I've had really good feedback. I heard it on Instagram and of course had to try it out to see if it really tasted as good as the actress did. So we went into the restaurant and immediately got the menu and were able to find a place to sit. It should be noted that there were only a few people, a small family. No one came for 10 minutes. Then we were able to order drinks. After our drinks were brought, we ordered. We received two burgers and two tacos. I asked if they had a burger with runny cheese. They confirmed this, and I ordered it. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this burger. The highlight was ultimately the cheese, which didn't really taste that great, and the tacos. For the price, I thought it was a bit harsh to spend over €10 on three slices. The tacos were two fingers wide and one finger long. Afterward, I wanted to order another burger. But the waitress didn't come. She probably had better things to do. He didn't even look back at us. My boyfriend even called out that he wanted another Coke. He brought it right away. I don't know what was wrong with the waiter. I hope it was just a slip-up. Otherwise, we had to go to the front. I haven't experienced paying like that before, but that's because the waiter or employee didn't explicitly point it out to us. We just walked over and paid.

The staff was friendly and sporty. They also accommodated special requests. The burger itself was basic, and the vegetarian option was highly recommended. The forecourt was a bit noisy, and the restrooms could have been cleaned much better. Trash cans were overflowing, even though there hadn't been any activity for a while.

Service: Honestly, the service was ruder than my probation officer on a Monday morning! Wait time: I could have slaughtered a cow and baked a roll myself faster! Over half an hour for a burger, dude... only for it to look like a microwave accident?! Seriously?! Food: Now hold on tight: Buns? Burnt. Black underside like it was fresh from the furnace. Meat? Dead on the outside, still mooing on the inside! Dude, that was raw. Not medium, not juicy – just raw. Chili cheeseburger? Brother, where were the chilies?! It was called a chili cheeseburger, but it tasted like "disappointed cheese on dry cardboard." Ordered tacos to go, and after 20 minutes, I received three micro tacos that wouldn't fold and a drink that I couldn't choose for €12.50. A single employee took care of everything and was completely overwhelmed. I wouldn't recommend it.

Underwhelming. Half of the drinks came wrong. The lemonade, which was supposed to taste like lime and cucumber, briefly forgot its lime part in the trunk. The burger bun was unfortunately soggy (despite my attempt to sear it), and the knife was too blunt to cut it properly. The meat itself was good, as were the fries. Don't order the sharshuka, it's simply not worth the money. Doable, but not recommended. You need to know

We tried a burrito and it tasted delicious. Unfortunately, we had to wait quite a long time because the employee had to go shopping before our burrito could even be prepared. When the food finally arrived, we were disappointed. The burrito was very small and thin for the price, more of a snack than a full meal. In our opinion, the price was completely unjustified for what was ultimately offered. We definitely imagine something different when we think of a burrito, with more filling and size. A photo or a more detailed description on the menu would have helped us to better assess expectations. Overall, unfortunately, it was disappointing.

We ate there today. We were very impressed. Our burgers were great. Juicy and very, very tasty. And the staff was very friendly, too.

Unfortunately, the place has declined considerably. The first two cheeseburgers I ordered seemed to have nothing but unwrapped ingredients from the day before. Absolutely disgusting, dry buns, rock-hard cheese. When I complained, they immediately made new burgers, which were significantly better, but there are much better alternatives in Leipzig these days. The restrooms were also very dirty :(

For €15, I got a burrito that could feed a toddler. I could have ordered it from a kebab shop around the corner and gotten three times as much for that price. The taste wasn't nearly good enough to justify the price. Unbelievable! Not recommended.

We had two drinks, a burger, and tacos: €39.80. The drinks weren't mixed, so you had to stir everything first to avoid it tasting like lime syrup. A regular cheeseburger costs €10.90 WITHOUT a side. It's half salad. Extra fries cost another €4.90. The tacos were small supermarket tacos with minimal fillings. The service was poor, and everything came out different. The glasses were sticky, and the table was dirty. The only thing that was nice was the atmosphere. Absolutely not a recommendation.

We spontaneously stopped by on a Friday evening with a group of 11 people. Even though almost everyone was reserved, the staff made it possible for us to sit down. The food and drinks arrived quickly. The service was super friendly and attentive, and the food was great value for money! Fantastic!

What was downright disappointing, however, was the service: We had to wait far too long, were initially served several incorrect drinks, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. It was particularly annoying that our dishes didn't arrive at the same time—we had to eat one after the other because everything was brought out one at a time. The prices were also significantly too high for the portion sizes. Overall, a disappointing visit—the value for money isn't at all.

Service was abysmal for a Friday night, even though it wasn't busy. People preferred smoking outside to checking on their customers. If you didn't make your presence known, no one came, and empty glasses on the table were skillfully ignored. They certainly weren't trying to make money that night. The food was moderately good. It was prepared relatively quickly and was hot. The best part was the fries, mac, and cheese. The tacos with beef strips tasted bland. The burgers lacked a great sauce. Otherwise, it was clean, except for the women's restrooms. The floor was sticky, one of the two restrooms was clogged with toilet paper and unusable. Trash cans in the restrooms and by the sink were overflowing... It had the vibe of a rest stop bathroom. For us, it was our first and last visit.

