Pretty dissatisfied. Food took 1 hour longer than expected, so it was cooled down. The burger was the wrong size, I was supposed to pay for it anyway. 100% not recommended

Update on the answer: unfortunately it doesn't help at all that I was in contact with the complaints team, because you don't hear anything more than "the owner will get back to you promptly", but that doesn't happen. Otherwise, I was assured that burgerme can do nothing further and there will be no consequences for the store manager. I certainly won't change my mind about burgerme, after all you owe me €26 Unfortunately, food was not delivered, but payment via PayPal worked. I was assured several times by support that the owner would get back to me within 2 working days. That was 9 days ago, nothing happened. I want my money back.

You have to request an allergy-friendly order: And you get a burger, but instead of a bun, you get it in lettuce. They clean the entire work surface beforehand, and one person prepares the burger to avoid contamination. Only fries (chopped potatoes) are made in the fryer, so it's also safe. So far, we've always had good experiences.

Each burger is uniquely composed and offers an incredible taste experience. This is no longer fast food, this is art! The other dishes and side dishes are also great!

The burgers were very tasty but the atmosphere wasn't that cozy. It's still from the old village pub.
