One of the best delivered pizzas I've ever eaten. It was really great. The vegetables on the vegetarian pizza were lightly smoked and simply super aromatic. The crust held up great until I got home. I was really excited about the pizza!!!

One star is still too many. Very unfriendly, waited for 2 hours and was insulted when I called. Never again. Hands off. Service looks different.

All the pizzerias only have 90% of the pizzerias only have the Italian name, the quality is anything but Italian... then you walk in and no one speaks Italian!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Ps ficcadelo!!! non è italiano analfabeta

Pizza was very good. Mr. Nice. Picked up the pizza... it doesn't look nice there. (Design, age) I think everything is clean.

Mega disappointed... Delivered over an hour late... What was ordered wasn't delivered... Our food was cold... It's a shame

I had it delivered. Turkey schnitzel with fries. Unfortunately the schnitzels were dry and there was no salt on them, as were the fries. They didn't taste fresh either, they tasted soggy. Clearly not a special dish, but it should still taste good. Loveless.Of course there is usually no slice of lemon, ketchup would have been nice.For me this was the worst delivery dish this year, unfortunately.It's a shame that customers are no longer valued.I wouldn't post it like that, but it just annoys me immensely. I pay too. They should make a little more effort.

Very solid snack food. My favorite takeaway burger ever. Delicious dishes, delicious sauces, seemingly fresh ingredients, quick preparation, nice service. Unfortunately there is no delivery to Pönitz, which is a real shame. But otherwise great👍🏻

Yesterday evening I placed an order via smileys.de. Among other things, a pizza with spinach and feta. This order has been confirmed and paid for. The pizza was delivered (approx. 1 hour delivery time but that was okay because of Carnival) with only feta and no spinach. On the invoice that accompanied the order, only the pizza with feta, without spinach, was stated. When I called the branch, the employee on the phone was very unfriendly, said “that would be my problem” and “the problem with the website” (note: I ordered via the official Smileys website, not via Lieferando or similar). Of course the pizza was charged the same as spinach. It can always happen that an ingredient is missing, but you should be informed about it during the ordering process or at the latest afterwards and have the opportunity to change the order if necessary (to be honest: a pizza only with feta? No, it didn't really taste good!). For example, at another pizzeria I received a special call because an ingredient was out and I was able to choose something else. And if it was actually due to incorrect transmission within the system, then I would strongly recommend a check. Likewise, if you read other reviews here, customer and service training for the employee. I will definitely no longer order here and will delete my customer account. It's a shame, because the “Ring of fire”, for example, was always very tasty. But now no longer under these conditions 🤷‍♂️

Food usually comes hot and tasty but so far unfortunately mostly incomplete.. a large number of dips to churros to pizza rolls were not delivered with 2 for 1 offers.. even if this was noted as information in the next order, unfortunately there was no response... the chance that something was missing is unfortunately 4/5

The food was cold and the quality was unfortunately not what we expected. Waiting time over an hour, a shame!

I ordered and after waiting for over 2 hours, instead of an apology for the long waiting time, I only received excuses. The pizza rolls tasted quite good. The pizza, however, wasn't really tasty.

We ordered more than 20 pizzas and pizza rolls. When we placed the order we were promised a delivery time of 1 hour, but it actually ended up being 2.5 hours. The reason we were told was: “The thing was broken and had to be repaired.” Well, the main thing was that the pizzas were finally here. Unfortunately then came the next disappointment. The dough was hard, the topping (Margherita) was just dry. The chicken tasted kind of rancid, the pizza rolls were tasteless and chewy like rubber. No one could eat their entire pizza because it was simply not edible. To make matters worse, five of the pizzas had hair in them. Unfortunately we can't report anything positive here.

Best pizza and service ever, gladly again.
