Not unpleasant for a fast-food joint. The colleague there was also very friendly. The decisive factor at burger joints, however, is the burgers and sides. For me, they were rather mediocre. The buns have no special features, neither positive nor negative. I had three burgers: 1. BBQ: Halal bacon isn't the same, but that's fine. The sauce was unfortunately weak. Very sweet, without an appealing smoky flavor. In my opinion, the weakest burger. 2. Chili Cheese: Here too: solid to good basic structure, but not a good sauce. Again, definitely on the sweet side and a little spicy. 3. Double Smash: Not a bad burger per se, but has absolutely nothing to do with smash burgers. Neither in shape, nor in the use of onions, nor in the sauce. The fries were good, the "cheese" was low-brow and on the level of what you'd get slapped on nachos at the movies. All in all, for me it's not a store that stands out from the crowd.

The burger was OK, but nothing more. Freshly prepared with a great bun. The chili cheese sauce had an unpleasantly bitter aftertaste. For the price, though, it was too weak overall. It was very busy, and we had to wait, which is generally fine. Unfortunately, they kept giving priority to "acquaintances," which meant our wait ended up at 55 minutes. While those who arrived after us had already finished their meals. Very unsatisfying for hungry customers.

We tried The Old School and Double Smash burgers. The preparation and service were standard, and the burgers were really tasty. We also enjoyed the Fritz Cola.

The burgers were delicious, juicy, and filling. The onion rings were nice and crispy and not at all greasy—perfect as a side dish. The hot wings were seasoned just right: crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. We also particularly liked the fries—served in a different way and truly delicious. The service was fast, and everything came to the table piping hot. We'll definitely be back; highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I went to celebrate my birthday here and the experience was amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We all ordered burgers (which were delicious, by the way), and there was a small mix-up with two orders — but they went above and beyond and gave us the two extra burgers and fries for free! 🫶 We also brought an outside cake, and without us even asking, they offered to store it for us. Later, they brought it out with free plates and utensils, and even wished me a happy birthday several times. The food was delicious, the service was flawless, and the attention to detail made the night truly special. Thank you so much for making my birthday such a beautiful experience! 💖🍔🎉

Good smash burgers that could perhaps use a bit more flavor. The service during our visit was a bit distant and neutral. The wait was about 10 minutes in an empty restaurant, which is great. The portion of burger with fries was gigantic, considering the fries themselves—a huge mountain. The ambiance isn't that great outside, right on the street, but it's not much nicer inside either. It's not ugly or dirty, but the decor could be nicer. I'd call it functional. I'd definitely try it for myself.

Solid Smashburger – but it's missing that certain something Yesterday I ordered a smashed cheeseburger through Wolt and then picked it up myself. The pickup went smoothly, the store seemed neat and well-maintained, and the employees were very friendly and delivered my burger quickly. The burger definitely tasted good, but unfortunately not outstanding. It had a slightly smoky aroma, which I personally found very pleasant. However, the burger was a bit too bready for my taste – the bun dominated the flavor, which made the burger seem a bit dry despite the sauce. Perhaps an additional patty would have provided more balance, but I wanted to try it as it was offered first. Overall, it was okay, but it just lacked that final touch to make it truly memorable. Conclusion: A solid burger, but for me, not quite at the level I'd hope for in a Smashburger. A bit more juiciness or stronger seasoning would have made it much more exciting.

The only good thing was the music. After the meal, I felt nauseous because it was so bad. The food is extremely greasy and overpriced.

First, the positive: the food was delicious, freshly prepared, and the value for money is good by today's standards. Unfortunately, the service was a complete disaster; the staff were very unfriendly; in short, you just didn't feel comfortable. That's why I only gave it 3 stars; otherwise, it would have been 5!

Unfortunately, my visit to this burger joint was very disappointing. The food wasn't particularly tasty and seemed carelessly prepared. The employee who served me was unfriendly and clearly not in a good mood – customer service should be different. The cleanliness also left a lot to be desired. The restroom, in particular, was in an unsanitary state, which significantly spoiled the overall impression. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this joint and hope that urgent improvements are made.

Burgers are solid. Wait times, however, are far too long for a burger (fast food). We waited over 45 minutes for two burgers and fries at 7:30 p.m. on a Sunday evening.

We ate our first smashburger and it was amazing with those little round, crinkled fries. You can go for it.

I ate a double cheeseburger with bacon and fries. The fries were amazing and the chipotle mayo was phenomenal. What I did not like was the blandness of the burger. I think it was missing salt or some other form of seasoning. It was juicy, it was just flavorless. I’d go back and strongly encourage everyone to eat here as well. They do have the best smash burgers that I’ve had so far.

The burger was completely overcooked, to the extent that the „meat“ was crispy (see picture). the staff (as another commentator had also pointed out), was almost condescending on my question what the difference between two (rather similar) burgers is and responded „no they are not similar, you should study the menu more carefully“. it then took the burger 35 min to be prepared (given the outcome, it might have been on the grill that long). the atmosphere is - well a fastfood restaurant with an outdoor patio that replaces some street level car parking. wouldnt really call it terrible, but certainly not special either.

I ate the chicken burger and it was claimed that it was halal, but the meat, especially the chicken burger, tasted exactly like it did at Aldi. The meat tasted very poor quality and was cheap, like it came from a supermarket, and was definitely not halal.

Service: bad. 1 star because: 1- we sat outside, the worker saw us, didn’t say anything, after 10 min waiting we asked how to order, he answered: you have to order inside! Although he saw us all the time. 2- while ordering: i asked if the burger comes with fires, he answered: yes their is a menu, and he started to explain, then I saw the menu offer behind him, so i said: okay i saw it - i meant the offer-. His answer: “do you want to talk and explain or should I talk!. He said it as he was talking to a child with anger in his voice! Well this is not how you talk to person you don’t know, and definitely not to a customer! The food was great, but i am not going to recommend to any one!

Proper burger shop! As a business traveler, I get around a lot, especially in Germany. I love burgers and steaks, so I always like to visit local burger shops when I travel. Are there better ones? Yes, but only Cut many, for example the Bird in Berlin. But it's an absolutely solid burger place and the employees are also very friendly. I would definitely come here again and can recommend it. Price is okay, definitely not cheap. And it could be decorated a little cooler, but that's also a matter of taste.
