Absolutely wonderful smash burgers, hot fries and cold drinks. Service was great! Food was done in a timely manner. This place is located inside the Milaneo Mall, easy to find, but the food court was crowded and loud. Would definitely recommend if you're wanting a delicious burger!

NeoTaste refuses to accept vouchers. According to their own statements, they simply don't do it anymore, but they don't care that they can still be booked.

Landed here by chance. But the food was great. The burger tasted excellent. Side dishes and sauces are also very tasty. Absolutely recommended and we will certainly enjoy eating here again when we are in the area. I also think the price is reasonable for the quality you get.

Super nice team, they immediately explained what was and wasn't gluten-free. The background team works very quickly and is extremely friendly. Unfortunately I missed one on my Buger 😊 The red onions!...were in the form of 3 small mini cubes... Otherwise, super tasty and I’d love to come back 🤗

It's just not possible to use the same gloves for cashiering and preparing food. And then coughed into the glove and wiped away the sweat. So if you know that people can see you, you can try to work hygienically

Every time I come to Stuttgart, I have to get a burger from Ruff's Burger. The burgers and fries are delicious! The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. Cannot say enough good things about this place. One of my favorite burger places ever!

Ordered a smash burger and an avocado burger. The burgers were ready quickly and tasted really good. The prices are slightly higher compared to the typical food court burger joint.

Avocado burgers Crispy Goat Cheese Burgers Garlic Fries 3 dishes = one description: brilliant (unfortunately the word "Foodp..." is not allowed to be used here, but it would be appropriate ;) ) At first it doesn't seem cheap, but in retrospect I can only say that the price is absolutely right. The food court vibe isn't really my thing, but the quality & taste absolutely makes up for it! Thanks!

Honestly, I had a caterpillar in the burger, got a new one but it was disgusting.

Burger tasted like Macces, the fries weren't seasoned and totally dry. And 15€ for that... just isn't possible.

Basically, this burger kiosk is completely fine. The burger was fresh, tasty and had a good sauce. The Caesar salad is a favorite, very tasty, the meat is excellent and the portion is large. However, the prices for such a concept are high.

I ordered the veggie burger with fries and a drink for around €17, which is of course expensive but probably average in a big city. The service was very nice and I didn't have to wait long. In terms of taste, both were between okay and good. The fries were too dry after a while and the patty of the burger was filled with corn and peas, which I don't particularly like, and the bread was too crumbly. The ambience also leaves a lot to be desired as you have to eat with a tray in the department store in the middle of other fast food shops.

Cheeseburgers and smash burgers weren't perfect, but still surprisingly good. Fries were very good, as were the jalapeno mayo and lime mayo. The employees were very nice and accommodating :) I can't say much about the ambience, it's just the Milaneo's food court^^

Very good burger with blue cheese. Even though the fries lacked a bit of salt and the portion was manageable, the sauce recommended with them was good.

I ate burgers here with a friend yesterday afternoon, and today we're both completely exhausted. Vomiting and diarrhea, fever and headache. It wasn't my first time at Ruff's but it will probably be my last.

The burger was good and the staff were friendly given the circumstances (Saturday lunchtime, full house). The prices are very high and the organization unfortunately leaves something to be desired. Sometimes people came after me, ordered more and got it earlier.

I had a cheeseburger and a smash burger. At my request, the cheese was fried medium-rare. The burgers were tasty, just a little too much ketchup on them. The staff was very friendly and tried to fulfill my wishes despite prime time. You location, you have to like the Milaneo. I don't like it.

Das Essen war super lecker, wir hatten keine lange Wartezeit (waren aber auch vor der Mittagspausen zeit da), ich hatte den veganen Cheeseburger & Pommes. Es gibt auch Trüffel Pommes! Das Personal war freundlich & es war ein super Service.