Young and friendly team. We were seated immediately and received friendly service. The food was good. The ambience is great and the food is prepared using live cooking. A little tip to the owner: the fully automatic coffee machine made me smile a bit for a restaurant. 😉 We'll be back...

Unfortunately, burgers lack taste. The taste itself is delicious and the quality seems to be good, but the taste is simply not there enough. Prices are also very strange. You pay extra for the fries. The burgers are in a very wide price range (up to €15 price difference). And a 0.7l bottle of sparkling water costs €7. Unfortunately, the staff also seems very unorganized and unprofessional. This is shown by small things, such as the fact that waiters come almost immediately after you sit down to take orders or that the two of you sometimes get your food very delayed. What's also not possible is that you have to take off the seal on ketchup and mayo bottles when they're full. There is also only ketchup and mayo. A larger or better selection of sauces would make a big difference. Because the fries were really good. Ambiance was good, although some tables should have been placed differently. There is an extremely long table running through the middle. You don't really feel comfortable there and this row of tables takes up a good part of the restaurant. It would be better to split this row of tables. The restaurant has an open kitchen concept, which is very good in itself. However, a few disadvantages came to light here. Like, for example, that the plates and individual parts of the burger were already there ready to be served. Always gives the customer a feeling of mass production.

Burger was a disaster! The meat wasn't cooked through, it was much too dry and there was almost only lettuce on it. And paid so much for it. Really disappointing, it was so much better back then!

We had reserved a table for 8 p.m. We got it, but it still had to be cleared and cleaned by the previous customer. Then we waited 20 minutes to place our order. So, considering the number of people in the room, everything took a VERY long time. On top of that, we sat on wobbly chairs without backs and in the cold, because the door was open the whole time. The food also arrived incorrectly. We ordered two chicken tacos. We got one, the other was pork. But we didn't notice that until the end. We also ordered two burgers that didn't arrive at all. We also ordered plain fries. However, we did get fries with macaroni and cheese. The fries were very dry and cold. So was the macaroni. The tacos, on the other hand, were extremely hot. The only good thing: The interior of the shop was very cool. The restrooms, however, were a disaster. For such a small shop: Very long wait times. Not good value for money. Not suitable for people with allergies or specific preferences. Not recommended at all.

I ate there today with my girlfriend and my 7-month-old son. The waiter/chef came over to us and asked if the music was too loud and if he should turn it down. The food arrived very quickly and tasted great. I highly recommend it.

At Buddy's the beef was tough and surf on the turf was 2 prawns - €19.90. When asked before ordering, the waitress couldn't recommend anything: "I don't know..." Not again.

We took advantage of the lunch offer. The fries were very tasty. There was plenty of lettuce in the burgers, they were tasty. Points are deducted for the cold restaurant, you have to eat with a jacket.

We wanted to eat a nice, good burger in the city. Not the usual at the counter. We were warmly welcomed at the door and were able to take a seat even without a reservation; first star! We quickly decided and the order was taken quickly. We decided on the good old standard burger; fries and two drinks; second star! Well drinks came without carbonation after a while; OK? Fries came okay too. And then we had to wait another 30 minutes for our burgers! Fries already empty! Others got the burgers before us. Fries were forgotten by others! Then the burger finally arrived! And what was it! A pure disappointment! Meat tasted like nothing! Zero seasoning! 1 kg of lettuce on top, tomato and a little sauce! Third star out of pity!

The restaurant where you see nobody eat. It took 1hour to get the fries. 10 more minutes for the first burger. 5 more for the second fries. After 90 minutes we got everything. The cook was good. I hope the manager of this place reads this review

A terrible restaurant, food is delivered after 2 hours, ice cold, portion size is enough for a 5 year old child. Ordered from wollt, there they are called “Prime taccos” for 15€. I got 3x Maultaschen, cold, soggy, chicken not even cooked through. I would recommend neither the taste, nor the portion size, nor the service (disastrous), that was the first and last time.

The citizen meat didn't convince us. The fries were fried for too long, the portion was very small but expensive. Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

The burger tastes quite good in the somewhat cool restaurant, but be careful: At happy hour 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. ("ALL BURGERS with fries are free") you should under no circumstances say that you are ordering a burger with fries. Otherwise it will be claimed that you ordered the fries separately, which of course you have to pay for. By the way, I didn't receive fries twice, which logically should have been the case. All of this is dismissed as “misunderstanding” and is neither customer-friendly nor sincere. Too bad...

In dem ziemlich kühlen Restaurant schmeckt der Burger ganz gut, aber Vorsicht: Zur Happy Hour 17:00-18:00 ("ALLE BURGER mit Pommes Gratis") sollte man keinesfalls sagen, dass man einen Burger mit Pommes bestellt. Sonst wird nämlich behauptet, dass man die Pommes ja extra bestellt hätte, was dann natürlich zu bezahlen sei. Zweimal Pommes habe ich übrigens nicht bekommen, was nach der Logik eigentlich hätte der Fall sein müssen. Das alles wird mit "Missverständnis" abgetan und ist weder kundenfreundlich noch aufrichtig. Schade...

