Super quick service by our waitress Elena, and the food was terrific!

Always great to eat here. But the waitress could come up with a few new sayings 😂 I heard the sentence about the Lamborghini 42 times that evening. Food is impeccable!

We were there spontaneously today. The man at the reception got us a table and the waiter was awesome. He does it with so much love and heart. We felt so comfortable. Food and ambience top. I can highly recommend it.

Even though it was very busy, it went pretty quickly. We didn't have a reservation, so I don't want to complain about the bad place. Price-wise, of course, borderline. I find the tipping option when paying by card negative. But I didn't really look at the percentage scale because I generally give tips in cash when I pay by card.

We were assigned a spot that required us to keep our jackets on because it was so cold. After placing the order we had to wait...25 minutes. I got the wrong drink (Pils 0.5 instead of Radler 0.3). Given the big difference, that can happen! Then it was more soda than beer! Unfortunately my burger was also only lukewarm. It's a shame, the taste is otherwise very good. The sugar for the latte that was served was so empty that nothing could be gotten out of the glass. For me this chain is just a rip off. I'll be ordering my burger somewhere else soon.

I love eating out here, there's something for everyone and it's always delicious. The service sometimes has a bit of a screw loose, but it's always nice and accommodating (that's sometimes funny). When I'm in Leipzig I always eat here. In my opinion, Peter Pane is better than the like-minded Hans im Glück. The ambience is a 10/10 and very cozy. The toilets are very clean and pleasant to use. I strongly recommend that the price adapts to the quality.

After a long time I'm going to Peter Pane again, the last few times I went to the other fairy tale competitor, but I didn't want to go there because of the Christmas market. The new special raclette burger deluxe veggie was very, very tasty. The cocktail (Rainbow) was also very tasty. But that was all positive, at first you get a really bad seat despite having a reservation, then you just wait 25 minutes to be able to order your food because both waiters were busy with a group and offered all-round support. The sauce was also empty, we tapped the bottom of the sauce bottle - the waiters saw it, but had no interest in providing a replacement, the portion of fries that was supposed to be 500g is also a joke, it was probably 250g. Well, I'll probably go back to the competitor. When the waiters talked to you, they were also very polite. You should probably just set your priorities differently. Because service doesn't end with friendliness

As part of our Christmas party, we met as a team at Peter Pane for lunch. Everyone found what they were looking for in the wide-ranging menu. We were completely satisfied and absolutely full. I would also like to highlight the extremely friendly service. We'd love to come back!!

Great food, consumed €500 and asked for a schnapps on the house after paying. The temporary manager treated us so condescendingly and arrogantly that we would never enter or recommend this store again. When we, even restaurateurs, vented our anger, he rounded up the entire staff and threatened trouble, sadly. A no-go!!!

We were there before our time and were still able to take our place straight away. The waitress, Dominik for us, was right there with us. Ordering the drinks took less than 5 minutes and the food arrived within 20 minutes. Everything was as ordered and really delicious. Dominik was always friendly and attentive and also took our requests into consideration. I can only recommend Peter Pane, especially for a lovely evening for two.

We were a group of 9 people, including 3 children. The store was very busy. Despite the large number of people, we were greeted warmly and friendly and our reserved seats were immediately prepared for us. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating. Which is not a given when there is such a hustle and bustle in a restaurant. The food also came with a normal waiting time. The burgers were good, but we've had better, so a point is deducted, but that doesn't mean we weren't satisfied. It was a nice and beautiful evening, many thanks to the Peter Pane Leipzig team.

We were at Peter Pane on a Friday afternoon in late August and, because we had a moment to spare, we just wanted to have a drink. We took a seat in the back outdoor area; There were only a few other guests sitting here at this time. Unfortunately, we were immediately and quite rudely asked to move to another table, as the one we had chosen (in a slightly sunnier corner) was probably reserved - but there was no sign indicating this and, in my opinion, it was not to be expected here or in the surrounding areas there would be an acute shortage of space at the tables in the next half hour. So be it! In any case, the drinks weren't as quick as this first encounter: the card arrived after five minutes, then for ten minutes... nothing happened! The young man who had just welcomed us so “nicely” suddenly didn’t even look at us anymore. It was only when a second waitress asked whether we had already ordered that we were able to order our two lemonades. They came after another ten minutes. In the meantime, we asked the first operator as he passed by for a pen so that we could shorten the wait by writing postcards. If he had to take a look, he muttered, and disappeared... I can only guess that he couldn't find anyone, because from then on he stopped coming to our table. Rather, all we heard was him saying goodbye to a colleague at the end of the day. And because it was long time for us to leave, we asked for our bill. The fact that it took another ten minutes to arrive and that it came from a service that was completely new to us is almost no longer worth mentioning. Don't get me wrong, I don't work in the catering industry and I don't know what led to the moodiness and stupidity of the staff here. Unfortunately, for me as a guest, the first impression counts and it was subpar, to say the least. It shouldn't be like that. This is a lot better. Especially at a time when you can still count the number of customers on just a few hands. If it takes over an hour from hello to goodbye for two lemonades, I'd better refrain from visiting again in the evening at rush hour.

It is disappointing that as a customer you are not even allowed to choose your own seat, even though it was empty both when you started and when you left the restaurant. Placing an order with two sauces only to be asked “Which sauces are available?” and receive the unfriendly answer: “I’m definitely not going to list all the sauces” is just as unprofessional. The drink was 90% water and also left a lot to be desired. Although the customer can choose the degree of doneness of the meat and express their wishes, it would also make sense if the employees actively asked about it.

