PRIME BURGER LEIPZIG in Leipzig

Our expectations were absolutely not met. The Prime Cheese Burger was dry, little to no sauce, mountains of lettuce from the bag and the meat was tasteless and not juicy. The sweet potato fries were good, but the portion size was not appropriate for the price. Long waiting times rounded off our visit.

We had reserved a table for 8 p.m. We got it, but it still had to be cleared and cleaned by the previous customer. Then we waited 20 minutes to place our order. About 15 minutes later, we got our drinks. With about 20 guests in the room, almost all of whom were already served, that was a VERY long wait. Then we waited 50 minutes for our food. So, considering the number of people in the room, everything took a VERY long time. On top of that, we sat on wobbly chairs without backs and in the cold, because the door was open the whole time. The food also arrived incorrectly. We ordered two chicken tacos. We got one, the other was pork. But we didn't notice that until the end. We also ordered two burgers that didn't arrive at all. We also ordered plain fries. However, we did get fries with macaroni and cheese. The fries were very dry and cold. So was the macaroni. The tacos, on the other hand, were extremely hot. The only good thing: The interior of the shop was very cool. The restrooms, however, were a disaster. For such a small shop: Very long wait times. Not good value for money. Not suitable for people with allergies or specific preferences. Not recommended at all.

Taste OK! Price performance, well… The burger was very nicely prepared, but had hardly any taste, no seasoning and was therefore very monotonous. The atmosphere is very cozy, but there was nothing going on when we were there. The staff was friendly and on the ball.

I ate there today with my girlfriend and my 7-month-old son. The waiter/chef came right up to us and asked if the music was too loud and if he should turn it down. The food arrived very quickly and tasted great. I highly recommend it.

It's been a long time since I've had such a bad meal for a lot of money. Chicken was dry, the salad on the burger was ready-made food from a bag - €12.90. At Buddy's the beef was tough and surf on the turf was 2 prawns - €19.90. When asked before ordering, the waitress couldn't recommend anything: "I don't know..." Not again.

We took advantage of the lunch offer. The fries were very tasty. There was plenty of lettuce in the burgers, they were tasty. Points are deducted for the cold restaurant, you have to eat with a jacket.

We wanted to eat a nice, good burger in the city. Not the usual at the counter. We were warmly welcomed at the door and were able to take a seat even without a reservation; first star! We quickly decided and the order was taken quickly. We decided on the good old standard burger; fries and two drinks; second star! Well drinks came without carbonation after a while; OK? Fries came okay too. And then we had to wait another 30 minutes for our burgers! Fries already empty! Others got the burgers before us. Fries were forgotten by others! Then the burger finally arrived! And what was it! A pure disappointment! Meat tasted like nothing! Zero seasoning! 1 kg of lettuce on top, tomato and a little sauce! Third star out of pity!

The restaurant where you see nobody eat. It took 1hour to get the fries. 10 more minutes for the first burger. 5 more for the second fries. After 90 minutes we got everything. The cook was good. I hope the manager of this place reads this review

A terrible restaurant, food is delivered after 2 hours, ice cold, portion size is enough for a 5 year old child. Ordered from wollt, there they are called “Prime taccos” for 15€. I got 3x Maultaschen, cold, soggy, chicken not even cooked through. I would recommend neither the taste, nor the portion size, nor the service (disastrous), that was the first and last time.

The citizen meat didn't convince us. The fries were fried for too long, the portion was very small but expensive. Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

The burger tastes quite good in the somewhat cool restaurant, but be careful: At happy hour 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. ("ALL BURGERS with fries are free") you should under no circumstances say that you are ordering a burger with fries. Otherwise it will be claimed that you ordered the fries separately, which of course you have to pay for. By the way, I didn't receive fries twice, which logically should have been the case. All of this is dismissed as “misunderstanding” and is neither customer-friendly nor sincere. Too bad...

Small but nice menu with delicious highlights. Food was ready quickly and service was friendly.

No understanding for the 4.1 stars out of 5. The only drawback about the restaurant is the taco shop, which is accessible from the outside and where you can easily wait for a while. Service was very courteous and friendly, the food was also great. Highly recommended => we got a table at short notice despite Valentine's Day. All in all a nice experience at a reasonable price :)

Ate here during a business trip in Leipzig. Was hungry and wanted to try a good burger. The burger we ordered was okay – filling, but unfortunately a bit too dry. The mango juice was really tasty and pleasantly surprised me! Overall, a solid experience, but with room for improvement.