No understanding for the 4.1 stars out of 5. The only drawback about the restaurant is the taco shop, which is accessible from the outside and where you can easily wait for a while. Service was very courteous and friendly, the food was also great. Highly recommended => we got a table at short notice despite Valentine's Day. All in all a nice experience at a reasonable price :)

Ate here during a business trip in Leipzig. Was hungry and wanted to try a good burger. The burger we ordered was okay – filling, but unfortunately a bit too dry. The mango juice was really tasty and pleasantly surprised me! Overall, a solid experience, but with room for improvement.

I had a quesadillia, a prime cheese and once the mac n cheese fries. We had to wait a quarter of an hour before we could order, another fifteen minutes until the food came, no sign of drinking. After asking, we were told there was an error in the system and they were preparing it for us. The burger that was ordered without onions was initially served with onions, luckily we checked. If you are allergic you should not rely on the kitchen. The highlight was that a dog ran around freely in the restaurant, which in my opinion has nothing to do with hygiene

Super tasty burgers, we had teriyaki, Cesars and the classic cheeseburger, all three were super juicy, the sauces were super tasty and already topped with a crisp salad. You don't actually need the fries anymore. We would love to come back again!

As a picky burger eater, I had the hottest and tastiest burger I've ever eaten here. I had a pulled bork burger with extra cheese and sweet potato fries and a refreshing strawberry lemonade...also delicious. We'll be back!!! Thanks for the flavor bomb yummy

First of all it was very cold in the restaurant. The burgers were extremely strange, a burger with chicken steaks and salad dressing, that for €12.90 per burger. In addition, handmade lemonade for €6.20 was a Monin mix with some ginger and lime slices. Anyone who gives 5⭐️ for the burgers here really has no idea what really awesome flavor bombs there are!!! I never actually write reviews, but I just have to say that I've rarely eaten so badly in my life. Maybe just a snapshot, but that's still no excuse! The pulled pork burrito was worth highlighting; anyone who serves something like that shouldn't be running a restaurant. In the end, this was just a tortilla with way too much BBQ sauce without tasting anything else. Rarely have I been so disappointed.

Great burger and chips can't really say anymore .

Not child-friendly, narrow and quite dark. We didn't order anything because the first impression (service was overwhelmed, drinks were forgotten) after we sat down was so bad. The children only ate nuggets and fries. We were simply disappointed.

It was easy to get a table for two on Friday evening without a reservation. The burger was freshly prepared, had a good portion size and tasted good. The service could have been a little more on point, we passed the table several times where there were empty glasses. That was also the reason not to eat anything else. Preferably no star for the food. It doesn't work at all. Old dripping grease. The same burgers are somehow served with different ingredients. Ordered 2 of the same burgers, but one had plenty of peppers and the other had none at all. Very disappointing, I can't recommend it at all. I won't forget all that disgusting fat. Burger drowned in it.

We wanted water with our lunch menu, but this is probably not available, even though you have to pay an extra €2 for the drink, you still don't get any water?! We ordered two beers, two fries and two burgers. Everything was very tasty. The waiters are attentive, friendly, making sure that you like everything and that the table is clean.

3 service specialists stood at the door and made small talk. I was made to sit for 10 minutes. I had to ask for the menu and when I wanted to order I sat again for 10 minutes even though there wasn't much going on. Service was subpar - even the manager seemed to think it was ok. I got up and went to Peter Pan 😏

We were here on a city trip. The burgers were very good, the quesadilla too, the fries were limp and should be reconsidered. The team is very, very young and is apparently still finding its feet, so there was still some room for improvement in the service. Even if there are few guests, the service is a bit confused and lacks a concept - perhaps the situation will improve once the team gets used to it. We were confused by the taco offer, which was advertised but not available.

The journey to Jerusalem The first time at Prime Burger but also the last time. After we sat down we noticed the 7:00 pm reservation sign. There was only a brief greeting. The place was three-quarters full and while we were sitting there were waiters who seemed to be running a marathon against each other around the middle table. Always with a short pit stop in the kitchen, without taking anything with you, without checking whether the tables are adequately filled with cutlery or whatever else goes with it. After about 10 minutes we took the order and less than 5 minutes later we were moved. Because the reservation was supposedly there an hour earlier than it was supposed to be. When we arrived at the next table, there was only a set of knives and forks, nothing else in the way of cutlery. After another 10 minutes the food finally arrived, but due to the apparent lack of information among the kitchen staff it was brought to the reserved table. After I vented my displeasure, our order disappeared from our sight and then appeared out of nowhere with the question of two cheeseburgers. Bite into the burger, the description of mud burger is more accurate. Of course, absolutely everything fell on the plate. While we ate, the two waiters continued making rounds as if something was at stake. And the next table was asked to change seats for reasons we couldn't explain. When we were finished, we were happy to leave the restaurant, but our path was blocked by a gentleman in the restaurant by looking at his smartphone, probably to check Tinder. We left the restaurant by mutual agreement without saying a word.
