Leider wiederholt es sich, dass die Pommes einfach halbroh sind. Desweiteren waren die Burger heute leider auch nicht gar nicht. Das Gemüse auf dem Burger war überhaupt nicht mehr frisch. Und sie waren in Soße getränkt! Unteranderem war die Lieferdauer zu lang. Beim bestellen stand da 50min Lieferung und leider kam alles erst nach 1std 15min an. Die Fehler wiederholen sich, was wir schade finden, weil uns die Burger grundsätzlich echt sehr gut schmecken.

Statt 25 Minuten hat die Lieferung zur Mittagszeit ohne Rückmeldung 1 h gedauert. Gutschein über 3 % erhalten, aber lustigerweise steht in der Umfrage - und damit im System - immernoch 25 Minuten. Geht gar nicht!

Guten Tag, also dieses mal war ich von der Lieferzeit und dem Essen leider enttäuscht. Die 25 Min die angezeigt waren wurden nicht eingehalten. Sonst brauchten eure Jungs und starken Frauen maximal 20 min inkl Zubereitung. Und diesmal war das Fleisch schon sehr dunkel gegart. Also fast knuspriger als sonst. Ich wünsch mir wieder ales wie zuvor. Frisches gut zubereitetes Essen und Fite Lieferer :-) Es werden 3,5 Sterne aber nur weil der Service immer Freundlich und fröhlich ist. Trinkgeld war verdient.

Das Essen war nicht frisch. Es gab keine Toiletten oder Handwaschmöglichkeiten. Unangenehme Atmosphäre. Nicht familienfreundlich. Der 10-Euro-Burger war nicht einmal so gut wie der 4-Euro-Burger von Burger King. Den Preis definitiv nicht wert. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Bester Burger in Leipzig. Immer lecker, frisch, freundliches Personal. Wir bestellen immer wieder gerne !

Da hat alles gestimmt, vom Geschmack bis zum Service. Ganz besonderes die natürliche Freundlichkeit am Telefon, in diesen Genuss kommt man natürlich nur wenn man telefonisch bestellt. Wir haben bei Burgerme bestellt und es fehlten die Extra Soßen und ein Burger war komplett kalt. Finde für den Preis kann man mehr erwarten.

Wir waren hier zum Mittagessen. Bestellt wurden zwei Cheeseburger und eine Portion Pommes. Beides hat wirklich gut geschmeckt, besonders die Pommes waren wirklich lecker 😋. Die Frau am Tresen war wirklich nett und hat uns freundlich eingeladen uns hinzusetzen 👍

Wir haben schon öfters hier Essen geholt. Aber nach heute nie wieder. Unser Essen hat ein bärtiger Mann mit Brille und schwarzer Haare gemacht, welcher an seinem Handy rumgespielt hat, direkt ohne Hände waschen die Burger angefasst hat und darüber ohne was davor zu halten gehustet hat, absolut ekelhaft, wir essen hier nie wieder.

Wir waren heute hier essen und beide Burger waren frisch, saftig und sehr lecker. Meine Pommes waren zunächst kalt, wurden jedoch ohne Probleme und ohne Diskussion sofort gegen heiße Pommes ausgetauscht. Der Service war ausgezeichnet und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Insgesamt alles top vielen Dank dafür!

Wir haben gestern online bestellt. Es haben mehrere Produkte gefehlt, die wir über die Service Hotline nachgeordert haben. Wir haben mehrere Stunden gewartet und verschiedene Aussagen nach weiteren Auskünften erhalten. Mal war es schon angekommen, mal war jemand unterwegs zu uns, mal sollte ich zur Filiale durch gestellt werden (dann wurde irgendwann einfach aufgelegt). Ich habe letztendlich versucht mein Geld zurück zu bekommen. Auch hier hat mich die Hotline mehrfach hingehalten. Ich wurde immer zwischen den Leitungen hin und her geleitet und überall konnte man mir angeblichen nicht helfen. Die Aussagen in Gänze waren sehr widersprüchlich. Besonders schade, da es u. a. sich um ein Kids Menü gehalten hat. Das restliche Essen war kalt und auch nicht der brüller. Definitiv nicht den Preis wert, erst recht nicht, wenn man so behandelt wird. Muss nicht nochmal sein.