Bin auf mehrfache Empfehlung hierher, einen Smash Burger bestellt mit Trüffel Pommes und Chicken Nuggets. Mitarbeiter waren super nett, haben auch paar Sachen gratis zum probieren dazu gegeben, Zuhause angekommen und nach 3 Bissen kam mir das erste Haar entgegen und weiter hinten am Burger war erneut eins drin. Leute, sowas kann ja passieren, aber das verdirbt einem direkt die Lust auf das Essen. Burger kam dann weg, Pommes waren gut, Nuggets waren okay, haben sehr fettig geschmeckt, tatsächlich fettiger als Nuggets vom Burger King oder McDonalds. Für die Tatsache das mein Burger 2 Haare enthielt, die fest am Käse klebten...war es das letzte mal für mich.

Qualität vom Burger leider wie in mc Qualität:( Pommes waren gut.

Dir Burger die wir hatten waren einfach nicht ihr Geld wert, es war fad und man konnte es Essen aber ich bzw wir würden jetzt nicht nochmal dort Essen. Personal war sehr freundlich.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auch und es schmeckt sehr lecker.

Die Bedienung war anfangs super, Ich bestellte mit meinem Bruder dort jeweils BBQ Burger in einem Menü ohne Bacon weil wir aus religiösen gründen kein Schwein essen dürfen. Bestellung fertig und es war Bacon drauf was nicht schlimm war weil man uns sagte man macht beide Burger neu, darauf kam vermutlich der Chef und hat den Mitarbeiter zur Sau gemacht. Allerdings nicht wegen des Fehlers sondern weil die Mitarbeiterin die Burger neu machen wollte.. als die Bestellung fertig wurde und unser Pager klingelte zur Abholung haben wir 2 CHEESEBURGER bekommen obwohl wir für BBQ bezahlt haben. Das war an Frechheit nicht mehr zu übertreffen! Die Geldgier war doch wichtiger als ein zufriedener Kunde. Mir tun die Mitarbeiter leid die sich das antun müssen.

Heute im Milaneo Burger probiert. Der Burger war groß, das Burgerpattie war lecker, nicht trocken und frühzeitig von der Platte genommen. Die BBQ-Sauce war leicht rauchig und für mich keine aus dem Marktregal, einfach super! Die Pommes waren knusprig und schmackhaft. Für mich war das heute die richtige Wahl und beim nächsten Besuch im Milaneo wieder einen Stop wert!

Leckere Burger zu Preisen die in Ordnung gehen. Das Fleisch is super zart und wirklich lecker. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die Trüffel Pommes! Ein klasse Burger Laden

Die Qualität hat leider sehr abgenommen, der Preis ist allerdings immernoch hoch. Das hühnchenfleisch war früher am Stück mit echten hühnerfleischfasern. Heute war es gepresstes zusammengefügtes Nuggetsfleisch im crispy chicken burger. Für 9euro erwartet man deutlich mehr.

Cheeseburger lecker, Pommes sehr salzig und kleine Größe. Mit Getränk kostet es 12,5€ - in Ordnung. Sehr laut und ungemütlich in der Foodlounge

Der Veggieburger war sehr lecker, alle Zutaten sehr frisch und knackig. Die belgischen Pommen und die Garlic Fries waren ebenfalls schmackhaft. Personal war auch sehr nett.

Die Burger bei Ruffs sind Klasse! ich bin Arbeitsbedingt fast täglich in der Food Lounge im Milaneo und bin von Ruffs begeistert. Das Personal ist super nett die Burger sind wirklich alle sehr gut (mein Favorit ist der Ceasar-Burger). Das essen kommt immer ziemlich zügig. Ich bin Fan von diesem Laden und Freu mich noch auf viele leckere Burger.

Der Bürger ist sehr saftig geht nicht dort hin sondern rennt dahin und der Getränke Markt ist ausbau fähig

Habe den Röstiburger gegessen und der war megalecker. Auch die Pommes waren sehr gut. Im Menü mit Getränk habe ich knapp 15 € bezahlt. Absolut on Ordnung für die Qualität. Komme gerne wieder.

Top Burger, im Milaneo auf jeden Fall eines des besten Essen. Frisch, gut gewürzt und immer freundlich. Ich feier vorallem eines: Die Auswahl! Dinkel, Glutenfrei, Veggi, Vegan für jeden was dabei. Hab schon oft dort gegessen, war immer zufrieden und ich hab schon viele Burger auf der Welt probiert ;)
