PRIME BURGER LEIPZIG in Leipzig

Wir waren mit dem Schlemmerblock vor Ort. Also 'Schnellgericht" wurden uns nur Beilagen angeboten. FRECHHEIT!!!!!

Personal war sehr nett. Locatian war auch sehr nett. Toiletten sehr dreckig. Leider hat das mit dem Essen nicht ganz so gepasst. Dafür das der Laden leer war kamen unsere Pommes erst 5min nach den Bürgern. Die auch einzeln geliefert wurden bei 2 Leuten. Pommes waren sehr dunkel. Uns wurde angeboten neue zumachen. Dann wären wir aber noch länger ohne Pommes gewesen.

Hervorragendes Essen. Das Personal war sehr nett, jedoch wirkte es bei zunehmendem Besucherverkehr überfordert. Trotzdem empfehlenswert.

Wir bestellten einen Burger, der sehr lecker war, aber mir war das Fleisch etwas zu salzig.

Wir waren heute als Paar bei Prime Burger, weil das Restaurant so viele positive Bewertungen hat und von zahlreichen Foodbloggern sehr gelobt wird. Leider können wir den Hype überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Wir haben den Bacon Smash Burger, den Double Cheesebomb und den Prime Smash bestellt, um verschiedene Burger zu probieren. Die beiden Smash Burger waren leider sehr trocken und für unseren Geschmack viel zu salzig. Vom Double Cheesebomb haben wir beide jeweils nur einen Bissen gegessen, weil die Käsesoße einen künstlichen, chemischen Geschmack hatte. Auch hier wurde der Burger hauptsächlich von dem sehr salzigen Patty dominiert, sodass er für uns leider ungenießbar war. Das Einzige, was uns wirklich geschmeckt hat, waren die Sweet Potato Fries – die waren knusprig und lecker. Meine Limonade war allerdings warm und enthielt nur einen einzigen Eiswürfel, was ebenfalls enttäuschend war. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Der Boden im Restaurant war voller Essensreste, die offensichtlich nur unter die Tische gekehrt worden waren. Die Toiletten waren zudem in einem sehr schlechten und teilweise kaputten Zustand, sodass ich sie direkt wieder verlassen habe. Die Mitarbeiter waren zwar freundlich, wirkten aber teilweise etwas unkoordiniert und unsicher. Für insgesamt knapp 60 € (3 Burger, 2 Getränke und eine kleine Portion Pommes) hatten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Für uns war es leider einer der schlechtesten Burger-Restaurantbesuche überhaupt. Aufgrund unserer Erfahrung werden wir definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

Hätte gerne 5 Sterne gegeben, aber dazu war noch etwas Luft nach oben. Haben spontan sofort nen Platz bekommen, Essen war nach gefühlt 10 Min da. Hat auch gut geschmeckt, Prime Ceasar richtig nice, Double Cheese Bomb war gut - das gewisse Etwas hat gefehlt. Üppige Portionen. Personal super nett aber irgendwie waren für die kleine Location viel zu viel Personal da und das ständige umhergerenne und diskutieren hat ein bisschen Unruhe in die Atmosphäre gebracht. Alles in Allem kann man da gut essen. Ein bisschen bessere Organisation und ruhigeres auftreten dann habt ihr 5 Sterne mehr als verdient.

Getränke waren warm, beim Bier nicht so toll. Bürgerbrötchen war trocken. Patty auch zu lange gegrillt. Minze im Cocktail verwelkt. Insgesamt enttäuschend.

Sehr leckere Burger und Pommes zu fairen Preisen.

Wir waren dort heute essen weil ich eigentlich unfassbar viel gutes Feedback gehört habe, leider Gottes musste ich heute feststellen dass wir für 3 einfache Burger und 2 Getränke über eine halbe Stunde warten mussten. Zudem waren die Burger fast kalt statt warm, das Brot war so unfassbar trocken, das Fleisch ebenfalls. Die Erfahrung habe ich vor 2 Jahren schon einmal gehabt und dachte mir, ich gebe dem ganzen nochmal eine Chance. Doch leider wurde ich enttäuscht - Schade. Super nettes Personal, tolles Restaurant Ambiente doch die Qualität vom Essen war leider sehr enttäuschend.