Essen bestellt und abgeholt. Bestellt war Menü mit Steakhouse Burger und Chicken Cheese Burger einzeln. Der Chicken Burger war leider nicht mehr warm und es war nicht lecker. Der Steakhouse war gut, aber auch hier nicht mehr warm. Abholung war pünktlich. Pommes waren schon gefühlt lange am warten, kühl und schmeckten alt. Vielleicht war es nur ein schlechter Tag, aber in Zukunft besser drauf achten.

Update 2026: Der Laden ist viel viel besser geworden. Die Lieferung geht super schnell und seit Ewigkeiten ist nichts mehr schief gegangen. Klare Empfehlung! Ursprünglich Nachricht: Häufig hier bestellt. Fast immer geht irgendwas schief. Pommes vergessen, falscher Burger, falsche Adresse... Das Beschwerdemanagement war mal mehr, mal weniger zufriedenstellend. Schade, denn geschmacklich ist es eigentlich gut und auf die Lieferung muss man nie lange warten. Wäre nur schön, wenn bei den Preisen dann auch das ankommt, was man bestellt hat.

Hat wie immer lecker geschmeckt, manchmal gibt ein Sachen zu bemängeln, ich bin aber zufrieden. Haltet bitte die Qualität, dann kommt man auch gern wieder.

Ich habe schon öfter bei burgerme in Leipzig Gohlis bestellt und bin sehr zufrieden. Es ist immer eine super schnelle Lieferung (max 20 min) und auch noch sehr warm. Es schmeckt sehr gut und der Preis super,da immer eine Gutschein für die nächste Bestellung dabei ist. Also bestellt dort und ihr werdet es nicht bereuen.

Wir haben zum zweiten Mal bei Ihnen bestellt. Der Selbstabholservice war sehr angenehm und Ihre Burger sind äußerst schmackhaft. Die Nuggets waren ebenfalls sehr lecker und schmeckten intensiv nach Huhn. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es leider, da die Pommes zu kalt waren und daher vermutlich nicht ihr volles Geschmackspotenzial entfalten konnten. Wir bestellen öfters mal bei burgerme, aber heute war es eine Katastrophe. Pommes bekamen wir den letzten Rest,nur alles in ganz kleine Stücke, höchstens 3 große Pommes drin. Mein Crusty Chicken war nicht das was ich sonst bekam, zu viel Mayo, andert halb kleine Chicken, die nochmal geteilt wurden und der Höhepunkt war das sich noch ein kurzes Haar darin befand. Ich sag nur guten Appetit und mir war das Essen vergangen. Der Rest von meinem Burger ging in den Biomüll. Das einzige an der ganzen Bestellung was in Ordnung war sind die Salate gewesen. So kann man mit der Kundschaft nicht umgehen.

When Lukas is on the road, the place is running at full speed! As a driver for burgerme, he's not only as fast as the ketchup runs out, but also as reliable as a well-seasoned patty. He brings the burgers so hot that even the grill is jealous. You could say: Lukas doesn't just deliver food – he delivers! His motto? "Where's a bun, there's a way!" And believe me, this man knows every shortcut better than cheese knows a cheeseburger. Always friendly, never annoyed – even when it looks like a salad full of traffic outside. And the tip? Did he earn it honestly – or should I say, was it sloppy? In short: A driver like he's fresh off the grill – crispy, hot, and always on point! Burgerme is lucky to have such a speedy bun delivery driver on the team!

The delivery area seems to be constantly being adjusted... Sometimes you're lucky enough to be in the delivery area, sometimes not. It's a bit like a restaurant changing its opening hours depending on what you like... It's a shame, but then we'll just order somewhere else where they still value consistency. Addendum: I tried it twice in person... Seriously, sometimes there's a guy behind the counter who has zero interest in customers and would rather chat with his family on his phone (apparently in Indian or something, which isn't relevant at first but should make it easier to identify them). For ages. Sorry, but if you don't want customers, you shouldn't even open the store. I know people who work there who are treated just as rudely as many customers who prefer to leave because they're ignored/waited for ages. Employees are scheduled for 4-6 hours, arrive at work, and are asked to leave after 1 hour because there's nothing going on. But hey, the boss drives a big, fat Benz, so you know who earns/gets the money there. After all, the car has to be paid for, right?