I had a quesadillia, a prime cheese and once the mac n cheese fries. The quality is really very good, the quesadillia is very well made and the ingredients are fresh, unfortunately the burger was a bit too well done and the cheese wasn't really melted, but That's really complaining at a high level, the overall impression of the burger was of high quality and also very well balanced. The fries were perfect, not too salty, had a good crunch, the mac n cheese topping tasted very well and was enough to fill you up. An absolute plus point is the friendly service, every dish was explained to me upon request, something like that is rare. I can only warmly recommend the restaurant. Good food, reasonable price and you go home full.

We had to wait a quarter of an hour before we could order, another fifteen minutes until the food came, no sign of drinking. After asking, we were told there was an error in the system and they were preparing it for us. The burger that was ordered without onions was initially served with onions, luckily we checked. If you are allergic you should not rely on the kitchen. The highlight was that a dog ran around freely in the restaurant, which in my opinion has nothing to do with hygiene

Super tasty burgers, we had teriyaki, Cesars and the classic cheeseburger, all three were super juicy, the sauces were super tasty and already topped with a crisp salad. You don't actually need the fries anymore. We would love to come back again!

As a picky burger eater, I had the hottest and tastiest burger I've ever eaten here. I had a pulled bork burger with extra cheese and sweet potato fries and a refreshing strawberry lemonade...also delicious. We'll be back!!! Thanks for the flavor bomb yummy

I never actually write reviews, but I just have to say that I've rarely eaten so badly in my life. Maybe just a snapshot, but that's still no excuse! The pulled pork burrito was worth highlighting; anyone who serves something like that shouldn't be running a restaurant. In the end, this was just a tortilla with way too much BBQ sauce without tasting anything else. Rarely have I been so disappointed.

First of all it was very cold in the restaurant. The burgers were extremely strange, a burger with chicken steaks and salad dressing, that for €12.90 per burger. In addition, handmade lemonade for €6.20 was a Monin mix with some ginger and lime slices. Anyone who gives 5⭐️ for the burgers here really has no idea what really awesome flavor bombs there are!!! Never eaten so bad and so expensive. Very disappointing…

Great burger and chips can't really say anymore .

Not child-friendly, narrow and quite dark. We didn't order anything because the first impression (service was overwhelmed, drinks were forgotten) after we sat down was so bad. The children only ate nuggets and fries. We were simply disappointed.

Delicious food, very very friendly staff

It was easy to get a table for two on Friday evening without a reservation. The burger was freshly prepared, had a good portion size and tasted good. The service could have been a little more on point, we passed the table several times where there were empty glasses. That was also the reason not to eat anything else. Otherwise it was clean and reasonably priced.

This is my second time here and I would eat here again every time I'm in this city. Friendly service, even when there is hardly any space left. There's nothing to complain about in terms of value for money. Simply everything deserves 5 stars. That was 2020. Today 02.2023 The third time here, apart from the new staff nothing has changed. Food delicious as always. Update: 11/13/24 The staff has changed again, the cool people from back then are all gone. Staff is still friendly. aaabut... There was so much lettuce and two pieces of tomato on my burger, both on the edges, which I didn't think was that great.

Nice place for a lunch. Small improvements for the restaurant would be: less salad (it feels like half iceberg lettuce) and the staff could ask a little more often if you have another request, as I personally had to wait too long for someone to walk past. Still tasty and nice

Preferably no star for the food. It doesn't work at all. Old dripping grease. The same burgers are somehow served with different ingredients. Ordered 2 of the same burgers, but one had plenty of peppers and the other had none at all. Very disappointing, I can't recommend it at all. I won't forget all that disgusting fat. Burger drowned in it.

The burger (patty) is very tasty but what's with the salad, it felt like a whole head of lettuce under the patty. We wanted water with our lunch menu, but this is probably not available, even though you have to pay an extra €2 for the drink, you still don't get any water?! I don't understand, I pay for my drink in addition to the menu anyway and it shouldn't matter whether it's water or cola.

Large selection of burgers including large portions. A visit is worth it. PS: Here you are immediately called by your first name. I like the polite salutation with “SIE” better.