Meine Frau und ich waren gestern vor Ort. Die Bestellung aufzugeben war eine Katastrophe. Ich hatte den Big Prime Burger der super war und meine Frau nur eine Portion Süßkartoffelpommes mit Mango-Sauce. Estmal bekam eine Frau die Pommes, ca. 15 Minuten bevor ich meinen Burger hatte. Da die Mangosauce nicht gebracht wurde, fragten wir nach. Nach weiteren 15 Minuten kam die Sauce, aber meine Frau hatte die Pommes nun schon fast auf, also haben wir die Sauce nicht mehr genommen. Das darf einfach nicht sein. Und erst recht nicht bei den Preisen. Sehr enttäuschend

Smash Burger von sehr guter Qualität und loaded Fries... Das Essen ist sehr gut, aber die Crew machte einen unharmonischen Eindruck. Dadurch wirkte es recht unruhig in der offenen Küche.

Also alles schreit danach, dass es den besten Burger gibt aber wahrscheinlich gibt es den Laden weil welche vom Metropolis noch hungrig sind.

Wir waren wegen eines Onkelz-Konzerts in der Stadt und sind ganz spontan an diesem Laden vorbeigekommen. Ohne große Erwartungen sind wir reingegangen – und wurden absolut positiv überrascht! Das Essen war wirklich top, alles frisch und sehr lecker. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Bedienung: super freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Zwar war das Deutsch etwas gebrochen, aber das hat überhaupt nicht gestört – im Gegenteil, man hat sich trotzdem bestens verstanden und sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Besuch. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Das Lokal ist recht klein. Wir saßen auf Barhockern, was nicht so zum verweilen einlud. Der Servie war okay und das Essen auch. Der Trüffelburger hatte jedoch nicht wirklich viel mit Trüffel zu tun. Die Preise sind recht hoch. Eine Limonade für 6,70 € und Burger für teils 20 €.

Die Tacos waren sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Die Zutaten hatten eine gute Qualität und waren perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt. Der Service war freundlich und die Bestellung wurde schnell serviert. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann die Tacos auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Danke

Der Service war super. Das waren die besten birria tacos die wir bis jetzt gegessen haben nächstes Mal werden wir jeder 10 bestellen weil sie so gut waren das Fleisch war so zart und die Soße dazu war sehr lecker.

Kurz entschlossen am Samstag 20:00 Uhr. Sofort einen Tisch bekommen. Ruhige und kompetente Erlärung der verschiedenen Burger. Sonderwunsch wurde sofort verarbeitet. Wirklich rühriges und freundliches Personal. Jederzeit wieder.

Wir sind bei einem Kurzurlaub zufällig auf dieses Restaurant gestoßen. Sehr freundliche und nette Bedienung und Personal. Die Burger sind ein Traum und die Süßkartoffel Pommes sind klasse. Das Fleisch ist von sehr guter Qualität und hat einen tollen Geschmack. Auf die Pommes mit Cheese und Bacon sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Portionen sind riesig. Ich kann das Restaurant nur empfehlen.

Viele Punkte, die nicht zufriedenstellend waren: - Gutschein in „Mobile Gutscheine“ für 3,99 Euro, der dem Wortlaut nach eigentlich für einen 2:1 deal gilt, durfte nur für Pommes (ohne etwas) oder Taco angewendet werden. - sehr lange Wartezeiten und ich war bereits fertig mit meinem Essen als erst die Beilage meiner Frau kam. Bei ihr fehlte aber dann auch noch der Burger, sodass ich diesen abbestellte, damit wir nicht noch länger warten mussten. - der Burger „Cheese bomb“ war trotz Käse im Überfluss etwas geschmacklich fad.

Die Tacos waren fantastisch. Der Burger war auch ziemlich gut und groß, aber etwas trocken. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder, um andere Burger zu probieren – es gibt so viele interessante Optionen. *Aber ich finde es nicht gut, dass sie jeden Gast nach Bewertungen fragen. Deshalb gibt es hier auch so viele.

