I always love to come here. Great staff and delicious food, options for everyone and the portions are also big. Prices aren't that crazy, but I would recommend reserving a table if you want to come, it might be tricky sometimes to get a place. Would recommend Will definitely come back

Unfortunately a failure. You can get burgers better at home. I had the Macho Nacho, the patty's tasted like they came from the supermarket. There were fries and onion rings as a side dish. Fries were soggy, but at least the onion rings were good. I would definitely not recommend the restaurant. The quality and the price-performance ratio are disproportionate.

Very nice atmosphere. It was very busy but we got a table for two at the bar without a reservation. Service was quick and very friendly. Drinks were very good. (Iced tea and recommended non-alcoholic aperitif) The burgers (Macho Nacho & Mango Tango) were served very quickly. Burgers were very large and tasty. The chicken burger was very juicy. Unfortunately the beef patty was dry and rubbery. It tasted like a frozen product. They were both very average. Unfortunately, the fries were soggy and didn't taste fresh either. The vegan mayo was surprisingly delicious. The seats in the restaurant were so uncomfortable that we skipped dessert. If you want to stay longer, you should bring seat cushions. Unfortunately, the obligatory leaning back after a meal is not possible with a stool. It was a nice evening

The food was good, but the drinks were hot. The waitress was more busy serving a group of men than me and my family. It took her a long time to bring us the menu, she didn't leave us any napkins when the burgers arrived, I had to look for them at another table. My 5 year old daughter always paints when we go there, but this time the waitress didn't offer to paint, and when I asked, she didn't bring any crayons, and when she did bring them, they were usually broken.

We were there for a birthday on August 5th. The appreciation of our birthday child was really great. Food top. The support from Luis was top. Always a great experience.

Peter Pane is an all-around great burger restaurant. The atmosphere is created by the enchanting interior design (and details such as the audio book in the toilet), it is very clean and the staff is friendly and personal. The food didn't take long to arrive, the portions were large and filling and, above all, delicious. The prices are also reasonable thanks to the menus, which vary depending on the time of day and are also worth it. I can highly recommend!

We went to this restaurant last Tuesday and the experience was amazing. We had a lovely server called Luis, he was genuinely kind! Would recommend 100%.

We went to the Peter Pane Burger Grill for the first time to test whether it differed in taste and appearance from other well-known "fast food chains". What immediately had a negative impact was the very young employee who counted his money right at the entrance in front of all the guests coming in (NO GO). The reception at the front door was quite friendly and we were shown straight to our seat, but once we got inside it turned out that the bouncer greeted all the guests in such a loud, friendly manner that we felt very disturbed. Unfortunately, the seat where we were sitting was full of crumbs and had a sticky film no matter where you touched it (please clean more often, even when operations are ongoing, there were enough employees in the store.) The service was okay but had nothing to do with a trained catering employee. (I see something like that as a matter of course for a place that also calls itself a “restaurant”). The service was very uncertain and mumbled, so that you had to guess some of the words. (Professional service is different, especially at the high price.) We ordered the classic cheddar burger twice with a pound of fries, plus cheddar sauce and BBQ sauce. The taste of the food was good and the food came to the table warm and it all cost around €32. But you have to keep in mind that despite the high price, these are convenience products (frozen food), which means that you basically don't get a much higher quality product than in other well-known burger chains, although the price suggests so. Conclusion: Service 2/5 Eat. 3/5 Seat. 2/5 WC 3/5 Unfortunately, I can't recommend this restaurant because a lot of things didn't work out for us the way we had imagined. (That was our experience, maybe it was different for you)

The food was very tasty, only the fries for both people were unfortunately cold 🙁 I also have to say that it is very uncomfortable to sit on the benches, so I would personally like softer seating, because that is a point of criticism if I want to eat comfortably. It's just not comfortable at all. Nevertheless, the friendliness of the employees was simply convincing. Thanks for that !!

Just ordered here via Uber Eats. The description says the smash burger is with red onions & pickles. I received it (see photo). The fries were soft, cold and little. Multiple call attempts went unanswered.