We ordered two beers, two fries and two burgers. Everything was very tasty. The waiters are attentive, friendly, making sure that you like everything and that the table is clean.

3 service specialists stood at the door and made small talk. I was made to sit for 10 minutes. I had to ask for the menu and when I wanted to order I sat again for 10 minutes even though there wasn't much going on. Service was subpar - even the manager seemed to think it was ok. I got up and went to Peter Pan 😏

We were here on a city trip. The burgers were very good, the quesadilla too, the fries were limp and should be reconsidered. The team is very, very young and is apparently still finding its feet, so there was still some room for improvement in the service. Even if there are few guests, the service is a bit confused and lacks a concept - perhaps the situation will improve once the team gets used to it. We were confused by the taco offer, which was advertised but not available.

The journey to Jerusalem The first time at Prime Burger but also the last time. After we sat down we noticed the 7:00 pm reservation sign. There was only a brief greeting. The place was three-quarters full and while we were sitting there were waiters who seemed to be running a marathon against each other around the middle table. Always with a short pit stop in the kitchen, without taking anything with you, without checking whether the tables are adequately filled with cutlery or whatever else goes with it. After about 10 minutes we took the order and less than 5 minutes later we were moved. Because the reservation was supposedly there an hour earlier than it was supposed to be. When we arrived at the next table, there was only a set of knives and forks, nothing else in the way of cutlery. After another 10 minutes the food finally arrived, but due to the apparent lack of information among the kitchen staff it was brought to the reserved table. After I vented my displeasure, our order disappeared from our sight and then appeared out of nowhere with the question of two cheeseburgers. Bite into the burger, the description of mud burger is more accurate. Of course, absolutely everything fell on the plate. While we ate, the two waiters continued making rounds as if something was at stake. And the next table was asked to change seats for reasons we couldn't explain. When we were finished, we were happy to leave the restaurant, but our path was blocked by a gentleman in the restaurant by looking at his smartphone, probably to check Tinder. We left the restaurant by mutual agreement without saying a word.

Mega tasty - Prime Teryaki Burger is absolutely recommended. I haven't eaten so well in a long time. Very nice service! Gladly again.

If you want to satisfy your hunger quickly, it's okay. But to eat a great burger with friendly service at a fair price, you have to keep looking. Only the beer was tasty but at 5.90 it wasn't cheap either.

Unfortunately the service was very poor even though it wasn't very busy. We came close to leaving twice. The burgers and fries are very tasty. The desired degree of doneness is not asked. It's a shame because of the delicious patties.

The food is not worth the money. Staff terrible not to say helpless. Had to wait far too long for drinks..

The Sakshuka burger was one of the best I've ever had. The condition (first class *****) advised me to have a fried egg - perfect! Plus the bacon fries and a good lemonade. The atmosphere is pleasant and I just have to mention the excellent service again! Thank you very much!!

Unfortunately we were disappointed. There was almost nothing going on (good in that the service was quick) but our table was sticky and obviously stained from previous guests, the atmosphere was generally cozy but also unclean, as was the floor of the women's toilet, there was no paper either. Last but not least, a half-length black hair in the cold burger. The fries were hot. The chef proudly doesn't wear a hairnet and cooks and roasts in the dining room. The kitchen helper shuffles around the room in flip-flops and gropes the waitress with “hygienic gloves.” Once and never again.

Unfortunately, food tastes good and I'm not really into hair in food. The waiter waved it off and the plate was gone as quickly as I could see - luckily I took a photo.

After almost half an hour the drinks hadn't even been consumed. Other guests also looked very unhappy as orders were mixed up/took time. We then left without ordering. I've been to this restaurant several times. The food is delicious, but there has always been a problem with orders, for example. Some things were done wrong and everything took ages. Our last visit was really the last visit forever.

So I have to say, you should be careful who you hire. The waitress was super lost, apart from the fact that I'm wondering whether your fingernails are even allowed in the restaurant. After we got the tickets we got 30! Waited for minutes and no one served us until then. During this time we noticed that the orders at 3 tables were mixed up. We then left again and the waitress didn't even notice. Very unfortunate.