We were really looking forward to the visit as we were always used to good food and super nice staff from other shops. However, this time we were unfortunately very disappointed. Our food came very quickly, but was cold. The same thing happened to our table neighbors later. The waiters were initially friendly and didn't seem to communicate with each other at all, so we ordered the bill from three different employees, but we still didn't get it. After further inquiries there was an unfriendly answer, even though we are really not impatient customers and had already waited long enough. Unfortunately, this really detracted from our impression.

Even though I live in LE, I only recently went to Peter Pane for the first time. Since then I've been there two more times, which speaks for itself. The food - we mostly ate burgers - is incredibly tasty. Juicy patties, fluffy buns, delicious sauces. All around nice and perfect service. Last time we were offered a special burger meat for a small additional price... I don't know if that's always available, but it was very, very tasty and I and my girlfriend enjoyed it. I love the fries variants. The homemade lemonades are good too. So, just try it out. It is advisable to reserve in advance, as the restaurant is usually fully booked, especially in the evenings.

Our burgers were pretty tasty and our waitress named Dominic was pretty friendly and accommodating. However, we found the music to be stressful most of the time and there was no way to properly take off or hang up our jackets. Most people are probably sitting on their jackets or have them squeezed next to them in some way. We brought this up with our waitress and Dominic came up with a creative solution. Maybe it would be worth considering creating an option for the jackets somewhere.

The two of us had dinner. It was really a very tasty evening. The waiter was extremely courteous and friendly. We had 2 sodas, burgers and a large portion of fries mix for 2. The food came after a good half hour - so it was within the time frame. Very tasty and not too greasy or too sweet. The price was just under €50 without a tip - which is perfectly fine in these times of extremely expensive burger restaurants. Overall, a really nice evening and worth recommending.

Spent a relaxing birthday party there. A really nice table was reserved for us. The selection on the menu is very good. The burgers weren't quite as warm as they should have been, but still very tasty. The service was excellent. Requests for changes were taken into account and there was also a small free dessert for me.

Food was good. The toilet was closed and you had to go to the “changing table”. Closing didn't really go well... We were forgotten when it came to service.

Really nice here. Staff is very friendly. Service sometimes leaves a lot to be desired. Would have liked to order another drink. But if you sit around for almost 45 minutes and don't have the opportunity to order anything... that's of course very unpleasant.

The food was really good and our waiter Jonas really sweetened our evening. He responded quickly to our complaint that the fries were cold and brought us new ones. We were also warmly greeted at the door. There we were immediately recommended a drink that tasted delicious for €5. In general, you can say that this restaurant is well coordinated and you noticed that the staff work together really well. As someone who owns a restaurant, we can only report positively. The next time we are in Leipzog we will come back.

We are extremely disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. We had to wait a long time for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. Even after the waiter took it back to reheat, it was still cold when returned to us. The cocktails were bland and watery, lacking any real flavor. We are very frustrated and dissatisfied with the entire experience.

The Peter Pane is a very tasty restaurant with a nice staff and a nice ambience. The burgers are juicy and well topped and not like a cheap burger from any snack bar. Tip for the kitchen: Falafel is seasoned with coriander to add flavor.

Holla, where are we now? At first glance it's a pretty classy place - for burgers, but at second glance it's also quite nice. The super-friendly attention of the employees seems to be part of the corporate identity here and that ran like a common thread. We felt really comfortable. And the map? There was something for mothers, fathers, children, carnivores, vegetarians and vegans. For a burger that costs just under 20 euros, it's quite expensive, but we were really happy to pay for the result. And the toilet? Suspiciously deep handle. Children's door, cool. With this and also with the audio story in the village, the little ones and therefore everything was thought of, as we believe. Men and women share the sinks. A bit strange but with a funny factor... It was super clean, with a relatively high number of strokes. That was a really great evening. A full recommendation from us!!!

The truffle burger was very good, the fries were didn’t like that much. The place is also nicely decorated and has a welcoming ambiance. Food came within 25-30 minutes. However the tables have tiny benches instead of chairs, so if you are more then two people it’s a bit uncomfortable

A bit rude waiters not tourist friendly long waiting time

-unfortunately a terrible experience- Our visit to this restaurant was quite disappointing. Despite its good reviews, we were left waiting at the door for a long time, even though the staff clearly saw us. No one informed us about the wait or seating arrangements. When we were finally seated, the waiter seemed indifferent and unfriendly for no apparent reason. Unfortunately, the food didn’t make up for the poor service – the cheese inside the burger wasn’t even melted. For the high prices they charge, we expected much better. Overall, it was not worth the cost, any other burger restaurant would have been much better. Be warned...

This time visiting Peter Pane was even better than the first time. The service was amazing, the drinks were cold and the burgers were exceptional (as always). It was my wife's birthday and there was a little extra decoration, nothing over the top but a simple touch that made all the difference. While we waited for the burgers, my daughter was painting and having fun, and I was able to chat and laugh with my wife. It was just great.

Me and my partner have been to Peter Pane pretty often since we moved to Leipzig. Firstly the food is amazing, it’s consistently delicious every time we go. We even have a regular order which is a little bit difficult but it’s always made perfectly. The staff are brilliant and welcoming, in particular Dom is fantastic. We have had Dom as a server on several occasions and he has remembered our names and order since our first/ second visit. We are always treated as friends when we eat in Peter Pane and it’s now our favourite place to go. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Booking online and confirmation quickly and easily. The first impression of PeterPane was good, and the reception immediately confirmed the good feeling. The selection, which was very clear and, above all, very responsive, was also uncomplicated. Drinks and food were served at a reasonable time, as befits a good restaurant. The dishes were not only a delight for the palate, but also for the eyes. Special requests were addressed and implemented in exactly the same way. What should be emphasized is the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff responsible for us, not intrusive but always appropriate for the position. In general, it was noted that the entire staff enjoyed their work and did it with full commitment. One thing is certain for us: if we are in Leipzig again, we will definitely be back at PeterPane.
