Overwhelm and listlessness. Orders with more than one burger visibly overwhelm the staff. At the time of ordering, I was the only customer in the store. The young man at the checkout gave the impression from far away that he didn't want to work. Serving customers with an AirPod on one ear is anything but customer-friendly. Well, I ordered five burgers and two fries to take away. When I got home we discovered that the packaging was either not labeled or some of it was labeled incorrectly and so we basically had to bite into the burgers at random because some of them couldn't be distinguished from one another visually. In addition, some of the burgers were so burnt on the edges that they tasted bitter. If that doesn't work then you're definitely not doing your job properly. The burger quality has deteriorated significantly compared to the original one, so I won't visit this place again.

The burgers and fries are top. Value for money also good. However, the shop is getting a little old. The outside area in particular was very dirty. Tables sticky, floor littered and ashtrays had a mountain of cigarettes, which spoiled the appetite a little due to the smell.

There are more and more burger joints at the moment, some are better, some less so. I found this one above average and worth a visit if you're in the area. The employees tried hard, you can tell there was a lot of work in the store. There was even a slot machine with Streetfighter on it 🎉

I've been a customer for a long time and have known the shop since it was still a food truck. The quality has deteriorated significantly and I was content with that until today, when I got an unsalted citizen and I also felt sick when I got home. I hadn't eaten much. I'm not here to make you look bad, but since the owner is no longer there and more young people are working there, it seems to me that things have really decreased in a lot of ways and prices have also risen extremely. At least the staff was at least friendly.

Solid burger joint, the prices are a bit high, but you get significantly better quality than at MCD or the Burger König, The fries were especially great. The Street Fighter 2 arcade machine (without inserting money!) really puts you in the mood!

The new outdoor seat is okay, the seats are not particularly comfortable. Seat cushions would be good and if the staff smokes there, they should check beforehand whether people are eating and empty the ashtrays regularly. The view isn't that great but there's nothing you can do about it. If the scaffolding is gone, it will certainly be better. The toilets are clean. That is always important. Since it's not selectable, we had the BBQ burger.

Delicious burger, but the fries there are absolutely amazing! The restaurant is decorated in a typical American style. The balcony is a bit hidden and nice for eating outside in summer. The Hot Chili Cheeseburger could have been a little spicier for me, but I would still recommend it. For me it was enough for lunch in a small size with fries

I didn't know HOBS until now. I only ever saw the old car when I was passing by. This time I went there to see for myself one of the most famous spots for burgers in Bad Cannstatt. A bit confusingly, you walk through a corridor to the interestingly furnished restaurant. A comic or retro gaming theme runs through the store. The colors, wall tattoos and decoration are coordinated. The whole thing seems less comfortable. The wooden benches in particular could use a little more comfort. We ordered at the checkout from an unmotivated and distant employee who, despite the lack of customers, didn't seem to have much interest in giving advice. He was still nice, but if that is the only contact with an employee (and he is) then the customer is left with a bad impression. We had two cheeseburgers. Once regular, once small. There were also fries and coleslaw. We also had a hamburger. The cheeseburgers are noticeably fresh, but the patties still lack punch. They're not bad, but they lack a little more flavor. This can be through fat, it can be through another piece of meat, or it can be through spices. The fries, on the other hand, were good, although the accompanying sour cream dip wasn't really convincing. The coleslaw was equally disappointing. Rather sweet in taste, but not very refreshing, as one might expect. The hamburger was really bland, unfortunately. Without any cheese or other extravagant ingredients, the lack of power in the meat becomes apparent. I also found it a shame that there was no Cola Zero or generally sugar-free alternatives to the usual drinks (apart from water). We paid over 35 euros for the above dishes and drinks. It's not cheap, but it's not really expensive either. I wasn't completely full, but it was still enough. Unfortunately, HOBS couldn't completely convince me. The burgers are good, but also need improvement. The service should definitely be addressed.

Greasy soggy burger. Ordered two different burgers, hardly any differences (salad was different). As with other burger shops, the request without onions was accepted but not implemented. Nothing special in terms of taste. House sauce was ok.

Smoking bar live high, shisha bar directly opposite, next to it a gambling den and the doors of all three are open, as is the door of the smoking area of ​​the HOB's smoker restaurant. The perfect choice for smokers and nicotine addicts. Everyone else's bile rises when they have to eat these nicotine clouds... it's unbelievable that something like this still exists today. Unfortunately we left without eating.