After a short wait for the service to show us to the table, we were very satisfied. The choice of where to sit gave us the feeling that “the guest is king”. Our waitress, a young man, was very friendly, attentive and approachable at any time, despite the stress and the full restaurant (my wife also shared this praise with the boss at the end of our visit). Wow that was a unique experience. The food was ok, nothing special but the staff is a completely different story. It is another level of service and I lived in Vienna. I believe that there were about 5 people working there when we were there - but no one worked there. It seems that they created a very long line outside while the restaurant was practically empty. They avoided eye contact as much as possible with the waiting customers and the only way to get any type of attention from them was to get up from the chair and go to them. I was recently at the Peter Pahn restaurant and unfortunately I have to give a very negative review. The visit was anything but pleasant, primarily due to the unacceptable behavior of a waiter. We entered the restaurant and were looking forward to a pleasant evening. But as soon as we sat down, the waiter came up to us and asked us in a rude tone to “behave”. We were completely shocked as we had behaved calmly and civilized from the start. There was no reason whatsoever for this inappropriate and hurtful comment. It is incomprehensible that we were discriminated against and disrespected because of our appearance. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. It ruined the entire evening and hurt us deeply.

The service was very courteous and friendly, people constantly asked whether it was tasty, whether they wanted to order anything else and everything was explained well, including recommendations for drinks. We waited an hour for our food, which was due to the high number of guests. The food was okay - the burger and fries were unfortunately a bit lukewarm, but I still liked the "cowardly goat" topping very much. The brioche roll was very dry in contrast, so next time we will probably just choose a different type of roll. The cocktail with our menu was fantastic - raspberry, lime, rosemary. However, the thirst quencher didn't have a noticeable taste - unfortunately the mango mint was barely noticeable, just the sparkling water. All in all, it was a pleasant evening and we would like to come back again.

An ok burger. But definitely not the best burger I've had. I am disappointed that when you order a burger without tomato. Then you get a burger with tomato. And when the service came to ask if everything was ok. Then the answer was simply that she had said that it should be without tomato. Ok, I think, what am I going to use it for? Now it was easy to take out the unwanted tomato. Price and quality do not quite match. And I think that this is probably a bit hit by the tourist price. No, not a place I'll just come back to.

Restaurant is very nicely decorated, but it is a bit small for taller people. So there could be more space and legroom. Staff was very nice, food came quickly. An evening menu was ordered (burger price + fries and drink (12.50)). So you get around 23-30 euros there. Depending on the burger you choose. Fries were okay (not crispy).. Didn't really taste fresh. This was probably due to the waiting time of almost 5-10 minutes, as everything was certainly already prepared. Burger was quite tasty, but there was nothing special about it. Might as well be from MCs. Therefore, in my opinion, the price-performance ratio is not quite as good. Especially not for a burger that costs 15 euros...

You just notice that the service is sometimes very overwhelmed (weekends and/or busy), which could possibly be improved by restructuring (i.e. instead of one person serving one area, the areas are doubled so that there are 2 people in one area, where one person takes care of order taking and payments and the other person takes care of food and drinks) Ambiance: The interior is designed and decorated with great detail. Unfortunately the seats are very narrow (when you sit at the bar you can sometimes feel the butt of the person behind you, maybe there is an option to install a small partition) Price: The prices are not exactly cheap, but in my opinion the price/performance ratio is still right. We wanted a table for 6. the table was too small and we asked the person who was responsible for the persons to sit if we could have two tables of 3 next to each other. He was impolite , he laughed and said that he couldn’t do it cause if someone come he won’t have another table. The time was 21:00 clock and the kitchen is opened until 21:30. Ridiculous. Never again

I love Peter Pane! best burgers in town and their service was fast. The drinks were also aesthetically pleasing and tasted great! They also have an option for an English menu which was great and accommodating.

The two of us ate Peter Pane in Leipzig today. Reserved at 8 p.m. and everything went smoothly and quickly. We were warmly welcomed at the door. The employees are all super friendly and in a good mood, they work quickly and respond to every special request. Even though it was very, very crowded, the drink came as soon as we ordered and we had to wait a maximum of 10 minutes for the food. The ingredients were all fresh, the order was completely correct despite a few extras and the food and drink tasted super delicious. (The Nacho Macho, truffle fries, campfire, fries, homemade lemonade, gin sunrise) A huge compliment to the chefs!!! Also a huge compliment to Alfons, who served us!!! We weren't entirely sure when ordering, but we were well advised and, thanks to the service, we ultimately made the right choice. We felt very comfortable. The ambience was right, the timing of the service and the kitchen was right. There is nothing to complain about. Gladly again!!! P.S.: there are extra stroller spaces and the service could also speak other languages ​​(e.g. Spanish), although we didn't need either, but it's good to know that every need is really catered for!!!