The burger was fantastic. There are also interesting and lesser-known burger variants. The prices are definitely upper class. I paid around €20 for a Big Prime (2 patties). And fries or other side dishes are not included. This is entirely official. But the location is of course great and the selection of burgers is very good. You can do it.

Terrible store! We waited 15 minutes to order and then waited 30 minutes for the drinks. These were non-carbonated and warm! Then after another 30 minutes the burgers came. These were wrong, cold and the meat was hard and dry. The service was absolutely unfriendly! Fingernails that are not advantageous in service and food preparation! We will definitely never go here again!

Unfortunately I can't recommend this restaurant today. You should look at the staff. Those who were on site today. It took three quarters of an hour for the drinks. Burgers were served incorrectly and cold. All this with 10 people, of which there were 6 of us.

Lovely burgers and the service !

We spontaneously quickly looked for a restaurant and came across this restaurant. When we were there and got the menu from the waitress (who didn't understand German very well) I was disgusted by the menu for the first time, it was so dirty, totally dirty. For the meal there were only burgers with juicy prices without any side dish. That day it was very warm to my question The waitress said she had no idea whether they had salads and had to look at the menu herself, basically no problem, everyone starts at 0. I ordered an apple spritzer when it arrived it wasn't carbonated and the apple spritzer was dead. Anyway, I then had to order a burger... while we were waiting for our food to arrive the service was just standing outside at a table with friends laughed loudly and we felt totally disturbed right next to it, which was a shame... when my burger came I just thought oh no, the burger is totally lonely, no side dish, no decoration, nothing, so much for the eye eating too. Prices were way too overpriced. The ambience was quite nice. Unfortunately the rest was a mess. Very unfortunate

Ambiance is actually quite cool, you could really do something with the store. Unfortunately, our visit today was more of a letdown - we would have preferred to go to McDonald's. The condition is just chatting on the street with friends, no interest in the customers. The alleged menu was very unclean with the dirt from the customers in front of us still hanging on it. The burger I chose cost 19.90 and you should expect something for that, the paddy was totally burnt and fart dry. The fries were soggy and cold. The whole fun cost us €46 for 2 apple spritzers that had never seen any carbonation, 2 burgers that were only dry and then with a lot of sauce and cold fries. Just bad, no recommendation!!!

Had the burger with the chickpea patty and can only advise against it. It only tasted like eggplant, it fell apart extremely, the vegetables weren't grilled but fried and the price is at "Hans im Glück" level. Don't know what the meat burgers are like, but if you don't feel like meat, it's best to go to another store.

There were four of us there. Service was very friendly. Menu kept small but sufficient. Food was super tasty and very plentiful. At the beginning we sat inside and it was very hot that day, a fan was set up. Later we were able to sit comfortably outside.

We ate a delicious daily menu: cheeseburger, fries and soft drink. We highly recommend the Vega burger!! Unfortunately, the light wasn't enough to take good photos, but the burgers were all delicious!

There's a lot of choice, a beautiful interior design, a really cute, cozy terrace and friendly service who always has a smile on their faces and fulfills all of the customers' wishes, even when they're under a lot of stress. We were with a group of 4 people during Euro football in June and wanted to have some good burgers. We ordered burgers and drinks. After 10 minutes the waiter came with the bill and no drinks or food. This is first time we experienced we had to pay in advance. We paid anyway. So after again 10 minutes we were served the drinks. One of us got the wrong drink and after telling the waiter he delivered another wrong drink. After third time the drink was fine. My draft beer was warm and not drinkable. I got a bottled beer and that one was little bit colder, but warm after 5 minutes. I let it be and didn't ask again for a new one. I was drinking warm beer. After one hour waiting and not being served I complained about the long time waiting. I received the answer that they have a lack of personnel. They should have informed us when we ordered that we would have to wait so long due to lack of personnel. Although I saw enough people behind the bar and walking around. So I asked how long we have to wait more and got a rude answer that we were not the only ones who waited. So that triggered me that we will have to wait for a very long time and I told them that we were not willing to wait so long. We could leave and get our money back the female boss told us in a rude way. I said that we want our money back and that we never experienced such a bad service before and that we even had to pay in advance. She got angry and gave us our money back. So we had to search for something to eat elsewhere after loosing 1,5 hour of our time there, not being served and treated in a highly rude manner. Do not go here is my advice.

