minutes. After everything was prepared, I went to pick it up, the guy just made me another burger and said we didn't have any smash burgers today. Paid around €50 for 2 burgers and 2 drinks and the burger was okay.

There were unfortunately no sweet potato fries, which are rarely available. In addition, ingredients such as bacon were missing for the burgers, and the burger meat was dry, mini cheese. The salad turned out to be watery and overly salty. The total price of €45 for two people seems unreasonable compared to the quality offered. We recently had a much better experience at Burger King.

The food itself is delicious. But: For the second time there was no bacon, even though we were there in the early afternoon during the week (I would have understood if it had been shortly before closing time). Despite a reminder, there was no response from Triple B to a feedback email about this - not very customer-friendly. In addition, at least in the restaurant in Zuffenhausen, it is always extremely cold. Therefore points deducted from the rating.

Wir waren mit der Familie zum Geburtstag meines Sohnes dort essen - das Essen wäre eigentlich gut gewesen, wenn nicht irgendwann hinter den Getränkekühlschränken eine Ratte die Wand hoch hinter die Lüftungskanäle gelaufen wäre - bei vollbesetztem Laden und hellem Licht. Wir und andere Gäste haben es dem Team gemeldet - passiert ist erstmal nichts. Das macht vielleicht auch Sinn, man will ja nicht den ganzen mit der Nase drauf stossen. Die einzige Reaktion, die ich mitbekommen habe ist, dass meine Google Bewertung wegen "Diffamierung" beanstandet wurde. 2 Gäste haben das Lokal direkt verlassen, als Sie die Ratte gesehen haben, 2 haben es gemeldet, ich bin gespannt, was daran "Diffamierung" ist. Das Team im Laden ist super freundlich und geduldig, Ambiente ohne Nager auch nett, das Essen war gut, vor allem die Pommes genau richtig. Aber eine wirklich gute Bewertung für das Essen will einem dann auch nicht über die Lippen gehen...

The burgers were absolutely amazing! I ordered two: the ‘Triple B Burger’ and the ‘BBQ Burger’. Both were incredibly tasty - the meat is juicy and has a very good taste, the ingredients are fresh and the overall combination is simply great. The Triple B in particular blew me away! If you're looking for really good burgers, this is the place for you. Clear recommendation, I'll definitely come back!

Great impudence, ordered by phone to pick it up. It means it takes 15 minutes, but these 15 minutes ended up being 45 minutes. So the service still has a lot to learn

An extremely friendly and attentive staff who accept and implement your wishes quickly and in a friendly manner. The atmosphere is very cozy and rather rustic. I love it like that. We could only pay in cash. I don't know if that's always the case. But it's better to go around like this than just being able to pay with a card. My burger was very tasty, warm and looked great. My companion ate a vegetarian burger. Not artificial meat, highly refined and trimmed to resemble meat, but otherwise made from finely chopped vegetables. She was thrilled. Again at any time, you get the value for the price!

A few years ago it was THE recommendation for burgers in Stgtt. Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated somewhat. The map has also remained unchanged for years. No table service. No EC payment. Sanitary facility okay. Now it's just average for me.

Bestes Burger Restaurant in Stuttgart! Gehen hier seit vielen Jahren gerne regelmäßig essen. Die Burger haben eine ausgezeichnete Qualität und auch preislich ist das ganze nach wie vor in Ordnung, auch wenn die Preise vor ca 2 Jahren doch recht deutlich angehoben wurden. Einziges Manko ist, dass man nach wie vor nicht mit Karte zahlen kann!

I would like to share my latest experiences that I had this week, the two of us were there for dinner around 9 p.m. in the evening, it was without a doubt super tasty and good, it would definitely have the character to like to eat here again, but now this big BUT. When we left the restaurant it was already a few minutes before closing time. Unfortunately, when I got home I realized that I must have left my perfume bottle there, which I left at the table next to me when I was eating. It was already too late to drive back because the place was already closed, so I tried to at least reach someone there by phone, unfortunately without success. The next morning at 11.30 a.m. I called the restaurant again and expressed my concern that I had left my perfume at dinner yesterday and whether they had found it, they put me off for the time being by calling me again later nothing has been found so far. Unfortunately, I waited in vain until the late afternoon for this call from the employee I had spoken to on the phone, which was a real shame. Nevertheless, I tried again and personally went to the restaurant to see if anyone had found what I was looking for, but to my regret I had to return home without the perfume in question because, according to the statement, it was nowhere to be found. For me the whole thing definitely had a very bitter aftertaste, on the one hand because I wasn't called back as promised, which was what the locality had offered me, and on the other hand, as already mentioned above, when I left the locality the day before it was almost closed, and furthermore I went to the site again and asked if I could say something about the whereabouts of the perfume on the surveillance cameras. I was expressly told that there were NO cameras here. Well, the only sad thing about this statement from the employee is that it is obvious from the pictures posted online by the restaurant on their own homepage that this is not the case and that there are certainly cameras in the restaurant. It's a real shame that I won't be coming here again despite the good food, because I definitely feel very embarrassed by the entire incident and the way in which my request was handled, as I said in good German at the end. Only one thing is certain: the perfume bottle will certainly not have run out of the restaurant and made its way home.