Terrible value for money! The fries were soggy and cold, the mayo was forgotten, and the burger had very little sauce, a minimal amount of iceberg lettuce, and a thin slice of tomato. It's simply a disgrace - they should demand a refund. The delivery time was reasonable, and the young man was very friendly.

I love the Big Angus Teriyaki Double Me with sweet potatoes very much. Kind service and fast delivery as well.

If I order and the food is delivered within 5 minutes, it can hardly be said to be "freshly prepared"! Burger Me is McDonald's for rich people. The burgers are definitely ready, just warmed up again (microwave) and off we go... And that's exactly how they taste! 25€ (2 people) for something like that is a disgrace!!! Never again!

Accidental find and lucky strike. Was able to get a skeptical friend to go in there who found it too spartan. He talked about the burger four times today...Simple atmosphere. Completely enough. It's probably mostly delivered, but we also had fun eating there.

I've actually always been satisfied and have enjoyed ordering there to this day. Today I ordered again and unfortunately the salad was missing from my delivery. In the service hotline I was kindly told that the restaurant had been informed and my salad would be delivered later. After 1 hour without delivery, the next service employee told me that he could only offer me a voucher if I waited another half an hour and then nothing came. On the third call I was told succinctly that no one was available in the restaurant and that I should simply report the whole thing to Lieferando. Forgetting things can happen, but that's honestly just unprofessional.

We ordered food, and it was truly delicious and arrived on time. The only criticisms are the prices and the fact that my partner and I both had stomach upsets after eating. This will probably be our first and last order, which is a shame.

Ordered from Lieferando and they kept the delivery times as promised. Unfortunately it's a bit too expensive and you don't even get full. We had made a large order and therefore probably received a €5 voucher, which is a great gesture.

Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated enormously and has unfortunately gone down from 5* to 2 because the burgers are really no longer tasty. It's a shame .. 5 * would have been deserved six months ago but now it's really no longer recommended. #Gettheoldcookback

I ordered a burger with fries, the burger was ok but unfortunately the fries were the last pieces and were contaminated with small black spots. I think they were leftover pieces and not fresh ones. I hope the fries are fresh next time.

As I unfortunately only saw too late in other reviews, something is often missing from orders and this also happened to me. Unfortunately there were several of us, which meant that two people had to wait about 20 minutes until the delivery was complete. The problem arose when paying with the supplier: they wanted to pay twice because the second delivery was made by a different driver. He was so insistent on his money that we had to call the supervisor to clarify that we had already paid for the first delivery. Never again.

I used to really enjoy eating here (big, tasty burgers), but now I don't think the prices are fair anymore. Of course it will be more expensive, but a cheeseburger for 9.50 euros in that size? I have enjoyed ordering here for years, the veggie burger in particular was a 12/10 After I ordered something today that I thought was the beloved veggie burger, I was very disappointed that it was a completely different burger and that they seemed to have taken the veggie burger out of their product range. It's a shame, so I won't be ordering from Burgerme anymore. 2 stars only because of the delivery, which was great.

After really good experiences with Burgerme in Hamburg, we wanted to order from Burgerme in our region. We also drive 50 km to Leipzig to pick it up. Our anticipation of eating was quickly dashed. Actually clever to gossip about the customers (us) in a different language. It's only stupid if the customer who is being laughed at has studied the language. In addition, it is so obvious that even my wife noticed it. Many greetings to the kitchen crew. If we hadn't paid beforehand, we would have left immediately. The food itself was good as usual, but I'd rather not say anything about the hygiene in the kitchen at these times. An uneasy feeling comes with it. Unfortunately we didn't get all the sauces we ordered and paid for, but that was the lesser evil. You'll never see us again and I'll advise everyone not to go there. This review is directed at this location and not at Burgerme as a franchise. The food is very tasty and of consistent quality. P.S. You can complain to Google about my review as often as you like. The truth does not change because of this!