The burger tastes good, but unfortunately you have to get at least a double burger with fries to get anywhere near full. That means you won't get full for less than €15. That's why I rarely go to Hobs. The location is fancy, but not cozy and rather simple. The toilets are very unclean, I don't like going to the toilet there.

Became our to-go place, burgers taste unusually good. Ambiance is very chilled and service is also very quick. Would 100% recommend. The meat is also halal.

Very tasty burgers and fries. Here you get really good burgers, which are not only impressive in terms of taste but also in terms of price. The buns are fluffy, the meat is juicy and the extras in the burger taste great! The fries together with the special dip are the ideal addition! The time it takes for the burgers to be ready can sometimes take a while, but that's more indicative of their fresh preparation. Only the opening times could be a little longer. But it is also understandable that not every restaurateur wants to stay open late in the evening. The interior design is super authentic and has a real flair. This is definitely worth seeing! In any case, a clear recommendation to eat one or more small burgers here!

Everything is right here, I ate a hamburger once and a chili burger once. Burger menu is enough for 1 person. Everything is excellently prepared, the boss works very well and maintains a humorous, relaxed approach to the guests.

I've never experienced anything so outrageous. It is available via other portals (Wolt) Delivery offered, but if employees forget part of the order, should you go and pick it up yourself? Why do I pay delivery costs so I can pick up the food myself later? I've never seen anything so stupid. I will never eat or order food here again.

The food was really good. I had the BBQ burger and fries. The fries were still nice and crispy and tasty when we arrived. The burger was a decently sized portion, filled you up and, above all, was very tasty! The selection of sauces was a bit small but still went well with the large crispy fries. I can recommend the food to everyone, and it is also HALAL certified, especially for Muslims. Edit: still as delicious in the new restaurant as it was back then!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend the store due to the grueling pricing policy. Here are a few of the criticisms - There are no menus whatsoever. - Cheese costs €1 extra for every burger (you are asked for every burger whether it should also have cheese, the fact that the cheese costs €1 extra is deliberately not mentioned. - the burgers are smaller than in comparable burger shops, but a lot more expensive. - Drinks exorbitantly expensive If you want to be fed, you have to take out a loan. The operator wants to drive an AMG. And now for everyone who still thinks the burger is very good: The operators argued and each of the three Eierkoepfe has now opened their own shop. In Stuttgart North, for example, you can eat the exact same burger at Dreamburger - for less money. Funnily enough, next to the Dreamburger there is also a food truck from another former HOBS operator. All three stores in immediate Vicinity sell the exact same product. The burgers taste the same, I tested them. In Stuttgart North you pay less than at the stingy HOBS.

Even though the store wasn't that busy, we had to wait a really long time. At some point I didn't feel like eating my burger anymore. Onion Rings are sold out and there isn't much to choose from. So nothing special. Addendum: It's notable that the store owner immediately reported my review to Google, which resulted in the Google team contacting me. Here the shop owner summarizes his claim: He denies that I was ever a customer because he cannot find any entry for me in his customer file. This argument raises questions as I assumed this was a burger joint and not a doctor's office where customer records are typically kept. As proof of my presence on site, I submit photographic evidence proving that I have purchased goods. Due to the stomach problems that developed afterwards, I'm actually deducting another star from my original rating. Not surprisingly, the store has a high overall rating of 4.8 stars. Apparently all negative reviews are reported, with the corresponding emails from Google ending up in the spam folder. If there is no response within 7 days, these reviews will be deleted by Google.

Die Pommes waren gut. Der Burger hat nach nichts geschmeckt. Verstehe die ganzen Rezessionen nicht. Außerdem war mir 2 Stunden nach dem Essen extrem schlecht.

Vertraut mir, die machen den besten Burger der Welt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Die Atmosphäre dort ist sehr beruhigend. Kann ich nur empfehlen 👍

Kleiner Burgerladen mitten in Bad Cannstatt. Wenn man den Laden und einen Parkplatz gefunden hat, kann nichts mehr schieflaufen! Geschmacklich sind die Burger erste Klasse! Service und Ambiente stimmen auch. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ein geschmacklich sehr guter Bürger. Preis Leistung passt. Vom System wie in den USA, Menü selbst erstellen. Geschmack vom Fleisch hat noch Luft nach oben, aber von der Qualität geht es kaum besser in Deutschland

Das Restaurant ist schön eingerichtet und das Ambiente ist stimmig zu einem Burgerrestaurant. Der Cheeseburger war schön saftig und die einzelnen Zutaten konnte man alle gut herausschmecken. Die Pommes waren auch überdurchschnittlich gut. Ich empfehle die HOBS Sauce dazu. Geschmacklich und vom Aussehen her ähneln die Produkte sehr der DreamBurger Fastfoodkette. Vermutlich gehören diese irgendwie zusammen.

