Auf der Suche nach einem Laden, der alle Wünsche erfüllt, und jeden Geschmack trifft, waren wir heute dort. Das Ambiente ist wirklich sehr schön, es lädt zum verweilen ein und ist für kleine und größere Gruppen geeignet. Wir wurden von einem jungen freundlichen Team bedient. Die Burger sowie die Durstlöscher haben fabelhaft geschmeckt, gerne wieder!

Bis auf die Toiletten war alles super... da besteht Handlungsbedarf... Update... Im Untergeschoss sieht es wieder gut aus... 5 Sterne... 😉 Essen war wieder eine super Geschmacksexplosion... Wir waren mal ausnahmsweise mal am Mittag hier... wir haben entschlossen immer Mittags zu gehen... Viel entspannter...

Wir waren gestern als Familie im „Hans im Glück“ essen, neben den leckeren Burgern ist uns vor allem der Service positiv aufgefallen. Frida hat uns extrem gut beraten, und uns auf das Mittagsmenü aufmerksam gemacht, wodurch wir sogar noch einen Kaffee nach dem Essen trinken konnten. Bei so tollem Personal kommen wir super gern wieder! Weiter so.

Zuerst möchte ich sagen dass ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Schnellen und geschmacklich super schmeckenden Essen war. Auch die Getränke waren sehr genüsslich und schnell am Platz. Kleinigkeiten gibt es dennoch. Wir saßen draußen und hatten leider kein Besteck und Servietten welche uns auf Nachfrage aber sofort bereitgestellt wurde. Die Bedienung war leider auch sehr wenig da deswegen wurde kein Nachtisch gegessen. Dennoch würde ich es jedes mal empfehlen.

Ein Nettes Plätzchen zum Essen gehen in der Leipziger Innenstadt. Preis Leistung passt.

Online stand, dass um Mitternacht geschlossen wurde, ich kam um 23 Uhr herein. Sie wollten mich nicht bedienen.

Ein Burgerrestaurant in der Nähe der Universität Leipzig. Die Bedienung war recht schnell, die Kellner sehr höflich und freundlich. Wir haben alles erklärt und eine Mitarbeiterin gefunden, die unsere Sprache sprach.

Eine sehr gute Lage, sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, angenehme Lautstärke, Sehr schnelle, sehr persönliche Bedienung, sehr aufmerksam und extrem höflich. Wir kommen garantiert wieder.... Wir waren das erste mal da und sofort begeistert. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und das Angebot der Karte erstaunlich vielfältig. Es gibt genauso viele vegane und vegetarische Bürger wie Rindfleisch und Hühnchen. Die Beilagen waren auch sehr lecker. Beeindrckend fand ich die Auswahl an alkoholfreien Cocktails und "Limos".

Tiana war sehr freundlich, super hilfsbereit, immer wieder gerne.

Eines unserer Lieblingsrestaurants. Das Essen ist lecker und der Service hervorragend.

Hans im Glück Leipzig ist für mich ein Ort, an den ich immer wieder gern zurückkomme. Ich war mehrfach dort und war stets sehr zufrieden – vor allem wegen der großen Auswahl an Burger‑Variationen und den verschiedenen Brotsorten. Ob Fleisch, vegetarisch oder vegan – hier findet wirklich jeder etwas, und alles ist frisch, lecker und liebevoll zubereitet. Dazu kommt das tolle Ambiente mit seinem gemütlichen, modernen Stil, das jeden Besuch angenehm macht. Die Preise sind vollkommen ok, und ich komme immer wieder gerne vorbei

Alles Top Kann ich nur empfehlen

Haben 15 Min. auf 2 Getränke gewartet. Dann kam noch eins falsch. Service völlig überfordert.

Wir haben 8 Burger mit Lieferndo bestellt und keinen bekommen. Wir warten seit 50min und die Mitarbeiter sagen uns, dass ihnen das Angebot nicht passt. Wir haben eine Kluge Kombibestellung erstellt. Geschick, Tücke und Intelligenz werden hier nicht gerne gesehen. Schade…

Essen war.gut. Der Service eher schlecht haben schon sehr lange auf unsere Getränke gewartet. (Über 20min) Essen war ok.