The order was placed at 11:18 a.m. and it was delivered at 12:18 p.m., so the promised 25 minutes were not met. This could have been overlooked if the food had arrived warm and, above all, intact, but unfortunately this was not the case. The food was cold, the cardboard box was already soggy and the burgers had to be reassembled. The driver barely said a word, be it a hello or something else or an apology for the delay. Disappointed children's eyes eating cold fries and nuggets are not nice to look at.

Well, like with all delivery services, they start strong and slow down even more. What you get there for that money is a disgrace:( your citizens used to be really tasty, emphasis here is on GOODS! Unfortunately, the food was cold, as were the fries, with a delivery distance of no more than 10 minutes If you ordered something there before, the food was on time and hot and what can I say it was delicious. Nowadays it's probably just a matter of hustle and bustle so that the sales are up to par. Sad! And at a price of €43 for two citizens' menus and a salad, I think it's a shame for this one

I don't like writing such bad reviews, but unfortunately it has to be here. I haven't ordered anything from this store for a long time (1-2 years). The food was just always cold. It became more expensive, but the quality remained consistently poor. Yesterday I was there and wanted to grab something quickly. I was hopeful that something would happen after such a long time. What can I say? The fries were at least lukewarm. The rest was just COLD. I was able to remove the slice of cheese from my cheeseburger just like that. It wasn't even melted. Sorry, that doesn't work and I can definitely say that I will NEVER order there AGAIN! I don't need a notification now, I would like to send an email for replacement delivery etc. Just improves it for everyone else! I do not need it anymore. A pity! P.S: The employees were very friendly, but in the end it was of no use to me...

So normally we like to order from you and it's always been really good so far, but with our last order, which was a little bigger than usual, we were very dissatisfied, the burgers were cold, we waited almost an hour for our burgers and... There were things on our burgers that we hadn't ordered, or ingredients that we had ordered were forgotten... all in all, not very satisfactory.

Waited five minutes at the service counter for a response, 7 employees were busy discussing, preparing and packing. When ordering, the extra salad offered on the menu with a price of €3.99 could not be entered. “You just have to pay the more expensive price!” The appetite had finally disappeared.

The boss is the last thing because in her eyes you have to go to the doctor where you normally are. Even if it's closed, you don't go, you say you went to the doctor, you get fired because you lied. Dirt...

Very good quality, decent ingredients when dining. Great climate in the store. Best service, you get food very quickly when you order. Definitely better and neater than MacDonald or KFC.

I went with my girlfriend to eat in-house, and from the moment we walked in, we should have left, the vibe felt awful, i said hello to the cashier and he just nodded and continued to look at the computer with a disappointed face. We ordered 2 menus, my girlfriend asked for mayonnaise, and she got ketchup, and when she asked him to replace it, he replied, you have to pay, cause it is now in the system. One of the 2 drinks was warm, and we asked him to replace it. Which he did but again with the same disappointed face. The burgers; the bread was as if it was left at room temperature, and given the weather; it was cold. The cheese was not even melted!, the only thing that was warm-ish, was the beef. The fries, we ordered one normal, and one sweet-potato fries, and both were definitely not fresh and cold. even though they have a-lot of orders going out the whole time, so they should definitely serve warm fries, specially to customers eating in! Overall, it was a horrible experience, the quality/value is definitely not met what so ever, might as well eat at McDonald’s or Burger King, at least there you get a better service. A small advice, invest into some speakers for some music for the customers eating in, and one of those hot curtain machines at the door, since the runners are going out and in every few minutes.