I don't care what's there but be ashamed to say you're helal if you sell alcohol.

Burgers are ok but don’t understand how they won “best burger award”. You order at the till and have to pick up your food when it’s ready - considering they save a lot of staff with that, the food is too expensive. You can only pay cash - come on guys, it’s 2024!!! Service was unfortunately not welcoming or friendly.

Disappointing. Service was extremely bad and unfriendly, fries were soggy and only lukewarm, I had to wait a relatively long time even though there were only 3 guests in the restaurant with me and the cheeseburger I ordered didn't deserve the name because there was literally a small slice of cheese on it located. The burger tasted ok and the ingredients were fresh. Only cash payment is accepted, it's not a good service but it's ok. Just make it clear!

The burger tastes great. There are times when you can pay by credit card, but most of the time, you can only pay by cash every time you visit, which is a shame.

Burgers are really tasty and the portion sizes are reasonable (burgers, fries). I find drinks too expensive at 3.60 euros per bottle (regardless of whether it's water, cola or Sprite) - especially because it's a self-service restaurant with no table service. Unfortunately the Goldburger was out of stock - a shame. If this is advertised, it should also be available! All in all, a lovely evening with good food and a really nice atmosphere. I'd love to come back.

Insanely delicious baked goods, great exercise before the work day

Eating a burger here is fun, it's very juicy and perfectly seasoned. The fries are also perfect for my taste. I really enjoy going here and even though others always want to argue and claim they have the best burger in their city, I have to say... I've never had one that was better.

For me, the best burger shop in all of Stuttgart. Been a regular customer since 2013 and have tried other burger stores, but nothing comes close to Triple B. Good value for money, super nice service, nice location. All in a 10/10

Great burger, but we waited a long time in the quite empty restaurant because a lot seemed to have been ordered for pickup. Therefore there was a slight deduction for service.

Very tasty burgers, a 200g burger + fries will fill you up well. No table service, orders are taken directly in front of the kitchen, processed and then served.

It was my favorite burger shop in Stuttgart until 2021 because the food was spectacular, and I recommended it to many friends. Now it's just okay. The service has become very poor and this is the second time in a month that they have made a mistake in billing me. I'm sorry, but I won't be coming back.

Always happy again, it was super tasty and quick to prepare. Now I have to add something, the last 3 times I was there I always had to wait at least 1 hour until I got the food, and they also tried to give me the wrong thing at first. We prepared food for pick-up or delivery and the guests in the restaurant had to wait. I will now try other ones that place more value on the guests. As has been mentioned several times, it is no longer appropriate these days not to be able to pay by card.

Normally we really enjoy eating here, but the last two times were an absolute horror. Yesterday again on September 1st, 2024 at 2 p.m. we ordered two burgers and 1 portion of fries. The burger was completely wrong. Sauce was missing and onions weren't fried. Why charge €13 when you can have the toppings of a hamburger for half? The taste of the burger was simply a disappointment this time. No taste. The fries were by far the worst we have ever eaten. They went back exactly as they came. Partly underdone, not salted and limp But the non plus ultra is that in the 21st century you can only pay in cash.

No question, the burgers taste really good. I'm writing this even though I'm not a big fan of burgers. 5 stars for the taste. The negative is that there is no table service and you have to order at the checkout and pick it up yourself. Another negative point is that there was no card payment at the time and only cash payment was possible. You will only be told this at the checkout after you have ordered. If you don't have any cash with you, you'll be left empty-handed. There seems to be not enough staff as even clearing the tables took a relatively long time. Despite these circumstances, the staff was very friendly.