Köstlich! Ich war dort, um Tacos zu essen, und wurde nicht enttäuscht: große Portionen, fantastische Pommes mit Guacamole und ein sehr freundliches Team, das gut mit den Kunden und untereinander auskommt.

Die Tacos waren fantastisch! Und die Kellner waren sehr nett. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

I've had really good feedback. I heard it on Instagram and of course had to try it out to see if it really tasted as good as the actress did. So we went into the restaurant and immediately got the menu and were able to find a place to sit. It should be noted that there were only a few people, a small family. No one came for 10 minutes. Then we were able to order drinks. After our drinks were brought, we ordered. We received two burgers and two tacos. I asked if they had a burger with runny cheese. They confirmed this, and I ordered it. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this burger. The highlight was ultimately the cheese, which didn't really taste that great, and the tacos. For the price, I thought it was a bit harsh to spend over €10 on three slices. The tacos were two fingers wide and one finger long. Afterward, I wanted to order another burger. But the waitress didn't come. She probably had better things to do. He didn't even look back at us. My boyfriend even called out that he wanted another Coke. He brought it right away. I don't know what was wrong with the waiter. I hope it was just a slip-up. Otherwise, we had to go to the front. I haven't experienced paying like that before, but that's because the waiter or employee didn't explicitly point it out to us. We just walked over and paid.

The staff was friendly and sporty. They also accommodated special requests. The burger itself was basic, and the vegetarian option was highly recommended. The forecourt was a bit noisy, and the restrooms could have been cleaned much better. Trash cans were overflowing, even though there hadn't been any activity for a while.

Service: Honestly, the service was ruder than my probation officer on a Monday morning! No smile, no enthusiasm, no desire – as if it were a punishment to bring me a Coke (which, by the way, was still... as if someone had already sipped on it, dude!). Wait time: I could have slaughtered a cow and baked a roll myself faster! Over half an hour for a burger, dude... only for it to look like a microwave accident?! Seriously?! Food: Now hold on tight: Buns? Burnt. Black underside like it was fresh from the furnace. Meat? Dead on the outside, still mooing on the inside! Dude, that was raw. Not medium, not juicy – just raw. Chili cheeseburger? Brother, where were the chilies?! It was called a chili cheeseburger, but it tasted like "disappointed cheese on dry cardboard." As carelessly thrown together as a divorce after a stint in prison. And the worst part? I couldn't even finish it, it was that bad, dude – and I'm not a picky eater. Ordered tacos to go, and after 20 minutes, I received three micro tacos that wouldn't fold and a drink that I couldn't choose for €12.50. A single employee took care of everything and was completely overwhelmed. I wouldn't recommend it.

Underwhelming. Half of the drinks came wrong. The lemonade, which was supposed to taste like lime and cucumber, briefly forgot its lime part in the trunk. The burger bun was unfortunately soggy (despite my attempt to sear it), and the knife was too blunt to cut it properly. The meat itself was good, as were the fries. We tried a burrito and it tasted delicious. Unfortunately, we had to wait quite a long time because the employee had to go shopping before our burrito could even be prepared. When the food finally arrived, we were disappointed. The burrito was very small and thin for the price, more of a snack than a full meal. In our opinion, the price was completely unjustified for what was ultimately offered. We definitely imagine something different when we think of a burrito, with more filling and size. A photo or a more detailed description on the menu would have helped us to better assess expectations. Overall, unfortunately, it was disappointing.

No, even McDonalds is cheaper and tastes better

We ate there today. We were very impressed. Our burgers were great. Juicy and very, very tasty. And the staff was very friendly, too.

Unfortunately, the place has declined considerably. The first two cheeseburgers I ordered seemed to have nothing but unwrapped ingredients from the day before. Absolutely disgusting, dry buns, rock-hard cheese. When I complained, they immediately made new burgers, which were significantly better, but there are much better alternatives in Leipzig these days. The restrooms were also very dirty :(

Really nice place! The food is incredibly delicious, especially the burgers and tacos. Everything is clean and tidy. The service is top-notch – friendly and fast. Chilled atmosphere, I'll definitely be back!

