One of the best burgers in the area. Good value for money. Fresh patties. Expect a bit of a wait in the evening or at lunch. Highly recommend.

Quality has decreased significantly. The meat was boiled rather than grilled, tasted nothing like grilled meat and was not at all tender. Meat quality was similar to the meat from the discounter, fries were partly greasy and partly burnt, salad was soggy and the homemade BBQ also tasted different than usual, unfortunately not good and everything was lukewarm to cold. We definitely won't eat here anymore, which we think is a shame because there isn't really much choice available nearby.

We had a pleasant lunch break here. The burger shop is super clean and nicely decorated. We got a Yufka and a kebab box from the street vendor, both were really tasty. The service was also very friendly. A thank you also for the good fries. We would definitely like to come back.

The citizens were very tasty and the lunch menu has everything you need (citizens, side dish, drink and a hot drink). But I was really impressed by the service when I was there, which is why I gave it 5 stars for the overall rating 👍 However, it is definitely one of the most expensive places in Stuttgart and outside of the lunch menu I would think twice about going there.

Unfriendly to the point of being unfriendly and the burger was burnt, so if you want to be treated well as a guest, definitely don't go there

A Hans im Glück with friendly staff. We now avoid the Hans im Glück at Pariser Platz because the entire team there has no heart for customers at all. We always go to Hans im Glück in Milaneo because the staff there is much friendlier.

Unfortunately, the service staff was hopelessly overwhelmed and took our orders very late, bringing the food one at a time. With a group of seven people, everyone had to eat alone for a while. The meals themselves were also incomplete; the fries didn't arrive until an hour after the burger. The water prices are irritating, and there were some misunderstandings when paying, which resulted in us paying more than we actually ordered. The location is still the best in all of Stuttgart because the Pariser Platz and the quiet are unbeatable compared to other Stuttgart locations.