I don't usually rely solely on reviews, as I've often found that very good reviews didn't always meet my personal expectations. That's why I've occasionally been disappointed when a highly rated store didn't meet my taste expectations. In this case, however, I was pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed the burger I ate at this restaurant exceptionally well. The meat had a very pleasant, slightly smoky and grilled taste. The fries were also very tasty. Overall it was a really successful meal. The location of the restaurant is also convenient as there is a parking lot nearby where you can easily park.

We were at the TripleB restaurant in Zuffenhausen on August 16, 2024 and were only half thrilled. So I can't understand the awards. The burgers were good but nothing special and not really big either... the TripleB Burger tastes 1:1 like the BigKing at Burger King! What I found worst was that you didn't even get cutlery or ketchup, etc. at the table. We had to get everything ourselves. Service equals 0

Really good burgers and fries here. Nothing to complain about taste wise. It's payment by card only, but luckily a bank machine is opposite. Atmosphere is lively with an American decor and 80s pop songs in the background. Was very hot inside, so that's why I'm giving it 4 stars. Would recommend though.

Imagine it's 2024 and cash only is available. I could understand it in a corner shop, but this is a burger shop with two branches that does a decent amount of sales. By the way, you won't get a receipt either. I wonder how clean the billing is here. Burgers are otherwise great!

Ich war während der Woche gegen 18.30 Uhr da. Die Terrasse war gut besucht und ich war froh, einen freien Platz zu ergattern. Nachdem ich 15 Minuten gewartet hatte und keine Bedienung erschien, fragte ich jemanden am Nachbartisch, woraufhin man mir mitteilte, dass ich innen bestellen müsse. Über ein Hinweisschild hätte ich mich gefreut. Also rein, bestellt und bezahlt. Kartenzahlung war aktuell nicht möglich. Für die Wartezeit bekam ich einen Pager. Die Zubereitung einer Portion Pommes und eines Burgers dauerte dann trotzdem fast eine Stunde, was ich als recht lang empfunden habe. Das Essen sah dann aber hervorragend aus und schmeckte fantastisch. Hierfür gibt es 10 von 10 Punkten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und fragte ob ich zufrieden war. Alles in allem würde ich das Restaurant jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Die Getränkepreise fand ich mit 3.60€ für eine Cola recht teuer, der Preis für das Essen war vollkommen gerechtfertigt.

While we waited, guests who arrived later were turned away: "We're out of burgers." As I said: Maybe just a snapshot. An unfortunate evening where everything went wrong. Doesn't change anything, our mood was gone and that was the first and last time. If the staff had just made a quick effort to calm the situation down a bit, my judgment might not have been so harsh. But you obviously didn't care. The burger was completely OK, there's nothing to complain about.

Honestly, go somewhere else!! The burgers are okay, but really nothing special and that's where it ends! The store is self-service, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but the little bit of "service" that takes place - from the greeting, to taking the order, to the serving - is subpar!! The three-man crew was mercilessly overwhelmed from start to finish. We waited 40 minutes (!!!!!!) for two burgers. And there were - including us - nine tables occupied by over 40! NINE!!! Card payment is not possible, the fries are soggy. All in all: total failure.

I admit that I was disappointed... the burger and especially the fries weren't great... I paid for a burger with bacon, which didn't have any inside, but the burger was still tastier than in the restaurant on Marienstrasse. In this type of restaurant, it seems absurd to me to have to ask for cutlery and tissues because they don't provide them themselves. Sweet potato fries and other side dishes are not on the menu.

But absolutely sufficient for the burger enjoyment. The menu is limited to the bare essentials. There are different types of burgers (chilly, cheese, hamburger, etc.), so the selection is manageable but absolutely sufficient. In terms of taste, for me it's the best burger that's available in Stuttgart - NO ifs or buts :) Payment on site is only possible with cash. Reservations are recommended for group visits on weekends. Stuttgart loves Triple B, so the crowds are accordingly 😉 Just check out the store - you won't regret the taste <3

Come eat here often, everything is always great! Unfortunately, there are now other burger buns that aren't quite as good.

The burgers are some of the better ones in the Stuttgart area. However, a couple of times the restaurant was somehow closed during opening hours. Pickup after ordering by phone sometimes problematic (wrong oder, food not ready) The ongoing reluctance to accept anything other than cash is a problem in 2024.

Very good burger but why has it not been possible to pay by card for a long time? In my opinion, something is definitely not right. But I can't blame anyone here if you say it's defective then it is. I've known the store for almost 8 years and not once have I been dissatisfied with the quality. You can tell that everything is freshly prepared, everything tastes great and it's no wonder that Triple B keeps receiving top awards. I'm looking forward to more burgers!