Außerhalb der Stoßzeiten kann man hier gut essen. Die vegetarischen Burger schmecken mir sogar besser als die normalen.

Natürlich sind die Burger super, und die Leute nett und die Birken kennt sowieso jeder. Besonders gut finde und ich aber, dass es richtig gute und verschiedene vegane Burger gibt und glutenfreie Buns. Top. Und danke dafür. Wenn es mal eine glutenfreie Woche in Leipzig gibt - wir sind dabei!

Ich war am 6. Juni bei Ihnen essen und bin leider sehr enttäuscht. Ich habe einen Chicken Burger bestellt und nur darum gebeten, dass er ohne Käse serviert wird und die Chips ohne Soße kommen. Als mein Essen gebracht wurde, sagte mir eine blonde Mitarbeiterin plötzlich, dass das Fleisch geändert wurde, weil die andere Variante günstiger sei. Entschuldigung, aber wer hat darum gebeten? Nur weil ich Käse und Soße weglasse, heißt das doch nicht, dass ich die günstigste Variante möchte. Ich war mit meiner Schwester dort und war ehrlich gesagt einfach sprachlos. Meine Schwester überredete mich, den Burger trotzdem zu probieren. Leider hat er mir überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Das Fleisch war verbrannt und ich habe mein Essen nach wenigen Bissen stehen lassen. Was mich noch mehr enttäuscht hat: Man konnte deutlich sehen, dass ich mein Essen kaum angerührt hatte, trotzdem hat niemand nachgefragt, ob etwas nicht stimmt. Als der Teller abgeräumt wurde, wurde einfach alles mitgenommen, ohne Interesse daran, warum das Essen fast komplett übrig war. Für mich geht es nicht nur um den Burger, sondern um den Umgang mit Gästen. Bitte entscheiden Sie nicht selbst, was Gäste essen möchten, nur weil sie bestimmte Zutaten weglassen. Leider war das eine Erfahrung, wegen der ich nicht noch einmal wiederkommen werde.🥰

The food and service were good. Unfortunately, the interior design is unsuccessful. The space feels very cramped and confined. The seating is uncomfortable. Furthermore, someone defecated in the hallway outside the toilets. A mixed experience overall.

Everything was great, we'll definitely come back again.

I recently visited Hans im Glück at Augustusplatz and had a really lovely evening there. The food was excellent – ​​fresh, delicious, and exactly what I had hoped for. I also enjoyed the cocktails. Personally, I would just like to see a few more sweet cocktails without lime, as that's more to my taste. But that's really nitpicking. What I particularly appreciated was that, even though the place was packed and busy, the service was incredibly friendly and fast. I never felt forgotten, and that really made a big difference to the overall experience for me. All in all, it was a thoroughly enjoyable visit, and I will definitely be back.

We were a bit hungry after a stroll through the city and came across this restaurant. We had to wait a little while without a reservation, but the staff did their best to find us a table. 👍 The food and drinks arrived quite quickly. The atmosphere was very pleasant.

We had dinner at Hans im Glück for six to celebrate a small birthday. Making the reservation was easy, and a lovely, cozy corner was prepared for us. The service was consistently excellent: attentive, friendly, and pleasantly unobtrusive. The food arrived at the same time for everyone and was absolutely delicious. Service, quality, location, and value – top-notch!

We spontaneously visited Hans im Glück in Leipzig on Saturday evening. Although it was very busy, we got a lovely table for four without a reservation. Our waitress, Maya, took wonderful care of us and gave us excellent advice. We felt completely at ease with her. We'd love to come back again! Thank you so much!

I'm not usually a fan of places like this, but I was still pleasantly surprised. Especially by the incredibly friendly staff. The service was so welcoming. The burgers were delicious, even though they forgot my extra request. The ambiance was actually quite nice, but I think I'm just too old for it. It was really uncomfortable. The seats were so small, and there wasn't really any back support.

Despite its popularity on Saturday evening, there was a short wait for ordering and food. The staff were very nice and friendly; thank you to the entire team!