Unsatisfactory service! We had to wait more than an hour, they brought wrong drinks, then they asked us to pay in advance while making us wait for our burgers for a very long time. They were understaffed but hey, why do they take orders then? We never got our burgers because after more than 1 hour waiting we decided to ask for our money back and go elsewhere. They were very unpolite, rude and didn't want to give us our food nor our money back untill we really warned them we would call the police. That lady at the counter has really got an unpolite attitude and we saw her being rude to other customers as well. I would never recommend this restaurant to anybody! Nobody deserves to be treated with such disrespect. This is unnaceptable! Since I can not reply to you, I will just edit here. This incident happened in June 2024 during the Euro Football.

Estábamos con un grupo de 4 personas y queríamos tener unas buenas hamburguesas. Pedimos hamburguesas y bebidas. Después de 10 minutos el camarero vino con la cuenta y sin bebidas ni comida. Esta es la primera vez que experimentamos que tuvimos que pagar por adelantado. Pagamos de todos modos. Así que después de 10 minutos más nos sirvieron las bebidas. Uno de nosotros se equivocó de bebida y después de decirle al camarero que entregó otra bebida equivocada. Después de la tercera vez la bebida estaba bien. Mi cerveza de barril estaba caliente y no bebible. Tengo una cerveza embotellada y esa estaba un poco más fría, pero caliente después de 5 minutos. Lo dejé estar y no volví a pedir uno nuevo. Estaba bebiendo cerveza tibia. Después de una hora esperando y no ser atendido me quejé del largo tiempo esperando. Recibí la respuesta de que tienen falta de personal. Deberían habernos informado cuando ordenamos que tendríamos que esperar tanto tiempo debido a la falta de personal. Aunque vi bastante gente detrás de la barra y caminando. Así que pregunté cuánto tiempo tenemos que esperar más y obtuve una respuesta grosera de que no éramos los únicos que esperábamos. Así que eso me desencadenó que tendremos que esperar mucho tiempo y les dije que no estábamos dispuestos a esperar tanto. Podríamos irnos y recuperar nuestro dinero que la jefa nos dijo de una manera grosera. Dije que queremos recuperar nuestro dinero y que nunca antes habíamos experimentado un servicio tan malo e incluso tuvimos que pagar por adelantado. Se enojó y nos devolvió nuestro dinero. Así que tuvimos que buscar algo de comer en otro lugar después de perder 1 , 5 horas de nuestro tiempo allí, no siendo servidos y tratados de una manera muy grosera. No vayas aquí es mi consejo.

My girlfriend and I both had kebabs. After a relatively long wait, we finally got our turn. The seller was very unmotivated and saved a lot on all the ingredients. The sauce was very oily, which meant that my entire kebab was mushy when I unwrapped it. The meat was extremely tough, partly already charred and old. Overall, we cannot recommend the kebab.

Warm drinks and ice cubes were only available upon request. We were the only guests, but until we paid there were at least three tables with the plates of the previous guests. The conditions were friendly, but I preferred to chat and smoke with my friends rather than take care of business. The food wasn't good. The buns were totally sticky. The only thing I can recommend are the sweet potato fries. Too bad.

We wanted to eat at Prime Burger today (June 25, 2024 11:45 a.m.). We entered the restaurant and were told that the restaurant might not open for another hour. When we asked, we were told that the late opening was due to the fact that they were open too late the day before. Unfortunately, they were unable to open during regular opening hours the following day. Funny that the store was open.

Auch wenn die Bedienung freundlich und zuvorkommend war, konnte mich das Essen nicht überzeugen. Das Fleisch vom Burger war sehr fest, der Burger ertrank in Convenient-Sauce und schmeckte dadurch nicht wirklich gut. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung, auch die Präsentation der Speisen war nicht schlecht, nur mein Essen konnte leider nicht überzeugen.

We booked a table for 5:30 p.m. yesterday because the city was expected to be full of football fans and we were coming from out of town and didn't want to spend ages looking for a free seat in a restaurant. The reservation was also successful, we knew about it, but we still didn't get a table with the statement "They all came in here at once"...no one sits down at a reserved table on their own and even if they did...so we had to but we searched forever, even though we didn't have time... That was the last time, it's a shame because the food tastes good... but such poor service and communication is a NOGO for me, who has worked in the restaurant for years...
