Lecker Burger in Leipzig

Not all dishes available, alternative then drowned with cheap ketchup so that you can't see the pitiful portion of meat, is really cheeky. If it had at least been warm, we might have been able to wait around 20 minutes. Unfortunately not like that and not again.

Ordered from Lieferando and they kept the delivery times as promised. Unfortunately it's a bit too expensive and you don't even get full. We had made a large order and therefore probably received a €5 voucher, which is a great gesture.

It is disappointing that as a customer you are not even allowed to choose your own seat, even though it was empty both when you started and when you left the restaurant. Placing an order with two sauces only to be asked “Which sauces are available?” and receive the unfriendly answer: “I’m definitely not going to list all the sauces” is just as unprofessional. The drink was 90% water and also left a lot to be desired. Although the customer can choose the degree of doneness of the meat and express their wishes, it would also make sense if the employees actively asked about it.

It was easy to get a table for two on Friday evening without a reservation. The burger was freshly prepared, had a good portion size and tasted good. The service could have been a little more on point, we passed the table several times where there were empty glasses. That was also the reason not to eat anything else. Otherwise it was clean and reasonably priced.

Food arrived earlier than expected, food was also warm. I had ordered from other burger shops before but none were as good as this one. Service was also really nice overall 9/10
