Pretty dissatisfied. Food took 1 hour longer than expected, so it was cooled down. The burger was the wrong size, I was supposed to pay for it anyway. 100% not recommended

Super tasty burgers and really delicious Cajun fries 🍟 worth it! It's actually a takeaway, though, and the ordering system doesn't work very well, as there's no TV to display your order number, so the employees are constantly shouting numbers across the place. Otherwise, there are two floors, and you can help yourself to as much ketchup and mayo as you like!

I've never seen or eaten anything so terrible. The first burger looks exactly the same as the second one, even half full. The meat tasted spoiled and the fries were over salted. The muffin was almost expired. My best friend also ordered a burger that wasn't seasoned at all and had too much sauce. Overall, I will not recommend this store and will not order it again. PS: They say that you shouldn't ring the bell because you have a baby at home who is sleeping, but the bell still rings.

UPDATE!: They followed up their comment and contacted me privately. They were explanatory and helpful. They also offered me different ways to compensate for the bad experience that I had so, I am updating my review. --English-- I just survived the worst burger of my life. None of the ingredients were fresh—the tomatoes were almost yellow, the lettuce was nearly brown, and one of the buns was burnt, probably from being microwaved. The patties were completely dry, with no juice in them. And as if that wasn’t bad enough, I had to wait 90 minutes on top of it all. No apologies, no money back, no nothing. This place was decent a couple of weeks ago, but now it’s an absolute disgrace. Honestly, shutting it down would be an act of public service. --German-- I just survived the worst burger of my life. I can't believe the burgers and the system... Once and never again

Mein Sohn hat sich zum Geburtstag einen Besuch bei Five Guys gewünscht. Wir waren zu 4 dort und ich habe 79,40€ bezahlt für 4 Burger 4 Pommes und 2 Getränke. Die Preise sind keinesfalls gerechtfertigt für das was man bekommt! Das Ambiente ist unter aller Sau, kalt und ungemütlich…Tische schmutzig. Puh was gibt es positives zu sagen? Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, das war’s. Sehr schwach der Laden, einmal und die wieder! Schade,schade!

Waren schon des öfteren Vorort und sind es immer wieder gerne,...leckeres Essen in einer schönen Atomsphäre. Super aufmerksamer, netter Service. Schöne Specials (Freitags Burger und Whisky) und wechselnder Tageskarte! Gebe der vorherigen Bewertung Recht, man sollte reservieren, das Lokal/Restaurant ist sehr gefragt 😉

I received an expired drink from October 19th, 2024 and when I asked, the employee called me and assumed that it wasn't right! It's outrageous to the point where it can't be done anymore. I will never order from you again.

I placed an order for this business via Uber Eats and was supposed to get two burgers for the price of one. Only one burger arrived. The business referred me to Uber Eats and left the impression that they couldn't find a solution. I have tried several times to explain that it is misleading if the offer is not correct. I was given a hotline number where I couldn't reach anyone. On top of that, the fries were cold and the lettuce from the burger had a black edge. Simply inedible and cheeky. If minus points could have been awarded, in this case I would definitely have given it, especially due to the disinterest of the person in charge at Burger Me. Very bad service, never again, thanks for nothing

Absolutely recommended! I've rarely been sad about being full... this time I was even really upset 😅 and I've never written a review before... but Jack's Burger actually deserves it.. Super tasty and worth every cent👌