Delicious! Need I say more? 😅 Okay, maybe a little more. We went to Hans im Glück for dinner with a large group. It's very centrally located. It was packed, which is understandable for a Friday night. While the restaurant is quite large, reservations are recommended during peak hours. Naturally, the noise level was correspondingly high. The servers were all exceptionally friendly and brought our orders quickly. My cheese and bacon burger was really very good, as were the parmesan garlic fries! I'm used to a lot of garlic, but even for me, these were a touch too garlicky. The soft drinks were also very good. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine. We'll definitely come back when we're in Leipzig.

Cold sweet potato fries €7, the drinks €5.50 arrived after the food, the burger meat was more than dry €14, the sauces on the table were empty and the seat cushions were full of stains, and that for 2 people is disappointing.

The Virgin Fizz reminded me of my eleven-year-old girlfriend, even the taste was similar. 😏😉 The Pornstar Martini was also amazing! 🔨👍🏻! 🙋🏼‍♂️

We had to cancel our order after a 45-minute wait because our concert started 30 minutes later. We didn't feel like rushing our drinks. As an apology, our drinks weren't charged. The reason for the long wait was technical problems. We would have liked to have known this earlier so we could have looked for an alternative.

We visited Hans im Glück in Leipzig during the week – despite it being quite busy, we got a table right away, so thumbs up for that. Unfortunately, it then took quite a while for someone to come to us – we briefly felt a bit forgotten. But once our order was taken, everything went really quickly. The food arrived promptly and was an absolute taste sensation – 10 out of 10! Whether it was the appetizer or the main course, everything was incredibly delicious and fresh. Overall, a great visit with a minor initial hiccup, but definitely recommended!

The cocktails here are a real hidden gem. Well mixed, balanced in flavor, and honestly better than I expected.

Good food at a reasonable price. The lunch menu is generous and available until 5 pm. The drinks and food are excellent and always delicious. It's not too crowded, and the staff are always very friendly and attentive. They even help guests understand the menu and special offers. Thank you!

A very nice place for a relaxed burger experience with a wide variety of options. There's something for everyone, and a great atmosphere that you don't see everywhere. You can customize your burger. Great drinks, superb staff and food. Definitely worth the evening to dine there.

The food is of poor quality and tastes cheap, the same goes for the drinks. However, the interior design is nicely done considering how many guests it can accommodate. Overall, though, it's not recommended.

Very cozy!! Friendly staff, delicious food, and the decor screams comfort. I come here often, whether with friends or family; Hans im Glück is the ideal meeting place for every occasion. The menu offers many vegan and vegetarian options. There's no shortage of meat, though. There's something for every diet. You definitely won me over as a regular years ago! 💚

Great burgers and friendly service

It's highly recommended, especially for young people. Young service, tips for saving on certain menu items, and a modern interior for hours of relaxation. The food is freshly prepared and very classy. Some service, however, seems to be a bit less attentive than one might expect from older waiters in other restaurants...but this seems to be a function of the times. Some orders are simply placed on the table without even saying "please." Overall, highly recommended!

If you've ever been to a Hans im Glück, you're familiar with the decor. I like it. Everyone knows that they have a variety of burgers. But I always get a salad because it's unusual and good. The service staff were extremely attentive. Really great! Thanks. I'd like to add about Leipzig: Be careful when parking. A €20 fine for being a quarter of an hour late.

Unfortunately, the fries weren't that appealing. They were very dark. I would be very happy if they would bring back the steakhouse fries. The current ones are always very dark and too crispy.

Delivery via Wolt on October 18, 2025. Burgers were cold upon arrival, sweet potato fries were lukewarm and stuck together in a solid block, and the outer bag was dirty. I submitted a complaint with photos, but received no refund – only a €5 voucher offered via Wolt. Unfortunately, the quality and handling of complaints were disappointing; I'm used to seeing things differently at Hans im Glück. Definitely recommended for in-store purchases, but not for delivery.

Super central location. Cozy, typical Hans-im-Glück interior. The food is good to very good for a burger restaurant—the quality is significantly higher than that of classic burger restaurants with the M or B label. Highlights include specials like sourdough bread as a healthier alternative. The burger selection is very large, and there's something for everyone. Vegetarian, vegan, chicken, beef—they're all good. And very good: The salads and bowls far surpass those of most standard restaurants.