I have been ordering from this branch for 3 years and so far the order has been 95% very good. There have been minor complaints over the years, but it's completely normal for a company like this to happen. Unfortunately, I have had to accept a slight decline in quality when I order for months. But so far nothing serious. I hope that there won't be any further reductions and that more work will be done on the quality. Otherwise, I like being a regular customer.

today I ordered 2 burgers, classical cheese burger and meetfree cheesey.. and they were really not good, the onion inside the sandwich was strongly badly smelly. we had to take out the vegetables, and eat only the meat/meetfree with the buns. The smell of the onion wasn't like strong onion smell, it was stinky, like an old eggs or so... we were so disappointed coz we were so hungry and we know that sometimes the burger there is not well made, and other times it is very delicious and well made, but we had never experienced something like stinky onion in our sandwich!!!! we are very very disappointed 😞. I am tired from ordering and waiting if the burgers this time will be good or bad, there is no consistency in this restaurant, and I will never order again.

Super lecker und super Personal

The burgers themselves taste good, but whoever tops these burgers should try harder. Also, you shouldn't be so stingy with the sauces. After all, the eye eats too.

For the 6th time in a row when I ordered the burger was completely cold and inedible. Fries also cold. Vegan burger patty doesn't fit the size of the bun?!?? Every time I think that can't be the case and try to order again. Every time a disappointment. It's probably different as a meat eater and when you're in the store. But if you want to order as a vegan, you'd better look for something else.

Die Pommes waren komplett fettig, labbrig und teilweise schwarz. Hab versucht die Filiale zu erreichen und war 20min in der Warteschlange. Richtiger Quatsch-Laden.

Geniale Burger, extrem lecker und die Bedienung exzellente

Naja Diggi. Bestellt wegen Uber Eats Aktion. Qualität an sich in Ordnung, Salat war frisch. Der Burger echt mittelmäßig für 10,50€. Billiger Scheiblettenkäse, eine winzige Scheibe Tomate, wenig Sauce. Geschmacklich in Ordnung, aber einen vernünftigen Burger zu machen ist eigentlich keine Raketenwissenschaft. 5€ für einen kleinen Beilagensalat find ich relativ teuer. Muss ich alles in allem nicht nochmal haben.

Null Service, erst 20 Minuten zu früh nach Uhrzeit Bestellung, dann 15 Minuten zu spät mit essen was nach einer Zubereitung vor einer 3/4 Stunde natürlich kalt war habe ich nicht angenommen, musste Neubestellung auch noch selbst abholen fahren, obwohl alles im Voraus inkl. Lieferung bezahlt war, völliges Unverständnis seitens Burgerme. Sorry aber 40,- EUR möchte ich nicht kalt essen müssen. Dann bietet einfach keine feste Uhrzeit Bestellung an. 10 Minuten +/-wäre kein Problem gewesen. Die Unfreundlichkeit des indischen „Möchtegern Chef“ waren die Krönung des Ganzen. Somit sieht man uns dort nie wieder.

Essen bei Abholung 30 Minuten zu spät. Kein Hallo, Auf Wiedersehen, Danke, Bitte, Entschuldigung. Service inkompetent und unfreundlich!

Total leckere Burger! Die Lieferzeit wird stets eingehalten und die Qualität ist klasse. Wer günstig kaufen will, muss auch Abstriche bei der Qualität machen und beim gelben M kaufen. Hier passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis alle Mal! Vor allem die leckeren Milk Shakes sind ein Highlight. Macht weiter so!

Es gab bisher nur einmal den Fall, in dem der von mir zusätzlich bestellte Bacon auf dem Burger fehlte. Die Mitarbeit haben sich dafür entschuldigt und ich bekam auch eine Kleinigkeit als Entschädigung. Also bisher bin ich wirklich sehr zufrieden, und kann mich nur darüber beschweren das burgerme, mir McDonalds und burgerking versaut hat. Wer ein paar mal so gute Burger gegessen kann nicht mehr bei den genannten essen. Danke und auf weitere 52 Bestellung in 104 Wochen!

Eine 5 von 5 Sternen Delikatesse! Heute wieder mal direkt nach der Arbeit bei Burgerme shoppen gewesen :D ich mag den Service und die freundlichen Mitarbeiter! Das Essen wird wirklich schnell gemacht und schmeckt immer frisch & hervorragend :) danke dafür