For €15, I got a burrito that could feed a toddler. I could have ordered it from a kebab shop around the corner and gotten three times as much for that price. The taste wasn't nearly good enough to justify the price. Unbelievable! Not recommended.

Very tasty food and super nice service

We had two drinks, a burger, and tacos: €39.80. The drinks weren't mixed, so you had to stir everything first to avoid it tasting like lime syrup. A regular cheeseburger costs €10.90 WITHOUT a side. It's half salad. Extra fries cost another €4.90. The tacos were small supermarket tacos with minimal fillings. The service was poor, and everything came out different. The glasses were sticky, and the table was dirty. The only thing that was nice was the atmosphere. Absolutely not a recommendation.

We spontaneously stopped by on a Friday evening with a group of 11 people. Even though almost everyone was reserved, the staff made it possible for us to sit down. The food and drinks arrived quickly. The service was super friendly and attentive, and the food was great value for money! Fantastic!

The food itself was mostly okay—it tasted quite good, but the meat was unfortunately far too dry. What was downright disappointing, however, was the service: We had to wait far too long, were initially served several incorrect drinks, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. It was particularly annoying that our dishes didn't arrive at the same time—we had to eat one after the other because everything was brought out one at a time. The prices were also significantly too high for the portion sizes. Overall, a disappointing visit—the value for money isn't at all.

Service was abysmal for a Friday night, even though it wasn't busy. People preferred smoking outside to checking on their customers. If you didn't make your presence known, no one came, and empty glasses on the table were skillfully ignored. They certainly weren't trying to make money that night. The food was moderately good. It was prepared relatively quickly and was hot. The best part was the fries, mac, and cheese. The tacos with beef strips tasted bland. The burgers lacked a great sauce. Otherwise, it was clean, except for the women's restrooms. The floor was sticky, one of the two restrooms was clogged with toilet paper and unusable. Trash cans in the restrooms and by the sink were overflowing... It had the vibe of a rest stop bathroom. For us, it was our first and last visit.

Young and friendly team. We were seated immediately and received friendly service. The food was good. The ambience is great and the food is prepared using live cooking. A little tip to the owner: the fully automatic coffee machine made me smile a bit for a restaurant. 😉 We'll be back...

Unfortunately, burgers lack taste. The taste itself is delicious and the quality seems to be good, but the taste is simply not there enough. Prices are also very strange. You pay extra for the fries. The burgers are in a very wide price range (up to €15 price difference). And a 0.7l bottle of sparkling water costs €7. Unfortunately, the staff also seems very unorganized and unprofessional. This is shown by small things, such as the fact that waiters come almost immediately after you sit down to take orders or that the two of you sometimes get your food very delayed. What's also not possible is that you have to take off the seal on ketchup and mayo bottles when they're full. There is also only ketchup and mayo. A larger or better selection of sauces would make a big difference. Because the fries were really good. Ambiance was good, although some tables should have been placed differently. There is an extremely long table running through the middle. You don't really feel comfortable there and this row of tables takes up a good part of the restaurant. It would be better to split this row of tables. The restaurant has an open kitchen concept, which is very good in itself. However, a few disadvantages came to light here. Like, for example, that the plates and individual parts of the burger were already there ready to be served. Always gives the customer a feeling of mass production.

Burger was a disaster! The meat wasn't cooked through, it was much too dry and there was almost only lettuce on it. And paid so much for it. Really disappointing, it was so much better back then!

We were there for dinner and it was OK, after ordering we had to wait a long time, drinks only came with the food, the fries and the burger were also cold, it wasn't very crowded and there wasn't any real service.

We also ordered plain fries. However, we did get fries with macaroni and cheese. The fries were very dry and cold. So was the macaroni. The tacos, on the other hand, were extremely hot. The only good thing: The interior of the shop was very cool. The restrooms, however, were a disaster. For such a small shop: Very long wait times. Not good value for money. Not suitable for people with allergies or specific preferences. Not recommended at all.
