Very tasty burgers, gladly again 😁🙏

After being invited to a free burger due to previous dissatisfaction, everything was perfect: the burger and fries were not only warm, but also fluffy. Highly recommended!

Cool, small shop (maybe space for 20-25 guests). Everything is freshly prepared, i.e. super fresh -> vegetables (onion/tomato/lettuce) crunchy & delicious! 1× Chili + 1× normal smash to take away for €16.40. Price-performance more than justified. The hamburger is incredibly tasty, perfectly crispy beef and not a limp, bland bun (here with sesame), that's how it has to be, prepared with love! To everyone who likes to eat their burgers with cutlery - absolutely not necessary here. Nothing drips or oozes out, the smashburgers are not overloaded with toppings. You can easily eat them with your hands 😉 Save yourself the trip to other hype burgers in the city (e.g. Königstr. or German chains) and treat yourself to top-class fast food, it doesn't get much better! P.S.: I ate the chili smash after the drive home (mortal sin, I know......) But the burger also tasted great cold and had enough bang with jalapeños and some kind of ajvar-sambal mix.

I went to Smashburger0711 (The Original) with my daughter because she really wanted to go - and it was worth it! I usually don't like eating burgers because they tend to fall apart. But that definitely doesn't happen here. The burgers were really tasty, perfectly prepared and easy to eat. The potatoes and iced tea also tasted great. Everything was fresh, tasteful and simply harmonious. Nice staff, we felt safe and in good hands. The area was also very quiet. A great experience that I would like to repeat. Smashburger0711 is definitely worth a visit!

Unfortunately my visit to this burger joint was very disappointing. The food wasn't particularly tasty and seemed carelessly prepared. The employee who served me was unfriendly and obviously not in a good mood - customer service should be different. The cleanliness also left a lot to be desired. The toilet in particular was in an unhygienic condition, which greatly worsened the overall impression. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this store and hope that improvements are urgently made here.

On November 2nd we were at Smashburger0711 between Stuttgart East and Center. We were there spontaneously shortly after opening and were the second group in the restaurant. After thinking about it for a moment, we ordered a simple cheeseburger and a chilli cheese burger, both of which were on the menu. As a side dish there were sweet potatoes and regular fries. The place is very manageable. There are wooden elements with dark accents everywhere. There isn't a lot of space, but there are still plenty of seats. Everything is built around the counter and appears open. There is also a look into part of the kitchen. The best was made of the available space. Unfortunately there was no high chair available at the time of our visit. As mentioned above, we ordered as a second group. There were six of the other group, which is why we expected a little longer waiting time. Within the first 15 minutes of us, a few other groups came into the store and placed their orders as well. Then it's a long wait. Very long. The first group received their burgers after about half an hour. Afterwards, however, it wasn't our turn, but the groups that came after us. We were irritated because we hadn't ordered anything out of the ordinary. After 45 minutes we asked and were told that all the burgers are prepared at the same time and then just brought out. In the end we waited over 50 minutes for our food and were served as the 5th group. The way I explain it is that the first large order was so demanding on the employees and equipment that the burgers that were ordered in the meantime were all only started afterwards. This is a real shame and only partly understandable. Burgers are not considered fast food for nothing. In this case, however, it wasn't in terms of preparation time. Despite everything, the employees were very nice and clearly tried to make our stay pleasant. Let's get to the food itself. The fries were good, but the portion size could have been a little larger. In my opinion, the smashed burgers only develop their potential if you get a double burger, otherwise there will be a lack of juiciness. In our opinion, the cheeseburger was too bland, while the chilli cheese burger was good. It's nothing earth-shattering, but it's definitely a special experience because you get more than just the normal burger bite. In terms of price, everything is within the usual local range. Marred by the extremely long waiting time and the failure to follow the order order, I can only give it three stars. Suggestion for improvement: You can start with the process and give those who came first their burgers first instead of randomly handing out all the burgers. There should normally be a number on the kitchen receipts that can be used for this. This way you wouldn't make the customer feel like they were treated unfairly.

We got burgers to take away. These were the best burgers we have ever eaten, absolutely brilliant. The burger buns were very soft and tasty, the meat was great, everything went well. The fries that came with it weren't just lame fries, they were really tasty, crunchy potato chips. I can only recommend it to anyone who is in Stuttgart. Very friendly service👍🏼

Today I visited the store for the first time. I had the FatBoy (€9.50) including a savings menu (€5.50) for a total of €15 (selected burger + fries and drink) - a proud price for such a delicacy. The fries were crispy and simply good. The burger was very juicy, but a little too greasy for my taste. Although it was decently topped, it fell apart quite easily. The patty, on the other hand, was crispy and rich in flavor – a good mix with the cheddar By the way, I'm a big fan of the facility. The homemade sauces are a real highlight and give the burgers the finishing touch. The price-performance ratio is also absolutely right and the service is first-class. The staff are super friendly, which makes the visit a completely pleasant experience. What's particularly cool: There's a great selection of unusual, non-alcoholic drinks that you can't find everywhere. Quality is very important here, and you can feel it in every bite. You won't find any other burger shop within a 70-kilometer radius that comes close to this level of excellence. An absolute must for burger fans - we'll definitely be back!