Ich bin stammkunde bei Hobs geworden, weil es einfach der beste burger ist den ich je gegessen habe. Der Burger ist meiner Meinung nach perfekt. Ich habe den Burger mehr als 10 Leuten (familie & freunde) empfohlen und jeder hat gesagt es ist der beste burger den auch sie gegessen haben. 5/5 mit sternchen!

Also es schmeckt wirklich alles super, desshalb auch die 5 Sterne. Also geschmacklich kann ich nichts bemängeln. Ich habe nur etwas zwischen 4 und 5 Sternen geschwankt in der Bewertung wegen dem Service. Es ist definitiv nicht allzu schwer ein etwas freundlicheres Auftreten zu erzeugen, ein kleines Lächeln bzw. positive Ausstrahlung zu zeigen, das muss nich so schwer sein. Da ich des öfteren dort bin und es mir sehr schmeckt habe ich schon einige unterschiedliche Mitarbeitwr gesehen und manche sind wirklich super nett und Strahlen Positivität aus wie es in einem Laden sein muss aber manche haben das einfach nicht drauf und meiner Meinung nach sollte man das von der Geachäftsführung her den Mitarbeitern mitteilen und diese sollten das auch umsetzen können. Dafür dieser Sternabzug, aber wie gesagt die Burger sind alle wirklich super und lecker

Das Essen ist wirklich immer top. Die Burger schmecken, sind saftig und frisch. Die Pommes kommen heiß und knusprig aus der Fritteuse. Wenn man Lust auf Burger hat, sich aber trotzdem verwöhnen will: this is were u go!

This place at bad canstatt is a Gem for all the helal lovers specially meat lovers or beef burger lover!! We tried lot of helal burger on Stuttgart but some how was missing that X-Factor so came across this burger shop just randomly and OMG such juiciest beef burger that I was craving for sooo long!!! Though they sell only 6-7 burgers but they are so juicy and yummiful you won't be disappointed and since last year we are there constant customers fulfilling our tummy whenever we crave for burgers.. for all the helal beef burger lovers should definitely give it a try there burgers are always Hot yummy and freshlymade including buns

Wow! Wahnsinnig leckere Burger, absolute Spitze! Der Chiliburger hat genau die richtige Schärfe!

Die Burger sind Top, die Pommes gut und die Größe passt auch. Der Colslaw ist zu klein für den Preis und keine Kartenzahlung ist für mich heute eigentlich schon ein NoGo.

Den "kleinen" Burger gibt es zum fairen Preis, beim "großen" regular sind statt einer, zwei Fleischpattys drauf. Daher preislich für mich topp, geschmacklich super, die selbstgemachten Pommes sind genial. Dazu noch tolles Ambiente, erinnert an eine Strandbar!

Mein Freund hat für seinen regular BBQ Burger über 9 Euro bezahlt; der Käse kostet extra. Für die 9 Euro war dieser recht klein; fleischlastig und es sind 2 dünne Scheiben Fleisch drauf + lediglich 1 Scheibe Bacon. Die 'hausgemachte' BBQ Sauce schmeckte für ihn nach Ketchup mit Senf. Das Brötchen schmeckte recht lätschig. Also da schmeckt's uns bei Jumi's Kitchen (!) o. auch Pop's Burger (mit Handmade Beef) vieeeel besser ...

Ich muss sagen - eure Burger sind der wahnsinn. Kleine Auswahl, immer ein Aktionsburger und das Fleisch ist frisch geformt und zubereitet. Ich würde euch definitiv 5 Punkte geben - aber warum mache ich das nicht ? Die Wartezeit ist einfach zu lang. Ich war jetzt schon mehrmals bei euch aber jedesmal dauert eine Bestellung von 2 Burgern und 2 Pommes mindestens 15 Minuten...Und ihr hattet zu dem Moment nur wenige Bestellungen/Kunden da. Wenn ihr an euren Prozessen arbeitet und schneller werdet sind die 5 Sterne garantiert!

Richtig saftige Burger, frische Pattis gegrillt und nicht einfach nur auf der Bratplatte gegart. Das Brötchen ist super soft und innen crispy, die Saucen auf dem Chilliburger feurig und absolut abgestimmt!! Die Pommes sollte man schnell essen, denn dann sind sie außen super knusprig! Hammer Ambiente, leckere Burger - einfach ein cooler Spot!
