Pretty dissatisfied. Food took 1 hour longer than expected, so it was cooled down. The burger was the wrong size, I was supposed to pay for it anyway. 100% not recommended

Waited 2 hours for food, delivery person was very very rude and annoyed. Ordering is very difficult because the people on the phone don't understand much German. Food tastes like it came from the microwave. Ordered once and it definitely stays the same the first time and last time I'd rather starve.

Not all dishes available, alternative then drowned with cheap ketchup so that you can't see the pitiful portion of meat, is really cheeky. If it had at least been warm, we might have been able to wait around 20 minutes. Unfortunately not like that and not again.

The fries were soggy and cold, the mayo was forgotten, and the burger had very little sauce, a minimal amount of iceberg lettuce, and a thin slice of tomato. It's simply a disgrace - they should demand a refund. The delivery time was reasonable, and the young man was very friendly.
