Lecker Burger in Leipzig

Not all dishes available, alternative then drowned with cheap ketchup so that you can't see the pitiful portion of meat, is really cheeky. If it had at least been warm, we might have been able to wait around 20 minutes. Unfortunately not like that and not again.

As I unfortunately only saw too late in other reviews, something is often missing from orders and this also happened to me. Unfortunately there were several of us, which meant that two people had to wait about 20 minutes until the delivery was complete. The problem arose when paying with the supplier: they wanted to pay twice because the second delivery was made by a different driver. He was so insistent on his money that we had to call the supervisor to clarify that we had already paid for the first delivery. Never again.

The food was really good and our waiter Jonas really sweetened our evening. He responded quickly to our complaint that the fries were cold and brought us new ones. We were also warmly greeted at the door. There we were immediately recommended a drink that tasted delicious for €5. In general, you can say that this restaurant is well coordinated and you noticed that the staff work together really well. As someone who owns a restaurant, we can only report positively. The next time we are in Leipzog we will come back.

We were with a group of 4 people and wanted to have some good burgers. We ordered burgers and drinks. After 10 minutes the waiter came with the bill and no drinks or food. This is first time we experienced we had to pay in advance. We paid anyway. So after 10 more minutes we were served the drinks. One of us got the wrong drink and after telling the waiter he delivered another wrong drink. After third time the drink was fine. My draft beer was warm and not drinkable. I got a bottled beer and that one was little bit colder, but warm after 5 minutes. I let it be and didn't ask again for a new one. I was drinking warm beer. After one hour waiting and not being served I complained about the long time waiting. I received the answer that they have a lack of personnel. They should have informed us when we ordered that we would have to wait so long due to lack of personnel. Although I saw enough people behind the bar and walking around. So I asked how long we have to wait more and got a rude answer that we were not the only ones who waited. So that triggered me that we will have to wait for a very long time and I told them that we were not willing to wait so long. We could leave and get our money back the female boss told us in a rude way. I said that we want our money back and that we never experienced such a bad service before and that we even had to pay in advance. She got angry and gave us our money back. So we had to search for something to eat elsewhere after loosing 1,5 hour of our time there, not being served and treated in a highly rude manner. Do not go here is my advice.

Food arrived earlier than expected, food was also warm. I had ordered from other burger shops before but none were as good as this one. Service was also really nice overall 9/10
